Clark was full of panic! Why should the DOD take Jonathan? Is Sam involved? Is that his father-in-law's attempt to 'help' them?

'NO!' Clark thought while he was floating three hundred miles over Metropolis in the stratosphere to listen to the world and trying to localize Jonathan's heartbeat or his voice. 'No, they made a blood-test!"

Why he was so stupid? Jonathan is Kryptonian, too! Just because he does not have powers, every blood test would show that he is of Kryptonian heritage! After his breakdown, they might took some blood to test him for drugs or anything like that! And Clark was once again too stupid to not to realize that…

"JONATHAN!" Clark yelled as loud as possible. Despite knowing that Jonathan can't hear him but still hoping the boy says something.

But there was no trace of him! No voice, no heartbeat… as if he was not on this planet anymore? But suddenly Clark got an idea…

"The DOD!" Clark murmured and shot down to earth to get to Sam's office…

But Sam was not in his office…

With his hands handcuffed behind his back, he was escorted by Hardcastle through the building Jonathan was now held captive…

Jonathan meanwhile knew that he was in trouble. In really big trouble!

They must have sedated him. That was for him the only explanation why he felt so weak like never before in his life. It couldn't be the red lights. But why they put him into this cell? What happened?

Jonathan was able to lift from the mattress and tottered towards the glass-wall. That was the moment he spotted the puncture on his arm, where they took blood from him.

"Oh, no… Fuck!" Jonathan murmured when he realized that they took a blood sample. "That can't be…"

His blood can't be Kryptonian! He has no powers! They can't see it in his blood…

Jonathan got torn out of his panicked thoughts when suddenly the door opened outside his cell, and he could see that the dark corridor outside was even wider than expected. In the light of the open door, he could see two people entering. A man and a woman. His grandfather Sam and a woman that might was a bit younger than him.

"JONATHAN!" Sam yelled relieved and start to run towards him.

"You?!" was everything Jon got out before he saw that Sam's hands were handcuffed behind his back and that his grandfather was as white as chalk in his face.

"Oh, Jonathan! Don't be afraid! You'll be out there soon!"

"What is this place? Where am I?" Jon demanded.

"Don't panic! Jonathan, they made a blood-test! Before I could stop them and explain them everything, you were already brought here…" Sam explained. But Jon cut him off.

"WHAT IS THIS PLACE?"

"Jonathan, calm down!"

"What? Calm down? I am in a fucking cell!"

"Jonathan, you will get out of there soon. I will take care of it!" Sam said before he turned to the woman again. "Vicky, please let him out! He is no threat!"

"Vicky?" Jon said and took a closer look at the woman. Suddenly realizing that this must be Sam's colleague he told him about in his stories in the past. "As in Vicky Harshcastle?"

"It's Hardcastle!" Hardcastle said harshly as usual. She was sick and tired of that nickname. "And as long as we haven't figured out why this Kryptonian there has no powers and if he is really no threat he stays here!"

"I AM NOT KRYPTONIAN!" Jonathan screamed angrily and slapped with his hands against the glass wall.

"As the son of Superman, you are!" Hardcastle said and crossed her arms. "It doesn't matter that you have a human mother. You are Kryptonian!"

"I AM NOT KRYPTONIAN! KRYPTONIANS ARE SELFISH! THEY ARE TRYRANCIAL! THEY… AGHHH… WHAT YOU HAVE DONE WITH ME?" Jonathan yelled on Sam again.

Sam only lowered his head in shame…

Clark rushed into the DOD headquarter, directly into Sam's office. But the office was empty. He went to Hardcastle's office, but her secretary told him that she left a while ago with General Lane. Since Superman was a common guest at the DOD, many soldiers there were used to his presence. And one luckily told him that Hardcastle and General Lane were on the way to the containment facility where Tal-Rho and the boy with the reverse Kryptonian powers were hold captive.

