"We're doing great in helping Sunset reestablish the Night Parade. Though I'm wondering if our battle with Yo-kaiju attracted the attention of the Alliance. They likely know Kelly's plan failed by now." Ichiro said.
"Most likely. Kelly doesn't seem like the type that leaves stones unturned." David said. "He'd probably play it off as a temporary set-back just to save face. They're probably gonna get flustered, and desperate."
"That's how it normally would go with most villains but the last few…things have felt…different." Jexi said. "It's almost like a number of the villains are…evolving."
"You think Kelly is gonna…" Dan asked.
"No. He's careful. I doubt he's going to make any sudden moves right now. His main target is Enma. He's not going to make any moves that will jeopardize his objective." Sheer said. "Though, the same can't be said for the other members of that alliance."
"Yeah. McKraken and Dame Dedtime, those two we know pretty well. But this Ghoulfather guy, we hardly know a thing about him. All that he tried to rule the Yo-kai world but got sent into space for 555 years." Pit said.
"But now he's back." Ajna said. "Just what the heck does he want?"
"He'll probably monologue about it when we meet face to face. Most villains tend to do that." Emo said. "And anyway, talking about motives isn't going to get us anywhere right now. Where are we heading next?"
"Right now, Sunset is visiting the Crank-a-Kai, trying to up the numbers." Jexi said.
"As for the sightings, seems the phenomenon is starting to slow down." Jeremie said.
"Makes sense. The more Yo-kai each side acquires, the more likely sightings are gonna slow down." Weiss said.
"We're getting really close to the final battle, I can feel it." Hope said.
"I dunno, I feel like we got at least one final stretch." ZS remarked. "One last twist to really bring it home, y'know?"
"Wouldn't be surprised if…" Miles said as the computer dinged. "Oh…a new request popped up…from the Idol Universe?"
"Well, what's it say?" Eddy asked.
"Uh… 'A bunch of cursed spirits are invading Club R3th3tm, about to fight a First-Grade on drums, I just want to finish my drink, please send help.' Signed, Trevor Minami." Miles read off.
"Translation: A bunch of Yo-kai are going in that club to fight a Boss Yokai under the Alliance's employ." Makoto said.
"This has to be a trap to lure us in. If the Alliance is behind this, the Ghoulfather sent that Boss Yo-kai to eliminate us." Jin said.
"We gotta get Sunset and get going." Jexi said.
The group soon ventured towards the Idol Universe after getting Sunset off the Crank-a-Kai and headed to the club.
"Yeah…from what you described, definitely sounds like they have a boss set up in this club. Probably another of the Executives." Sunset said.
"If he's anything like the last two, then they shouldn't be a problem. It's who else could show up we should be worried about." SE pointed out.
"Are you going to be okay if, by some chance, Kelly shows up?" Mark asked Sunset.
"I'll be fine. He won't be able to hold Nate and Katie over me again." Sunset promised. "Besides, I won't let myself get caught off guard like last time."
"Alright then." Mark nodded as the group reached the entrance of Club R3th3tm. "This is it."
They walked in to find the club was already a complete wreck as a few Yo-kai walked about. This included a large cicada warrior, an orange eel in a pot, an old woman holding two speakers, a lone boy riding a tricked out bike, a gloomy man with a black cat, a fun guy with a red cat, a couple of drum spirits, one with one head and the other with three and one trying to get them all to stop was a lone taiko drum.

"Whoa. Lotta yo-kai in here." Ragna said.
"Yeah… but…doesn't look like that Don Chan guy is causing trouble." Luffy said.
"It almost seems like he's trying to stop the chaos." Izuku said.
"I…I am." Don Chan said. "I am Don Chan! And I'm trying to stop them but…"
"Hahaha! Like I said before….it's no use, you weak little drum." a voice called out from on stage as the sounds of beating drums could be heard.
"Drum beats?" Craniamon said.
"Cause now….they are under my control." they said as the group looked up to a large green humanoid sitting on a cloud with a full drum set. "Cause this club…it's mine now."
Rongo Swirll
Boss Yo-kai
Shady Tribe
"Yours?" Jexi said.
"Well technically…it belongs to me…and the Yo-kai Alliance." Rongo said.
"Oh, I'm sorry, we didn't see a sign on the door. Guess we'll just have to go and…Nah, we're gonna kick you all out instead!" Eddy taunted. "'Cept you, Don Chan, you're cool."
