Hello to all, this is Chapter 2 of the first Arc of Volume 6: Battle in Hueco Mundo!
Intro: The Earth... is a great place where humanity and all other creatures live and learn to evolve little by little, but this great world has Darkness in it too. Evil beings who wish to conquer this world and everyone.
Only one being stood against them to show everyone the power of light and hope, but this great mythical dragon wasn't able to stop them. He gave his powers and hope to a human that was known by his name, the Dragon Knight!
Before this hero also met his end, he gave the legendary Dragon Sword and his hopes and dreams to the next knight, his youngest son who is destined to become a legend by the sides of his comrades and his love. This hero... is the Dragon Knight of Light!

Volume 6: Chapter 2: Arrival to Hueco Mundo! Reaching through the Treacherous Desert!
In the previous episode of DKR:
Ichigo was taken to Hueco Mundo, within the palace of Las Noches, by Aizen's actions. Not revealing his intentions, Ichigo refused to become a hostage he could use but Nnoitra, still furious from last time, heard enough and went to fight her. Ichigo transformed and delivered a huge hit against the 5th Espada however the masked Arrancar stood in Ichigo's way from escaping. She fought him regardless how strong he is and it nearly cost her until 3rd Espada Tier Harribel protected her, seeing enough of this. She then asked Aizen to let her watch over her and Aizen allowed it, rather calmly after he felt the pulse of the Inner Tiger.
Adjusting to her situation, Ichigo had to get along and did so with Harribel's Fraccions, getting along with the girls. She even befriended Aizen's aid, even helping Loly's little jealousy and get her to get Aizen to notice her, working somewhat. She had to do this, best befriending nearly most of her ''guards'' until she could escape or somehow Yugi would arrive and get her out of here. She will admit that she liked these people, not as crazy as most of the Arrancars she had fought.
Meanwhile, Yugi had a rough training, getting used to the heavy gravity of the dimension he was placed to train with Shadow Knight. He struggles for about 3 weeks in that dimension, nearly giving up but thinking of Ichigo; Yugi fought through it and adjusted his powers to suppress them little by little till even his normal body got used to the 10x gravity. Amazed that Yugi could conquer that and then wield the blaster he gave him to practice; Shadow Knight praised him and revealed the powers of Draconic that has allowed Yugi to understand and wield these different powers and skills. What Yugi did was the key to understanding this Power System and now his real training can start.
The rest of the months left, Yugi and Shadow Knight sparred, even getting Riolu and Skitty to help and fight beside him. Going through from normal form to Burst Limit; Yugi mastered his swordsmanship and now he was ready.
At the present time, Yugi and friends arrived at Hueco Mundo as his energy was felt across the land and Ichigo felt it too. Smiling, she knew he would come.
Now will Yugi and friends be able to save Ichigo?
What will happen next?
And now the conclusion... last left off in the previous episode:
It all happened so fast as a small palace suddenly explodes, taking out two low level Arrancars so easily they are shot off into the dark night sky.
Blasting through the smoke of the explosion is Yugi, jumping up high and finding himself descending over the endless gray pale sand before him. He blinks, realizing he might have screwed up with how he penetrated through the walls of reality of entering this dimension.
Still, this gave Yugi the chance to stare from his descending view of the massive palace of Los Noches. The tricolor head widens his purple eyes; pretty sure he's gone crazy but the size of that building is massive.
''Holy…'' Yugi begins to mutter, staring calm yet firm. "So this Hueco Mundo, the Hollow World? I wonder if Soul Society is prettier than this.''
He lands on the ground but feels almost shorter and… powdery?
''Eh?'' Yugi utters, looking down to his feet and his legs are in the sand. He groans, lifting his legs out of the pile of endless sand while muttering of discomfort. ''So much sand…''
''And the environment is dense in some way.'' Atem says, appearing in Spiritual form as he can feel almost visible here. Yugi hums, wondering if the others-
Immediately he widens his eyes, turning around and panics to see the ruins of the smaller building he pierce through.
''Oh crap!'' Yugi yells out in terror. He tries to run towards the small hill of sand until Shadow instantly teleports before him with some sand on his fur and spikes. The tricolor head blinks awkwardly before uttering nervously laughs. ''Haha… Sorry about that, Shadow-kun.''