Full of horror… Clark speed out of the DOD headquarter again and flew over to the facility. He knew it from his previous visits for Tal and Jon-El. If they really brought Jonathan here, too he would never forgive himself. Since this was a place for dangerous people. And not for disappointed teenagers…

Clark shoot into the facility and stopped (since the rules required it) at the closed gate.

"Let me in, please!"

"Superman, I am sorry! But this is currently not possible!" the soldier said.

The man was used to meet Superman in person and not as starstruck as many others would be if Superman is standing in front of them. But he was also armed with Kryptonite-weapons, and he had strict orders.

"I have a special permission for free access to this facility by General Lane!" Clark told. "I have to talk to General Lane! I know he is here!"

"I have strict order to don't let you in until further notice!"

"By whom?"

"General Hardcastle!"

"I want to talk to her, too!"

"Superman, we have strict order!"

"Let me in!" Clark insisted, knowing he could just storm in there. But how should he explain that? "I need to talk to General Lane and General Hardcastle! It is urgent!"

The soldier knew that Superman had a special permission to enter this place to visit the prisoners here. One of them was his half-brother. And he knew that Superman respected the DOD and its rules, so he won't force his way inside. And even if he would, the whole building was flooded with red sunlight. He wouldn't get far.

But what the soldier also saw was true fear in Superman's face. Superman, whom he used to have a poster of him in his room as a teenager. Whom he always looked up to for his bravery and his heroics. Superman, who he bought as an action-figure for his nephew's fifth birthday just a few days ago… this brave, heroic, and strong hero seemed so weak and sad. So desperate! Almost human!

The man gave in and took his phone to contact Hardcastle inside…

Hardcastle already noticed that there was a lot of tension between Sam and his Kryptonian grandchild. She already heard Sam's confession and knew that the boy who was in the cell was denying his heritage because his lack of powers and the lack of love he obviously got from his family.

"I am not… KRYPTONIAN! I HATE THAT PLANET!" Jonathan yelled again while Hardcastle took her vibrating phone to accept the call from the guard outside. "HEY… HARSHCASTLE! I SAID I AM NOT KRYPTONIAN!"

Hardcastle just lift her finger to show Jonathan that she was busy on the phone, while listening to the guards' statement that Superman is outside and demands to come in urgently.

"Fine, let him in!"

Hardcastle couldn't even hang off when Superman appeared in a blur and was immediately greeted by the red sunlight that flooded the room…

"AGHHH…" Clark yelled in shock when he saw it…

His son was in a cell! In a special cell, designed to contain a Kryptonian…

"WHAT IS THIS BOY DOING IN THERE?" Clark yelled angrily. "Get him out!"

"Mr. Kent, you know exactly why he is in there!" Hardcastle said.

"WHAT?" Clark yelled again and looked back and forth between everyone present. Did Hardcastle just call him Mr. Kent? His eyes wandered directly on Sam. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE NOW?"

"I DID NOT ARRANGE THAT!" Sam defended himself. Now Clark could see that Sam was handcuffed, too.

"LET HIM OUT!"

"LET ME OUT!"

"SILENCE!" now Hardcastle yelled.

Full of horror, Clark looked on his son in the cell again. This was his worst nightmare coming true: One of his sons being imprisoned in a DOD-cell for Kryptonians. Over the past years, the nightmares got less and since Jordan's powers kicked in, he only had bad dreams about Jordan being in such a situation. But Jonathan?

Suddenly Clark had to think about Lara's words again and knew that it was no need to deny. It doesn't matter that Jonathan rejects Krypton, that he has no powers, or that has a human mother: Jonathan is Kryptonian!

"Don't worry, son! We get you out of there quickly!" Clark said, now calmer and trying to sound like as if he is not panicking.

"FUCK YOU!" Jonathan just yelled and turned around, crossing his arms. "If this is some bad trick to lure me back into your shithole of hometown, this is not going to change my mind!"

"Oh, you were right, Sam! They have a lot of unsolved issues!" Hardcastle said.

