Yo Guys Geo Here and welcome to a new chapter pf Gotham's finest this is the start pf special oneshot chapters focused on a member of The Louds and how they're taking Lincoln's disappearance this one is focused on Lucy aka Vampira and also this chapter a special appearance from an unexpected Villain and stay tuned at the end to finally get the names bat-family names of the Louds so I hope you all enjoy
The rain poured over the city of Gotham, drenching the streets as a solitary figure perched on the rooftop, observing a carjacker attempting to break into a car with a crowbar. With a determined gaze beneath her cowl, the figure gracefully descended and swiftly kicked the carjacker into a nearby street light, incapacitating him. Seizing the culprit by his shirt collar, she secured him to the light fixture before preparing to make her escape with her grapple gun. However, before leaving, she smashed the car window, triggering the alarm and alerting the bystanders in the vicinity.
"I go by the name Vampira, though some may recognize me as Lucy Loud." She narrated while perched on the edge of the building she had gracefully descended from. "It's been nearly four years now... since we suffered the loss of a family member... all because of our own fears and arrogance." Lucy sighed, recalling the pained and angry expression on Lincoln's face, before she steeled herself for what lay ahead.
"But none of that matters now…all that matters is that I find him and bring him home." Lucy outstretched her cape and started to glide across the skies of Gotham city using the lens of her cowl to scan the area in hopes of finding clues relating to Lincoln, only to land on a rooftop and grip the side of her head as a small drop of blood oozed out of her nose.
"I've been searching day and night…but to no avail…my own mental state deteriorating hour by hour." Vampira narrated as she lamented about her relentless search, feeling her sanity slipping away with each passing hour. As she witnessed a corner store being robbed, she clenched her fists in anger. Determined, she snuck into the store through an air vent, ready to confront the thieves.
Crawling through the vents, Vampira noticed the store owner was knocked out and tied up in the corner as the building was filled with 4 thieves ransacking the place.
"C'mon! Hurry up! Find that damn safe!" One growled as he wore a superman mask, Vampira reached into her pocket and pulled out a smoke pellet and flicked it towards the ground covering the store in smoke.
"SHIT! BOSS, IT'S ONE OF THE BATS!" One of the thieves yelled into a walkie talkie as Vampira slammed through a vent and knocked him him with a chop to his throat only to move onto another and taking him down by kicking him across his face pulling out her grapple gun she shot the legs of the last two forcing them to slam into each other knocking them out.
Vampira stood in the middle of the wreckage just as the smoke cleared she started to hear the sounds of heavy footsteps approaching her.
"Well well…looks like a little bat has flown away from its cave." A deep feminine voice with a thick Hispanic accent spoke as Vampira didn't even bother turning around to face her.
"...Hello, Vengeance." She spoke as the camera panned over to reveal a 7 foot tall woman wearing a black leotard and matching mask and leather coat cracking her knuckles.
"..It's not your style to rob a measly corner store." Vampira said, secretly preparing one of her custom Batarangs as the muscular woman gave a smirk.
"Everyone needs a hobby!" She said as quickly charged forward at Vampira only for the smaller girl to backflip over her. However, Vengeance saw this coming and grabbed Vampira's leg and slammed her into the ground shaking the streets outside as she flung her out the window and into a nearby fire hydrant.
Vampira groaned as she quickly stood up, only to barely dodge a fierce right hook from the daughter of Bane reaching into her pocket Vampira threw her Batarangs at Vengeance who simply dodged them only for Vampira to throw five more all of which Vengeance dodged. "You gonna do more than just throw your toys at me Batichica sin valor?" She taunted as Vampira gave a smirk. "Of course I am." She said throwing down smoke pellets as Vengeance looked around the thick fog as Vampira delivered a punch to her face before delivering more punches into her gut, only for Vengeance to grab her arm and pulled her close before charging into a nearby wall slamming Vampira into it, dazing the girl as Vengeance, picked her up by her neck and legs and held her in a familiar position.
"Finally! I always wanted to break a bat!" She snarled as Vampira struggled to escape her grip, but before Vengeance could snap her like a twig, she suddenly felt a sharp pain in her back as Vampira's batarangs that she threw earlier had come back.
Breaking free, Vampira landed behind the taller woman and smirked. "Kinect Batarangs, once thrown they'll home in on any target with stored kinetic energy from the throw." She said as Vengeance gave a growl and was about to attack her, only for Vampira to press a button, which caused four of the Batarangs to electrocute her, with Vampira pressing another button causing the last three to explode, sending Vengeance flying into a nearby wall.
"You….brat!" The daughter of Bane growled as she tried and failed to stand up, only for Vampira to raise her leg and slam the heel of her boot into her face, fully rendering her unconscious.
Vampira leaned onto a nearby wall and started to tiredly pant as she then started to hear the sounds of the police arriving. Pulling out her grapple gun, she aimed it for the rooftops and pulled herself up as she watched the cops arrest the thieves and Vengeance. She knew there was a chance they'd be sent to New Arkham, but right now she didn't care.
"I go by Vampira, but you may recognize me as Lucy Loud. It doesn't matter if my brother wants to return or not. I'll ensure he does, even if I have to do it.…Alone." She narrated as she noticed the sun was slowly rising and decided to head home.