''Hmph. You're lucky I can teleport.'' The black hedgehog tells him off, brushing off the sand on him. Just then the hill glows and blasts upward as Sonic dashes out of it.
''And I can blast out of the sand too!'' The blue hedgehog declares with a small smirk.
''GRAVITY, PLEASE!'' The sand is lifted and is moved aside to reveal everyone, guarded by Haruto's Gravity Wizard Ring. Ed breathes heavily as did most of the others as he shouts out. ''W-WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!''
''Man! That was SO cool Yugi-san!'' Judai shouts out excitedly, finding that so awesome.
Jonouchi and Honda were both struggling to breathe but managed to nod in agreement on the statement. Anzu groans, adjusting her messy hair as she asks Yugi kindly.''Just warn us next you do something insane okay?''
Yugi sweat drops, apologizing to everyone. ''Sorry, also felt two Hollows on the other side so-''
Uryu is about to agree as he sensed them but before he could, both Jonouchi and Honda scream out. ''HOLY CRAP!''
The others soon see the massive sand world, each one surprised loudly.
''Look at this sandbox cat litter!'' Danny expresses, looking left to right and then back and forward to view the endless sand world. Even Ruby does the same and shouts in agreement. ''I KNOW!''
Kaiba scoffs at this "waste-of-time" world. Jonouchi stomps his foot on the gray sand and just sighs really depressed, muttering. ''I miss Egypt. At least light brown is a better color than… pale white!'' Honda agrees with him as the color is very depressing.
Ichigo looks around, gazing at the night sky and he proclaims. ''So this is Hueco Mundo. Grimmjow and the other Arracanars home.''
''More like Wako Mundo!'' Jonouchi declares with a smug grin. ''Huh? Huh!''
''…'' The others glare at him except Ruby, Usagi and Ryan who actually smile a bit. Jonouchi coughs, not expecting a hard crowd.
''Alright, first we need to figure out where our redhead Ichigo is-'' Alicia begins forming a plan to find their friend only for Naruto to point forward. ''Over there.''
She blinks with Edward protesting with an annoyed gaze. ''Excuse you but I'll wait for Yugi to-''
''HOLY CRAP!'' His words are interrupted by Jonouchi and Honda both yelling out. The rest of the group turns and immediately are taken back by the massive palace on the horizon.
''T-that is not some mirage, is it heh?'' Ryan utters, rubbing his eyes to confirm it.
''That must be where this Aizen is, right?'' Haruto asks Yugi but no reply. ''Yugi?''
He turns as does the others to see Yugi with his eyes closed, facing towards the palace. He's focusing on Ichigo's aura, feeling towards that direction… and nothing. No, not nothing; he can't sense through the walls of the palace. He frowns, opening his eyes and informs the group. ''Sorry, I guess Aizen-kun is blocking my powers to read aura over there.''
He isn't surprised Aizen would do this but it does irritate him.
''Awesome… now-'' Edward begins to say something like their job to find Ichigo might be the whole planet but Naruto interrupts, declaring determinedly. ''No, Ichigo is there.''
This causes most of the group to become off put. Naruto can feel her, sensing the undead and yet Natural Energy flowing through this world and can feel the one- well two good life energies here other than everyone else.
''Sage Mode lets me sense things now, mainly nature, and I know she's in there, ya know!'' Naruto declares firmly, more than certain that she's there… and he doesn't want to say she feels like strawberries either.
''Awesome, Naruto-kun!'' Yugi proclaims excitedly, believing him since he can feel Naruto's new power. Jonouchi nods, trusting their word.
''Alright people! We know where Momomiya is so let's-'' He begins to take charge of this rescue mission to save their friend until he's interrupted by a loud scream. ''WAAA!''
They blink, turning to see something running from the distance. It seems to be a short child wearing a hoodie-like rag outfit, running for her life from two Hollow-like humanoids… and a giant worm/snake creature.
''Damn it, first we deal with them!'' Ichigo yells out furious, dashing forward with Shunpo.
''H-HEY WAIT!'' Ed yells at him, not wanting them to get involved with no one but to save Ichigo. Jenny watches silent at first before saying with a small smirk. ''Relax, he has this and it's not dangerous.''
Ed blinks as does the others. Naruto and Judai agree with both saying. ''She's right. They're just playing.''