Clark turned to Hardcastle in shock. The red light weakened him, but he was still powerful. But he was frozen in shock when he realized that she really knew everything. Full of fury, he turned to Sam again.

"YOU TOLD HER ABOUT WHO I AM?!"

"I HAD NO CHOICE! THEY MADE A BLOOD-TEST IN THE HOSPITAL! WE SHOULD BE HAPPY THAT IT IS NOT ALREADY IN ALL NEWS!" Sam yelled back.

"OH GREAT… ANOTHER WAY TO HUMILIATE ME!" Jonathan yelled now. "LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT I AM A GENETIC FAILURE?!"

"HARDCASTLE, LET HIM OUT!" Clark demanded harshly. "I DO WHATEVER YOU WANT! BUT HE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!"

"I know! I am aware that he has no powers! I never dared to believe that I ever see this: A Kryptonian who has no powers under a yellow sun!" Hardcastle said with a weak smile on her face.

"I AM NOT KRYPTONIAN!" Jonathan yelled angrily again, slapping with his fists against the glass before he flinched in pain again and held his aching head. "Aghh…"

"Agghh… Don't you see that he is hurt! He needs a doctor!" Clark begged.

"Our doctors have checked him! Expect a little bruise on his occiput he is fine." Hardcastle told.

"He is not, I see it!" Clark yelled and turned back to his son. "Jonathan, is it a vision again… from your doppelganger maybe?"

"No! Just headache!" Jonathan said and turned away again. "As if you care! I know exactly you rather want him as your son, so you can have one more Kryptonian to fly around with!"

"THIS IS NOT TRUE!" Clark yelled and turned back to Hardcastle. "LET HIM OUT!"

"This is not possible!" Hardcastle said before she pressed a button on a remote controller…

Suddenly there was a loud noise and the walls seemed to move aside…

The loud noise cached the attention of Tal-Rho and Jon-El, who both sat in their respective cells, and suddenly saw the walls moving to make it possible for them to see each other, too…

In Smallville…

Lana noticed that something was going on! Something that had to do with her predecessor's acts, she was sure about that. Or why else a man from the FBI comes to her office with the request to look through the town's finances.

She agreed, since she knew that George Dean was not as perfect as the people believed and that the man made some really bad mistakes in his ten years on the head of this town. But also, because she was more worried about other things.

She was still struggling about the recent reveal that Clark is Superman! Clark? Out of all men in the world it is Clark?

Lana was torn out of her thoughts, when the door opened and her daughter Sarah and her friend Natalie, whom Lana already knew that she was aware of the secret, too, came in.

"Mom, is everything okay?"

"Yes!" Lana lied. In truth she felt the urge to cry. "Shouldn't you be in school now?"

"Principal Balcomb sent everyone home after Coach Gaines got arrested!" Sarah told.

"What? Who arrested him?"

"The FBI!" Sarah explained. "Mom, something is going on here! I think it has to do with Jon's getaway!"

Lana shuddered…

She heard the rumors! But she didn't want to believe it! Clark, the guy who was always there for her when her own parents had their tantrums… Clark, who always helped her when she was down… Clark, who was so mild-mannered and so kind… She didn't want to imagine that he could be a tyrant! Isn't he supposed to be Superman?

"You think so?" Lana was able to stutter and lowered her head to not to show how she was trembling.

"Mom, are you okay?" Sarah asked again.

"Honestly not…" Lana wailed and looked on the girls. Natalie knew the secret. She should know something. But Sarah shouldn't… she couldn't put the burden of this secret on her. At least not now. "…Sarah, sweetheart… I have terrible headache and I forgot my Aspirin in my car. Would you be so kind?"

"Of course!" Sarah said and lift after taking the car keys her mother reached out to her to get to Lana's car.

Natalie wanted to follow her, but Lana holds her back…

"Wait please, Natalie! Now that you are here… did your father decide to buy the place now, or not?"

