Chapter 29: Crossed Blades

Everything changed so much for Bloom from normal to the worst thing that ever happened in her life. The first part was when she waiting for a ride to Cloud Tower but with Taren and Mal a little occupied with their work so Sky came to offer a hand. She was grateful and wasn't down for that as she understand since they thought to be on trail towards Tezzeret and the Trix's plan. Gained access to the school's library without trouble and with Sky's help, she would have asked him about Taren and how to approach him with her feelings for him but decided to wait for after she find out about herself first.

Sky wasn't so about it but knew Bloom wanted to find out about herself. Discovered the lost books that contained every possible question, the information about the lost book to find the answers they've been seeking could solve everything and maybe about the keyblades, even the dreams Taren had been getting.

Wanting to know who she really was, she asked the book her question. But what it showed her brought tears of sorrow and pain. Revealing to Bloom that she was the supposed reincarnation of the Ancestral Witches, once she becomes a true fairy they will take possession of her according to the book's information.

Sky was in shock and tried to find words to comfort her that it must have been a mistake, but she was convinced and believed she was too dangerous to be anywhere near her friends.

Especially those she loved.

As it was morning, Bloom found herself covered in leafs and woke up from her sleep alongside Kiko. Somehow she found herself in Lake Roccaluce and unable to remember how it happened after that night

"Already? And I haven't even made it to Magix yet. I need to get there otherwise I'll put the whole dimension in danger." Thinking about last night she was too afraid to confront anyone about it and maybe the wizard Yen Sid or the headmistress could help prevent anything bad happen to her.

She even feared that Taren would never look at her the same way ever again.

"According to my emo-images I shouldn't be too far. Oh I felt something."

While trying to find her way back to Alfea, Mirta who got up early had wasted no time to find Bloom in Alfea but surprised to find her signal from her phone nearby, which means she came to Cloud Tower and fell for the Trix's plot. But when wondering what could happen to her friends, she heart the bushes rustling.

"Maybe that's her! But what if it's the Grimm or that monster?" Not wanting to take the chance and hid by the tree and hoped it wasn't the Grimm.

"Hey, who's hiding there?" It was by sheer luck that she spotted Bloom and was relieved. "Mirta?"

"Bloom! It's me, Mirta! I've been looking for you." Mirta walked over to her.

"Mirta? What are you doing here, and what is it you wanted to tell me?" Bloom asked her and wondered why she came out all the way from Cloud Tower.

"I came over to warn you. It's the Trix, they've tricked you and if you get back to Alfea or warn the keybladers, it'll be too late!"

Bloom wasn't sure what was going on but for Mirta to come all the way to warn her about something, she wouldn't lie to them or about the Keybladers since she's friends and roommate to one of them. But, she felt something was wrong and can feel it happening somewhere but couldn't explain it. "Mirta, tell everything you know."

The Keybladers did not expect to be surrounded by a swarm of locust Grimm that were called Lancers, but to once more be confronted by Tezzeret himself. They kept their keyblades held and try not to do anything rash or random if he had a few surprises up his sleeves.

Taren had promised Riku he wouldn't confront him but didn't think that the cyborg would make his way to them instead. "You. But what are you-"

"Before we end up starting a fight." Tezzeret raised his left hand. "I will call off the Lancers from their attack, if you agree to my request."

Hating to admit but he has a point, they were surrounded and in some way at a disadvantage. If they attacked he could vanish the Grimm would swarm in before they have a chance to escape. Taren who couldn't believe what he was about to do but had no choice. "Fine."

Mal looked at him in shock. "Wha-Taren are you-"

"He's right." Ben agreed in reluctance and lowered his keyblade and glared at their enemy. "Now talk. What did you do with Codatorta?"

Tezzeret then smiles and chuckles to see the teens concern for their comrade. "Not to worry, Seneschal had only been able to knock him unconscious. And also kept Macbeth busy long enough for me to make my move."

"And guessing the Trix helped you change to lure us out here." Mal said and turned to Ben and Taren. "If he's here that means the Trix must be plotting something to keep us out of the way."

Tezzeret had to admit that she was very intelligent for a young witch, but seems too quickly when she was quick to figure out how. "Very impressive. And yes, the Trix have their on part to play, while we discuss like civilized beings."

"Yeah, like we have a choice." Taren retorted with the Grimm surrounding them and couldn't believe he fell into his trap. Whatever the Trix are planning, he just hopes the girls will be able fine since they can take on the Trix.

Gaining his attention and spoke. "I made certain all of us to have a private talk without any intervention from others. Both of us are seeking the same thing, one of the greatest powers in existence and whoever possess it will bring entire worlds under their knees."

"Sounds like a typical thing any villain wants just to take over the universe?" Ben pointed out. "It's a little… too big even for one man to accomplish that."