''… Huh?'' Danny utters puzzled, watching closely and can tell the stranger is laughing until Kurosaki bashes in, thinking he's saving the little girl and things become awkward as the girl's head bashes across the gut. "Yea, who knows."
The others approach the strange as the hooded figure, revealed to be a green haired child with a cracked Hollow-like mask over her head as well as a scar and a red line across her face, in between her eyes and mouth. She looks at Kurosaki with her innocent brownish eyes as she explains they were playing a game of Eternal Tag to the scary Shinigami.
''WHY DO YOU MEAN YOU WERE ALL PLAYING A GAME?!'' Kurosaki yells out in shock, not expecting that.
''Because we're family, spiky ball!'' The thin, insect-like mask Hollow declares as the giant Tiki head Hollow also adds. ''Because we're the coolest!''
All four then do their action-like poses, announcing themselves passionate. ''Because we're the Thief Siblings: Nel-Don-Pe!''
''…'' Everyone stares speechless with the exception of a few.
''Cool!'' Both Yugi and Masaya both say with small smiles, finding their routine rather neat.
The tricolor head approaches them friendly like as he apologizes. ''Sorry for ruining your game.'' He then reaches his hand to them as he introduces himself. ''I'm Yugi! Nice to meet you!''
They look and then ask who they are and Yugi says they're just travelers trying to find a friend.
"LIKE A GAME!" All three ask him with Yugi nodding with a smile. He then asks them confused. ''But why are you guys here?''
The 3 frown with the worm lowering its head down.
''We're not allowed to live in Las Noches.'' The skinner Hollow explains with his arms crossed.
''Wow, that's a good hotel name!'' Ryan comments, pulling out his phone and typing down a note in his phone's application.
Yugi sweat drops as he asks the child Nel. ''Nel-kun, could you tell us anything else about that palace?''
She gasps, aware they are humans and yet they don't seem at all bad, well at first.
''Y-You're not planning to go in there?!'' The large Hollow, Dondochakka, asks rather nervously. Yugi nods as he proclaims. ''We are because that someone special is in there.''
''I-Is she like your special-special playmate?'' Nel then asks blushing with Yugi replying with a smile. ''Yup! She's someone I care deeply for and I want to take her back to where everyone that loves her wants her back.''
Masaya smiles silently, agreeing that only the two of them know how much Ichigo cares deeply for everyone.
''You do know the Espadas live there.'' The thin Hollow, Pesche Guatiche, then asks them if they know they're going up against the strongest of Aizen's army.
''… Meh.'' Yugi responds with a shrug from his shoulders. He looks towards the palace and only sees an obstacle he'll charge through by avoiding the most amount of fighting.
''I don't want to fight any of them, though 3 of them will want a piece of me. Including Aizen-kun, but I don't care.'' The tricolor head declares calmly, wishing to just save Ichigo and not make any war with anyone over that. He then eyes the four and says with a small grin. ''Because once I'm done, you guys will be able to live somewhere nicer!''
The four blink before getting rather excited.
Jenny smiles silently, watching as Yugi has to promise it with a pinkie swear.
''I didn't realize Yugi was good with kids…'' Jenny openly admits, not noticing his talent to earn someone's trust so quickly no less children. Jonouchi chuckles as he tells her. ''Of course he is! It's because he gets them, enjoying the funniest of being a kid.''
She just smiles, agreeing about that. After all, sometimes Yugi thinks of himself as a child even when he should be older and more adult. Guess the beauty of a child's mind hasn't or will not leave him… much like Ichigo's. The two really think similar.
Yugi's words work but what sells is Nel eyeing Kurosaki and his massive sword which she manages to snatch from him and play with it, dragging it across the sand as Ichigo chases after her annoyed.
''AWESOME! Your knife is SUPER big, Itsygo!'' She yells out, laughing excitedly while Ichigo staggers back, uttering in shock. ''Itsygo?!''
''HAHAHA!'' Ichigo pauses, turning to Kaiba who's actually laughing at that. ''That's quite the perfect nickname. In fact, it's a better name too.''
Kurosaki growls furiously before taking back Zangetsu from Nel who now grabs on his shoulder.
''… So we're going to that palace now?'' Usagi asks, acting a bit impatient for her cousin's well being.
