Chapter 66: Coming of the King Part 2

As it was now Sunday which meant for Auradon Prep was family day as all the students will be spending time with their families and relatives outside the garden for a banquet. Some of the students were preparing themselves and excited to receive a visit from their parents to know how they were doing. For the Villains Kids, they would only receive a video chat from their parents on Fairy Godmother's behalf, all but Mal given her mother was no longer alive and most of all, not mentioning about her father being Hades.

Taren walked alongside Flora to find the others before heading outside with the others, so far he had not gotten the chance to ask Ben how his 'date' went yet but so far the prince seemed just fine and Mal as well. But still, he was more on the topic of wanting to know what Tatsurion knew about his grandfather.

"Seems a lot of folks came by for family day." Taren noticed many students with their parents.

"Think your parents are coming?" Flora asked him if they were coming today or for the coronation.

He wasn't sure to be honest and shrugged his shoulders. "Dunno, haven't had a chance to call them about today since we're only here for a few days. But obviously be coming tomorrow in case we have trouble."

Flora knew he was thinking of something else and possibly about the other day. Even Bloom noticed this and made the two curious of what was on his mind. "Are you sure you're alright?"

"Wha, sure. Why do you ask?" Taren responded.

"I would have thought it had something to do with asking about Tatsurion or someone he knew, it seemed like you know something." She easily noted how he seemed to pry into the Kaiju's past as if he was hiding something.

He didn't know whether to keep it a secret or not, but she seems determined to get it out of him. "You're not gonna let this go, are you?"

Flora stood before him with her arms crossed over her chest. "Not until you come clean or we'll make you. Remember last time you made us upset?"

Flinches of what she was talking about, the memory of being punished by going around shops and carrying their bags after starting the relationship when they thought to 'punish' after his fight with Tezzeret. While it was fun to see them in different outfits, but carrying a lot was tyring which he saw as torture and knew little of fashion. The auburn haired teen believed he would not make it another time. "Okay, you win. I wanted to know if he had any connections to my grandpa."

This somewhat surprised her by his answer. "You're grandfather?"

Nods his head. "Yeah, I saw visions of him and also heard Tatsurion call his name when we first met. At first I thought it was just my imagination, but maybe I thought to ask him, but he doesn't seem keen to say much." Taren told her. "I even tried to get some way to find out about my grandpa's past. I've seen some visions of some doing stuff but no idea how to do it."

Coming to an understanding of why he was like this and thought of trying to find out. "I'm sure we'll find out. Maybe you could ask the masters or maybe Professor Avalon could help, he's been helping Bloom find out about her past."

Taren didn't seem so sure about that. "I think maybe ask the masters, this could be their sort of thing maybe. Remember, we're not supposed to share this to anyone. Even to your professor, Yen Sid feels it better be kept from him for now."

She assumed he was just being a little cautious, while she can understand it but doesn't understand why not wanting to share it with Avalon. As she wanted to says something, Mirta came by and noticed her passing. "Oh, there Mirta. Hey."

Mirta noticed Flora and waved to her. "Hey, Flora. Oh, Hi, Taren." Smiling sheepishly at him for a moment.

"So how's the school been for you since, Mirta?" Taren askedher.

"Well, not so bad. However, you were right about that Charming guy, he's nothing but a jerk who tried to get people to do his homeworld." Mirta told them.

"Yeah, he's like that. All looks and no brains." It's even a wonder how he even handles the Tourney games.

"That's not all, he was trying to get Evie expelled when he took her mirror to hand in to the science teacher." She tells them, earning a shock from Flora of such a low act,

"That's horrible! How could he do that?"

Taren's expression was the opposite with a scowl on his face and eyes narrowed, unable to believe Charming would go so far to do such a trick. "That lousy son of a-"

"Don't worry! I took care of that." Mirta calms him down and couldn't blame him for it. "Luckily I was ahead of him and made him think I was the professor after my Titan stole the mirror from him." Showing how she was proud of her little trick. "He actually fell for it, Evie managed to earn a decent grade for it after some encouragement."

He was relieved and sighed. "Great job, Mirta, you did great."

Flora appreciated her support and pulled her in a hug. "You did great, I'm actually proud of how much you've grown since coming to Alfea."

Earning a praise from her crush, Mirta then blushes while also taken by Flora's embrace but couldn't agree more even if she couldn't admit it. "Well, it was, nothing really. But he was a jerk to them, saying how they are like their parents but all I saw was many treating them like bullies."

Taren sighs and reluctantly agrees with her. "Yeah, possibly because some think they're children of heroes let their egos get the better of them. Charming and Audrey are a major example and opposite of their parents. I've spent time with the VKs and seem like a decent bunch, just need some help like Ben said."

Mirta remembered something Charming said about them, it felt hurtful to judge people without knowing them, for herself she was a witch student of Cloud Tower until changing schools to Alfea and becoming a Fairy. She wasn't entirely evil, just wanted to be a strong witch, then got inspired by Mal standing up to the Trix. Then she heard about the Organization XIII with the majority of them being just innocent people being forced into one mad villain's plot to take over entire worlds.

"Um, Taren, how much do you know about my dad? I mean, about his history with your parents?" Mirta surprised him with her question.

Uncertain how to give such an answer. "Uh, Lea? Uh… well… I know a little, ahh-"

"Hey, there you are." Musa came by with Stella beside her. "We've been looking for you guys, everyone is heading to the banquet in the garden, you guys coming?

Taren would have thought of it being a relief to be cut off. "Uh, yeah sure, we'll catch up." Just before he would leave, he decided to finish the conversation with Mirta. "Sorry, Mirta, maybe you could ask the masters about Lea. Roxas and Xion are closest to him, so could ask them."

"Really? Well, okay." Mirta could meet them and perhaps find out, it was something she didn't want to ask her father.

"Alright, Mirta, exactly what is this we've been hearing about some new partner you have? Did you actually bond with one of the pixies?" Mal wondered what she wanted to show them and noticed her grin on her face.

"Well, it's something more than that actually." She did get along with one of them and yet to bond first, but had to keep it a surprise for the main day when everyone was so busy. Reaching for her belt and showing them something they recognised. A Digivice, but this one being white and pink.

Blinks her eyes in mild-surprise when coming to a realisation of what it means. "Wait a second… that's a …a digivice?"

Even Ben couldn't hold back his surprise. "Mirta, does that mean…"

"Yeah, Ben, she's got a Digimon like us." Taren confirmed it to be true as a living witness. "Even ask the girls and they'll confirm it."

Nods her head with a surprise. "I didn't think it would happen but let me introduce you to my partner." A beam of light came from the Digivice and appeared before them, appearing before them was Salamon. "Guys, meet Salamon."

Mal was amazed to see a new Digimon and almost like a… dog? Maybe a cat or something. "Didn't see that coming."

"Aww, it's so adorable!" Evie wanted to hug the cutest thing she ever saw, luckily for the Digimon, the excitable bluenette was held back by Mal and Jay holding an arm each.

"Evie, control yourself." Mal did not expect this but did admit her Digimon was cute but didn't want to say it outloud to upset her partner. Yet she still wondered how this had happened. "So how did this happen? Did she come from an egg like Layla's?"

"No, that's the thing. She came through a portal directly from the Digital World and ended up in Alfea." Mirta recalled her encounters with the Snimon that day. "But nothing compared to a deadly creature called Snimon."

Showing them the image of Snimon that was described as a giant praying mantis with teeth and bladed scythes, it was enough to give Carlos a jump.

Jay gulped. "Okay, the ones you have maye seem adorable, but that thing looks like it could eat us!:

"So they could also appear anywhere now? That's all we have to worry." With some they fought such as ladyDevimon as their first encounter and against Golemon. With another Digimon

"Don't worry, it was captured and probably sent back to its world by now." Taren assured him, much to their relief to hear about it. "With the coronation coming tomorrow, we are all on our guard for anything."

Ben nodded his head. "Yeah, which is why we would have the Specialists coming for the moment, Sky just contacted me about it." Obviously they wanted to give their congrats and not miss this moment.

Stella was happy to be seeing Brandon and hopefully to have some fun in a coming party. Tecna had thought of maybe asking Timmy since she had not said anything to him for a while. Musa was not so sure whether to ask Riven for a dance or not due to her complicated feelings for him.

"So then just something to ask." Carlos brought up and turned to Mal and Ben. "Are you two…?"

Mal and Ben looked at each other and shared a bashful look on their faces which was obvious to everyone.

"I knew it! Stella chuckles and grins at them. "I'm always right! I saw it many times and you always denied it."

"Yeah, yeah, alright, can you drop it now?" Mal groaned and knew it was gonna be one of those days. But didn't want to admit she was happy to finally confess her feelings… in a way to Ben. Speaking of, upon finding out about how she ended in such a state and told what happened by a pixie who used her magic on her cookies the other day. "By the way, you can tell your little friend next time she wants to help, leave me out of it."

Stella chuckled nervously, pressing both her fingers together knowing who she was on about and seemed to be less happy about it. "Uh, right, hehe I'll be sure to remember that."

"It did gave a startle to someone." Mal says, giving Taren a grin of what she found out.

This made him mutter under his breath. "Yeah, laugh it up. Just gonna take some getting use to this." Now he won't hear the end of it from Mal, but surprised they started showing each other's feelings which made him happy to see, but didn't want to say it out loud.

"How about for today we just enjoy ourselves and have fun." Ben suggested and also to make an introduction of his new girlfriend to his parents, hoping they would accept her.

"Um, on an important subject, how do you think they will take the news about you being the daughter of Maleficent?" Evie brought up the subject which no doubt everyone was thinking

It was still something to think about, Mal was hoping to keep it a secret a little longer until the big real. But who knows how that could happen. "I think… they will… realise me being a keyblade wielder and being a hero would overlook that and see I'm completely unlike my mother."

"Really?" Evie asked.

"No. I think I'm definitely a goner." And if it doesn't work out, there's still Cloud Tower to continue full time studying as a Witch after they are done in Auradon.

"Been awhile since we've seen you, Lea. You're looking good." Dilan complimented Lea during their reunion and had not seen him in years, they had missed him since he chose to stay in the Magic Dimension after the battle against the Ancestral Witches.

Taking a mug in his hand and smiling at him when it was made by Xion. "Yeah, well, considering being a parent has its priorities and thought to help things in order."

"Still hard to believe that you became a dad." Elrena laughed, she appeared to have changed with her hair slightly longer and more mature by her age, but still kept the signature bangs. After becoming human again, she regained her connection to her keyblade after the war. Joining forces with the heroes to redeem herself for the actions her Nobody caused but appreciated for what they did as also for the others. Finding out about Lea from Roxas and Xion was a shock to her and others but proof by seeing the photo of Mirta in her hand. "Man, she shares some similarities to you."

"Yeah, I guess being a little rebellious is where she got it from." Leia told her.

"I was thinking if she started using the old phrase you use. Got it memorized?" Xion smirked and giggled, as others joined in to tease him.

Annoyed by their mocking of his choice of habit. "And what's wrong with that? She is a chip of the old block."

"So the great fire starter himself actually got settled, huh?" She wore a sly grin. "Bet the Mrs must be really hot to get you tied down."

Roxas and Xion flinched the moment she mentioned it, to the others they were not srue what was wrong when they noticed Lea's expression turned to a downcast and sorrow as he was suddenly silent for a moment.

"Yeah… she was." Lea sighs. "Her mom and I… well we sort of had a sudden strong bond during the war. Somehow ended up having a kid. It took me a hell of a surprise and more so when she asked me to protect Mirta after she gave her life to save a town from the Witches' forces.