"True, you have a point about that." Tezzeret agreed with him on that. "But I do not wish to use it to conquer. Quiet the opposite, I intend to use it for greate plans that will make the worlds of Magic and Kingdom hearts shaken to the core." Proclaiming his statement to the wielders. "My plans may seem to be brutal, but I am but a crusader to bring a new age of balance from the ashes of the war. How long the so-called peace will last until another conflict such as the Keyblade Wars to start again?"

"That won't happen. This time we have allies to help and new generations to carry on their legacy and we'll be there to support them." Taren argued.

"It would be natural to defend your father in that tone. Yet would you follow in his footsteps through sacrifice and harbour dark shadows." Tezzeret questioned him with the bright red eye flickering, clasping his fists together.

This caused Taren to wonder what he was talking about and now confused. "What?"

He turned to see the expression on the boy's face. "Oh, hasn't your dear father told you about our history? About how he and the late King Orital were responsible for what I am now."

Uncertain why but part of him wondered what his father had been hiding from him that he never spoken of, or why he thought Tezzeret was dead back then. The part of him wanted to deny this feeling, what else has he been hiding from him or his family.

Ben stood up to defend his friend's father. "Sora wouldn't have been the cause for what you since you tried to invae the Magic Dimension."

"No, but doubt even you can deny all that is wrong, especially the so-called system your father made to limit the use of magic since founding the alliance with the other kingdoms all because he was cursed by magic." Tezzeret countered. "Or to convince the remaining villains who could one day escape the island he sent them and plot their revenge against all those who imprisoned them?"

The prince didn't say anything, admitting there are some faults but had his reasons to prevent the past from being repeated and to encourage to next generation to seek out their true talents. Gritting his teeth to admit he couldn't bring anything to conversation.

"And what about… Mal." Slowly smiles and turns to the startled witch.

"Me?" Mal almost jumped when he looked towards her.

"For one who was chosen by the keyblade, it is a surprise when I discover something about you." Slowly turns to a grin and chuckles to catch her expression. "Something I doubt anyone you could trust to know your secret."

"Hey, lay off her!" Taren shouted and Ben stood behind Mal. "If she has secrets then they're not our business."

"Oh? Then perhaps if word got out about her late mother, would she be treated as a hero? The one who was no doubt an enemy of your father and the entire worlds?" The more Tezzeret carried on, the expression on Mal's face turned to fear and quivered made him chuckle and grin to realise that he knows. "Deep down. Your heart is dark as your mother's was."

"S-Shut up." Mal muttered, suddenly clutching herself and chocked.

This caused Ben feel concerned of what was going on but knowing Tezzeret was trying to hurt her mentally.

"Did not like what was told? If only you knew what you have become now-"

"I said… SHUT UP!" Mal sprinted forward in a flash, tears from her eyes and wasn't thinking straight. Brought her Shadow of Redemption to the left side to make a strike towards his right ribs.

"MAL!" Ben and Taren tried to stop her only for her keyblade to not make the impact of his body, but instead caught by two spires in an X formation to lock with her keyblade. Mal gasped and only saw him chuckle to mock her, struggled to break free until she called it away to clash and block the two spikes used as blades without moving a muscle of his body. The blades were too fast for Mal's reflexes to respond, received a few cuts from her arms and legs, she just barely jumped back before a metal hand thrust out towards her face with the aide of a barrier made by Ben with his own keyblade and Taren held her softy.

Tezzeret merely gave a light chuckle as if it was amusing to him. "Perhaps I was a bit hasty, but I can see you have improved on your skills, dear girl."

Taren glared at him and readied himself for what comes next. "She's not the only one, and if whatever your offering like a place or tell you what we know of the Dragon's Flame then stick it to your ass."

While Ben wasn't one for use of language like his friends but agreed. "Even if we know where it is we wont say anything."

Mal got up and healed herself using her magic and joined them. "Your gonna regret to make me mad."

The cyborg mage listened to their response and did not say a word for a moment. "I see. Well, I had hoped you had some knowledge and with such skills I hate to see such talent go to waste." Waved his hand to single the Lancer Grimm and they instantly began firing their stingers into the craft, piercing the hull plating and catching the young wielders by surprise with the shake and damage they were taking. Tezzeret was calm throughout the carnage and brought his right hand up and blasted the windscreen with his magic.

"Look out!" Ben alerted them in time and grabbed on to something before the screen was shattered before the aircraft was being torn about when it as about to make a hard landing. "We gotta make a landing!"

Mal had an idea and hoped it worked. "Hold on! Reflect!" Calling for a barrier to protect the three from the explosion and Her body was wrapped in a purple and green glow just before the impact was made when a blur flew out of the debris in time. Revealing to Mal's winged form when Chaos showed up and held on to Ben's hand to hold close and Taren clutching to her legs while she was flying. Ben aimed his keyblade and created a minin hurricane towards the swarm and spread the dust clouds to make cover for Mal.