"Thank you…?" Don Chan replied, uncertain. "But the others are being controlled by that guy! I'm trying to free them."
"Hehehe…what can I say? They love my killer drum beats…so does the Ghoulfather. That's why he made me one of his execs." Rongo said.
"Oh, that's why your an executive? Your musical talent?" Emo asked. "Doesn't matter much when somebody can make you the drumstick, now does it?"
"Funny guy…" Rongo replied. "Thinking I'm a one-hit wonder will get you killed, kid." he said as he performed a 16-beat solo, causing lightning to rain down. "16-Beat Thunder!"
The lightning looked poised to hit the group, before something long and large came out of the shadows and blocked the strikes. It was a worm-like entity, with four long arms and bone-like fingers, with a flap of flesh displaying small, black, tiny slits for its eyes and a small, but neutral facial expression.
"Nice going there, Bridge Worm." a voice said as a man stepped out of the shadows, a 32-year-old in functional, yet baggy clothes, a five-o'clock shadow beard and tired blue eyes, his mouth holding a lit cigarette, which he took out and exhaled a cloud of smoke. "I finally get done with my latest assignment…and of course, a bunch of Cursed Spirits have to go and ruin my party of one. Ain't life just grand?" he asked, his voice dripping with sarcasm.
"What the hell?! Party crashers?!" Rongo asked.
"Who is that guy?" Issei asked.
"Don't know, but the feeling I'm getting from looking at him…no doubt about it. He's a Jujuitsu sorcerer." Emo announced.
"And it looks like he's not on the Yo-kai Alliance's side like that Executioner guy." Frosta said.
"Hey, merry band." the man spoke to the Hero Alliance. "Mind leaving John Bonham over here to me for now? Get his flunkies outta the way."
"Alright. Thanks, er…." Adora said.
"Name's Trevor Minami." the man introduced himself. "We'll save the icebreakers for later."
"Okay…guess it's time." Rongo said as he beat his drumsticks together. "It's time to start my set." he said starting up his drum beating once more.
"Get your game face on, buddy." Trevor said to the worm entity as he jumped onto it. "Let's pound this freak."
The worm rushed at Rongo, its flap opening up like an eye, its true face unseen by the group as it crashed into the Executive, sending all three of them to the upper levels of the club.
"I think he'll be fine for now. Let's deal with these Yo-kai." Scarlet suggested.
"Right. We need to silence and free all these other Yo-kai." Sunset said.
"Can't make a Silence big enough for all of them." Emo said. "I could do it one at a time, but that'd take a while."
"How about…drowning them out instead?" Sunset suggested as she held Sing Kong's medal. "Come on out, my friend! Calling…Sing Kong! Yo-kai Medal…do your thing!"
Ladies and Gentlemen! Introducing the Tough Tribe!
The scenery was set to look like a back alley with some yankee looking Yo-kai dancers
So Tough! So Tough! So Tough!
Tough!
"Sing Kong!" the Yo-kai declared. "Oh…yeah!" he said, singing out super loud as the other Yo-kai's sounds were being drowned out.
"Well…it's a little loud…but a little noise never hurt anything." Jexi said as the group plugged in ear plugs. "So…let's go nuts!" he said as the group started going wild on the Yo-kai present.
"So much for being heartfelt in this club." Mark quipped as he slammed down on Tattlecast.
"Yeah…not exactly my cup of tea either, but we gotta change our approach once in a while." Makoto said as she slammed down on Croonger while striking down Pergushin.
Simon materialized Ribbit Libido-BZ55 as he then initiated his Masquerade Rage. "~Disturbing the peace, look into my eyes, now tell me the things you blabbing about behind my back. The tenacity, I hold, it's hard to break down. It's too late for apologies. It's going down now~!" he sang as demonic hands sprouted from the ground around him and did a big wave to the beat before he masqueraded with Baal and finished with a high note, sending out his own offensive soundwaves.
"How bout you guys cool off after making so much noise?" Frosta said as she froze Rawry and Percrushionists in place.
"Wow…we're really going all out on these guys." Brook said as he was easily holding back Singcada.
"Yeah…but it's not gonna end until we take down that drumming menace and that sorcerer guy has him handled." Jiro said as she and Kaminari were double teaming against Glumdango and Fundango.