"Please, what? What buy?" Natalie asked confused before seeing Lana wink and realizing that she just wanted to talk to her alone. "Oh… that one! Well, I am not sure…"

Lana and Natalie waited until the door closed after Sarah again and she was out of sight before Lana got straight to the point.

"Tell me the truth! What happened with Jonathan?"

Natalie took a deep breath and moaned before she told Lana what happened after Jordan left her office again: How Clark took Jordan on a flying-lesson to cheer him up but forgot Jonathan home alone in the progress. How Jonathan feels left out by them constantly and how the current situation with all the hate he receives for the X-K affects him and how Jon fled to stay one night at a friend's house where he was spied out by his family, had a breakdown and hurt himself in the progress. And that everyone in Jon's family is now mad on each other and they are about to fall apart…

"Gosh… I wondered why Jonathan should take this stuff as… well…" Lana murmured.

When Lois told her that Jonathan has no powers, she wondered briefly if the reason for his X-K-abuse was because of this. And now she wondered if the Clark Kent she grew up with was even real. Because Martha's son would never let down his son!

"Natalie… is it possible that…" Lana began before suddenly the door opened again and the FBI man entered her office again without knocking.

"Mayor Lang… we found a lot of discrepancies in your town's finances! Do you have an explanation for this!"

"I took over this position only a week ago! I am still getting an overview of everything by myself!" Lana explained. "I can't tell you what my predecessor did with the town's money! We are struggling economically for years!"

"Mayor Lang, I fear your town is only financed by drug-money!"

"WHAT?!" Lana exclaimed.

"Mayor Lang, we have to arrest Mister Dean! We found evidence for money-laundering! Your whole town is full of Kryptonian-trash!" the man said and left again.

Lana became pale… wondering if Clark was the reason for the X-K in the mines.

Just a minute later, another FBI agent came into her office to kick her out to search the room, too…

In the DOD-prison…

Jonathan shuddered in fear and his blood was freezing in his veins when he looked into his own face. Eyeliner, leatherjacket, the whole outfit… most disturbing was for him this darn crest, his father said is a family-crest, but for Jonathan it meant superpowers.

Jonathan-El was not as satisfied as he thought he would if he ever gets to see his doppelganger again. Unlike him, his doppelganger was a powerless weakling. He was the one who got disowned for being powerless and a shame for the house of El!

"Wow! See who we have here! The spare of this world!"

"What do you want? Tell me that you are better than me, too! Pull a number!" Jon said and crossed his arms turning away from him, too and avoiding Tal-Rho's curious glares, too. Latter was totally perplexed and remained silent at first.

Clark was totally shocked. The only thing that let him stay calm was the fact that there was enough distance between them.

"Hey, what is that meaning? Not interested in a merge anymore?" Jon-El asked as if Jon was ever willing to.

Jon-El didn't hear Jonathan's outburst after the ELT incident. He was still powerless in this cell! And they were separated by wide glass-walls. Even if he would try to, he wouldn't get close enough to Jon. Not to forget that he didn't have the pendant.

Before Jon could say anything, suddenly the door opened, and a handcuffed Lois was pushed into the room by a soldier. She protested, but suddenly she froze in shock…

Lois let out a horrified scream when she spotted Jonathan in the cell. Her worst nightmares came true…

"AGGHHH… MY BABY! Jonathan, don't worry, you'll be out there soon!" Lois yelled before turning to her handcuffed father. "WHAT DID YOU DO THIS TIME?"

"THAT WAS NOT ME, IT WAS HER!" Sam yelled back and pointed on Hardcastle.

"AGHHH… SHE KNOWS?"

"Everything! Hardcastle said calmly."

"Great another guest in this freakshow!" Jonathan moaned.

"Oh my god… Jonathan, what did they do with you?" Lois cried.

Jonathan didn't respond, he just turned away from her again, avoiding Tal-Rho's curious glares and his doppelganger's smirking…

Lois, full of horror to see her son's doppelganger in the same room as her son again, instinctively placed herself between them. Or at least tried to. Despite her own powerlessness, she was still a mother.

