Sammie would finally choose a elegant long sleeved and sweetheart-style bodice are balanced by her flirtatious high slit, plunging open back, and boho cotton dot trim. She of course still had her Nikes on since she didn't have time to get shoes. She was pacing the room back and forth with a cigarette in hand. David was sitting on the dresser just smirking at her.
Sammie caught his smirk and said "what is that smirk for?"
She just wanted this over with so when Jimmy came calling she was ready.
"Nothing. I know you dreamed of some fancy wedding. But some how I knew this is what it would be. You and Jax making a quick choice rounding up who you could and doing something in the desert being the rebels you are." David said holding out the ashtray.
Sammie ashes her cigarette and said "I am grateful you came. Now I have to worry if Jacob tells dad and some how they find out where and try to stop it."
David just shook her head and said "I wouldn't want to be anywhere else besides after today i probably won't get to see you much. You will be an old lady and a mom."
Sammie put out her cigarette and said "That word scares me. I am going to be responsible for not just one human life two. I am scared honestly because its what i wanted for so long with Jackson but with genetics and now after Jimmy's attack i may never get to give life. Tara gave life to those boys and I am scared that I will never add up to her."
"You will be fine I promise. You around babies its natural you were meant to be a mom. Those boys will love you just like they love her as long as you keep her memory alive and are respectful and not rush it." David said grasping her face to calm her down.
There was a knock at the door which made Sammie breath a sigh of relief knowing they could get this show on the road. David let her go and opened the door. It was one of the girls who worked for Nero. She had a room service rolling cart. It had a card a bottle of fire ball and blue rose petals that spelled out their initials
"hey the boss told me to bring this to you. There is also something from some biker chick she said to tell you its what every wife needs." The girl said lifting the cloth to reveal a decent sized box with a card on top.
Sammie shook her head and said "Does she have black hair and is in like a leather jacket and knee high leather boots and has two kids that can't be hers"
"Yeah that's the one." The girl nodded smacking her gum.
David shook his head looking at the girl who couldn't be any but 18 and looked like she had see her fair share of hell. He shook the thought. He watched Sammie grab the box excited to see what Gemma had gotten her. He took the shot glasses and the bottle of whiskey off the tray tipping the girl and closed the door behind her because he was getting a little annoyed the way she was eyeing Sammie.
Sammie opened the box and there was tissue paper and inside was a leather jacket and a pair of black suede knee high Louis Vuitton boots. This just made her start to die laughing.
David shook his head and said "guess you are meant to be her mini me if Jax takes over."
"When." sammie said looking over her shoulder at him as she sat down on the bed taking off her nike's and lifting her dress to put the boots on.
"What do you mean When?" David said handing her a shot of fireball.
Sammie threw it back and looked at David as she zipped on off the boots up and said "All these moves and Clay's not fighting them and just going with them. It obvious he wants Jax to take over and maybe this here is what proves if he can take it. Besides if I know Clay he will be the dumb one to hand me over even after I am Jax's wife. When that happens Clay will have to meet Mr. Mayhem and Jax becomes President and the sons get into new business and I get my life back."
David downed his shot and took her shot glass refilling them and then downed those too.
"Jesus and what about you what do you get out of this life you are starting and have had that you neglected to say anything about." David said handing her a shot glass.
Sammie took it and said "I get to have the life i dreamed of as a kid and be safe with out fear he is going to kill me in my sleep because he is in a mood. Maybe i could be happy again. I don't know. but i just know their needs my needs and the jobs needs." She threw it back and cough a little holding her chest.
David took her shot glass and just shook his head "Lightweight." he said
Sammie finished zipping up the other boot and stood up checking herself out in the mirror.
"You wish I were a lightweight bro...Dayum These look sexy af on me. They will look bomb after the ceremony and i rip this skirt off and wear my daisy dukes." She said lifting up the dress revealing a pair of shorts.
All David could do is turn his head and shake his head and say "Once you two smash cake in each others faces I am leaving because i do not intend to stick around and watch what ever this becomes because I don't think i am ready to see what our lives would have been like if you and jax did this when you were kids.
Sammie smiled and lowered her skirt and said "Nervous that you actually see what I look like happy without a care and i might give up everything i worked for."
"A little I'm worried you will fall into his web and become a shell of who you use to be." He said handing her another shot.
Sammie toasted him and said "David that will never happen because I have been a shell of a human since Jimmy found me and Jax just make me whole again. Like there is no weight on my shoulders and that it will all be okay. I just hope June keeps her promise and the guys don't do time."
The two clinked glassed and downed their shots with gusto.