"I hope he's doing okay against that guy." Don Chan said.
Higher up in the club, Rongo was continuing to beat on his drum as lightning continued to crash on down as Trevor dodged each strike.
"I swear, can't you just let a guy relax and drown his woes?" Trevor asked. "I finally get a day to talk to the estranged family, and you just have to go and show up. Haven't seen my nephew in years, but no, you go and attack R3th3tm. My family drama doesn't mean squat, apparently!"
"Who gives a crap about some human's family troubles! This is a place for the Yo-kai now. But before I finish you…it's time for…the solo!" Rongo said as he started beating down on his drums as what could be described as an incredibly long drum solo, soon joined by a number of Yo-kai ladies playing biwas.
"Must be some sort of Domain…" Trevor remarked. "Alright drummer boy, you showed me your trump card, I'll show you mine." he said, rolling up his coat sleeve, a sigil of some sort branded on his arm, as he raised it to his mouth and bit down, drawing blood. "Come on out, big guy. This guy needs a trumpet to go with his drums."
Cursed Summon: Siren Head
In front of the sorcerer, a pool of black liquid formed, as a creature rose out of it, a heavily emaciated, near-skeletal frame covered in dried, mummified flesh the color of rusty metal. The most striking feature, however, was where its head and neck would be, instead a thin metal pole with a pair of acoustic sirens attached to it stretched up from between its shoulders, with black wires coiling around the pole and connecting the sirens to its upper torso. Within the sirens were toothy, lipless jaws and long, retractable tongues.
"See the drummer over there?" Trevor pointed out Rongo, who was just finishing up his solo. "Play him a tune."
The Cursed Spirit faced the Yo-kai Executive, letting out a loud air siren that echoed throughout the club.
"AAAARGH! What the hell?!" Rongo said as he was thrown off his game.
"Show's over." Trevor said as he surged with black lighting just like Executioner, charging the Boss Yo-kai side by side with Siren Head. "Black Flash!"
The Sorcerer struck Rongo in the chest with a wind-up hook, black lightning coming out of the attack as Rongo was left reeling. This gave Siren Head the opportunity to grab Swirll by his horns and begin smashing him on the floor repeatedly, even breaking one of them off. By the time the Cursed Spirit was done, Rongo was left heavily injured, groaning in pain.
"Alright big guy, escort him down." Trevor said to Siren Head as the creature picked Rongo up and threw him back down to the ground floor. "Okay, that'll do it. Back in the cage, buddy." he said, Siren Head vanishing the same way he appeared.
"Not…cool!" Rongo called out as he came back to the ground floor.
"Whoa, is that Rongo?" ZS asked. "Looks like that Trevor guy did a number on him."
Trevor then followed behind him, jumping down to meet the alliance.
"What a headache… you can't get a break these days." Trevor remarked, dusting himself offf, before he noticed David and his team. "Hey, I know you guys. You went to Ginhana, right?"
"Y-yeah, that's right." David said.
"Yeah, thought so." Trevor said. "My nephew went there. Maybe you know him? Kazutora?" he asked.
"Yeah, I do. Quite well, in fact." David said. "He attends a lot of sports clubs there and even has a spot in some of the school teams."
"Oh, does he now? Good on him." Trevor remarked, pride evident in his voice. "Wish I could go see him. I'm…not allowed to go near him or his family."
"Falling out with your brother?" Mark asked.
"No." Trevor said, before he sighed. "His dad…he got expelled from the family, cause he didn't get the sorcerer genes. The Minami clan's supposed to pretend he and his family don't exist."
"Heavy stuff…" Bow said.
"That shouldn't be an excuse to go see them though. If you want to go see your nephew, just do it." Hope said.
"It ain't that easy, kid. If the patriarch, aka dear old dad, found out that I went to see them, my brother's family would be in trouble." Trevor said. "As in, 'life-in-danger' kind of trouble. Most sorcerers are just like that."
"Ah, I see… I didn't know." David said.
"Yeah, it sucks." Trevor sighed. "Still, at least I know Kazutora's doing well for himself, even without any Cursed Energy. Thanks for the update about him, it means a lot."
"Yeah. He's even developed the Sports Style of Color Fighting, if you can believe that." David said. "To be honest, I'm…kind of jealous. Anyway, you wouldn't mind us helping you throw these guys out, would you? That's why you sent that request?"