"Nobody is merging here!" she said before turning to her son. "Jonathan, please… you don't want this!"

"Fine, I don't want to merge! I only said that because you made it clear that you only want powered children!"

"That's not true!" Clark cried up.

"Wow… your parents, too? I knew it when he came here to ask me to help them to fight Ally!" Jonathan-El said and shacked his head sheepishly. "You are such a hypocrite! Just like my own father! May he burn in hell!"

"Please would you…" Clark begged.

"What? Help you? Would you ask me for help, too if I have no powers?" Jon-El asked condescendingly.

"NO… I mean… I…" Clark stuttered.

"See!" Jonathan moaned.

Meanwhile in Metropolis…

Timmy jumped out of his uncle's car and stormed directly through the rear door of his house into the laundry-room that was attached to the kitchen. His parents were both still at work, so they were alone.

"Timmy, wait! What are you looking for?" his uncle asked when he followed him.

Timmy didn't respond. He went straight to the dryer. Jonathan's clothes, his mother washed, were laying folded on the dryer. Jon's keys, that were in his pocket, were laying on top of them. After the incident yesterday, the police took Jon's phone with them to analyze the death treats he received from the townspeople of Smallville. But the keychain was still with them. Either nobody was interested in it, or it was simply forgotten. But Timmy remembered how his mother took the keys out before putting Jon's clothes into the washing machine.

"There it is!" Timmy exclaimed.

"What? His keys?" Coach Patterson asked confused. "Don't tell me you want to get into his house!"

"No way! Nothing in the world could force me into that hellish Podunk!" Timmy said shocked before presenting his uncle the little mini-USB-stick on the keychain. "Maybe we find some answers on this thing?"

At the DOD-prison…

Clark wanted to leave with his son and Lois more and more with every passing second…

"Hardcastle, I demand that you let him go. Or I will never support the DOD anymore!" Clark said. "Jonathan, I get you home! And then I get you to your grandmother and we…"

"NO!" Jonathan yelled loudly.

Suddenly everyone paled and looked on Jonathan with big eyes.

"You don't get it, don't you?" Jon asked. Clark was too upset to respond. He didn't even nod or shake his head. But in his face, Jon could see the truth. "This is not about powers! I don't want powers! I don't want to be taken on flights! I don't want to hear any stories about the fortress that you don't want me to see anyway… All I wanted was that you acknowledge me!"

Suddenly a tear ran down Jonathan's face…

"I wanted to be accepted! I wanted to feel as a part of the family! But you have all clearly shown me that there is no place for me in your super-family! That I am just an ordinary civilian who doesn't matter. All you want to talk about is your investigation, or the DOD, or powers, or Krypton… all those things you have made clear are not my business!"

"Jonathan, we…" now Sam tried to interfere.

"YOU TOLD ME TO BE AFRAID OF THEM!" Jonathan yelled, shocking everyone present. "You told me to fear Jordan's powers, only to train him in secret and say how special he is! So, stop pretending. I know you only went fishing with me because you wanted me in the Supermen-of-America! Just like you want Clark over there to be the DOD's exclusive errand-boy!"

Everyone was shocked about this statement, even if it was not new. But the fact that Sam told Jon to be afraid of his own father and brother was new.

"And I was scared! Scared that he could really become like this! To have a Kryptonian family! I mean look at them!" Jonathan yelled, turned around and pointed on Tal. "He tried to kill everyone on this planet, but you forgave him after a few seconds! Because he has powers and is from your planet… dearest so-called father!"

Then Jonathan pointed on his doppelganger.

"And he joined a cult, killed people and tried to kill me! But he has powers, so it is forgiven! Just like you forgave Jordan everything after a second!" he continued.