''EH?!'' Nel starts shouting out nervously as she informs the group. ''B-but you'll get there like in 3 days!''
''Pff nope.'' Sonic, however, protests as he suddenly dashes off with sonic speed towards the palace. Nel and her family drop their jaws. It takes him at least a minute before he returns and corrects the distance. ''3 days walking. Walls are much larger in person.''
Yugi nods, already assuming that about the walls. He sighs, thinking about it for a moment and declares, making up his mind on this approach. ''Can't be helped. Sonic-kun, how about-''
''OH NO!'' Nearly everyone protests about the Sonic approach to take them home with Edward shouting ''ICHIGO WILL BE FINE IN 3 MORE DAYS!''
''… Then I'll just use Burst Limit.'' Yugi responds, thinking she can carry at least 3-4 people at a time with his Burst Limit.
''That plan might-'' Ichigo begins to agree, thinking of using Bankai to do what Yugi has in mind but then Nel interrupts eagerly. ''OH WAIT! Bawabawa wants to help you all!''
The worm Hollow grins with the others' sweat dropping.
''… UMM.'' Usagi mutters nervously, not wanting to get eaten by mistake. Kaiba gazes towards Sonic and orders him. ''Hedgehog, take us there now.''
''No pro-'' Sonic begins to accept until Ed yells in protest. ''NO-NO!''
He runs and hops on the large worm and proclaims. ''We'll take the worm. Hop on, Itsygo!''
"NOT YOU TOO!" Kurosaki yells furiously, jumping on top of the giant worm.
The others groan but they can't say no again with Nel's innocence. They sigh, agreeing to the little girl's joy. And so the group is now riding on a worm towards the massive palace.
"I can't believe we can all ride on top of this-'' Honda begins complaining uneasily until Anzu bashes her elbow across his gut. He gasps in pain, correcting himself nervously. ''This wonderful friend of yours! Hahaha…''
The others are just trying to enjoy the journey, knowing that things will become harder when they reach that palace. And the strange part is how calm this all feels.
''Huh?'' Ruby mutters, thinking back on her studies in her home. Danny eyes her and asks. ''What's wrong?''
She looks around them, traveling on the worm before proclaiming. ''Don't know, this all seems pretty easy.''
Danny hums, starting to realize it is weird. Naruto overhears this, sitting in a meditation state. He's focusing on conserving his Natural Energy, still new to this but he needs as much of it as possible. He can't use up all of it before-
''Hey-hey.'' Ignoring the voice calling out to him, Naruto is at completely, tranquil-
He immediately grunts as Nel pinches his whisker-like marking cheek. Naruto opens both eyes, annoyed. Nel just grins, telling him. ''You seem really cool too with your weird yellow eyes.''
''Thanks-'' Oddly smiling as his toad eyes are weird, Naruto begins to express until he senses something bad approaching. Standing up, he begins asking the little girl. ''Hey, Nel-chan. Is there another strong Hollow living here?''
Nel blinks, thinking for a moment before replying. ''Well no… except-''
Suddenly the ground underneath them erupts and explodes. This alarms everyone as what surfaces from the sand is literally a giant sandman Hollow.
''WHO DARES TO REACH LAS NOCHES AS I GUARD IT LOYALTY?" The sand golem creature declares loudly, towering over the group.
Yugi and the rest widen their eyes, stunned by the size of the creature.
''Oh…'' Ruby utters, gulping with Kurosaki grunting madly. ''You gotta be kidding me.''
Will Yugi and the others handle this first obstacle in Hueco Mundo?
Commercial Break:
Anzu: You know; this place is more dangerous than I thought it was.
Honda: Ditto. But can't be helped though.
Yugi stares worrying as he and the others stare up at the massive sandman Hollow, actually following and keeping up with the worm who's trying to slither away.
"That's a sandman.'' Ryan mutters, sweat dropping
''T-T-That's Runuganga!'' Nel utters horrified with Dondochakka telling the others just as terrified. ''H-he's the guardian of the desert of Hueco Mundo and guard of Las Noches!''
Ed sighs annoyed with Judai snickering, reminding the group. ''Well, we always knew we would confront something really bizarre.''
''Yea BUT not sand!" Edward yells at him, complaining about this situation. "How do we fight sand?''
''Here's how.'' Ichigo declares, unsheathing Zangetsu as a surge of Spiritual Energy erupts from the blade.