"Gotta find a spot to land!" Due to carrying two people she was forced to land but using the speed to slip past the Lancers through the smoke in time to find cover.

"Wait… what the… how?" Taren had no idea what happened or how she did it, especially seeing the look she had on a while ago.

"Mal? How did-"

"Gimme a sec, not used to carrying so many people." Mal slowly breathed in and sighed. "Oh, man, I almost thought that didn't work." But sees the boys looking at her and knows they had a lot of question. "Ok, to make it short when we have a major villain out there. I sort of… kept this power to transform and made use since I couldn't fly."

Taren and Ben blinked and gotten some idea. "Ok, maybe that was a good idea and nice timing." Ben complimented her.

"But what did he meant by your mom? Does he know her?" Taren couldn't help but ask, trying to find out what was going on.

Mal shuddered and backed off a little. "I can't… if you knew who she is… I-" Before she could finish she saw something and gasped and sprinted torwards the prince. "BEN!" What they didn't expect was a powerful bolt of lightening struck down on her in place of Ben. She cried out in pain as she could feel the high voltage all over her using the magical aura to take most of the damage but not enough to wound her. Staggered and her wings and horns faded to return to her form, but her clothes were scorched and torn.

The boys were in a moment in shock and horror of what happened when Mal took the blow for Ben and barely standing. "Mal!" Ben wasted no time to catch the wounded witch in his arms before she could hit the ground. "Mal? Mal! Hang on just take it easy."

Taren came to check in hopes she wasn't seriously injured or worse. He can see she was still breathing and helped using Cure for her. But the amount of damage she's sustain could need medical help "That was a Thundaga, but a powerful one as well. How did-"

Without warning a swarm of Lancers swooped down with their stingers forward and had the trio surrounded, firing their stingers into the shocked keybearers where they stood. Tezzeret sat on one of them casually. "Well, that was unexpected." Almost too easily until he noticed something off when the teens were so still and began to fade. "What? An illusion? But when did they…" Discovered that they tricked him and now sees multiple glowing circles around them when the Lancers came too close and released a powerful explosion to damage them, commanded the hornet Grimm he was on to fly away to avoid the damage.

It now made sense to him, they set a trap and he almost fell right into it like a fool. "So that's what was going on! They used an illusion and Seeker Mines." Understanding the nature of the spells but somehow being enhanced to use the surroundings to trigger them. "It would seem they are not so weak after all."

He would need to keep his guard up for any more surprises they have.

"Think he took the bait." Taren saw the explosion but only one Grimm remained and saw Tezzeret. Turns around to see Mal who wasn't bruised at all but still injured when they took refuge from a debris wall to hide. "How you doing? I didn't think you had it in you with the Illusion."

Mal held onto her shoulder and chuckled. "You can thank Mirta for teaching me that, she's got some talent. But was long enough for you guys to set up the Seeker Mines."

"I'm just glad your ok, Mal." Ben was relieved when he used the Cure for her. "But you almost had us worried when he struck down on that lightning magic, you need to get that looked at."

Mal nodded and grunted. "But that's the thing, something about that magic. I don't know how or why, but didn't you guys sense something off or familiar?"

Taren wasn't sure why but saw something but was too fast when Tezzeret almost had them had they not been so caught up into what it was about Mal's heritage that they didn't know about. But now wasn't the time for that. But she brought up a valid point; that looked like Thundaga but strengthened.

"There you are!"

They see Tezzeret appeared right behind Taren and did a roundhouse kick into his rips, sending him skidding across several feet until he collided into a wall. Moving so fast before Ben could use his keyblade and suddenly found himself levitated in mid air, caught off guard and was hit multiple times by the same spell he used on the Lancers.

Fell to the ground and groaned in pain until Mal flew in to his aid and used a Wind Barrage at him with his back turned, only bruised slightly but allowed her to club him in the chest with her keyblade. Tezzeret was slightly caught off guard and staggered until she went for another round.

She dived into the ground when her shadow engulfed her, reappearing from the side and held her keyblade out front for the strike as she was confident that she had him. He was about to retaliate when his feet were suddenly encased by ice, turned to find the prince smirking at him and had him trapped with Taren coming at him from the other end.

"Eat this! Thundaga Shot!" Mal exclaims and fires a lightning bolt.

"Triple Firaga!" Taren launched three fireballs flying straight towards his target and made them stronger and faster from his training alongside Mal's.

Tezzeret remained still and was about to be blasted by both their enhanced attacks. "Stopra!" Uttering the words and the explosion caused a tremor around them. The smoke covered the small area as the three waited to find out if they got him or not.