"I'm sorry. Truly we are and shouldn't have brought it up." Dalin apologised to Lea sincerely for losing someone dear to him.

"Thanks, Dalin, didn't expect… something like it to happen." Lea recalled memories of meeting Mirta's mom when he was wounded and found in their temple, nursed back to health and did not leave his side, Roxas and Riku joked about thinking she had a thing for the fire user. Next thing he didn't expect was having a moment of romance before leaving that made him feel whole again. And after seeing each other again for almost a year… he was unprepared for what came next to find her with a newborn wrapped up in her arms, giving her life to save their daughter.

He had no idea if these were really affections and confirmed the girl was his by blood, so he made it his effort to raise her. Lea did have some moments of saying much about her mother from time to time and being a single parent wasn't easy but she did grow up right as she now has made plenty of friends after enrolling to Alfea School. The magic she inherited was more from her mother's side with the illusions no doubt but seeing her use the chakram was definitely from her father's skills which at least counts.

Roxas puts his hand on his shoulder. "I know its hard to not think of it, but at least you got Mirta. Besides, she's grown up well and is doing great."

Xion fully agreed with the blonde. "He's right, Mirta would make a great fairy, give a little time she would get good grades, build up more courage and maybe think of boys."

Little did she know that the last part is something any father would react to naturally about their daughters. Shot up straight from his seat and hoisted the startled Xion from her feet and started shaking her like a rag doll. "Like hell any boy would even think of coming close to my Mirta! She's too young to start thinking about boys. And if they dare, I'll make sure they come back in ASHES! You hear me!?"

"O-O-OOO'-K-KAY! L-LELEAA! YOU…YOU'RE… MAKING… MEEE DIZZ–EEY–E-E!"

"Lea! Calm down! You're gonna make her lose her head if you keep doing that!" Roxas tried to get his best friend to calm down. He did not expect to see this side of Lea but no doubt that the whole parenting had changed him. Already Xion's eyes started to spin around and could see Lea was ready to explode in flames.

They truly hope Mirta doesn't take his fiery personality.

"ACHOO!" Mirta suddenly sneezed.

"That's a big sneeze." Mal snickered and was surprised by her sudden sneeze.

"That was odd." It felt weird, almost as if someone was talking about her somewhere, but unable to know where it came from.

Mal looks around and finds her boyfriend meeting his parents, so far so good, it made her nervous to meet them in person. Wishing him the best of luck.

Belle and Adam were dressed for the occasion and showed up on Family Day to spend time with their son before Coronation Day. They wanted to give him the support he can as a family before he will take the crown as king of Auradon, smiling to greet him in his blue suit.

"There's our future king! How have you been?" Adam patted Ben on the shoulder and smiled proudly for his son, no doubt he must be nervous.

"Oh, you know, the usual." Ben shrugs his shoulders.

"Come on, there must have been some excitement. LIke that little match between keyblades?" Earning a surprised look from their son to know about it and recognise him with the mask, causing his father to chuckle.

"You saw that?" Ben didn't expect them to know or perhaps been told that he took part in it without anyone knowing when being so careful and wore the wolf mask to conceal his identity.

"Yes, we did." Belle confirmed his question. "Don't think I wouldn't know who was under that mask, a mother can tell. Although, I can understand why, did you really need to be… unfair to win?" She remembered being a little worried while at the same time being a proud mother of his improvements to get better with his keyblade. Ben certainly displayed skills and qualities to handle himself well and couldn't help but feel joy as a parent to see him so grown up.

Obviously aware of what he did but didn't do any harm, much just to surprise Mal to win. "I know, it's not my style of fighting. It's not cheating as long as it is fair when facing a Keyblade Bearer."

Adam nodded to agree. "Oh yeah, I remember fighting alongside Sora in those days against the villains and the Organization XIII. But you sure kicked butt!" Let out a soft laugh with his son, until he noticed his wife's disapproval look and cleared his throat. "But I think we should have a talk in the future." As he told Ben before giving him the thumbs up which made the prince chuckle. They would also discuss his role as a keyblader while both were proud of their son being chosen, but need to sort out the burden of his duties when ruling the kingdoms and his role of protecting the worlds from another threat.

The family were greeted by the photographer who asked if they could take a picture together which they agreed and followed his direction of where to take their picture. "Just here?" King Adam pointed to the spot the photographer requested for a suitable spot. Both he and Bell stood side by side with their son in between.

"That's good, your highness." Sets his camera to take their picture. "Ready?"

The royal couple made sure they looked decent enough, Adam fixing his crown and Belle adjusting her hair. But before they would have their picture, Ben had something to tell them that he almost forgot and now was the time to tell them.

"Oh, by the way. I have a new girlfriend."

His parents were surprised but pleased to hear the news.

"Oh, honey, that's wonderful." Belle was of course happy for her son to find someone special after his previous relationship ended. "Well, I never wanted to say anything, but I always thought that Audrey was a little self-absorbed. A fake smile, kind of a kiss-up."

Earning a somewhat surprise from Ben to hear this about Audrey, yet he could understand her reason to think of his happiness.

His father wanted to know about this girl dating their son and maybe a good match for him. "Do we know your new girlfriend?"

The cameraman was ready to take their photo. "On the count of three. One, two.."

"Well… sort of." It was now or never. "Mal!" Ben waves to Mal who was with Evie holding Buddy in her arms along with Palmon eating some chocolate coated strawberries.

"Three!"

While Ben took a quick pose with a warm smile as the photographer proceeded to take the photo, oblivious to the moment his parents saw her, they paid no attention to what was happening with their startled faces and the queen's jaw dropped with an open gap. The photographer noticed his mistake when they were distracted .

Mal walked through the gardens to find him, she was completely nervous and despite Ben's offer of waiting for the right moment, she didn't want to hold back and show them how she deeply cares for him. No turning back now for this, better to make a good impression.

"Mal." She smiles to see him coming over to her. "I wanna introduce you to my parents."

"Ben." Mal sighs and embraces him as he does the same.

This made Belle gasp from seeing how they were interacting, even her husband was surprised and said nothing, doing their absolute best to maintain a good impression for their son as they turned to face them.

Hand in hand.

And her arm around his.

Ben clears his throat. "This is Mal. One of the keybladers. And my girlfriend." Mal nods her head to confirm his statement of them now together.

An awkward moment of silence between the two until Belle broke the silence but almost stuttered. "H-Hi!"

"Hi." Mal responded, equally nervous to meet them and said little,

Adam gave no response but simply waved his hand to her.

Going as smoothly as possible, Ben thought of getting them to know each other. "I was thinking she could join us for lunch." Maybe to sit down, talk and hopefully make a good impression.

"Of… c-course." The king was able to speak at last. "A-Any friend of Ben's…"

"Um, I actually thought maybe some of ours?" Mal suggested, thinking it would be nice to have some back up. "That is, if you don't mind but…"

"Well, you should invite them." Belle replied, perhaps knowing Ben's new friends as well, Taren would be welcome for being with him during their travels. Mal glances over her shoulder and finds Evie smiling at her with the dog and the Digimon, Mirta beside her and the Winx. Jay and Carlos… helping themselves to the chocolate, along with Agumon standing on top of Gabumon wanting to get some. "Because the more the merrier!"

"Yeah, I'll go see if they're free." Mal thought to get them.

Adam thought of an idea before she could do so. "Uh, how about a game of croquet before lunch?"

"Huh? Of course." Mal didn't seem to mind it one bit.

"Game on." Ben gives a fist pump to his father and takes Mal with him to the fields. "Have you ever played before?"

"No."

"You'll be fine." Ben assured her, it was a simple game and shouldn't be hard.

As they leave, Belle could no longer hold the will to stand and almost fainted had her husband caught her. Still overwhelmed by the shock that their son is dating the daughter of the Dark Fairy, neither of them couldn't comprehend how this happened and thought they were dreaming.

"Agumon, don't get the chocolate in your mouth! People need to eat it too!" Taren rushed over to grab his Digimon partner before he could have a chance to scoop it up with his tongue and prevented a scene.

"Oh, but it looks tasty! And Carlos is doing it."

Carlos said nothing with his mouth full and muffled barely notable words and held a thumbs up.

Taren sighs and says nothing. "Least try to wipe your face with a napkin, guys." Decided to dip some strawberries with chocolate for the Digimon to enjoy. "Here, maybe next time we'll get a choc fountain for ourselves."

"Sweet! Thanks, bro!" Jay thought he was also getting one and patted the auburn haired teen on the back.

Sighs and thought it was becoming a pain in the next watching over them. Earning a giggle from Bloom coming over. "So far it seems to be going well for Ben and Mal." Seeing them talk to his parents and both noticed their… surprised faces.

"Yeah, I think they took it really well." Taren could easily see how the queen reacted and not in a good way at least.

Hopefully his parents would come around to accept Mal as she had been by their side and proved herself a better person. She suddenly noticed Dude barking at something that caught her attention or something small and white ran around.

"Hey, Dude, chill!" Evie didn't know what got into him.

"What's with him?" Taren pondered.

"Hey, next time teach your dog not to scare away Sapphire, buddy!" A young voice caught their attention, one that was immediately known to Taren and Bloom to find none other than Hana dressed in a white and blue dress with her hair done with curls. Narrowed her eyes and crossed her arms when scolding the teen.

"Hana?" Taren was surprised to find his sister on Auradon.

She noticed him and smiled. "Hey, brother! Hi, Bloom!"

"Wait, this kid is your sister?" Carlos could see some similarities between them, but would have mistaken her for Bloom since they have the same eyes but also have darker red hair.

"Yeah, this is my sister, Hana, I have no idea she is coming."

"I couldn't be left alone back on the islands. And his dog startled poor Sapphire!" Pointing her finger at Carlos while holding Dude.

"Hey, it's not his fault, your fox surprised him!" Carlos argued.

"You brought her here as well?" Taren would have guessed as much, earning the confusion of his girlfriend who had no idea what they were talking about.

"What are you on about?" She asked them.

"We picked up a stray fox that snuck on the ship a while ago and somehow Hana convinced mom and dad to keep her as our new pet." Speaking of which he noticed a white tail exposed under the table cloth, grabbed it and lifted the sheets to find the small white furred cup happily munching on a cooked potato. Noticed she was caught and licked her jaw.

Bloom found her adorable and knelt down to get a closer look. "Aww, what a cute fox. Hello there." She reached her hand to stroke her which Sapphire didn't object to her kind gesture and allowed the redhead to pick her up.

Evie gushed over the small pup.

Jay didn't take notice and carried on while Carlos thought be a good idea to keep Dude away from the small fox for a good reason.

Suddenly, Taren thought of something since Hana was here then that could… Sighs and figures as much. "Where's mom and dad?"

Hana pointed her finger to find their parents in casual clothing mingling with the others. "They thought to come early and see how things were going. Mom also thought to make sure you were not hurt or not getting into trouble."

"Come on, when have I ever been in that situation?" Both the sister and girlfriend looked at him as if he grew another head. Wondering if he was joking or actually serious.

"Well, well, if it isn't Taren Strife himself!" Coming up behind him was Jordan who gave a smile at him. "Long time no see, hero. Haven't had a chance to see ya."

"Hey, Jordan, how's it been?" Taren was happy to see one of the familiar faces around.

"Oh, you know, same old, same old." She told him and noticed his sister. "Lookie here, you've really grown, Hana."

The younger Strife sibling gave the daughter of Genie a friendly smile. "Hi, Jordan! Have you met Sapphire?" Showing the snow fox to Jordan who smiles at her.

Jordan smiles but felt something about the fox was a little off, before she could say anything, Genie appeared with a pair of croquettes in his hand.