Jax, Nero, Parker, and Clay were all sitting in Nero's office. They had been discussing business but nothing for certain. Jax was sitting in a chair next to Clay with his hands folded and looking at the ground. He had promised Sammie they wouldn't see each other till the ceremony what ever it was going to be.
Clay was thinking about it and said "I see you got a good set up and we definitely got girls your clients will like. what's the split though because you are putting your neck out for us doing this so the Irish might coming knocking what's our take of this business if we choose this"
Parker was looking at Jax and wished she could read his thoughts. But she wondered if Clay was going to try to rob her uncle out of a business he built.
Nero offered clay a cigar and said "These are the best cubans you will ever have. I promise you. but as for a deal the girls girl the house 20 percent of whatever they make for the night. Minus expensive we are looking at an even fifty fifty and usually I wouldn't do this but my niece insists you are good people and there is a lot of money to be had for us and you. I get girls here you get more girls for your films."
Clay smirked taking the cigar and sniffed it before lighting it and said "That sounds fair to me fifty fifty trade girls for girls. I am glad my Vp knew how to get a hold of your niece."
Clay looked back at Jax who was spinning a coin on the table in front of him.
Nero smirked and said "Me too my niece is very precious to me and You guys essentially brought her home where she belongs she help me set this up her and that big brain of hers."
Clay smirked and said "I wish we could take all the credit but my VP's bride was the one who has been closest with her with the Irish."
"Well I am grateful for her two then can't wait to meet her. I heard what Jimmy did to her and that fucked up man. So I am happy to help anyway i can and keep my Chiquita close because I knew what the Irish were capable of. Jimmy is the reason my brother is dead and the reason parker is in the position she is in" Nero said looking at Parker who was busy texting looking at pictures of Sammie outside in wedding dress in the dessert and David was taking pictures and sending them to her.
Parker looked up with a smile and said "What? huh?" noticing that her uncle was looking her way.
"Nothing..just glad you are home and safe." Nero said with a smile.
Jax looked up and said "I am glad they both are."
"Here Here...I am sorry about your old lady man. But looks like you bounce back," Nero said knowing that Tara had passed due to being briefed by Parker before going into the meeting.
Jax looked out the window and said "It's not bouncing back it resuming a life that should have been just some obstacles and new grounds to navigate. Plus Its the only way to make sure Sammie stay safest even if things go side way. Besides apparently the late Mrs. Jackson teller knew she would be in my life some how because she gave her my boy in her will."
"Wow that's like cosmic karmic energy right there. Someone is smiling down on you boy. be grateful for it." Nero said with a smirk.
Jax smiled looking at Nero and said "I have been since she came home. Speaking of her I need to do a few shots because I still need to figure out my vows."
Parker let out a loud laugh and said "Boy you better get to work. That girl has a whole as script wrote for hers bro."
"Oh I can only imagine." Jax said sarcastically.
Parker made a face and turned her attention back to Nero and said "Have they set it up out there yet. Cause we might have a tipsy bride at this wedding. because the bride got the gifts and is doing shots and is doing a photoshoot in the desert with a phone right now."
"Oh that sound fun. Tipsy Sammie is the best Sammie." Clay said with a smirk.
Jax shook his head running his fingers through his hair and said "Yeah you aren't the one that has to stop her from fighting anyone who looks at her wrong."
"No that's black out Sammie and that a fun time. Tipsy Sammie is karaoke and shots all the time like she is surviving off of them." Parker said correcting him.
Jax raised his eyebrow and wondered how much she knew about Sammie and himself.
Clay looked at Jax and then to Nero and said "Please tell me you have karaoke set up. Because that could be a fun time especially when you hear Sammie sing."
"We have a whole bar area for that and we keep it set up. So we can get it powered up for you and someone to run it when you guys are ready." Nero said puffing on his cigar.
Clay threw a smirk and Jax knowing what it could mean.
Jax shook his head and said "Welp i am going to go have a drink of several."
"sounds like a good idea. I'll join you besides business seems to be done here. Or is there more we need to discuss." Nero said standing up.
Clay stood up as well and said "fifty fifty sounds fair to me and the girls work for both companies now Cara Cara and Diosa."
"Fine By me...Lets go drink on that and enjoy the festivities." Nero said shaking Clays hand.
Parker and Jax had grabbed a shot and walked outside for cigarette. Jax was glad to see somethings were going right but he had this uneasy feeling something was going to go wrong tonight. Parker was fussing with her lighter.
Jax smirked and flicked his zippo for her and said "thanks again for all this."
Parker blew out a puff of smoke and said "No Problem anything for my Sammie. Besides its nice to see her smiling for once"
Jax let out a laugh and leaned on the railing and asked "what happened to her in Vegas.?"