Clark lowered his head in shame and start to cry. Lois, who was crying even harder the whole time, interfered now…

"Jonathan, please… we find a…"

"WE FIND NOTHING! You are just as bad as them!" Jonathan yelled, shocking his already shocked mother even more. "I told you how I feel! I told you how I feel left out! I told you why I took the X-K! But you didn't care… because you only care about your stories. Getting yourself ever and ever again in such big trouble that only Superman can get you out from!"

Lois lowered her head in shame. There was a lot of truth in her son's words.

"I am really not the best role model!" Lois confessed.

"You would have done the same as I did, when I entered that RV! And when the A.I. would have tried to kill you, I would have yelled on you, too for that!" Jon moaned. "And now we are here! What comes next?"

As if on cue, suddenly the door opened, and Jordan got pushed in in a wheelchair…

In Metropolis…

Timmy's hands were totally wet of sweat when he put the mini-USB from Jonathan's keyring into his laptop to see if he can find anything that gives him answers about the thing…

"You are invading his privacy!" his uncle said. He thought it was not right to search Jonathan's private files. "Especially after the incident with the bug."

"Uncle Joe… The thing is hurting people! The thing turns everyone in that Podunk against Jon! The thing… can't be any good! It might be good for Jordan, but when it hurts Jonathan, it is not something good!" Timmy told and waited for the computer to open the Explorer.

At the DOD-prison…

Everyone was shocked that Jordan got brought here, too. But after they caught Jonathan with his blood, it was no surprise for Lois and Clark that they suspected his twin to be a Kryptonian, too.

Jordan didn't seem to realize what was happening. The boy was sleeping peacefully in that wheelchair. Expect a little puncture on his arm, that proved that he just got some blood taken, too, Jordan was unharmed.

"AGHHH… Jordan!" Lois yelled.

"What did you do to him?" Clark asked shocked.

Hardcastle didn't respond to this. Instead, she was wondered why Jordan was not at the other side of the wall…

"Why is he not in the cell with his brother?" Hardcastle asked the soldier.

"LET HIM GO!" Clark yelled.

"He seems not so important for them!" Jon-El said sheepishly.

"Is this another trick?" Jonathan moaned.

"NO!" his parents both cried up before turning back to Jordan.

The soldier who brought Jordan in lifted a vial with blood to present them it.

"His blood is human!"

"Human?" Hardcastle exclaimed surprised.

"Yes… Blood Type A-negative! He has some Kryptonian markers in it, but it was diagnosed as human!" the soldier explained.

This statement surprised everyone: Jordan has powers, but his blood is more human than Jonathan's?

Jonathan meanwhile was convinced that it was just one more trick…

"STOP THAT FUSS! I know you only want to lure me back to that hellhole!" Jonathan moaned.

"Do you really think that we made this all up?" Clark asked shocked. "You know I would never tell Hardcastle the secret! Or let you or your brother get captured! Oh, please Jonathan… your grandmother is really mad on me for…"

"STOP IT! Stop pretending that everything is okay! I asked you… no I begged you for help! More than once. And every time you made it clear that I doesn't matter because I am just a powerless weakling that does not fit into you Kryptonian family! You made it clear that nothing I do, say, or demand is of any priority. Everything you care about is your darn home planet and the powers. That's why I hate Krypton! That's why I don't want to have anything to do with it! And that's why I don't accept that I get locked up here, while we all know that this is just ridiculous!"

Jonathan's rant cached the attention of Tal-Rho who was shocked about Jonathan's statement and his view on Krypton…

"Wait a sec…" the Kryptonian said. "…Kal, so it is true. You really never brought him to your parents? You never taught him how great Krypton once was?"

The last sentence made Jonathan just more upset…

"KRYPTON… Is a fucking place full of selfish, tyrants seeking to conquer those who they see as unworthy! It's good that it got destroyed! And I don't want to have anything to do with it! I wouldn't fit into that place anyway without powers!"

"On Krypton nobody had powers!" Tal said shocked. "Kal?"