"Hey, Jordan, ready for a father and daughter game?"

Mentally groaned and found her dad's antics embarrassing. "Really dad? That game is boring."

"Not unless you make it more interesting with the Genie." Genie tells her and notices Taren and Bloom. "Oh! Hi, guys, how's it going. All set for Ben's big day?"

"Yeah and hopefully things go well." Taren wondered what he was going to do with the clubs. "Hey what's with those?"

"Ugh, you had to ask." Jordan knew he shouldn't have asked that, given how competitive her father can be.

"A game of sport! Between men. Stamina. And lots of patience! This is the ultimate game. Me and Carpet have fought one another for centuries!" Boasting over a small game, making himself look silly much to Jordan's embarrassment of how her father was behaving over a game.

Jordan shakes her head and places her hand on her face to cover the flush. "Dad, get a hold of yourself."

Taren found it hilarious by his antics and pats Jordan on the shoulder. "Least it couldn't get any worse."

Before the Genie could respond, he then suddenly let out a gasp when he spotted something that made his blue skin much paler. "Actually… it could!"

"Huh?" Genie grabs his head and turns him around to show him, and finds Mal being approached by an old woman who made his skin turn pale. "Oh no."

"Who's that?" Bloom wondered if Mal was in trouble.

"Former Queen Leah. Audray's grandmother." Taren gulps, not wasting time to run to make sure she doesnt recognise her while Bloom follows him. And maybe warn Ben before she finds out.

"This aint good! She'll find out!" Genie began to grow nervous while his daughter was oblivious of his behaviour.

"Why? What's the matter?"

"Uh, well… you see…" Not sure how to answer that question to his daughter, not knowing how she will take it. "It's a funny story."

'Well this could be easy, least safer with Genie not going overboard.' Mal would have thought to maybe gt some advice form the girls about impressing Ben's parents, so far it went on a easy start but seem to made a... startling impression

"Hello there."

Mal looks to see a kind looking woman who came up to her. "Hi." Giving a friendly response if she wanted something.

"I'm sorry, but… have we met?" Studying her face as if she had seen her somewhere before.

Not able to recall meeting her, she simply shrugged and answered her question. "No, I don't think so. I'm new. I'm sort of like a... Transfer student." Maybeshe must've seen her in the news of being a Keyblade Bearer, that's probably where she must have heard.

"Oh, yes." The woman replies when suddenly Audrey comes over to them.

"Grammy."

The woman gave a warm smile upon being greeted by Audrey. "Oh, Audrey! Give grammy a kiss!"

Confused and mildly alarmed, Mal sees how they interact by exchanging kisses which makes them related. "Grammy?" Trying to not sound too nervous as her mind was immediately connecting the dots of the two possibly be connected. 'Oh crap, please don't say she's-'

"Sleeping Beauty's mother." Audrey stated, staring right at her with a new found fear and disdain, something Mal caught notice. "Grammy I don't think you should be talking to this girl. Unless you wanna Unless you feel like taking another hundred-year nap."

Hearing the last remark, it was something Mal caught on, much to her biggest fear. Does she know? She couldn't have! How and when?

"Wha?" Leah, who seemed confused, turns to glance at Mal with another look in her face and an image of someone she remembered so long ago. And one face she knew but with green skin. Then it hit her where she saw her face before and remembered a face she never forgot in her life. "You?!"

Startled by her outcry and stepped back, drawing everyone's attention to them until Taren and Bloom rushed to her, only to be too late when she recognised her from somewhere. Taren's parents looked worried when they noticed something was wrong.

"Mal? Uh, queen Leah…. Audrey." Taren spoke respectively, even to Audrey just to show some manners when he saw her afraid, giving Audrey the look of disapproval of what she did. He had a feeling she did something.

Leah looked at her face and was utterly speechless. "H-How… how is this possible… you were… destroyed! And so young!"

"Queen Leah, it's fine! She's not Maleficent." Taren came into her defence as Bloom nodded.

"But her daughter?" Audrey blunted, earning shocks in front of those who heard her to realise who Mal is. Taren and Bloom gave a mutual glare at her for exposing Mak's secret like that and showed no sympathy. Another question is how did she find out.

Ben arrived in time and stepped by his girlfriend's side, with the secret out he wanted to be by her side for support. "Queen Leah, It's okay. Mal is completely not like her at all. She's even a keyblade apprentice." Ben confirmed, much to her surprise and yet hardly believed it. "Don't you remember my proclamation to give the new generation a chance?"

"A chance to what, Ben? Destroy us? You remember, don't you? The poison apples. And the spells. Spells. My daughter... Was raised by fairies because of your mother's curse. So her first words, her first steps, I missed it all! You mustn't trust her."

"Hey, that's enough! She's not to blame for all that!" Bloom couldn't believe she had the audacity to say something so horrible and blame Mal for something she didn't do. Unable to stand by and let her be treated this way. "How could you say that when you know nothing about-"

"You back off!" Chad interrupts her when he stepped in and brushed her off only for Taren to step in front of him with a stern glare, warning him to not touch his girlfriend like that.

"Back off, Charming."

"Don't do this Chad." This is exactly as Ben feared would happen.

"Don't do what? If I were you, I would get away from the villains." Chad advised them and glared at Taren after regaining his stutter. "If you're meant to be a key user then shouldn't you be doing your job?"

"Them? Villains?" Unable to believe how ridiculous Chad sounded and an idiot to believe that if he actually got to know them. Taren quickly glanced at the Villains Kids and back to the group. "I've seen actual villains, they're just like any other teenagers wanting to be accepted. And for the record we already knew who she was."

"Are you out of your mind?!" Audrey cried out, making Bloom roll her eyes of how overdramatic she is.

Taren didn't seem to be bothered to answer and shrugged. "Guess it runs in the family. But you can ask the others the same thing." Earning a nod from his parents to support it as well as the Winx. "Master Yen Sid, my parents, even King Mickey knew for years. She would have had a single chance but proved herself to us time and time again. It's called earning trust and redemption."

"Redemption? They could end up like their parents-"

"They are nothing like them! We've known mal since the day we met and see her as someone who can be relied on and supportive!" Bloom stood up for her and glared at him. No longer taking anymore of this. "You say they're trouble makers but what have you done since they came? Treating them like criminals because of what their parents did? That's hardly fair considering you know nothing about them!"

"Oh, yeah?" Chad glares at Mal. "You enjoy hurting people, you stole another girl's boyfriend."

Mal rolled her eyes, unable to believe how childish that this prince was to accuse her of something she didn't do, for once. Even Taren groaned at his accusation. But Ben didn't take that tone of her and warned him from going further. "She didn't steal anybody."

"For the record, he ended the relationship months ago, so I hardly consider that a steal." Taren brought up when he remembered what Ben told them.

"And neither did she use people like you did to Evie and to get her expelled." Bloom added of his little scheme, surprising the prince of how she knew that. "You're nothing but jerks to them since they got here and judged them cause of what their parents did."

Chad was taken back by her response and tries to make up an excuse to deny the blame. "Y-Yeah, like I would also enjoy hurting people." Referring to Jay, even though many saw it was just a tryout and then turns to Evie. "And you. You're nothing but a gold digger and a cheat."

Evie didn't take that well and pulled out her mirror. "Mirror Mirror in my hand, who's the biggest jerk in the land?" The magic mirror does as she requested and reveals Chad's face.

"She's got my vote." Taren nods his head.

But Charming didn't believe a word of it despite the fact the mirror shows who he is by her question, claiminig to be one of her tricks. "What?! Come on!" Swats the mirror out of her hand, but only causes Jay to provoke him.

"Jay! Don't!" Taren was able to pull him back before he could make it worse. "He's not worth it!" Evie steps in and sprays a small dose of sleeping potion to temporarily put him to a light sleep.

Realising how it got out of hand, they had to leave. Mal didn't expect this to go too far all because of her. "Mal, go with them." Bloom tells her, but before the witch could respond, Evie pulls her away.

"Guys!" Ben tries to call them but they are too far and already left.

With Chad waking up with his girlfriend by his side, the others were more concerned for the VKs as things may become worse.

Ben's father, having to witness the scene, feared something like this would occur and should have warned his son. "I was afraid this would happen."

"It's not their fault." Sora countered. "We should have done something more for them but guess not all have let go of the past."

Kairi didn't take well to how Aurora's daughter behaved, while feeling sorry for the former queen's emotional state of not seeing her daughter grow up because of maleficent, it was no excuse to blame it all on Mal who had nothing to do with it. But she had been wondering how the princess found out. "How did that girl find out about Mal? It was supposed to be a secret for the time being."

"That's something we should find out. But not right now." Sora figured it would cause a scene if they came up to her like she did something wrong-in a way she did but wait until later when everything settles down.

"Did you see that! That was priceless!" Icy clutches her stomach and laughs after watching the whole thing when the bratty princess exposed Mal to everyone of who her mother was.

"Oh, it was so hilarious, I thought Mal was about to cry!" Stormy grins as they mocked her. "Now the cat's out of the bag, no one will trust her."

"Serves her right for getting in our way, she made us look like fools back in Cloud Tower, now she'll get what's coming to her." Darcy had heard stories about Maleficent and never understood how someone being the daughter of the Dark Fairy would see it as a curse. Maybe she never stood a chance at being a villain. "And now, tomorrow is the day no one will forget."

"Too right, Darcy." Kefka steps forward with a wide grin on his face. "Everything is prepared, don't forget girls, we want to have a good shut eye for the grand performance."

The ice witch grins with their plan in motion to get the wand and cause chaos to the kingdoms. "Don't worry, Kefka, I wouldn't miss it for the world and know exactly how to get in."

Taren sighs and much as he wanted to give Audrey a serious talk about ruining this moment for Mal to show she was not her mother, Chad had to make it worse. Brushing his fingers through his hair. "This could have gone better."

"And thanks to them, people would think those kids are up to no good. But I want to know how she found out?" Bloom wanted to know, she was certain they were all careful about it and never said a soul.

"Exactly what I want to know." Taren had the same idea. But right now, Ben is probably feeling down about what happened. "Sorry it didn't turn out that way."

Ben appreciated his words but shook his head. "I should have seen this coming, maybe I was a little too forward or something."

"You only did what you thought was right, Ben. They should deserve a chance to be in Auradon." Bloom tells him that he didn't do anything wrong. "But it seems not everyone agrees. Mal wouldn't have gone along with it if she didn't stick by you, neither would we as that's what friends do."

Taking her advice to maybe have a think of it when they all supported the prince for months since they met. He couldn't be happier to have such good friends. 'Guess it's good to have friends on your side.'

For a brief moment in his pocket, his digivice flashed a blue light in response to his emotions. Not aware of what was happening, they spotted the VKs with the Winx who found them by the table.

"Hey, guys. How is everyone?" No response from the kids and didn't blame them for what happened, even Mal was probably miserable for what happened. Maybe it was bad timing to ask that and start over to give some encouragement. "Hey, listen. Forget about it. All right? It was nothing. Forget about it. Let it go. Tomorrow, after the coronation, I promise everything will be okay."

"Yeah, they were just jerks anyway." Musa joined in on the conversation. "Besides, you guys made a godecentod start to not be like your parents."

"Thanks." Jay managed to reply and at least they knew who their friends were when the redhead girl stood up for them.

Ben nodded to them in gratitude, but thought to maybe have a talk with his parents. Leans down to whisper to Mal before leaving, even though he wanted to stay for her. "I have to go." I'll see you guys later." Kissing her head and making his leave.