He just wanted to know so he knew how to help her.
Parker took another long drag from her smoke and said "Jimmy has put her through some fucked up shit and made her do some gruesome shit. She made herself love him and do whatever he asked and i mean whatever. He has used her as a mule a stripper a whore and a lot more dirty shit."
Gemma who was ease dropping came out and said "No wonder she came home."
Parker and Jax looked over their shoulder and did their shots.
Parker turned first and said "yeah that and the 18 stab wounds to her abdomen after she told him she was pregnant and he left her to bleed out while he and I went to a benefit."
Gemma nodded her head and asked "If you are so close with Jimmy why should we trust all this?"
Parker leaned on the railing and said "I am only close to Jimmy Because of my mother. Here this family this cartel life is where I should have been. Plus my loyalty isn't to anyone but Sammie. She has saved me from some hell that Jimmy wanted to use me for but she would volunteer."
Gemma nodded her head and said "Okay then."
"Look I am not asking for blind faith from anyone you. I am just trying to do what is right for Sammie. The last few years has been a horror story for her and she deserves some light and Jimmy deserves everything he get for the things that he did to her." Parker said giving Gemma a look before downing her shot.
Parker felt her phone buzz in her back pocket and smiled. It was a picture of the set up and the view. It seemed everyone was ready and the bride seemed to be getting a bit restless.
"It's Time. Rally your side and the ladies are on the path to guide your way there. I am off to get your bride." Parker said patting his chest.
She smiled and offered a handshake to Gemma and said "By the way I am Parker Padilla. Since we haven't met formally. But I can only guess you are Gemma for Sam's Stories."
Gemma reluctantly shook her hand and said "Well at least you know the truth about me if you heard it from Sammie's mouth. But nice to meet you. But just cause you know me doesn't mean we are close."
Parker nodded her head and said "Noted. Like I said get your party together and the ladies will lead you to where the ceremony is going to be."
As Jax And Gemma and the rest of the crew made their way to where the ceremony was, Sammie was tipsy and getting impatient she was starting to have a freak out thinking she was just being set up and she was going to end up in some hell with Jimmy again. Though by the end of the night she would wish were just dreaming.
David was trying to calm her down and said "Hey calm down...I did not set you up I Promise you. I am blindsided with hearing what I have heard and seen. I am here to support you. Samantha you go to breathe sissy bug."
Sammie had worked herself into a panic attack. She let out a scream when Parker knocked on the door.
David hollered "Come in" as he was trying to keep Sammie from collapsing.
Parker came in seeing Sammie passing out into her brother arms.
"I thought she was over this" Parker said grabbing Sammie's purse grabbing a pill bottle that would calm her.
David looked at her and back at Sammie and said "This paranoia is a regular thing with her now."
"Look I can't tell you everything but Jimmy has her terrified and if she is still for more than a few minutes she freaks out because after the first time he met her Jimmy had her Gpsed." Parker said filling a shot glass with the fireball
"What the hell was my sister into?" David said looking at her.
Parker sigher putting the pill in Sammie's mouth and chased it with the shot forcing her to swallow. David took a sigh of relief knowing she was okay now.
Parker looked at David as she sat on the bed and said "It more like what fucked up shit was your family into for Sammie to be in that position at all. Now we need to get her down that aisle."
Sammie started to come to still freaking out a bit. For she she had this dream so many times. It was really happening and now she feared what Jimmy was going to do.
"Nope Nope Nope Nope.. This is definitely a set up now. Jimmy is gonna end up being down that aisle isn't he." Sammie said trying to find her phone which David had.
Parker looked at Sammie and knew the only one that might be able to reach her was going to be Jax if she was like this because to her he was her out because that was her first love and no one would compare.
"Baby Girl He is in Vegas with no idea this is going on. This is you and Jax. Jax is at the end of the aisle I swear Sammie. See." Parker told her showing her a picture of Jax along with the two boys at the aisle waiting for her. He was holding Thomas tight.
Sammie smiles snapping out of her fit and said "He is such a good Dad. I wish I could give him a kid."
"Science does wonderful things so you might be able to." David said kissing her head.
Sammie started to realize what happened.
She wrapped her arounds her brother and said in a sob "I am so sorry you had to see that."
David just wrapped his arms around her and said "It ok I promise I have gone through worse with you. Now how about we get you to your man okay."
Sammie let out a deep breath and said "Okay."
Lifting her head off of David's shoulder looking to Parker, who had her hand out for her. Sammie took it along with her brothers and headed into the sunlight toward where the ceremony would be.
Okay not quite the wedding but more ideas came into play when i sat and though about it so it had to be a few parter