"Jonathan, please!" Clark begged. "I should have not excluded you from everything. That was wrong! And it is true: Your grandmother really wants to meet you! She said I and Jordan are not allowed to come to the fortress anymore as long as she hasn't met you… aghh…"

"AGGHH… So, you only want to take me to your fucking fortress, so you and Jordan save your asses?!" Jonathan ranted. "WHAT A FUCK!"

Jonathan turned away again and walked away to get to the other end of cell to have as much space as possible between himself and his parents. Clark realized that he should have waited with Lara's treat until after he brought him there or until Jonathan was in a better mood. Clark ignored that Hardcastle made some notes and already planned to get into this 'fortress', but he noticed how his half-brother shacked his head in disappointment…

"Shame on you, Kal-El! If Krypton would still exist and the people there would know that you excluded your son from any knowledge only because of powers, nobody on Krypton ever had, they would turn you into an outcast and you and Jordan would not even be allowed to wear your family crest anymore!" Tal said disappointed and shacked his head even more. "Because of the shame you would have brought over your house! Shame on you!"

Clark was surprised about his half-brother's reaction. But just like Lara, Tal used to live on Krypton without powers and saw in that planet more than only powers, too.

"You, too?"

"WHAT COMES NEXT?" Jonathan yelled. "LET ME GUESS… IN A FEW SECONDS A PHONE RINGS TO TELL YOU MORE BAD NEWS…"

Jonathan barely finished that sentence when indeed Hardcastle's phone rang…

"SEE!" the boy said offended.

At the same time, Jordan suddenly woke up…

"Aghh… my head hurts!" the boy wailed and looked around. "Where am I?"

Nobody responded to that… Instead Hardcastle accepted the call…

"Hardcastle! … Yes, I am! … WHAT? WHICH CHANNEL?"

Everyone looked on Hardcastle who turned around and pressed some buttons on a keypad on the wall. Just a second later, a TV screen was extended from one of the walls and a local news-channel from Metropolis start to air…

Everyone looked on the TV-screen with big eyes. A photo of Jonathan was shown.

'KIDNAPPED FROM ER!' was written in big letters below his picture.

"…that any motives are unclear for now! According to reliable sources, it could be family-drama! The boy who was in hospital because of a head-injury…" the reporter's voice told before Hardcastle start to scream.

"WHO HAS TOLD THE PRESS ABOUT IT? SAM?"

"NO, I NEVER DID THAT! LOIS MAYBE…" Sam defended himself before Lois stepped him on his foot.

"WHY SHOULD I DO THAT?!"

"JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!" Jonathan yelled loudly and turned away again. "THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS!"

"Jonathan… we…" Clark begged again.

"LEAVE ME ALONE!" Jonathan yelled again. "AND TAKE YOUR FAKE NEWS WITH YOU!"

After that the soldiers led them all to the next-door room where they could watch the news on their own…

In Metropolis…

Timmy tried more than 50 different passwords; he thought Jon might have used. But every time he got the message that the password was wrong…

"You are going to break it!" his uncle warned.

"The answer for the thing is in this file!" Timmy moaned and leaned back to rub his temples.

What could it be? What could be Jon's password? Suddenly Timmy had an idea…

"Martha!" Timmy murmured and typed 'Martha' into the password-box. And suddenly the file opened. The password was correct…

"I'm in!" Timmy exclaimed. "Why I didn't think about this before! He loved her more than anything else in the world! She was the main reason for him to accept the move to Smallville! Okay… let's see what we have here!"

"Are that letters?"

"Yes! Looks like he wrote letters to grandmother Martha…" Timmy said and start to read the first one. "Dear Grandma, I wanted to apologize to you… now that you are dead… oh… He wrote them after her death!"

"I heard about this kind of coping of grief before!" Joe told. "Our school-psychologist has suggested this to some of my former players after losing a beloved person."

Timmy scrolled down and found the next letter…

"Dear Grandma… I know this was not your decision, so I am not mad on you. But how could you hide from me that Dad is… AGGHHHHH…"

With a loud scream, Timmy smashed the laptop close after reading this sentence…