Taren would then follow him. "I'll have to go as well, later guys." Giving them a wave

Evie saw Doug coming over to their table, looking apologetic from earlier and possibly wanting to say something. "Listen, Evie, I wanna talk about earlier today. I just-"

"Doug!" Chad cuts him off from the other table.

"It's my fault, Doug. I'm sorry." Feeling she was responsible for letting her personal issues get the better of her.

Doug shook his head, believing he didn't have the courage to stand up for them like Taren and Bloom did. "No, It's mine."

"Doug!" Once again, Chad cuts in to make him end his sentence. "What?" Doug couldn't say anything and gave her an apologetic look, even though he wanted to say longer but couldn't. Reluctantly goes back to the others.

"What a jerk!" Mirta couldn't stand the prince' bad attitude.

"Speaking of, where is that Audrey girl about?" Tecna noticed the princess was not with her friends or boyfriend. "She missing or something?"

"From what I know, the keyblade masters are asking her serious questions about how she found out about Mal. And they aren't happy how it went." Bloom hopefully nothing too serious happens.

So much for having a nice day.

"This is ridiculous! Why am I treated like this?" Audrey was brought into the office, surrounded by Taren, Ben, Terra, Kairi and Sora, including Fairy Godmother who was present among them to know and ask her questions.

"No one knew who Mal was until you blabbed it out." Taren scolded her with his arms crossed over his chest. "How did you find out, Audrey? Someone had to either tell you, or you must have been eavesdropping."

Obviously the latter was very unlikely when they had to be very careful about

"What I want to know is why you keep defending her of who her mother is?" Audrey chose to ignore his question and asked them. "She's the daughter of the evilist witch ever existed!"

"Who fought alongside us against evil witches, monsters, and even the Grimm, she proved to be a worthy keyblade bearer when it sensed greatness in her heart despite who her mother is." Ben argued to gain her attention, surprising her of his statement without knowing about his involvement with the heroes.. "Everyone has a choice to make a change and she could have turned against us but didn't. And don't say she has me under a spell, Audrey otherwise I wouldn't be here right now defending her."

"He's right and Bloom would have read his aura easily." Terra spoke up and stepped forward. "Princess, this is a serious matter. We spoke with the Winx girls and the three transferred students, none of them spoke to you about this or said anything about who her mother was until you said it.

"But one of them told me, I swear, they must be lying." She looked confused and shook her head as to why no one would believe a word she said.

"Audrey Rose, this isn't a game and we don't have time for this." Kairi scolded the princess for not cooperating with them and putting the blame on the children who had done anything wrong at all. When she found out about Chad's plot, she couldn't believe such people would go so low because of their heritage. "What happened to your mother was terrible. But that was done by Maleficent, not Mal. That happened years before she was even born! So that's hardly anything to blame her for." She was also disappointed in the former queen for accusing her of it since her mother was defeated, but said nothing due to how she was possibly going through an emotional state.

"Kairi is right, this is why this school was made to help move on to the future, rather than be held back by the past to not repeat them." The Fairy Godmother suggested to her in hopes to come to some sense.

The princess sighed and gives them the answers they wanted to get this over with. "Fine. There was this performer dressed up as a clown who told me about her."

"Clown? What clown?" Fairy Godmother didn't understand what she was talking about and did not remember anything about setting up a performance. "We never hired a performer."

A sudden dreaded feeling came to Taren's mind, he looked at Ben who had the same idea.

"What exactly did this clown look like?" Ben asked her.

"Very bizarre clothes, mostly red, blue and yellow. And that hair of his-"

"Blue and styled like a feather?" Taren cuts in and clearly now has an idea of who it was.

Surprised that he knew, Audrey blinked her eyes. "Yeah, that's right."

This was now bad and just what they feared.

"Oh that's just perfect." Taren then groaned as it was what he feared the most. "Kefka. Which means he must be close by then we thought. And I have a feeling the Trix are with him as well."

If the people of Auradon Prep thought the Villains Kids were bad news, wait until they meet the true villains who are much worse.

On Radiant Garden, some were watching from Cid's living room with a large screen in, according to Tifa's excuse, it was less crowded and noisy with the guards and staff in other rooms to watch. But personally it was because she liked his TV to his annoyance. Many sat on the furniture with snacks and drinks.

"Quick, put the channel on, Cid. I wanna hear this." Tifa said, munching on a scooped up popcorn in her mother.

The old man grumbled of being made host to his long time friends. Thinking of having them to pay if they keep coming to his place. "Then you should start by putting some cash for your own, next time."

Tifa took no notice of his response. "Pity Cloud didn't stick around."

"Well you know how he is, this sort of thing wouldn't interest him." Aerith told her.

"I thought yout wo would least get him to settle down, after all you guys are-"

Interrupting his sentence was Merlin opening the door with Riku behind him. "Sorry we're late everyone, is it starting?"

"Oh, you're just in time." Aerith was happy to see him and see the scueen revealing Snow White as a news reporter on screen.

"At last, here we are, broadcasting life from the coronation where Prince Benjamin will soon be crowned king! I'm Snow White, bringing you up to the second coverage of who's the fairest of them all."

"Wasn't she the queen of Charmington?" Cid asked.

"Oh, indeed but also thought to be more into other things such as being a reporter for special events." Merlin tells them. "I think it shows how well they are doing."

"Let's hope it goes well." Riku can only hope so.

It was the day of the Coronation, many people from different kingdoms allied to Auradon were dressed for the occasion. While the audience was settling in, among them was Taren in his formal suit and his scarf which his girlfriends thought would look good on him, and handsome, even his mom agreed. He could see many royals socialising and caught a glance of Jane… with her normal hair, it was strange as he wondered what made her go back to her old look. Before he could go over to ask her, he felt a pat on the shoulder and was surprised to find Sky behind him alongside Brandon, both wearing formal suits for the special occasion.

"Hey, how's it been?" The Eraklyon prince smiles to see his friend.

"Sky? Brandon? When did you guys get here?"

"Just landed this morning, your dad gave us access into the cathedral when he told us you were here." Sky explained to him.

"Well, least you guys are here, there's a bit of a situation."

Brandon easily knew by the look on his face and didn't sound good. "Let me guess, the Trix?"

Taren confirms it. "That and Kefka."

Realising that it was more serious than they thought. "Then we better be ready, with both villains to worry about who knows what they're up."

"Did my parents bring you up on the latest artefact?"

Both of them nodded to confirm. "Yeah, hard to believe there was one right here." Sky says.

"I just hope we don't have to deal with a giant monster attack like last time." Last thing they want is a rampaging monster attacking the city on all days. Taren spotted someone from the crowd and recognised her to be Estrid wearing a white silk gown that fitted nicely to her figure and a pair of long sleeved gloves to match. "Hey, Estrid, over here."

Both the specialists wondered who he was calling out to, Brandon suddenly grins and nudged his elbow to Sky.

Sky was at first confused about what he meant until he turned around and saw the same girl from Red Fountain a few days ago. Completely silent and not expected to see her again, hearing Taren call out her name indicated they know each other perhaps. The prince had to admit she looked… radiant in that dress.

Estrid heard Taren and smiled, almost eager to come over and walked over. "Hey, thought I find you. What happened to your date… or dates."

"They're somewhere in this cathedral while we're waiting for Ben to show up." The keyblader told her and thought maybe to introduce her to his other friends. "Oh, by the way, these are some friends from Magix. Brandon and Sky."

"Actually we met before." Brandon said, catching Taren unaware of when this happened as he explained. "Well, not say met, more like… bumped into each other with Sky."

Sky let out a soft groan as his squire brought up that part. "Brandon."

Not aware that Estrid giggles as she did not seem to mind it. "That's right I remember, but guess we finally got the chance to know each other's names."

"W-Well, it's a surprise to find you here but… uh, glad-I mean, you look very nice in that dress, Estrid." Sky found himself stuttering and finding it hard to find the words to say it simply, not sure what was the matter with him all of a sudden. Finding himself digging deeper in a hole he's making.

Brandon tried to hold back his laugh, while Taren was puzzled to see this side of the prince and also made his friend laugh.

"Thanks. I came here with my mom who arrived from Radiant Garden."

"Really? Namine's here?" Taren asked.

The two heard that name and thought where when she pointed over to find a beautiful young woman with long blonde hair, wearing a white and black formal dress speaking to what appears to be a very tall man with long white hair and beard, he wa wearing a light blue robe with a darker blue long coat with a purple belt with gold rims around his waist, a pair of ankle guards and wrist bands to match. What caught their attention was not just his height but also a pair of wings.

"Woah, who's that guy?" Taren never saw this side of him before.

"That's Boreas, so far since Zeus has been absent and Queen Hera having her hands tied over some incident, they selected him to represent Olympus during the occasion." Estrid explains to them about him. As Taren recalled that Zeus was missing because he had used up so much of his power to protect the chosen heroes from Cronus.

"Hey, wasn't that something you told us, Taren?" Brandon recalled something like that where he, Mal and Ben went to Earth.

"Yeah, and helped some new heroes to save Earth from being destroyed." Taren explained, much as he wanted to stick around there were other things he needed to look into. "Hey, Estrid, sorry I couldn't stick around much but gotta look for the others. Catch up with you after the ceremony."

Understanding that he had his priorities as a keybearer was needed, possibly to protect the prince and his best friend. "Sure thing, later. Nice seeing you guys again."

"Yeah, good to see ya." Sky waved her goodbye, but also caught Brandon grinning at him. "What? It's just a friendly chat. Come on, we got work to do."

Brandon clearly know what was going on but said nothing, while Taren was oblivious to what was going on. "What's with him?"

"Oh nothing, probably hasn't been on missions lately."

The Winx were getting themselves ready and wearing their new dresses for the Coronation, as usual, Stella wanted to have the most stylish with her taste of fashion. "I look so radiant today!"

"You always say that everytime you wear one of your clothes?" Musa tells her.

"Well, I am the Fairy for the Sun and Moon. I have to be." Stella stated with a smile.

"Usually when Brandon is here." Bloom giggles, with the girls to follow and making Stella blush.

"Oh, like you and Flora, never with your man. Don't think i know what's been going on your date." Stella shoots back with a sly grin. "Obviously having a passionate moment of love and wanting to make up for being so far away-"

"Stella!" Both Bloom and Flora's faces were now red as tomatoes when she was describing what was going on.

"Nothing happened like that! We just had a picnic! That's all!" Bloom told her, trying to get such thoughts out of her head of thinking that.

Flora nodded. "Also, we thought maybe to do a little training with our magic. Remember? The Trixz and Kefka?"

"Good point. We can't lower our guard with them around." Layla agreed.

Since they found out who told Audrey about Mal, the Winx needed to be ready to face them and protect the wand and the shield from falling in their hands.

"We need to be ready, girls. If they get the shield and summon a Kaiju, we have to use our strongest magic to face them." Tecna thought of an idea for them to use for strategy. "WIth the shield being linked to nature, Flora would likely be our best trump card. From what I figure, the last battle was by pure luck, so we have to be ready.

"We'll just have to do our best and keep the people safe. Let's go, Ben should be here any moment."

Riding on the carriage was Ben in his royal uniform, and sat with him was Mal in a light pink dress and her hair done up. It almost reminded him of the one she wore on the gala and still look so beautiful. Obviously she was still thinking about yesterday and wanted to back out, but he told her it would be fine and be there for her as well as their friends.

"Don't be nervous. All you have to do is sit there and look beautiful." The prince assures his girlfriend, softly clasping her hand as she accepts it with their fingers laced together. "No problem there."

It made her smile to appreciate his words. "Thank you."

He thought of something to give her but couldn't wait. "Mal, would you wear my ring?" Pulls out the ring from his pocket.

