So Glass Joe inviting Dana to the boxing classes is set up for why Dana will get involved in stories based on the Palladium RPG adventures that I'm planning
The previous night, the Turtles took Bacon Bit to their lair to talk to Splinter and tell him the story she just told them, Splinter seemed to be very serious as he listened to Bacon Bit's story and he told her his belief that the reason most of Eleanor's army perished was because of his belief it was Karma, that most of the mutants really wanted to take out their anger on humans, they knew they couldn't hurt those like Feral and Bishop those who were actually dangerous to Mutants they settled for hurting innocent civilians...That was why most of the Mutant Army did not live to see peace and freedom, Eleanor was spared because even though she was the ringleader she did have higher ideals than simply hurting humans and she was needed because she had the skills for leading the Mutants.
The next morning the Turtles were taking the students to the 'Human Side of Town' but the students were frequented the 'Human Side' frequently went on ahead leaving the Turtles with the more timid students.
So when the first few Mutants entered the WVBA Gym, Von Kaiser began to give his welcoming speech.
Rover of course was grinning broadly and his tail was wagging like crazy, Scruffles interrupted to ask if there would be any catering.
Von Kaiser tried not to get too annoyed at the Little Dog Mutant's interruption "The WVBA was not originally intended to be a school...We do not have a cafeteria...You're expected to bring your own lunch!"
Meanwhile Stripes the Mutant Tiger was only half-listening to Von Kaiser's speech, really she was just grateful to be with these other teachers because Leo had really irritated her, expressing that he didn't like she felt compelled to follow her programming to be a nurse because that was what the humans had programmed her to do...Stripes couldn't help but feel Leo was being a little bit hypocritical thinking mutants like her were 'brainwashed' when it was clear the reason he was so dedicated to ninjitsu was because Splinter had drilled it into him since he was a child...Was it the perceived 'Unnaturalness' of the humans' programming that Leo objected to? Either way Stripes felt bothered by the fact that Leo seemed determined to replace with his own programming and had been trying to teach the Young Mutants Bushido which Stripes being raised by Western humans (Specifically Canadians) felt VERY uneasy with. Here knowing that WVBA had Boxers from all around the world and they had to respect each other's culture Stripes felt better about that they would just stick to teaching them self-defense, not try to push an ideology…
The the Turtles arrived with the other students, Bacon Bit ran up to Von Kaiser and hugged him catching the German Boxer by surprise.
"Don't you remember?" The Mutant Piglet said looking up at him with her big brown eyes "I'm the Piglet in the apartment building during the Mutant Riots…"
Similar to Enna I imagine Bacon Bit's voice sounding like Casey the Frog a character from the 1996 Broderbund Game The Treehouse
