"Sometimes I just think we only exist to suffer." Mr. Resetti rambled on as he was getting drunk on the coffee somehow, feeling out of it. "I mean, why else would we be existing if not to suffer at the hands of fate?"
"...perhaps it's to enjoy any given moment." Brewster said in response as he was pouring some coffee for Dry Bowser, handing the cup of joe to the bony reptile.
"Thanks." Dry Bowser thanked as he took the coffee cup and sipped it, nodding his head. "You know how to make wonderful coffee."
"I'm not one to brag, but I am grateful that you enjoy it." Brewster stated as he turned to Mr. Resetti, looking at him closely. "Are you sure you don't need a ride home?"
"Hey, I'm an old man, I can take care of myself..." Mr. Resetti yammered on as he then fell off his chair and landed on his back, unable to get back up.
Brewster and Dry Bowser looked at each other as they both shrugged, with them having a private conversation with each other as it was raining heavily outside in Edisaes.
Brewster watched as it snowed in the village, with him placing some of his pigeon milk into the coffee he was prepping for any possible visitors as he adjusted his glasses, simply nodding his head.
"So, your taco stand is doing quite well?" Brewster asked, with it being another day at The Roost in Seaside Hill as there wasn't much activity going on in the Animal Crossing village of Edisaes.
"Hardly." Waluigi commented as he folded his lanky arms together, letting his coffee cool off. "You know just how much I have to wait in order to feel better?"
"...I take it that the customers don't just pour in, like coffee in a cup." Brewster chuckled as he adjusted his glasses.