Mildly surprised by the offer and thought if it was too soon for something like this or not. "Um… not right now. I think it would fall out of my finger right away." Much as she thought it was nice, but couldn't risk losing something that meant to him.

Not minded of her decline and put it back in his pocket. "No prob, but I also appreciate you didn't back out on this for me. But I would understand if you did."

"Well, I just… felt a little frustrated and maybe thought I would but, I thought you put so much effort into this for me and my friends." She didn't think Ben would do something so kind hearted and selfless, even when he stood up for her towards his friends who saw her only as a villain. She began to wonder how it would have been different had she not been chosen as a keyblade or if Ben wasn't either.

"I would have done it anyway, but for you, definitely." Ben said and gases into her soft green eyes. "I would have followed my heart."

She could feel her heart beating so fast, almost feeling her cheeks flushing with the way he looks at her like that. "Y-yeah, well,, you're the prince-er becoming king. Man, things have changed so much right. I mean what it would be like if either of us were not chosen by the keyblades."

Ben had to admit he didn't think of that, but she brought up a good point about it. "That's a good question. I guess it would have been different."

"But the question is… if maybe my life was a little different… would you still have feelings for me?" She asked him, uncertain of what it would be like if her mother survived and raised her to be the next villain.

Giving a good thought about it, he would have thought of how it turned out and perhaps maybe would still fall for her. Takes her hand and slips the ring on her finger and kisses her hand before he tells her these words. "With all my heart."

She didn't know if he was being corny or being romantic, but lost for words.

They arrive at the cathedral, it was now or never. the prince steps out as the carriage stops and took Mal's hand as they walk down the blue carpet, making their way up to the stairs as the horns play and guests bow to the couple. They met up with Ben's parents who seem more comfortable of her presence since their first meeting and thought to apologies after what happened.

"About the other day, I just-"

"No need, Mal." Adam politely cuts her off to speak. "I told Ben this wasn't going to be easy." After he first believed and thought it wouldn't work out, but after listening to Ben's friends about the two of what they went through and supported each other, they fully understand how he has strong feelings for her and also for his goal to bring Auradon to a new path without conflict and struggle with what the previous generation and before had to endure. He decided to fully accept and let the past be.

"You also taught me that a king has to believe in himself." Ben stated as what he was told. "Even when it isn't easy."

"I did?" Belle smacked him on the arm to correct his response. "Uh, I... how very wise of me."

Belle sighs and smiles at her son of how much he's grown, no longer a boy but a man. "Ben, we are very proud of you. You keep listening to your heart."

"Thanks, mom."

"You're gonna make a fine king, but also a great Keyblade Wielder as well." Adam tells him and then turns to Mal. "And Mal, uh, despite that moment earlier. Guess we could have made a good impression." Belle lightly coughs to Adam of the statement which he caught on. "Alright, me, but only because its my job as a father for Ben knowing he's ok. But from everything he told us about what you did and went through, I suppose we can give this a chance."

Ben was happy to hear his parents had opened up to her and giving her another chance, but clearly expected this of them being his parents.

Mal sighed in relief they were not mad at her. "Thanks, your majesty."

"Oh, please, no need for formalities." Belle was more than willing to give Mal a chance and hopefully to get to know her more in the future. The royal couple stepped to the side for Ben to make his way.

Ben sighs and was more nervous than ever. "Well, wish me luck."

"Try not to jinx it." She giggles and smiles. "And for this." Making a bold move to give him a peck on the lips, but had to make it quick to make her leave.

"Come on this way!" Carlos grunted. "I told you to put the clock on the time!"

"I forgot okay! So I overslept, you should have woke me up!" Jay argued as they ran in such a hurry.

"I did! Three times! Even Buddy was licking your face!" Carlos told him.

Evie sighs and could not believe they almost slept in and got the two to miss breakfast. She was hoping to see the girls and Mal's new dress she made for her. She could see the tower where they were supposed to meet up. "Look, there's the cathedral, we're right on time!"

"We should have a pass anyway, maybe see the others." Jay stopped to catch his breath and held his sides. "Ugh, I could go for a big slice of cake."

"You can have some after the coronation." Evie told him but suddenly noticed Mirta and waved ot her. "Mirta! Over here!"

She was wearing a dress with black and red, but also blue highlights for the color with black gloves, Evie also made one for her a design with Stella's help as a thanks for what she did. Lea was also with her as the father had his formal suit on, dark red and brown for his style, keeping his spiky hair look despite his daughter's insistence to comb it or cut. "Guys? Where have you been?

"We got a little late. Has it started?" Evie asked her. "Oh, and you look amazing."

"Oh, thanks. But no, we were just coming inside-" Mirta stopped mid-sentence and saw what looked like Jane running in such a hurry. "Jane?"

All faced the same direction and saw Jane, only for her without the long hair but her actual self.

"Oh, my mom is gonna kill me! I didn't think I overslept. But I made it." She was struggling to breath.

"Jane… what are you doing here?" Mirta asked, confused and uncertain what was going on.

Jane didn't understand why she ask such a question. "What do you mean? I was supposed to be with my mom for the coronation."

"Sounds about right to me." Jay thought it was obvious.

"Yeah… only you're already inside."

"What?" The daughter of the Fairy godmother didn't understand what she was saying.

Lea stepped in as he was confused. "We just saw you in the crowd."

"I got held up, suddenly I got stuck in the bathroom when washing up and found the limo gone. I had to get a taxi to make it here." Jane explains to them.

Something about this didn't seem right, if Jane was here now... who was inside the cathedral unless-

Mirta had a very, very bad feeling. "Dad, you think maybe-"

"Already on it." Lea wasted no time as he sprinted off as he can. "You warn the others, I'll do the same!"

"Come on! I'll explain later!" Mirta grabs her gown and makes a run back inside with the others who had no idea what was happening but something bad was going to happen.

Ben walks down the path, pulling up the courage to walk through as this was the big day for him. Slowly walking down the path, guests kneeling before him. He could catch a glimpse of Mal smiling at him, as he did. Taren smiles and nods at him, knowing they have his back and can see his Digimon Agumon, tugging the collar around his neck while trying to not make a scene, even Gabumon had one which made him almost chuckle. The Winx and to his surprise the Specialists as well.

At least he knows they came.

The Fairy Godmother stands before the glass case with her wand and smiles before the prince, who is to be crowned king as she takes King Adam's crown to place it on Ben's head. Received the wand from the now former queen and begins her vows to the now crowned king.

"Do you solemnly swear to govern the peoples of Auradon with justice and mercy as long as you shall reign?"

Ben responds to her. "I do solemnly swear."

She smiles and uses the wand to dub him. "Then it is my honor and my joy to bless our new king." Out of nowhere, the wand was snatched out of her very hand, the crowd was stunned by the display as it was none other than Jane.

The wand in her hand appeared to be too powerful as it blasted a stream of lightning, blasting a hole through the glass window.

Lea came just in time to see what was going on and saw the whole thing. "Oh, that can't be good."

"Child, what are you doing?!"

"Mom!" Coming into the church was-by everyone's surprise of another Jane but in a regular dress, followed by Evie, Jay.

The Fairy Godmother was flabbergasted to see two Janes at once. Unable to believe it but her eyes did not lie. "Jane? But who-wha-"

The 'jane' who took the wand was some issues controlling it. "Stupid! Wand! How do you control this... wh-awhooo!" Her struggle was only making the situation for both her and everyone more worse as the magic shoots in random directions.

"Everyone get back!" Sora cried out and summoned his keyblade, followed by his wife and the others, including his son.

"Take cover!" Adam cried out.

Mal decided to do something about it as she rushed over and fought over the wand from the fake Jane.

"Careful Mal!" Belle said, concerned for her from getting hurt.

But Mal was stronger and was able to blast the fake across the floor, with the help of the wand that seemed to have done most of the trick. Not only that, but her disguise wore off and revealed herself none other than Stormy herself.

"Stormy?"

"Wait, as in one of those Trix you talked about?" Jay thought..

Stormy was unable to respond, her eyes rolled about and struggling to keep her balance. "Wow… look how the worlds spins so fast… haha h... haaa." Lost her balance and fell, which surprised everyone of such a display.

"Well that was... unexpected." Riven assumed it would be a struggle against her, but did not expect that..

Appearing out of nowhere were Icy and Kefka who decided to make their appearance after Stormy's failed attempt to steal the wand and find the Fairy Godmother's daughter escaped. "Tch, told ya she couldn't handle it."

"Oh, well, time for plan B." Without warning, he shot his hand out and snatched Audrey out of the crowd as she gasped. "Nobody move!"

"Try anything and the bratty princess will lose more than her looks." Icy conjures a sharped dagger close to her neck.

"Somebody, do something!" Audrey cried out and was very eager to not be harmed.

"Audrey!" Ben cried out for his friend.

"No, don't!" Mal would not want the princess to be hurt, even if she had been mean to her. "Icy, let her go."

"For real? After everything this spoiled brat did to you and your little friends?" Icy would have expected more from Mal as the daughter of the Dark Fairy. "If it were me, I would gladly watch her suffer."

"She may have been a pain in the neck, but this is between you, me and my friends." Mal proclaimed.

"Icy, you do anything and you'll regret it!" Bloom would not let her have her way.

Kefka wags his finger before anyone could do anything. "Oh, don't worry we're not going to do anything to her… although she would make a terrible hostage, but had to settle with."

Hearing such an insult, Audrey silently gasped as to how he would say such a thing to a royal princess.

"All we want is that wand for a short moment and no one will get hurt." Kefka said.

The heroes knew this was a dangerous situation as they knew that this was not in their favor, unable to let any harm.

"Too slow!"

Out of nowhere, Darcy appeared and snatched the wand out of her hand, she then tossed it over to Kefka. "Catch!"

They were too slow to respond when the clown took it and laughed. "Thank you! Alright, Icy let her go."

Icy groans and pulls the icicles from Audrey's neck and throws her aside. "Move it, brat!"

Audrey was caught in time by Kairi who helped her up and returned to the others. With the wand in Kefka's possession, he was more dangerous with such a powerful wand.

"I heard stories about this wand but never knew it could be casted by such silly words." Kefka then waves it around. "Time you all have a little pause of thought! Bibidi babidi boo!"

Using its magic to freeze everyone inside the cathedral, those were not frozen by the spell were Mal, Ben, Taren, the VKs, Bloom, Flora, Layla, Mirta, Sky, Riven, Sora and Kairi when they quickly used their b

Ben saw his parents frozen in place where his father was about to tackle Kefka but was not quick enough.

Taren was relieved he was not affected, but found some of their friends frozen like everyone else. "That was close."

"Damnit." Icy figured they anticipated something like this.

"Don't worry, Icy, they may have bigger problems." So far Darcy didn't seem concerned with a sinister grin. "Afterwall, Stormy actually did something better when she accidentally blasted some barrier on an island. And from what I know of… is home to many villains who were rounded up by the heroes."

This did not look good for the others who realised what she was talking about. "The Isle of the Lost?" Ben exclaimed.

"All those villains could escape and run amok!" Carlos didn't like the sound of it. "Our parents as well."

"Our parents." Jay's face went pale at the thought of his dad and may not be a happy moment between them.

"Good luck with that." The Trix took their leave to fly away.

"We can't let them escape!" Bloom proclaimed.

"Yeah, but we also got the villains wanting to escape." Taren tells her.

Sky had an idea in mind. "You guys go after them, we'll stop the villains from getting out."

"We'll help out." Sora declared and turned to his son. "You and the rest get that wand back."

Taren nodded. "Got it."

"We're coming too." Evie declared. "Not letting them spoil this moment make Mal look bad!"

