"Why are you so passive about everything?" Waluigi asked Brewster while sipping his coffee.
"...not sure. Maybe because I'm not akin to really, well, compete." Brewster explained in response as he was getting some milk. "I just let certain things be."
"That's a load is I ever heard it." Cheepskipper remarked with a gruff scoff.
"...A load? A load of what?" Morshu asked while squinting to see how much sugar was in his cup.
"You wouldn't understand him. He's always grumpy like this." Mummipokey explained while bobbing back and forth.
"Well he should calm down." Lottie added in as she was making her way towards the counter to get herself a cup of coffee. "Being that angry is not good for you."
The others nodded in agreement as Cheepskipper kept on huffing and puffing.
Brewster was looking around for some chocolate ingredients as he was at the chocolatey Choco Mountain, trying not to get run over by the various racers as he was there.
Meanwhile, back at the Roost in Seaside Hill, the customers were getting impatient, as some of them opted to head towards Lilligant's Lemonade Stand instead.
"You never did tell us how business was." Bathers stated to Brewster as the latter bird was inside the museum to chat it up with an old friend.
"Hmm?" Brewster remarked as he lifted his head up. "Oh, it's going well. I got some helpers to look after the place."
Back at the Roost, some of Edisaes' Animal Crossing animal villagers were trying to run the place, as a way to prove themselves to Brewster than they could handle anything.
"The usual, my good man." Space Ghost stated to Brewster.
Brewster glanced back at Space Ghost as he dusted off an empty clean glass. "Are you a sugar man, or milk?"
"...both. On a blue mountain, with kili... something." Space Ghost said as he sighed while placing his right hand over his face. "Just get me a cup of mocha."
"Sorry, we're closed for the night." Brewster stated to two certain cat villagers as he took one last sip of his milked coffee, placing all the coffee ingredients away.
"Darn it! I knew we should have gotten here faster!" Bob called out angrily as he glared at Katt.
"Hey, it's not my fault we went over to Big For You Island nearby!" Katt apologized as Bob kept glaring at her for the rest of the night, while Brewster prepared to lock up shop.
