Near the Monquistador's Stronghold…

"So, all we have to do is deliver this spice to the Frogfather and rescue his agent then we can find our way to Ratbeard?" Emmet wondered as the dying raft was making its way to the secret spot to meet a frog about a hole.

"Frogfather's agents have eyes and ears everywhere. If anyone knows where Ratbeard is, it's him. This may be our only lead in finding him." Lasko answered as Isabel was quiet through the entire trip.

"Captain, you okay? You've been pretty quiet." Bonnie wondered while she looked at the young captain.

"I'll be fine, once I find him, I will be," Isabel answered, trying to hide her true feelings.

Egg Shen then motioned to speak with Bonnie out of the captain's earshot with Lasko.

"Miss. Quinn has been suffering through many things in her life, things that are out of her control. I think she's trying to get at least some of it back." Egg Shen informed, feeling pity for the poor girl.

"Izzy needs a break, needs us, especially since there had been so many times that she lost her family," Lasko informed as he was looking at the sky before them.

"The lass needs to know that we are her family and not everything is lost," Bonnie suggested while watching the crew help on deck.

"We're approaching the rendezvous point, all hands on deck!" Nanu Nanu informed the crew while everyone got to work.

The ship was docked, roped, and camouflaged to promote a perfect escape. They soon spotted one of the Frogfather's agents who would explain the situation and hand over the map where the pirate and spices were.

"You mugs better be careful, don't let none of the Monkeys see you. They set off the alarm and it's all over for ya's." The Frog Pirate warned the Golden Scorpions.

"Don't worry, I gotta plan to make sure we're not detected." Isabel assured them as she presented her golden scorpion, "After all, they are near the woods and there are often many dangerous critters. They won't see it as an attack."

Inside the Stronghold…

The Monquistadors were on high alert as the scorpion was causing trouble!

"HOW DID IT GET IN HERE!?"

"MUST HAVE BEEN ATTRACTED TO THE SPICE!"

"I TOLD THEM TO PLUG UP THE HOLES!"

"WHY MUST WE RESIDE NEAR A JUNGLE FILLED WITH POISONOUS BUGS!"

Isabel watched as her pet kept the others busy.

"Okay, Goldy has then distracted, now we just need to get to the spice and find that pirate guy," Isabel advised her crew as they slithered away from the panicking guards.

They made it to the spice cellar, only to find it locked and filled with guards.

"Halt! So, this madness is the work of pirates yet again. We will all see you in shackles before the sun sets!" The guard threatened but the crew was unfazed.

"… Good luck with that."

From the Prison Tower…

Gaspard de Vole was trying to reach for his confiscated axe when the noises began.

The sounds of battle echoed through the halls as the guards armed themselves.

"Someone has breached the stronghold?" One of the Monquistadors gasped with spears ready.

"Impossible!"

"Well, they will not get passed us!"

They waited for the door, the pounding in the wood grew louder and louder as they were prepared for the worst. But soon… bombs came out of nowhere!

"RUN!"

BOOOM!

Smoke filled the room as the guards were taken down one by one.

Then as the smoke settled and a figure was seen with a golden scorpion, Gaspard thought he saw a ghost from the past.

"Jenny?"

When the smoke cleared, the young girl looked shocked by his words.

"What did you say?" Izzy gasped as her scorpion was squeaking.

"Isabel… you're-you're alive! After all this time! I thought all hope was lost! But-but look at you all grown up, you look just like Angela, like Jenny the Red. I have missed you so much." Gaspard wept with joy in seeing the child, who finally realized who it was.

"Gaspard? Is that you?" Isabel gasped then hugged the warrior through the bars, "Gaspard, I can't believe it's you!"

They both hugged and laughed with joy!

"Izzy, who is this?" Lasko wondered as the crew was surprised by their reaction, "And how did he know your mother?"

"Guys-guys this is Gaspard de Vole, he was one of the crewmembers on my Parent's ship! I can't believe you're alive!"

"Aye, it was a rocky way. When Deacon destroyed the ship, I somehow was flung to a lifeboat and was found by the Frogfather and hired as his smuggler." Gaspard explained, "I'm happy to see you found a crew of your own to look after you."

"As much as this is an enjoyable little family reunion, we need to break you free and get the spice," Emmet advised.

"Right, the spice! Just defeat the commander and take his key, once I am free, we can get to the spice and head back." Gaspard assured.

"Let's do it then."

Aftermath of the Spice theft…

The ship was sailing with enough spice they could carry as the raft was reaching its last legs towards its destination.

"I don't think this raft will go much for us, Captain." The Marchioness informed her that the state of the ship was horrible.

"We'll have to get a new one. Luckily, the monkeys left us some money after our little… shopping spree." Isabel chuckled as Gaspard was looking at her.

"… She really has changed," Gaspard muttered under his breath.

"What do you mean?" Lasko wondered about the person who was a part of Izzy's life before him.

"When Izzy was little, she never wanted to be a pirate. She was a girly girl who wanted to be a vendor. We would always have tea parties with her. She was always this sweet, sweet thing." Gaspard told the crew, "Then… the Armada…."

"That's horrible," Bonnie whispered under her breath for the poor child.

"Aye and to this day we still don't know how they found us. I think… we may have been betrayed, sold out to the Armada that day."

"WHAT?!"

"What's going on?" Isabel wondered at the sudden noise.

"It's nothing, captain, just Gaspard telling us one of his stories."

"Oh. You mean the one where he got all his fur burned off by a dragon and was pink for an entire month." Isabel laughed a little.

"Yep, she's Jenny's daughter." Gaspard laughed a little.

"Who, who do you think betrayed the Golden Scorpions?" Egg Shen wondered.

"I don't know, but one day I will find out the truth, for her."

They then arrived in Jonah Town with the goods.