Knowig they would not take no for an answer but decided to use the help. "Okay, but stick close and be careful, they are dangerous." Mal advised them and not want to get them hurt.

The Winx immediately transformed and flew off to follow the Trix, the keybladers sent their Digimon back inside their digivice and joined them to go after the Trix. Mal decided to transsform with everyone frozen and use it, her friends were startled by Mal's sudden change of looks. BUt what surprised them more was the fact that a keyblade appeared in Ben's hand.

"Woah, Mal has wings?" Carlos was in disbelief.

"Not just that. Ben has a keyblade too?!" Evie exclaimed.

"Questions later, going after villains now." Mal tells them, flapping her wings. "Now come on, before they get away."

On the Isle, criminal and villain inhabitants who saw what had happened were at first confused of what happened until they realised that the barrier keeping them in was broken. Meaning their chance of escape finally happened.

"Escape! Escape!"

A sudden horde of villains made their attempt to make a run for it, even if there was no bridge some would swim for it or fly.

Before they could even reach the entrance, a gust of wind blasted them off their feet, the others stopped to find their exit blocked by a group of male teens and others with keybladers jumped off a ship they jumped off.

Sora stands beside his wife and Lea, smiling to find so many, but able to recognise some familiar faces. "Going somewhere?"

"Keybearers!"

"Crap! Just when we thought this be our moment!"

"Screw that! I'm getting out of here!"

"Get them!" Some were brave enough to take the risk, the specialists took action and fought them back with their phantoblades. Sora and Kairi helped them and used their keyblade magic to scare them off and easily intimidated others from thinking twice.

"Got any ideas?" Riven asked for any, swatting one crook with his fists and another in a second's face.

"Hold them long enough until the barrier is restored. It shouldn't be long, I hope." Kairi told him before using Gravity on her foes.

"Let's hope the others have as much luck as we do." Sky can only hope so, with no clue as to how many convicts on the isle, they better get the barrier restored. There was a growing number of them gathering by the gate, armed with weapons and ready to attack again. They decided to take the risk to pounce on them in numbers when suddenly a light blue zoomed across, swatting, throwing them back before they could set foot outside the gate. The figure was fast, swinging a kick and wielding a lance made up of light as a weapon.

"Wha? Who?" Riven did not expect this to happen.

"Someone you know?" Brandon asks the keyblade Masters.

"I think so." Kairi could easily confirm it, earning looks of confusion until they see who it was.

The last of the villains scurried away when they realised it was a good idea to flee then to face them. The unknown ally who had come to their help was in fact Estrid when she turned around to see them.

"Estrid?" Sky sounded surprised to find her coming to their help.

She heard someone call her name and found the blonde haired teen named Sky and his friends. "You guys are here? I was expecting the keyblade masters but didn't think to find you all."

"Our son and his friends went after the Trix and Kefka, the Specialists offered to help us." Sora explained to her. "Thanks for the help."

Smiles for his words. "I thought to help out, we should go before the barrier is up."

"You just did that to show off." Riven didn't get the chance to fight them.

"Maybe next time, Riven." Timmy tells him, relieved the situation is over for them. "I just hope the others are doing okay."

Estrid noticed his stern look, hoping it wasn't something she did. "Hey, hope I didn't ruin any moment to cut in."

"No sweat, besides we were gonna be overrun but thanks for your help." Brandon assures her. "Still, that was some awesome moves you used. Maybe can give some a few pointers." Nudging to his best friend who tries to ignore him, but Estrid smiles of the offer.

"Sure, but right now we got to be sure the others are able to stop those villains."

The Trix flew above the cathedral and tried to make their escape, only to find they were followed by the Winx and Keybladers. So far the crowd had been dispersed which surprised them.

"Funny, I thought there would be people here." Kefka did see a huge crowd just then.

Icy thought so as well but had a thought of something. "They must have been ready for something like this."

"We got company." Darcy spotted the Winx..

"Get Stormy to wake up and not slack off!" Icy bellowed an order. This time they were ready for them, she pulled out a gauntlet very similar to Taren's and gave it to Darcy. "Time we even the odds with them."

Taren held onto Bloom and saw them. "There they are." Bloom called out.

Stormy was woken up by Darcy smacking her face. "Uh, wha?"

"Pull yourself together! We got work to do!"

"Too bad we didn't get all of you, but give us a chance for a little try out." Icy smirks with the gauntlet reacting to their magic.

Catching Taren's immediate attention of what they were. "Wait a sec, are those-"

Icy noticed his reaction. "I see you noticed. But that's just the icing of the cake. Tada!" Appearing in her grip was the Shield of Unity, catching everyone by surprise.

"How did you get that?" Mirta asked as everyone was thinking the same thing.

"We stole it, duh!" Darcy mocks the former witch. "We snuck in and took it."

While they indeed stole it, they tried the other artefacts in the museum only to find out all were replicas of the real thing and worthless.

This was starting to make a lot of sense.

"This wasn't about the wand, wasn't it. You were really after the shield!" Ben proclaimed.

"Got that right, prince." Kefka told him. "While tempting to take the wand, but have other priorities."

"And this time we now have the upper hand while you have your Titans and digital pets. We now have the Kaiju." Icy was the first to use it and channels her magic with the shield's mana. "Mighty Shouter!"

Appearing through a portal was a large green skinned bipedal elephant with a pair of tusks that were cut clean by the curve, wearing brown pants with three bronze skull-carved on the belt.

Carlos yelped and jumped behind the others. For Flora she could feel strong mana of nature from the creature as it must be from the Nature Civilization.

Darcy followed suit with her new gauntlet. "Razorkinder Puppet!" For Darcy's summoning creature, a small purple puppet with a pair of razer sharp claws like scissors fell to the floor.

Jay couldn't help but laugh at how puny it looked. "Hah! That's one of their tough creatures? It's just a puppet."

Little did he realise this was no ordinary puppet when it suddenly lifted itself up as if the strings came to life moving it, they got a good look at its face, twisted and horrifying, giggling like it was possessed by a demon. Its face rotated and gave a more maniacal expression and sprung towards him and Carlos.

"Ah! Evil puppet!" Carlos cried in fear.

Jay yelped and jumped out of its way. "And it's alive!"

Mirta yelped as she dodged the swift attack when it was trying to cut them down.

Darcy cackles and uses the gauntlet to manipulate the Darkness creature's movement. "What's the matter, I thought you girls enjoyed playing with dolls."

"Last time I checked, dolls don't come to live and attack!" Seeing the doll-like creature made Layla shiver to the spine.

"This is why I never liked dolls!" Mal used her keyblade to swat the creature in the face, sending it tumbling back to Darcy, it managed to recover and stand up.

Icy smiles wickedly as they were taken by surprise, the creature she summoned was not big but would do with the shield. "Now creature, attack!" To her surprise, it was as if the Kaijuo was for a moment refused, staggering for a moment until she gave the order again. "I said attack!"

Mighty Shouter complied and charged directly at Flora and Layla but they took the air before he could slam his mighty fists into the ground, causing a tremor.

"That was close!" Layla said but noticed something was up with Flora. "What's wrong?"

"I dunno, just thought of something about that creature." For a moment, Flora swore she saw the creature hesitating to attack or maybe Icy had no full control over it. "But we need to get the shield, it's the only way to send them back."

Meanwhile Jay and Carlos were doing all they can to avoid being skewered by the puppet's claws, dodging and jumping out of the way. Jay pulled out a lid of a trash can for a shield, only for it to be sliced in pieces by the claws.

Carlos gulps. "I was afraid of dogs… now I'm afraid of killer puppets!"

"I don't blame ya!" Jay didn't need to argue with him. Finding the puppet completely terrifying and deadly. Luckily for them, Mirta came and blasted the Kaiju away with her magic.

The boys sighed in relief for help as Carlos speaks up. "Thanks. That sends Pinnochio's evil twin away."

"Pinocchio?"

"Some wooden puppet but turned into a real boy years ago." Jay told her. "And I think that could be his evil counterpart."

Noting that the Razorkinder Puppet was not present but could hear its demonic cackle, they found Darcy present when she followed them into the alley and her puppet kaiju dangling beside her. "Think I was done? Just getting started."

Mirta decided to call out Salamon to the battle. "Salamon, you ready?"

She nodded and began to digivolve. "Salamon digivolve to… Gatomon!"

Upon first glance a small puppy to a battle was hilarious to Darcy, until she witnessed it's transformation into a cat and concluded it was no ordinary animal or just magical. "I see, so you have one of those as well? A Digimon? I thought it'd be a little bigger like the others."

"I'm a lot stronger than I look, witch!" Gatomon takes a fighting pose ready to challenge the Kaigu.

"Cute, it talks. Razorkinder, take out its nine lives!" The darkness creature gladly follows her common and sprints into action. Gatoman jumps in the air, exchanging claws and punches, she tries to kick it, only to cause the head to spin. The puppet laughs and jumps back before she could slash it. Proved to be too quick to catch.

"What's the matter, your kitty having trouble?" Darcy taunted Mirta with a gleeful smile on her face.

Carlos was trying to think of something that could help her out in the situation, what he found caught his eye and turned to the fairy. "Hey, Mirta, try to keep them busy. I got an idea, Jay come."

"What?" Jay wasn't sure what it was but decided to follow his idea.

Darcy didn't want them to leave. "Don't think about leaving!" but Mirta got in her way and blasted magic at her.

"Your fight is with me, Darcy!" She declared, knowing how powerful Darcy is.

"Fine, I'll deal with you first and then those two losers." The two then exchanged blasts against each other while using their creatures. "Razorkinder, finish her off!".

Gatoman leapt over Razokinder and kicked it from behind using her Lightning Kick, it staggered but recovered fast to resume its battle with the Digimon and crawled straight towards her. But she was prepared and ducked under the fast moving claw with her knees bent and pulled back a fisted claw.

"Lightning Paw!" Throwing a strong punch into the head, sending the puppet kaiju in the air when it was too fast to dodge. But she wasn't done yet and moved in for the next attack. "Cat Claw Fury!" Her strong claws cut through the puppet to finish it off, weakening the Darkness Creature to be banished back to its realm.

The storm witch took a look to see her summoned creature defeated and could not believe it. "No way! That furball won!"

Mirta heard this and smiled with pride at her partner for winning her battle. "Hey, she's more than just a cat than you think."

"Heads up!"

A ball came hurling towards them, more exactly at Darcy who yelped and avoided it. Looking down and saw it was one of the VKs with Jay who held a pipe for a bat. "You are really getting on my nerves! I don't see why they should fear you, you're hardly anything of a villain." In her hand, a black sphere began to form and grew, earning a nervous look from Carlos. "I'll show you what a real villain can do!"

"Think fast!" Jay jumped and tossed another ball, Darcy saw it coming and threw the orb at him. But to her surprise, the one she thought was Jay vanished when it went through him. "What?"

Gatomon came face to face with the surprised Darcy with her piercing glare. "Cat's Eyes hypnotism!" Darcy somehow found herself entranced by a strong hypnotic gaze, the shadow magic she used suddenly altered its trajectory and right back at her instead of its original target, Mirta then used this moment to strike her down with a blast of her own magic, with the two projectiles hurtling Darcy, she was sent flying into the debris. The witch groaned and was unable to get back on her feet after that attack.

Jay cheered and danced with his fists out front. "Yeah! Vk's 1, witch 0!"

"For a moment I thought we were gonners." Carlos let out a sigh in relief. The dog, Dude rushed over and barked. "Dude! Oh, so glad you're safe."

Mirta flew down and landed on her feet, now that Darcy was dealt with they can help the others. "Nice work guys. Now let's go back to the others." Hoping to they were doing okay.