"Did… we get him?" Taren muttered and kept his guard up.

"Close but not so much, young ones." They were surprised and shocked to find Tezzeret stood behind them without a scratch on him. Chuckling upon their startled faces and smiles. "But you almost had me there, I was impressed how you almost fooled me twice. Now I'm starting to see what the keyblade masters saw in you. You really do have such talent."

Mal couldn't believe it and swore he was hit by their attacks. "But… but how?" They had him and he was trapped by Ben's ice magic to slow him down, and yet he somehow escaped without a scratch.

"Stopra?" They heard Ben say something and he turned the cyborg with his enhanced hearing. "You said 'Stopra'."

"But isn't that time magic?" Taren asked him. "How can he do that without a keyblade."

This came to Mal's thoughts in wonder about what he did and somehow feeling there was more to him than what they thought.

"Really? Then here's another trick I can do and see if your guess is correct." Tezzeret grins and jumps over to them and his right hand glows. "Transcendance!"

Everything around them felt like the whole gravity shifted and hurtled everything within the small area to spin rapidly out of their control. Unable to comprehend what was happing when the gravitational pull caused them to flung in all directions and receive damage from the energy. Taren found himself on top of a pile of rubble, Ben sent across flying and Mal barely managed to control herself using her wings to maintain altitude but still some bruises. None of the three ever expected to see such magic that powerful and were fully aware of what it was. Yet they couldn't believe what just happened.

"That's… not possible." Ben muttered and slowly tried to get up, holding his shoulder that was hurt.

"But to do that… he'd… need." Taren looked up and what he saw took his breath away in shock and felt like he took a hit on the head too much. "That's… that's a…"

Even Mal was shocked and couldn't believe what she was seeing in Tezzeret's metallic grip. "…A… keyblade?"

Tezzeret let out a chuckle and then laughed upon their faces. "You are indeed correct. What I possess is in fact a keybalde! The Seeker of Reckoning." Raised his hand up high to show them his keyblade, but looked somewhat metallic and silver with a red gem from the top of the grip and the end of the blade, the teeth were in a curved line with rows and black. The handles showed sharp edges in an M-shaped style. The blade had a jagged form with a slight curve. It looked somewhat in a similar design of his arm, yet with parts of more black had a sense of dark aura surrounding it, black purple mist streaming from his grip and see a red diamond with a gold rim curled around it like a snake as a keychain.

Taren couldn't take his eyes from that thing, but something was off about it. He couldn't understand what it is… but the way it was giving off such power, almost like it was made of several other keyblades and sources of magic he was unable to sense.

This thing can't be a keyblade, it felt wrong and unlike any other keyblades he's seen.

Tezzeret grins and decided to display his power and explain it to them. Raised the Seeker of Reckoning up high and created many metallic blades sprung up from the ground in all directions. Taren immediately sprinted to avoid the blades coming at him while Mal took flight and Ben quickly used Quake to fracture the ground and bought him time to make some distance, however the three were separated from each other to reach.

Mal couldn't believe the devestation caused that keyblade of his. How much power does he have and could he have been a keyblade master like the others? The ruined building was torn to pieces by the Transcendance magic and more devastating than she thought. Searching for her friends and able to find Ben but realised Tezzeret wasn't there. "Ben! He's not down there! He must be-"

"Above you!" She gasped and spins halfway to shield herself with her Shadow's Redemption in time to clash with his own, grunted and almost lost her altitude. Exchanging blows with each other. She was forced in a defensive position and clearly he had incredible skills in swordsmanship, but not prepared for what he had in stall.

"Stopra!" He proclaimed and froze her in the position when she tried to strike down from below. Smiles a little before he used a black orb to fire at her before the witch had the chance move. Even for a moment, Mal was scared for what was about to happen to her. Slashed her several times and pummeled her body with magic blasts. Taken effect as her body plummeted to the ground but Ben rushed towards her and caught her unconcious body in time before she hit the ground, taking the impact when he used his body as a shield.

Tezzeret remained suspended in the air and watched the moment. "How sweet, the prince coming to his comrade's aid."

Groaned softly and only hurt on the back, but he was more focused on Mal who fought and badly injured, her wings disappeared and returned to her normal state. He stroked her cheek and brushed off the dirt on her face, doing everything he can to control his emotions over what the villain did to her. Breathing heavily and almost lost in rage after Tezzeret almost killed her, not wanting to be like his inner beast from Chaos' games or like his father.

Coming down to the ground, Tezzeret strolled over to summon his keyblade. "You let your emotions get the better of you, your highness. The weak have no place among the strong for when a war is coming. A pity you have such potential and throw it all." He stated. "Once those Trix capture that Bloom girl, I can proceed to complete my plans after all these years."