''GETSUGA TENSHO!'' Ichigo shouts, swinging his large sword and fires a crescent energy slash while Sado extends back his transformed left arm and shouts, throwing it forward. ''EL DIRECTO!''
A beam of Spiritual Energy blasts out from his shield arm, piercing through the sand guardian as Kurosaki's attack cuts through the top half of its body, blasting it away. Nel's eyes widened with amazement while Kurosaki snickers a bit, taunting the defeated Hollow with his Zanpakuto resting on his shoulders. ''Is that all you got?''
Thinking he was a badass, Ichigo doesn't sense that the Hollow is alive and fires a blast of sand from its arm. Uryu reacts as does Yugi, both firing a barrage of spiritual arrows or Dragonaun Burning to repel the attack. This startles the Substitute Shinigami as Runuganga reforms instantly.
''Yea… I had a feeling that would happen.'' Danny utters, something in him warns him this is going to happen. "Good job though, Itsygo."
"NOT THE DAMN TIME!" Kurosaki yells, getting annoyed by the incorrection of his damn name.
"Forgot to mention since the sand is sort of part of him, he can regenerate all attacks." Pesche informs the group with Ed grunting, wishing he had told them before. Now he regrets not picking the Sonic route.
Runuganga glares down at Nel and the other outcast, howling as he declares. ''You 4 will suffer the same fate as the intruders! Prepare yourselves!''
He swings his punch at them directly. The others panic as Nel watches helplessly. However, Naruto has already extended his right arm and focuses before throwing it forward at the enemy's swinging punch. The punch is way too far to connect to the Hollow and yet the sand monster is suddenly pushed back as its right arm explodes by an unseen attack. He staggers back as Shadow fires a Chaos Spear across its head followed by Naruto swinging another punch that actually punctures a hole through his chest.
The rest watch this amazed, especially Nel shouting excitedly. ''A-AWESOME! HE BLASTED THE SAND AWAY!''
Naruto oddly smirks, boasting what he did. ''That was Frog Kumite, the Taijutsu part of Sage Mode!''
''Yea, not enough.'' Pesche announces while Runuganga reforms again. Naruto just stares seriously, declaring. "No problem! If I have to, I'll use my trump card."
''Your trump card?'' Ruby utters puzzled with Danny immediately protesting. ''OH NO! You can't get close using it or your hand-''
Before he can finish speaking, Runuganga reforms again as he prepares to attack again until he's suddenly blasted by snow, covering himself in ice and then slash apart by a sword whip blade. Ichigo recognizes those attacks as he looks up and sees both Rukia and Renji having attacked the Hollow, both wearing cloaks.
''Rukia?! Renji?!'' Ichigo utters in surprise to see them here. The two land as Renji declares with a grin. ''Don't mind us.''
''We couldn't let you all go alone.'' Rukia adds with a sincere smile. Usagi just sighs with a smile as Ryan adds with a smile too. ''At least that thing-''
Yugi and Naruto both feel it as the sand erupts and Runuganga forms, shouting furiously. ''NONE OF YOU WILL ESCAPE!''
This startles everyone with Usagi screaming in horror. ''B-B-BUT HOW?!''
''This whole damn place must be his body.'' Naruto concludes, looking down at the sand. Danny agrees as he says. ''As long as he can move his mind to somewhere else in this sandbox, he will just grow a new body.''
''DRIVER, ON!'' Danny turns to Haruto, activating his Wizardriver as he puts on the Water Dragon Wizard Ring.
''Then we'll just have to put him down. Hen-'' He begins to declare as he begins moving his left hand to the belt but Yugi immediately stops him, suggesting with a smile. ''I got a better idea, Haruto-kun! Use Flame Style for this.''
Haruto raises an eyebrow. Yugi has been thinking, using his knowledge with Draconic power to realize a way to stop this enemy from a school book.
''We have to launch his main body in the air and burn him with the most intense flames.'' The tricolor head explains. Ed widens his eyes slightly and questions him. ''You mean turn him into glass?''
Yugi nods with Edward whistling, praising his knowledge. ''I'm surprise you knew that.''
''I study!'' The tricolor head responds with a smile. He then becomes serious and admits. ''But that won't be the solution; we'll have to put his glass prison elsewhere.''
