Mirabel's Big Hit
What if, during the argument before Casita collapsed, Mirabel punched her abuela in the eye? How would the family react to this? How would everyone in the village react to it? Sometimes, one little punch can change everything. And i mean, EVERYTHING.

Chapter 1
[during the argument scene]
"He loves this family!" Mirabel snapped. "I love this family! We all love this family! You're the one that doesn't care! You're the one who's breaking our home!"
"Don't you ever...!" Alma roared angrily.
"The miracle is dying BECAUSE OF YOU!" Mirabel said, now at breaking point.
And then, what came next came so quickly, Mirabel had no time to stop herself. Her left hand balled into a fist, her left arm reared back, then shot out with force towards Alma's face.
THUMP!
Mirabel socked Abuela Alma right in her right eye. Hard.
Alma stumbled back, and fell to the floor. Everyone in the Casita gasped in shock, and horror. Even Bruno, who had just slipped out of the walls to see the scene.
Time seemed to have stopped.
Felix & Agustin stared, jaws hanging. Luisa was clutching Isabela as tightly as she could. Julieta had her mouth covered in shock, seeing what her daughter had just done to her mother. Pepa's heart could be heard pounding heavily. She could feel loads of emotions swirling in her mind.
The silence was so immense, even Dolores could've heard a pin drop.
Julieta slowly advanced over to her mother, and she, Felix and Agustin all started helping Alma up. Then they gasped.
Alma's right eye was black. Alma almost felt herself crying in her heart. Julieta & Pepa both hugged their mother as hard as they could, both fighting back the tears in their eyes.
Bruno, who was watching, winced. "Oooh, that had to hurt." he said.
Then, they all stared at Mirabel, totally gobsmacked.
Agustin's voice broke the silence.
"Miraboo... why?!" he said, stunned. "Why did you...?!"
"I did what I had to do, Papa." Mirabel said, rubbing her throbbing fist.
The other Madrigals all stared at Mirabel in shock and dismay.
"I never thought I'd see the day when A member of our familia Madrigal would assault our own Abuela." Felix said, shocked, stunned, and, suffice to say, bewildered.
Mirabel didn't know what to say.
She knew she'd done it.
Oh, how shocked she felt.
Suddenly, her train of thoughts was rudely interrupted, as almost immediately, Casita began to crack!
This leads right up to the events that lead to Casita collapsing.