"You stay away from her!" Taren exclaimed after coming out of the debris and created a wave of light and fire with his keyblade. Comign at Tezzeret so fast he was only graced his body but used his right hand to take the lighter damage with a barrier around him. But the force was strong enough to sent him hurtling aside from his friends.

Tezzeret dispersed the clouds to see his other foe, admitting that he had not expected such a move. Searching for the redhead until he appeared beside him and brought down his Light's Rebellion to unleash a barrage of fire storms, forcing Tezzeret to bring up a Reflect to propel them back but Taren was too fast for him to see. Sensed his presence and spun the Seeker of Reckoning over his waist to intercept the teeth of the Light's Rebellion. Grunted and using his strength to maintain his stand when the boy pulled back and went for another slash until Tezzeret stepped back and made a horizontal slash over his head. Seeker of Recknoning

Ducked from the coming attack by inches from his head, Taren somersaulted when a metal spike burst out of the ground. He almost had Taren for a second but thankfully dodged that blow.

Tezzeret kept his stance and observed the boy, there was something off about him. Unlike a year ago back when he first saw him on Destiny Island, he was weak and didn't possess a keyblade. But now, he was stronger, faster and now possess strong magic. And those eyes, there was something about them that strangely familiar but where? His implant was reading powerful magic radianting from the boy's body as the orange and red aura simmering around him. "You've improved well, boy. Almost more than your father from what I heard."

Taren said nothing, gripping his keyblade in a battle stance and glared at his foe.

"Something about you is different. I don't know what, but its as if I seen it somewhere before." Tezzeret pondered. "But clearly it is very powerful."

Ben listened and watched, and yet he didn't know what was going on since Taren started fighting and got such power. This was starting to feel like the time back in Magix with their fight with the King Taijitu.

Taren narrowed his eyes at him. "I don't give a damn about it, for hurting my friends, you just got yourself a serious ass kicking with my keyblade."

Not taking his tone and threat lightly, Tezzeret thought of a way to deal with him. "Come at me with this!" Calling for the remaining Lancers who were not destroyed came from all directions to assault on the young Strife.

Ben's eyes widen as he was unable to reach out to him in time with Mal in his arms. "Taren! Run!"

Taren didn't move as the grimm swarm in for the kill, he groans and felt his body growing with fire. "I won't… I won't… let you hurt anyone!" Grits his teeth, croached down with his fists tightened. Not aware of care of the Lancers above him. "My friends, family. I won't. Let you…"

Tezzeret's eye arched and curious of what was happening until he saw the massive build up that startled him. "What is…" And then he saw the boy's eyes glowed. "This cannot be!"

The Grimm suddenly ceased and suspended from their sudden attack and felt something they never thought possible and tried to fly away but was too late when a bright light engulfed everything within range. All petrified just like what happened to the serpent Grimm a while back. All turned to stone and dissolved before they even reached the ground.

Taren breathed heavily and almost lost some strength, clutching to his knee to stand. He felt drained and used too much of his power. "Damn! I don't know what happened… need to… stay focus." Tries to get himself up on his feet and not let his friends down with their lives on the line. Unaware of the reactions he recieved

"No way. It was… him?" Ben almost lost his sight from the flash but caught a glimpse of what he saw and didn't believed it for a second until now.

Mal barely awake and saw it herself, her mind racing from what was going on and saw the rising surge of power from Taren.

For Tezzeret. He baffled, shocked, utterly speechless of what he just witnessed and couldn't believe what happened. "Impossible… those eyes… it's cannot be…" His body staggered and shakened. His mind racing with the words he was told long ago.

"Heed this warning to all. Should one with the eyes of the dragon be chosen with the keyblade? You will fail."

The words he remembered well of a prophecy, that would said to be his downfall and made certain to avoid that fate by many means necessary. 'That can't be! Only one group of people who possess such traits and they were wiped out long ago! And yet somehow this boy inherited them?!'

Gritting his teeth and overwhelmed by the surprising desire to eliminate the boy for good. Instantly propelled himself towards the started Taren who raised his keyblade to make a barrier but was forced back by the overwhelming strength.

"Tell me, boy! How did you get those eyes?!" Tezzeret exclaimed and demanded with a newfound voice of anger and determination. "And that power! Where did that come from?!" Clashing his keyblade with his repeatedly, forcing Taren back and pushed back. He gasped and suddenly being grabbed by the neck of the cold metal fingers, hoisted from the ground and struggling to break free. Without warning he was tossed and slammed into a wall hard, cried out in pain from the impact but able to stay conscious to see the dreadlocked haired keyblader holding him by the neck.