Stormy took to the skies to attack the Winx using her lightning and twister magic alongside Kefka with Icy controlling the Kaiju. They were up against Ben, Mal with their Digivolved Digimon and Bloom to face her, with her Gloomix to have enhanced her powers, making Stormy capable of handling them by herself with Kefka dealing with the two keybladers while she deals with some of the Winx members from getting to Icy or the shield.

Meanwhile, Taren and Flora were facing off against Icy and her summoned creature, Mighty Shouter using the Shield of Unity. The green skinned elephant proved to be strong and agile for its size, making it able to attack from a distance.

The two noted that Icy had not made a move of her own but held out the shield to give command, Flora speculated that she must be learning to use the shield's mana.

There was more concern about facing the creature and almost for a moment, it was if it was trying to…

"Flora look out!" Taren came to her help and used a barrier to block the huge fist coming towards her, luckily the barrier took the hit but felt the kaiju's strength took a lot. He shot back by striking his keyblade across, injuring the Kaiju and forcing him to stagger with the wound on his stomach.

She appreciated his help. "Thanks. That thing is strong."

"I'll distract him while you try to get that shield from Icy." Taren told her.

"You have to get past this guy first, Strife!" Icy flies towards them and throws sharp icicles on her opponents. Forcing them to take cover from the trees, Taren held Flora to him close to not get scratched or pierced by the blades.

"Now then, attack them!" Icy commanded the Kaiju as he marched forward.

"Harpoon Torpedo!"

Icy cried out when a missile was flying towards her, she was too careless to notice it and threw Mighty Shouter off his feet. He was suddenly restrained by the pink bindings that held him down to the ground.

Taren and Flora looked over to find it to be Layla's handy work. "Looks as though you guys needed some help."

"The timing was great." Flora said and left the tree.

Taren noticed the Kaiju was not giving up and fighting the bonds. "Something tells me the big guy isn't down for the count."

The leader of the Trix glares at them and looks to her controlled Kaiju when he breaks free and returns to his feet. "Well, you're a lot stronger than I was told. Maybe you're not so useless."

Instead of standing idly beside her to await further instructions, Mighty Shouter turned around and shot a menacing glare at the white haired witch. What came as a surprise was she didn't make him move herself.

The beast grumbled through its teeth, as if trying to speak. "Shouter... no slave. Shouter… of the Bronze Arm Tribe!" He raises his trunks and creates a powerful roar, throwing the startled Icy flying back by the powerful waves of his sonic blast.

The trio saw this and did not expect that to happen. "Did you see that? He was going right at her?" Ikkakumon didn't expect that to happen.

"What happened? It's like she lost control over the creature for a second." Taren wondered what was going on, could Icy not have full control of the Kaiju or maybe not know how to use the shield.

Icy tumbled on the ground, groaning in pain of that sonic blast that could have damaged her ears. But he did not stop there, as Mighty Shouter ran towards her with the intention to grab the shield but she immediately held out the shield. "You ungrateful beast! Halt!" Forcing her will upon it and resumed her control over the beast. "Damn it, that was too close." Icy cursed herself to let her guard down a little.

Flora figured it out and knew there was something off. "Just as I thought, Icy doesn't appear to be in control as she thinks. Her element isn't nature, which makes it hard for her to focus if she using her magic as well."

Layla caught on to her theory. "Which means we need to distract her long enough to lose contro over itl. But we gotta deal with him first."

"I know just the thing." Taren decided to let out Agumon for help. "Gotta need your help, bud."

"Right!"

"Taren, wait!" Flora stopped him before he could do anything. Wondering why until she explained. "Don't hurt him, I don't think he is doing this on his own." She noticed how the Kaiju of nature was somewhat hesitant. "Try to hold him off until we can free him."

"But what if he decides to turn on us next?" Taren didn't seem so sure about this.

"Just trust me on this." She hopes he would go with her plan to free the Kaiju from Icy's control.

Decided to go with her plan and hope it works. "Alright, but if he does anything I'm sending him back where he belongs."

"You stupid beast! Think you can attack me? You're just a lowly creature." Icy growls and tries to regain control of the Kaiju, she must have lost focus on using the shield when using her magic. Next time she may have to be careful.

"Agumon, digivolve to… Greymon!"

To make her luck reach the limit, Taren had brought out his Digimon partner and became Greymon. Unable to be taken off-guard, she focused her effort into forcing the Kaiju to submit to her. "Now obey and attack them! Not me!"

Against his will, Mighty Shouter changes to attack a new foe that appeared before him, presuming to be another creature. Even though Greymon was bigger and taller, the Kaiju of the Nature Civilization was not afraid and ready to fight. The two came running towards each other and Greymon had his claws out to subdue him, Shouter grabbed them and held his own. He spotted one of the strange creatures on Greymon's head.

"I don't know if you understand me, but we're trying to help!" Taren told the creature, and suddenly heard him grunt some words.

"Shou..Shouter… cannot… resist… shield!" His trunk swats Greymon across the face, powerful enough to leave a bruise and uses the same sonic attack from before.

"Ugh, that's gonna hurt." Taren rubbed the soreness on his head. He was starting to see where he got his name for certain "Greymon, remember don't hurt him unless we have to."

Greymon groaned, uncertain if he can do such a task. "Tell that to him."

"Forgive Shouter, wielder of the key." the green Kaiju calling itself Mighty Shouter responded in an apologetic tone. "Shouter has no control. The witch uses the shield of Unity." Mighty Shouter brings his two fists above his head, but before he could do that, Ikkakumon came to their help and tackled him to the ground using his larger boder.

"Slow!" Taren quickly used a spell from his keyblade to slow down the Kaiju to buy them time. To his luck, vines sprouted from the ground and snared the kaiju by the ankles and wrists, Shouter struggled and almost broke free, but more took a firm hold of Mighty Shouter to restrain him. "Don't worry, we'll let you go when it's over."

Icy did not believe this. "Are you kidding me?"

"Hey, Icy!"

Icy spun around to see Layla flying towards her and gave a roundhouse kick at her, clubbing her foot into her stomach and forcing her to release her hold of the shield as it flew out of her hand. Relinquishing its control of Mighty shouter who was controlled by the shield's power.

"Is he alright now?" Ikkakumon asked.

"Not sure." Taren wondered. "Greymon, get ready."

Flora decided to release him from the vines. They remained at a safe distance as the green giant rose, a silent pause until he spoke. "You have freed, Shouter. Shouter is grateful to be freed from that witch." Giving his thanks and turning his attention to Flora. "You are a Fairy of nature, Shouter can sense it."

Surprised he could easily tell by looking at Flora, given her magic closer to the forest. "Yes, I am the fairy of Nature from Lymphia."

"Ah, the Linphea Tribe. The Nature Civilzation has earned their respect for our common love for the balance and nature." Shouter confirmed, which surprised Taren and Layla who always assumed Fairies and Kaiju have hated one another, but seeing this interaction proves not all are like that.

Despite their victory, the Shield of Unity was missing, including Icy.

Layla gasps. "Oh no! The shield!"

"She must have took it when we weren't looking." Taren felt it was his fault for not looking. "Damn it!"

"They have Shield of Unity, a dark day for the Nature Civilization." Mighty Shouter was disheartened to know of this. But for their help and willing to free him, proved these young creatures may be worthy allies. "You saved Shouter even when you could have defeated Shouter. For that you have earned Shouter's respect and will be honored to fight alongside warrior of the keyblade and allies to retrieve it."

Now with a new ally, it was too good to pass up. Taren smiles and nods at Mighty Shoulder. "We promise to get it back, and appreciate having you to help out, bud." Decided to send him away using his keyblade, returning him to his home, safe and sound.

Stormy creates a gust of wind at Bloom to blow her away, fortunately she quickly created a barrier and blasted a fast moving fire orb at her target. Stormy dodges and growls. "Almost, but not around without your boyfriend!"

Ignoring Stormy's remarks about Taren, she remained confident to face her. "I've been practising, so don't take me lightly." Not wanting to underestimate Stormy again, manipulating the flames around her and formed a stream of fire like a dragon. Stormy tried to blast it with her hurricane blast, but it swirled around them and slammed into her from behind, but she wasn't down for the count just yet.

Kefka unleashed a blast of fire against the two teens and lightning, moved so fast to dodge Togemon's glove. Grinning wickedly and looking up at the giant cactus. "Firaga!" Unleashes numerous fireballs, zigzagging and hitting her, some went towards the keybladers as well, forcing Mal to dodge it.

"Damn! He's gotten tougher!" She was lucky to be in her Dark Fey form, being in the dress made for her would have been too slow and in the way. Noting how much Kefka was going at it to take the shield.

Ben helped her up on her feet, even though he noticed something was up.

"Well, kiddo, what luck that you finally become king!" Kefka walks towards them. "Only to be the shortest reign ever! And once everything is set, I'll see to it this kingdom be burned to ashes!"

"I've sworn to protect this kingdom, not only a king but as a keyblader too." Ben vowed as he made his oath recently and promised to protect it.

"Ha! Get real, kid! You think you can beat someone like me?!" Kefka decided to use one of his powerful attacks. "But if you're serious I'll let you have the first strike…. Right after my sleep." Lying on the ground with his legs wrapped and his hands behind his head.

This took everyone by surprise.

"Uh… is he… serious?" Bloom thought if this was a joke.

"You're SLEEPING?!" Taren yelled in utter disbelief that the villain they have been fighting for awhile, was suddenly taking a nap of all times. "Hey, what gives?! Is this one of your tricks?!"

"Uhh, Mal… I'm having second thoughts about this guy." Evie whispers to Mal when she first thought of him being a serious threat.

Mal nods and is still in disbelief. "I don't even know what is up with him. Hey, are you really gonna fight or just messing around?"

"I can't believe I'm saying this… but even I have to agree." Stormy muttered, not sure if this was a plot or just screwing with them. "What are you planning?"

Kefka didn't seem to care and waved his hand at them. "Oh we got this in the bag, just carry on as normal."

"Well, this is something to get him up!" Mal decided to take this chance to attack. Using her magic to attack him by conjuring tree folk to help them and flew in to strike with Togemon.

Ben had a bad feeling and called out to her. "No, Mal don't!"

However it was too late when Kefka's eyes opened and smiled at them, it turned out he wasn't asleep at all but faking it. "Special delivery! Hyperdrive!" Calling out his attack as orbs of light charges at her summoned creatures, destroying them and some now pursuing Mal and Togemon, they were coming towards them fast to move.

Evie couldn't let her friend be harmed and without thinking, she rushed over to her.

"Evie don't!" Ben cried out to stop her and tried to stop her but was too late when the spheres of light made impact and exploded.

"Mal!" Bloom gasps at the devastating attack and fears for her friends' fate. Their friends arrived just to witness this moment.

"Oh no, Mal!" Taren yelled.

"Oopsie, guess the little harpy wasn't as fast as I thought." Kefka shrugs his shoulders. "Well, that deals with one less...huh?" His attack somehow bounced back towards him and Stormy, forcing them to evade the attack. What he did not expect to find as the debris clears, they find Mal and Togemon unharmed, protected by some reflective barrier. Behind it was none other than Evie standing before her best friend with her hands spread out, eyes scrunching as if she was preparing for what was coming but nothing came.

Neither of them expected something like this to actually happen.

"Uh… Evie… how?" Mal stuttered and uncertain, even Evie looked confused.

"Oh, so she can do magic." Kefka was annoyed that the girl survived the attack unscathed, but then his mind clicked when realised something was not right. "Wait… she can...wh-WHAT?!" Taking another look and not believing it himself but it happened. "Hey! When did you start using magic?!"