''Leave that to the Fenton Thermos!'' Danny declares, pulling out a ghost-catching thermos. Kurosaki sweat drops, asking him. ''You think it'll work?''
Danny isn't so sure but he's willing to try, declaring. ''One way to find out.''
''I got the launching part!'' Sonic announces with a grin. Judai smirks, activating his Duel Disk while Alicia activates her Valkyria form, surprising Nel in amazement.
''Henshin!'' Haruto shouts, sliding his left ring hand across the belt buckle as it glows.
''FLAME, PLEASE!'' The Wizardriver chants as Haruto raises that same hand to the side and extends it as a red energy circle manifests and slides through him as it chants. ''HI-HI, HI-HI-HI!''
Nel and her family all widen their eyes as Haruto has transformed into Kamen Rider Wizard, flapping the end of his coat. He then slides his right hand over his belt as it chants. ''CONNECT, PLEASE!''
An orange magical circle manifests on the right side. Wizard reaches inside the portal and pulls out his trusty WizarSwordGun, twirling it into gun mode and fires multiple fire shots that hit and explode across the sand Hollow. He tanks them, laughing before the bullets within begin to explode.
''WHAT THE?!'' He howls in agony. Stunning him, Sonic dashes with his insane speed, circling around the sandman and begins to engulf him in Blue Tornado. The blue tornado wraps around the Hollow, lifting him upward and blasting him upward.
''Show yourselves, Elemental HERO Flame Wingman, Nova Master and Flare Neos!'' Judai shouts, summoning his 3 HERO monsters.
''All at once, Judai, Haruto!'' Alicia orders the two, her eyes gazing and glowing. Judai smirks as Wizard flips the hand unit of his weapon, opening up the hand.
''COME ON A SLASH, SHAKE HANDS!'' The weapon announces as Wizard high-fives the hand as it glows. Flames wrap around the blade of the weapon. ''FLAME SLASH STRIKE!''
''Flame Shoot! Nova Stream! Burn to Ash!'' Judai commands as his 3 heroes unleash a torrent of powerful flames along with Wizard swinging his fiery weapon and fires a flaming energy slash.
''BLUE FLAME!'' Alicia shouts, taking aim with her lance is consumed in blue fiery aura and unleashes a torrent of blue flames. Their fire attacks combine and consume Runuganga entirely.
''THIS CANNOT BE!'' He begins to shout before the heat turns him into glass. Danny aims and presses the thermos' button; unleashing its energy that consumes and converts the glass imprisoned Hollow inside it.
"This should hold him.'' Danny declares, glad that it actually works. Nel and her family watch speechless as she mutters astonished. ''A-awesome…''
Ed whistles how well that worked with Alicia even praising the tricolor head with a small giggle and wink. ''Fantastic idea, Yugi!''
''You guys were more fantastic.'' Yugi expresses humbly with a small grin. Jonouchi nods as he declares, slamming his right fist into his left palm. ''Yosh, now we can get to the palace with no problem!''
Without the sandman chasing after them, the group arrives at the walls of the massive palace. They pick the best spot as Ed claps his hands and slams them on the wall before them, transmuting a hole inside the palace.
The group each took a step inside however Bawabawa had to stay outside which it did and Nel and the others wanted to tag along. Yugi has no option but he asks them to please avoid trouble.
''Finally, we're-'' Ryan begins to say until he and the others start freaking out, seeing multiple hallways that split apart.
''No…'' Usagi utters with Ed slamming his foot out of frustration. ''I hate this damn place now!''
Kaiba grunts as he gazes at the tricolor head and tells him coldly. ''Yugi, remember why I'm doing this because this is a waste of goddamn precious time of mines.''
Yugi sweat drops, not meaning it. The architect must have been a crazy designer… that or this is all Aizen's design for the place.
Naruto sighs as he sits down and begins to meditate in the corner, needing more time to charge up Sage Mode.
''… Let's flip a coin!'' Ruby suggests, pulling out a coin only to sweat drop at the number of coin flips she'll have to make. She shakes her head and then suggests. ''Or randomly pick a direction?''
''What we should do is split up-'' Rukia suggests and immediately Ed yells at her, out of panic. ''AND LET THE ENEMY KILL US ONE BY ONE?!''
Alicia would lecture him for yelling but she has to agree with him on that.
