Quirks:

Quirk Manipulation is a quirk that can manipulate and reconfigure the properties of other quirks. The quirk may be used to upgrade others quirks to remove side effects, limitation, etc. As long as the user of this quirks knows what they are doing.

Editing

Once the user is done manipulating the copied quirk, they could use it for themselves, give the copied quirk to the user of the original version, which they could use its full potential, unless the copied version been given to a more people, at this point, the upgraded side of the copied quirk may be weakened. Or they can give it to another user, which will still be a weaken version, it may be a bit stronger for relatives of the user with the original quirk that was copied.

Removal

The user can steal the manipulated part of a quirk on contact. This is a handy way to remove it when there are side effects, they may harm a user. The user can also steal dormant quirks as well, taking the full quirk for themselves if they wanted to, stealing a full quirk may just give the user a larger canvas to work with.

Creating a new quirk

The user can also create a new quirk by copying multiple quirks and manipulating them all together, creating a new quirk. Depending on how manipulated the new quirk is, the new quirk won't have any weakness to it, unless copied throughout multiple people, or if the user decides weaken it.

Seduce: Seduce is a quirk that allows Nathaniel to make people pass out by seducing his target, it works on multiple targets and it's a very effective quirk to use on perverted people.

All for One: All For One's Quirk allows him to steal other people's Quirks, leaving them Quirkless, and wield the Quirks as his own. All For One can also redistribute his stolen Quirks to other people. This quirk granted to her son, Nathaniel the next Symbol of Evil.

Spear like Bones: This Quirk generates drill-like bone structures around All For One's body. All For One stole this Quirk from his mother after he was born and is the first Quirk stolen by him overall.

Warping: All For One can produce a black liquid that acts as a portal, similar in nature to Kurogiri's Warp Gate.

Air Cannon: All For One release an air shockwave from his arms. This Quirk is further strengthened by its combined usage with Springlike Limbs and several other power-up Quirks.

Springlike Limbs: This Quirk allows All For One to coil his muscles in order to enhance his physical strength, and can also be used to augment other Quirks, like Air Cannon.

Rivet Stab: All For One transforms his fingers into black tendrils that have red prominent cracked lines that extend from his fingers, although they can also emerge from other parts of the body such as the spine. These appendages can easily pierce bodies, however, the user may choose whether to wound the target or not, as seen when All For One used it with Forced Quirk Activation, without harming the target.

Forced Quirk Activation: All For One can activate a target's Quirk against their will, whether they are conscious or not. All For One has used this Quirk in combination with Rivet Stab.

Impact Recoil: This Quirk seemingly enables All For One to completely reflect the impact of an attack back to the attacker.

Multiplied: This Quirk seemingly multiplies the number of All For One's arms.

Hypertrophy: This Quirk seemingly enlarges All For One's arm.

Rivet: This Quirk possibly generates rivet-like growths on All For One's arm.

Kinetic Booster: This Quirk seemingly increases the amount of kinetic energy All For One creates and releases.

Brawn Boost: The Quirk grants All For One a boost in physical strength. All For One has three copies of this Quirk.

Infrared: This Quirk allows All For One to sense his surroundings using infrared senses. He uses this Quirk to compensate for his blindness. However, the amount that he is able to sense is very limited.

Life Force: This Quirk was given to him by Doctor Garaki, and has allowed him to possess supernatural longevity in lifespan.

Radio Waves: All For One can disrupt radio waves and cause communicators to malfunction.

Hard flame: This Quirk allows All For One to generate a wall of flames to act as defense.

Dark Ball: This Quirk allows All For One to release an array of dark balls.

Blood let: This Quirk allows All For One to expel all the blood from within his body and then retracts it back into his body.

Capabilities:

The suit forms separate sections of hardware and plates of armor around the torso, gauntlets, boots, and mask, both to reinforce protection as well as weaponry, while emulating the muscular functions that grant superhuman strength to the arms and legs.

Superhuman Strength: The Mark C is much stronger than any of the previous armors.

Superhuman Durability: The armor robs incoming vectors of their momentum. It can absorb a perfectly inelastic collision, when struck by a projectile will deform, and this deformation will absorb most, if not all of the force of the collision. It can absorb physical impacts such as punches and kicks, weaponry such as swords, bullets and hammers or even explosions.

Temperature resistance: armor has a high temperature resistance to temperature extremes. The temperature of almost 2,000 degrees Celsius did not harm him, and he has a resistance to very low temperatures.
