Getting off the train, Abigail was overjoyed to be home but extremely nervous to talk to Henry. They walked through town on the way to Elizabeth's rowhouse. Luckily, not too many people were out and about, at least those who would've recognized her. As much as Abigail missed her town, she was not in the mood to be thrown from hug to hug at the moment.

Robert stepped out of the mercantile and walked past them but turning back, did a double take. "Cody?" Robert walked to him and gave him a big bear hug. Though these two were practically adults now, but at that moment, they were two boys that really missed each other.

"I've missed you, Robert."

"Feeling's mutual, man." Robert then hugged Abigail. "Nice to see you guys back here, Mrs. Stanton."

"It's nice to see you too, Robert."

"So are you guys back for good?"

"Don't go spreading the news just yet, but yes we are."

"Yes, ma'am." Abigail and Cody continued walking to Elizabeth's. She knocked on her door. "Just a minute!" A few seconds later Elizabeth opened the door. "Abigail!" She embraced her friend. "Cody, it's nice to see you."

"You too, Mrs. Thornton."

"Go ahead," said Abigail. "I know you wanna go hang out with Robert."

"Thanks, mom." Cody ran down the street.

"Well, come in." Abigail walked in the house.

"Mommy, who's this?" The little boy walked up to Elizabeth.

"Jack, this is your Auntie Abigail."

"Hello, young man. I haven't seen you since you were in diapers." Jack ran up the stairs.

"Sorry. He's kind of shy with people. So...welcome back!"

"It's great to be back. I've missed this place so much."

"And we've missed you too. I guess I'm not too surprised to see you here."

"Oh, Elizabeth, I'm so scared to talk to him. What if he doesn't take me back?"

"Don't think about that. I was scared when I confessed my love to Nathan after I rejected him the first time."

"Wait...you finally told him!"

"It has been way too long since we last talked. Yes, I did."

"And?"

"We're very happy together."

"I'm so happy for you Elizabeth! So, when do I finally get to meet your handsome Mountie?"

"Soon. I'm sure he'll be very excited to meet you. I've told him so much about you. So, back to you. When are you gonna talk to Henry?"

"Today. I'm sure he'll have already heard that we're here. Word will travel fast since Cody's in town."

"Good."

"So, how long do you plan on staying?"

"We're back for good."

"Abigail! This is great news!"

"Are any of the rowhouses empty?"

"I believe so. I think there's one maybe about five down from Lee and Rosemary's."

"I'll talk to Bill about it later."

"For now, you can stay with me. I'll help you bring up the bags to the guest room."

"Thanks, Elizabeth."