Tezzeret glared and studied the boy's features, breathing slowly and calming himself with his keyblade held in his left hand. "Whatever that power you possess, I will no doubt be curious once I extracted it from your cold, dead body. I will no doubt inform your father how strong you were to face me when I see him." His keyblade was raised and ready to strike into his heart to finish him.

But out of nowhere a pillar of fire erupted from the ground and caught him unprepared for another surprise attack. Forced to let go of the injured Taren and took a couple of jumps back to get away from the heat. "WHAT?! Who dares intervene?" This couldn't be one of the brats, and certainly not the boy as he was too injured.

"So. You must be the guy I've heard so much about. Sheesh, talk about something from a Terminator movie."

He spun his head to see a black-coated figure holding the boy in his arm and had a fire ball in one hand. The hodded stranger's outfit was easily recognizable but he never thought was possible. "That coat? That belonged to the Organization XIII. But they were long gone after the last Keyblade War."

"Yep, but I kep this for special use." Dispensed the fire and looked at the kid. "Sorry I didn't came in time, kiddo. But don't worry, we'll be gone."

"I doubt that! Meteor Crash!" He leaps high into the air and brought down his keyblade to the ground, a hail of fireballs and a large meteor from the sky to pummel them all.

But the man who came to their rescue turned to Ben. "Better hold on, this will be a flash!" Raised his hand and summoned a keyblade of his own but was red and the entire blade was shaped like a fire in a hook curve and spikes around the handle. Tiwls it in his hands to curve the fireballs away and in a flash, he vanished along with everyone else.

Escaping the danger and now back in Red Foundtain, but all bruised and injured save for their saviour. The guards took noticed and rushed over to them. "What's going on, are you alright?" One of them asked.

"Get these kids some help, it was an ambush but I came in time." The hooded savior turned to see an old man with a came who gasped to see the three keybeaers in such a state until he noticed him with them.

"What happened? And who might you be?" Saladin questioned him, likely curious if he was friend or foe.

The man raised his hands up and saw more came up to them. "Now just slow down and take a breather, I was able to make it in time to save them before Tezzeret could finish them off. Wish I was a little earlier."

Genie popped over and gasped to see his friends injured. "Hang on, kids. Things will be just fine!" Turned into a doctor and a hospital van appeared to put them in to drive off. "Have no fear, Genie will get them fixed up in no time!"

"Genie? Wow, now that brings back memories of that blue guy."

"You know him?" Saladin asked but somehow he noticed the keyblade in his hand. "That keyblade? Does that mean..."

"You got it, old timer." Reached up for his hood to pull back and revealed his face, none other than Lea with his hair still spiked up and pulled back but with a pony tail, slightly older than he was. "Name's Lea. Got it Memorized? Now I think something you'd wanna hear what I found out. But need to warn Alfea that a girl named Bloom is walking into a trap."

Lake Roccaluce

Earlier on, Mirta found Bloom and explained to her what she found out about the Trix using one of the books to make her believed she was the reincarnation of the Ancestral Witches. "You understand, Bloom? It was a trick to lure you in."

Bloom couldn't believe what she was told and yet so much to understand about herself. "Uh-uh, I'm so am I then? Why do I possess these powers?"

"I dunno, but we gotta get out of here and hopefully Mal got my message." Mirta said, causing Bloom to gasp.

"You said something about a trap? What happened? Are they alright?" Now she reaslised her friends could have fallen for another trick of theirs. "We have to find them before it's too late. "You think they did to get these powers I have?

"Oh, I very much think so." Kiko who was nibbling on a branch gasped and went for his owner in fear when they see the Trix hovering over them. "Well, they'll soon be ours so you won't have to worry about it much longer." Icy told her but spotted Mirta with her. "Ah, I see you've got company; the little witch, Mirta who likes to hang out with her upstart roommate. You two make a really cute couple. A couple of losers!"

"You played me for a fool!" Bloom said and was not very happy about it.

"Oh, don't worry, you won't be for much longer!" Icy stated and prepared herself to capture Bloom.

Mirta had to think of an idea and just thought of something, maybe buy them time and eyes gleam, and Icy goes to cast a spell.

"The only thing I can't stand fairies. Is annoying witchlings who can't even beat them!"

The Trix spotted a woman in black leather and red eyes flew towards them and lashed out, forcing them to split up.

"Hey! Whose this freak!" Stormy asked.

Bloom was shocked and turned to Mirta. "Is that you doing?" Discovered her trick.

"Yeah, something me, Stella and Mal fought." Mirta still had felt the creeps from LadyDevimon and thought be a good use to keep them busy, but not sure how long just gotta make a run for

The woman cackled and attacked them. "Darkness Wave!" Twirls and released a swarm of bats and mist. Icy forced herself to form an icicle barrier while Stormy was freaked out and tried zapping them.

"AH! Too many! EW Keep away!" She cried out. "That lady is really annoying!