''No thanks. Even Yugi will agree that's dumb.'' Edward says, eyeing Yugi who nods, also agreeing. ''Dangerous too.''
He tries to breathe, focusing on Ichigo's aura and even though he can now feel it; it leads through each of the different hallways. He frowns, admitting to the others. ''And Ichgo-kun's aura is going into multiple directions too.''
Jenny tries sniffing and frowns, also getting the same result too.
''So now what?'' Shadow finally asks with his arms crossed. Yugi doesn't need to think as he eyes Ed with a small smile. The alchemist sweat drops, muttering with serious yet annoyed narrowed eyes. ''… Damn it, seriously?''
The tricolor head nods, informing the group. ''I would rather not, but we don't have a choice. The first group to find Ichigo-kun; I don't care how but go crazy so I can feel your aura. Then we all leave here because I have no interest to kill anyone here.''
''But this is the enemy-'' Renji begins to remind him that they are still inside the enemy's base but the Dragon Knight interrupts kindly. ''I know but Aizen-kun is my only enemy here, and I guess 3 revived villains. I have no interest in fighting any Arrancar or Espada who don't wish to fight back. Otherwise, do what you guys have to.''
Yugi didn't come here to fight anyone but to save his kitty, reminding the group with a smile. ''I just want to bring Ichigo-kun back home where her family and the rest of us miss her. Nothing else.''
Jenny just smiles as Anzu steps forward and responds with a wink. ''We follow your lead. That's what we all want too.''
Everyone but Naruto in his meditation nods. Yugi smiles and nods determinedly as he says. ''Okay! Then guys, pick your groups. No doubt these paths will branch out too.''
Each one nods as they make their groups, at least a minimum of 2 and a max of 4, at best, except Yugi's group. Once the groups are made, they begin to face their paths.
''We're splitting up but remember…'' Renji begins to say, ensuring everyone with stern determination. ''We will not die here.''
''And we're all connected too!'' Anzu then adds, holding up her right hand that once had the marking of friendship she, Yugi, Jonouchi and Honda once forged in a similar situation. Renji sweat drops, actually liking that part and utters dumbfounded. ''Eh yea!''
Kurosaki sweat drops before snickering and declares strongly. ''Then let's go, everyone!''
"Best of luck, Itsygo!" Judai salutes him with Kurosaki making a straight expression and just runs off.
Yugi nods as right away the groups dash forward into their paths and indeed most of those paths branch out, further splitting the groups till they are all separated.
''Yugi…'' The tricolor head blinks, eyeing Honda who asks him to worry for him. ''Are you sure you can protect us? We don't want-''
''Of course I can! I trust you guys.'' Yugi protests with a warm smile as he eyes Masaya. ''And Masaya-kun.''
Masaya rubs the back of his head, smiling oddly shyly.
''And my Nee-san too.'' Yugi also adds with Jenny giggles a bit, replying. ''Then lead the way, little brother.''
Yugi smiles as he looks towards their path. Taking a moment to breathe in, Yugi nods as he charges ahead with the others following right behind him.
''Ichigo-kun…'' Yugi begins telling himself mentally, beginning to feel the small fainted aura of his Strawberry Kitten and follows it. ''Just wait for us!''
Knowing the dangers up ahead, are Yugi and the others ready for what they must face against?

Entering Las Noches, Yugi and friends begin their search and proceed cautiously. However, the Espada have been warned by Aizen of their intruders. Will our heroes be ready to engage the Espada as Judai, Usagi and Rukia confront once more against the 9th Espada, Aaroniero? Will they be ready against the mind games?
Judai: Kinda wanted to come with Naruto but I don't mind this. I want to be ready if we end up confronting that Espada from before.
Rukia eyes him: You mean the weird one with the fishbowl head?
Usagi: … Ew! Seriously!
Rukia: The odds of fighting that man again are unlikely.
Judai: It's like getting an Eggwich, anything is possible. Anyway, next time in Yu-Gi-Oh! Dragon Knight Reborn: The Gentle and the Saint! The Sorrowful Reunion!

Author's Note: Now we're back where we left off and yea, Nel and group. It's also nice to use Sage Mode but the real showstopper will happen in due time.
Someone remind me to use Itsygo more to annoyed the Substitute Shinigami in later bits.