Evie was stunned and amazed she did that but not sure how. "I… I have no idea! It just… wow!" Could she really have done magic and used it? It wasn't possible as her mother wasn't. But she did it and saved Mal's life.

"So she can use magic too?" Stormy growls and notices the others, meaning Icy and Darcy get beaten. "This isn't looking good. How come you somehow get better when we get stronger!"

"Nova Blast!" She was suddenly blasted away by Greymon's fire attack along with Taren's elemental magic to combine with it to overpower her.

"For once I agree, this is totally unfair!" Kefka began to see them as more annoying than he thought. "And it wasn't even in the script!"

"That's because we get stronger with the support of our friends by our sides." Ben proclaims and answers his question.

Getting tired of the prince, Stormy flew towards him with a lightning blast. He was ready to take the shot when Garurumon came to his aide. "Fox Fire!" She was blasted by the Digimon's attack, Kefka swooped in to attack, pulled out his scythe to take the prince from the side.

Ben was not going to leave his side just like he would for his friends after all they did for him, even when the prince was down and up. Even if he is now a king, that won't stop Ben from helping his friends. "I will not abandon my friends! They're my strength!"

A blue light came from the prince's digivice, and an S-shaped curve with a circle in the middle appeared on Garurumon's eyes, feeling a surge of power flowing from him, engulfed in dark blue light for everyone to witness.

"Uh, what's going on?" Jay pondered.

"Something's happening to Garurumon!" Taren had no idea what it was but felt him growing stronger.

This made Kefka halt his intended attack when he witnessed Digimon engulfed in a bright light and sensing a surging power from it, his face quickly changed into a state of panic. 'Oh no, don't tell me he's-'

Garurumon felt his body going through a great change and began the transformation. "Garurumon… Digivolve to…" Stands on his own two feet, becoming more bipedal and resembling a werewolf with light blue fur, a white underside, dark blue tiger stripes, magenta claws and dark blue-tipped blades. It wears ripped blue jeans with a spiked knee-pad on the right leg and a normal one on the left, a bracer attached to an arm sleeve on its left arm, brass knuckles, and a dog tag around its neck, a pair of silver earrings tagged on his left ear and a scar was noticeable on the left side of his torso and another down across his right ear as if received in a previous battle. Completing his transformation for everyone to bear witness his new form.

"WereGarurumon!" Releases a mighty roar like a beast.

"That's… an Ultimate level Digimon!" Ikakkumon proclaimed in shock.

Ben held his digivice to find out and displayed an image.

Special Attacks: Kaiser Nail, Garuru Kick, Fox Fire.

WereGarurumon bent his knees and propelled towards Kefka like a rocket, startling the clown villain of his direct assault. "You won't get near me!" Resumes his attack using his scythe in hopes to slash him, only for the tip of the blade to be caught between the Ultimate Level Digimon's fingers and tossed it out of his hand, using the same hand as before to make a karate chop on his shoulder, causing intense pain by such a powerful attack.

"Woah! Did you see that?!" Mirta was in awe.

Jay cheers on for the werewolf Digimon. "Yeah! Kick his ass!"

Stormy recovered and when she saw the wolf Digimon transform into a new form, she knew it was bad news, but didn't want to be taken out so easily. "Take this!" Creating a shower of thunder bolts, but he wasn't alone when she saw a figure so fast it was a blur and saw Ben appear and used Wind to blast her.

Kefka growls and glares at his foes. "You're starting to annoy me!" Swinging his scythe to create a crescent wave.

WereGarurumon took the air and dodged it, his nails glowed and pulled them back. "KAIZER CLAW!" Slashing his claws in an X formation, it was coming towards the villains who barely avoided it.

Realising they were no match against this new Digimon and had to retreat. "Guess you can teach a dog new tricks. We better make a run for it."

Icy and Darcy appeared just in time to find them. "We gotta move! Now!" The Trix and Kefka made their retreat and vanished.

With a victory over WereGarurumon let out another roar.

Ben stared in awe of his partner to have achieved the next level. "Wow." WereGarurumon grins and pulls a thumbs up to him before he begins to revert back to Gabumon.

Taren runs over and pulls him in his arm and grins alongside Jay and Carlos. "Dude! That was awesome!"

"Yeah, you and your partner here showed them!"

Ben chuckles nervously at the attention he was getting. "Come on, really, I didn't think it would happen.

"And best of all I can do magic!" Evie was jumping and squealing. "Mal, isn't this great?"

"Yeah, who knew you had it in you. Both brains and magic, a great combo." Mal smiles and is happy with her and also for a fact that she can defend herself, give a few practice to control it.

"Hey, did you guys get the shield?"

What they got was a collective down look from Taren, Flora and Layla. "No, Icy took it. We never saw it coming."

"But we know where it is, we just have to be ready this time. We still have two more to go and have to stop them and Darkar from finding Pixie Village." Layla said to lift up their spirits.

Bloom agreed with her as it was not a time to be sad. "She's right, plus. I think we also have to free the others."

"Luckily I got this!" Jay pulls out the wand in his hand. "Luckily I swiped it in case they wanted it again." The group chuckled and laughed, not minding such actions at all as long as they have the wand back to fix the damage.

Returning to the Cathedral, Mal uses the wand to unfreeze Fairy Godmother. Confused at first until she found the others as they had returned the wand. "My wand. Thank you. Now to fix this." Waving it around and doing the same to everyone. No one knew what happened but by the look of the kids' faces they saved everyone.

"Don't worry, we got it all wrapped up." Mal assures them that the crisis is now over. "Sometimes I wish we had normal lives."

"Yeah, but where's the fun in that?" Ben smiles and sweeps her up in his arms, causing her to let out a startled giggle. "So how does it feel dating a king?"

She gave him a grin. "I'll let you know later." They see Jane and her mother hugging her and are relieved she was not harmed.

Taren came over to his parents who arrived and told them what happened. "I'm sorry we failed to get the shield."

"Don't worry, son. These things happen." Kairi assures him and gives him a hug.

Chad suddenly hears his phone ringing and picks it up to answer. "Hello? Oh hey mom-" His smile suddenly changed to shock and horror. "What? Who told you-no mom! I-I can explain…No mom that's not fair! Mom, please, let me explain please don't ground me!"

Taren and Sora had no idea what was going on but it clearly sounded like the prince was in big trouble, they noticed Kairi holding back a chuckle. "Something you wanna share?" Sora could easily tell she was behind this.

"I may have mentioned something when talking to Cinderella during a catch up and she did not seem happy about how he was not taking his studies seriously." She certainly can imagine the prince getting a good scolding and talking with his parents.

Taren thought it would be amusing to see Chad get a taste of discipline. Taking a mental note to not underestimate his mother.

"Hey, we should be celebrating, guys. After all, we should throw a party for King Ben!" Brandon proclaims, everyone smiles and decided to throw a party for him

The night of the Coronation, the students were given a party to celebrate Ben as the new King in his honor. The guys lifted him up on their shoulders to carry and rooting for him.

"Hail to the king!" Jay cheers.

"Yeah, Ben the Beast King!" Taren added.

Ben chuckles of them giving him name titles, although one of them did sort of fit him.

Their Digimon were enjoying the parter with Palmon dancing alongside Mal and Evie, Gabumon shaking his tail while Agumon waving his claws clumsily.

"So, how does it feel being the king?" Sky asked him.

"Gonna take sometime to get use to it, but won't stop me from doing my duties as a Keyblader as well." Ben talked it over with his parents and they agree given he is still a kid and learning, they understand for important duties and couldn't be prouder of him.

Earning a pat on the back from one of his friends. "Great to hear, be a shame to lose you." Riven says.

"Yeah, wish I could as I will be facing that path soon." Sky said.

"Don't worry, you'll be a great king, Sky." Taren tells him.

"Hey, now we know what it's like consider the VKs as part of the time." Jay announced, surprising the others. "After all, Mal's our friend and would be dumb to pass this up."

"Yeah, you earned it. But not gonna be easy." Taren thought they earned it after proving themselves to be better than their parents, but will need to convince the principal about this.

For the Winx they were talking with Mal and Evie of what happened, Stella pouted she never got to face them.

"I can't believe I didn't get the chance to kick their butts."

"But now they have the Shield of Unity, which means we must be careful." Tecna stated. She was collecting data on Gabumon's Ultimate Level form and intirgued to find out more about WeereGarurumon.

"And be careful. After what happened in Red Fountain, we can't let it happen again in one of our schools?" Bloom was determined to stop the Trix from stealing the rest of the remaining codex pieces.

"Least this didn't become a disaster for Ben. He deserved it." Musa smiles at the prince-uh, now king which she was happy and proud of.

Stella leans in towards Musa with a sly grin. "Maybe be a chance to dance with you know who."

"Don't know what you mean." Musa knew what she was on about and acted clueless about, not that she wanted to.

They see Ben approaching towards Mal before bowing before her and extended his hand out. "Would m'lady care to dance?"

Mal giggles by his mannerism and accepts, speaking in the same tone. "Be an honor, my king~" Taking his hand and pulled her to the dance floor.

Bloom giggles of how sweet it is to see them together. "Well, it's about time."

"You said it." Stella agreed with her.

Taren came over to see them when he was holding out a pair of drinks for them. "Hey, hows it going with you girls?"

"Just having some talk." Bloom tells him when he offered one to her and Flora. "Aw, you shouldn't have."

Taren gave them a warm smile. "After what we went through, you earned it. the least I can do."

Brandon came over for a dance with Stella who happily obliged and dragged the squire to the dance floor. "Care to dance, Stella?"

"Of course! To the dance floor!" Stella wasted no time and yanked him by the collar to join the others.

Tecna sees Timmy coming over who seemed nervous but she decided to perhaps offer a dance with him. Then they find Musa and Riven having an awkward moment but show some signs they were willing to dance with each other.

"Are those two ever gonna talk this over?" Taren wasn't sure if they were giving each other a silent treatment or not.

Flora sighs and shared the same feeling. "They still have much to work out."

Bloom sees Mirta coming over in her dress from before, accompanied by Salamon. "Hey, how you feeling."

Mirta shrugged her shoulders. "Feeling good, been getting some drinks and enjoying the party."

"We were just about to head to the dance floor." Earning a puzzled look from Taren of how he was going to dance until Flora tells him. "Don't worry, we'll do it a group. We'll make sure you won't trip over."

"Hey, I'm not that bad. Bloom, what did you tell Flora?" Shooting his red haired girlfriend a look if she has been making up stories about his dancing, receiving an innocent whistle from Bloom. "Well, anyway, Mirta. And by the way you look nice."

Mirta blushes of his compliment of her dress and didn't think Taren would notice but appreciated it. "T-thanks. Sure, sounds fun to join." Decided to join them, thinking it be a lot of fun and dance with them to celebrate the moment.

Never know what the next day will bring and be a new chapter in their lives.

FINALLY! I Got it finished! I apologise for the time it took and the length but been so busy, I was given new art commissions to work on for a story which is good news and other projects such as my own stories and structure them. been doing some major work on this and also the battles, decided to have Gabumon be the first considering this being Ben's character development and how much he's grown since. Was thinking of which crearture and picked Mighty Shouter as the next kanji ally. Decided to make this one long to make up for the delay and appreciate everyone for their patience... unlike SOME who keep on badgering me on when the next one is, I'm not a robot and have a live, sending reviews asking when the next one won't change anything! So if those who don't have the patience that's their problem.

Now we finally reached the end of the Auradon arc, and the next chapter will take place of the battle of Eraklyon to save a princess from a group of... eh, heroes if they are, but have ideas in mind.