"Cool it! I got this!" Darcy didn't seem fazed and used her powers to reveal the 'ladyDevimon' was nothing but an illusion. Smirked and looked down at the two girls now that her trick was exposed. "Trying to fool the queen of black magic with that pathetic illusory effect? Bad trick from a bad witch!"

Mirta had it with them and narrowed her eyes at them. "yeah, but some of you seemed scared like little girls!"

This made Stormy enraged that she was tricked but also insulted for that remark. "You'll regret that!"

"Uh, Mirta, I think you made her made." Bloom was nervous and scared.

Mirta gulped and nodded. "Yeah, I think I spent too much time with Mal." She whispered and

Icy had to admit that trick almost had her but now that Mirta somehow knew of their plans, but what else does she know? Not wanting to risk getting exposed before their plan is completed and needed to remove her for good. "It's payback time, little Mirta. And it's gonna hurt."

Casting a spell and encased Bloom and Mirta in a block of ice

With Bloom captured they can take the power from her. "Now, all we have to do is destroy that beautiful little ice sculpture and rip the power right out of Bloom's heart. It's ov-

But her moment of victory was dashed a large eagle swooped in and caused her to hit by a powerful gust of wind, sending the Trix to the ground. Stella, Tecna, Musa, and Flora appear.

"Sorry, did we interrupt something?" Stella mocked them, grinning when she knew what what was happening. Solwing flew back to her and latches on to her shouler. "Now you better leave if you know what's good for you!"

With the Trix struggling to get back up, Stella used the moment she had to melt the ice around Bloom and Mirta to free them.

Having just about enough of them always ruining her chances to win. Now they have these summons she heard about and always seem to somehow beat them. "You really starting to get on my nerves! UGH! I. HATE. YOU!"

"You won't win this time! And they're the Winx. Got it Memorized?" Mirta said, not showing any fear to the Trix anymore for all their torment

"I'll settle your score in a minute." Stormy proclaimed, annoyed by the witch helping the Winx out. Stormy flies into the air, she and the Winx Club start to circle each other, the fairies tried to out fly her but Stormy summons two twisters trapping the winx and binding them with rope. Solwing was about to attack her to defend its user when Stormy used a lightning bolt to struck it into the chest.

The six-winged Titan was struck and sent back to its own world after taking so much damage.

Bloom watched and couldn't let her friends get hurt. She wanted to get into the action and help them by transforming into her fairy form and flew up in the air but is shot by an energy ball before she could reach them.

"BLOOM!" Mirta cried out, looked up to see how twisted and evil the Trix were when they just laugh while the Winx were struggling to break free and trapped, her friends being tormented, tricked and hurt. She understood how that felt when she was always being the one that was their target of a joke and how they hurt her best friend Lucy. But since she met Mal, she started to become more confident in herself, meeting the Winx and the Keybladers, helping to face off the monsters and Grimm. She decided to get back at them by conjuring up a visious monster to spook them, break their focus long enough for her friends to escape.

The plan worked and the monster caused the Trix to be distracted, she can even see their startled faces when it showed out of no where.

She looked up to see the Trix, now looking very angry, especially Icy of all the Trix.

"This it is, Mirta, I've had it with you! You're a pain in the neck! You're a bothersome little... eugh a bothersome little..." But an idea struck when she saw the shirt with a picture of a. "Pumpkin? Why not?" Slowly began to grin and casted a spell on Mirta, transforming her into a pumpin.

The Winx could only watch in horror of what the Trix did to Mirta. Bloom was upset and angry over how they could do that. Bloom started to glow, her power exploded with rage and caused a strong blast of magic to send them away while the Winx come to on the ground back to their normal state without a scratch.

"Hey! We're all back to normal." Stella said. Held up her medallion in her hand. "But too bad, Solwing took a hit."

"I think he'll be fine but what an amazing burst of power. Where's Bloom?" Musa asked.

"She disappeared." Tecna said when unable to find her.

Stella groaned. "Not again!"

"Yoo hoo! I'm over here!" Bloom waves a hand from some bushes to show where she was.

"Bloom!" They pull apart the bushes to find Bloom lying on the ground.

"Great to see you again, girls." Bloom smiled.

"What in the world did you do to the witches?" Tecna asked her and was amazed by such power.

Bloom smiled to assure she was fine. "Don't worry, Tecna. They got their just deserts.

"Oh, Mirta." Flora walked over to her friend after she was transformed. "There's nothing we can do for her right now. Icy's spell was black magic."

"Maybe we can find a way to break that spell?" Musa asked. Feeling bad for her as they know Mirta being Mal's roommate and also her friend. She won't be so happy when she hears about this.

Kiko came over with a glassed bottle. "Kiko? What are you doing here?" Bloom picked him up and inside the bottle was Genie. "Genie!"

