Abigail had just finished unpacking the last of their bags and had walked downstairs when she heard a knock at the door. Elizabeth walked over to the door. "Hello, Bill. How may I help you?"
"Actually, I didn't come to see you." Bill walked into the house, passing Elizabeth and making his way over to Abigail
"Bill," Abigail embraced her friend. "It's so good to see you."
"It's good to see you too, Abigail. I saw Cody and figured you were back in town. Welcome home. If there's anything you need, just let me know."
"Actually, there is something. Elizabeth mentioned that there might be an empty rowhouse available. I'd like to move back here permanently."
"Consider it done," Bill said without hesitation. "I'll take care of the paperwork and make sure everything's ready for you."
"Thank you, Bill. I really appreciate it."
"Anything for you, Abigail," Bill said with a kind smile.
She felt a wave of gratitude for the support and love from her friends in Hope Valley. But her thoughts quickly returned to Henry. She knew she couldn't put off talking to him any longer. Gathering her courage, she decided to go find him.