Genie was seen in a pirate get up. "Argh! Me hearties! Once again, be trapped in the glass prison of Davy Jone's Locker! I-oh!" Dropped the pirate accent to noticed the Winx girls present and waved at them. "Hi, girls. They tricked me, sorry."

"Yep, it's him." Musa rolled her eyes.

Bloom pulled the cork out to free him, allowing the Genie to emerge and stretched his arms. "Phew! Thanks, I was starting to lose it even if it were a few minutes."

Stella was gonna say something when she heard her phone ring and picked it up. "Hello? Oh hey, are the others… WHAT?! We'll be right there!" Stella hung up and was now alarmed by what she just heard. "Girls, something terrible happened to Mal, Taren and Ben!"

Codatorta sighed and felt terrible for what happened when he heard Macbeth came with the three apprentices in serious condition from the battle against Tezzeret, but what surprised him and the headmaster the most was Tezzeret had a Keyblade himself. He walked over to the beds with the three teens in bed all bruised and bandaged.

"How are they doing?" He asked out of concern for their well-being.

"Fortunately they're slowly recovering, had their auras not protected them, it would've been serious." The doctor confirmed. "They should be able to get up on their feet in a few days to rest."

"I'm glad to hear that. But, this is truly a dark day." Saladin was relieved yet saddened that they couldn't do much help. "I have informed Yen Sid of the situation and no doubt Faragonda will be distraught to hear this. We should inform Griffin about Mal's condition and would not attend to her classes for some time."

Macbeth nodded. "And no doubt the Winx as well. We told them they can come and visit them when they're awake from their injuries." Sighed as he would imagin the girls most upset to hear the news. and felt this was his fault. "If I knew then I would never have left them. Tezzeret tricked me."

"He tricked us all, and the Trix." Sky walked over and saw his friends, when he heard the news the prince dropped what he was doing to come over and same for the rest of the team. "I also feel bad after leaving Bloom, Taren will be mad about that no doubt when I promised to help her but... something she found startled me."

"Like what?" Saladin asked him. "What did she find?"

The bloonde looked about, making sure no one was listening. "She believed she was the reincarnation... of the Ancestral Witches."

To hear this news startled them, but started to make sense when it so happened to be at the same day on theri mission. "The Trix. This must be their doing." Macbeth growled with anger over how they decieved the poor girl with a cruel trick. "Headmaster, this cannot go unpunished. Surely even as witches they must follow such restrictions."

Saladin nodded and did not approve of this. "Most agreeable. They snuck into the Alfea school and were punished but now according to the information she recieved from a young Witch. if we can gain access to her memories of what she saw. We may have enough evidence to arrest them and hopefully capture Tezzeret."

"It won't be easy. But now we need to speak with Lea and how he came into all this." Macbeth said and taking one last look at the students before leaving. Wishing them a speedy recovery.

Sky knew he needed to get stronger and help them, they always came to their help but now needed to reach their level to stop this evil. "Get well soon guys. And Taren, you better get better, cause no doubt Bloom will be in tears to see you like this."

"Sleep well, Bloom. After all that's happened to you today, you need some rest." Flora said to the sleeping redhead, ever since they recieved the call about the battle and the keybladers injured, the Winx tried to rush over to see them but Saladin assured the girls they will see them the next day when they recover slowly. It was obvious that Bloom was upset and had tears on her face to hear about it, worried for them as most of all to Taren. And she wasn't the only one since the young Lymphean treid to hold back the tears in fear of something might have been far fatal had they not been rescued.

Flora walks over to her desk where the pumpkin formed Mirta is sitting, clinging to the hope of bringing her back to her normal self. "And don't you worry, Mirta, until we break the spell and transform you back to normal, I'll take care of you. Word of a Winx." Stroking the pumpkin to assure her, knowing she would hear her somehow with the ability to talk to plants.

Despite all that was calm, there was another thing that worried her was the keybladers, especially Taren. Clinging to the hope of seeing them recover and afraid, but no doubt Bloom be feeling the same thing when she saw the tears run down her cheeks. "Taren, please be better." She whispered and prayed for his recovery in her sleep.

PHEW! Wow that was a lot to work on for the fights! SO had to squeeze much as I did and also made an introduction of a familiar face! Now getting closer to the main battle as some that focus on the Winx will be skipped ahead and have some ideas for originals, hopefully not taking too long but also wish everyone a good health during the virus outbreak! Keep clean and support to those who are giving a helping hand to help those needed treatment.

Now, we may be coming close to how Tezzeret has a keyblade and what other secrets revealed in time so be prepared and if you have theories feel free to review! Also had tomake some changes for a twist and even show the keybalders not alway strong but as normal heroes needed something to help improve themselves from every fight.