"Not at all." Trevor cracked his knuckles. "Gentle or hard knocks?"
"Hard knocks would be fine." Leopardmon answered.
The doors of Club R3th3tm burst open as Rongo Swirll was forcefully ejected from the premises, landing in a puddle of dirty water. "Dang it…you guys know how much this suit costs to clean?"
"Less than the club, I bet." Trevor said, dusting off his hands. "What about the other spirits?"
"We have their medals, so they won't cause any more trouble here." Sunset said.
"Medals, huh? Guess you work with them different…ly?" Trevor stopped in his tracks, doing a double take at Sunset. "Uh…hey, what's-your-name, Bacon Hair."
"Bacon Hair…?" Sunset said.
"Listen…I think I need to talk to you. One on one." Trevor said.
"Uh…sure." Sunset said, as the two made their way to one of the club's corners. "What do you want?"
"Listen, just to be clear…you're not from my universe, right?" Trevor asked.
"No." Sunset said.
"And you've never heard of Cursed Energy, Jujuitsu Sorcerers, or anything like that before today?" Trevor asked.
"Well, there was this executioner last week, but other than that…no." Sunset said.
"Okay. Then…why the heck are you giving off a hell of a lot of Cursed Energy?" Trevor asked.
"It's probably cause of my connection with the Yo-kai…and maybe it's the Yo-kai Watch too." Sunset said.
"No, I checked. It's not coming out of the watch, it's coming from you." Trevor said. "Here's the thing: not just anyone can be a Sorcerer. It's all in the genetics. Cursed Techniques get passed down through family lines, Cursed Energy gets stronger over time, all that." the sorcerer explained. "If you don't come from my universe, then you don't belong to a family. Someone with your Cursed Energy output not coming from a major family…that's unheard of in my neck of the woods. Even Gojo Satoru had a whole clan that came before him. So…you said your connection with Spirits is why this is?"
"Yo-kai, and yeah. I've been around Yo-kai for years now."
"Wait, so…could being around Yo-kai cause Cursed Energy to settle in…?" Trevor asked to himself. "Holy moly…this is…crap…"
"Uh…what's going on?"
"Kid, I think you've just discovered a way to turn ordinary people into Jujutsu Sorcerers." Trevor said. "Do you know how big that is? The whole society of Sorcery is gonna turn upside down when people hear about this! How many Spi-er, Yo-kai have you got on your side? Depending on the amount, you must be bursting at the seams with Cursed Energy."
"Over 400 right now." Sunset answered.
"400 right now?!" Trevor exclaimed, before he grabbed Sunset by the shoulders and leaned in close. "Alright, listen, what I'm about to tell you, you memorize to the letter: don't tell anyone about this. If the wrong people find out about this, they are going to come after you, and they will do everything they can to figure out how you tick. I'm talking dissections here. Don't tell your team, your friends, your parents if you got 'em…nobody. You got that?"
"Dude, calm down. Not many people can see Yo-kai anyway. Besides, I need to reconnect with them all. I also need to find Enma." Sunset said.
"...I don't understand half of the words you just said, but as long as you keep this chat of ours quiet, then we're good." Trevor said, pulling out a slip of paper and writing a phone number on it, handing it to her. "Listen, if your little secret gets out, call this number. The guy on the other end…he's a smug sonova gun, but you can trust him. Tell him Trevor pointed you to him, then tell him what you told me. He'll make sure nobody unsavory in Jujitsu circles gets on your trail."
"Uh…sure." Sunset said, taking the number. "You seem connected to these sorcerer guys. You should share a message for me. This group we're fighting, the Yo-kai Alliance, they have a sorcerer on their side too."
"Hmm…I'll look into it." Trevor said as he and Sunset left their isolation. "Well, thanks for answering the call for help, everyone. Guess I better get going."
"What were you two talking about back there?" Eddy asked.
"Oh, she was telling me about this executioner guy you fought." Trevor lied without missing a beat. "I'll see what I can do to make sure he doesn't bother you again."
"Thanks." Sunset said. "Now, we should head back on the ship so we can discuss what we're going to do next."
"Good idea. Thanks for the help, Minami." Mark waved.
"Right back atcha, gang. Keep up the good fight." Trevor said. "Oh, and if any of you run into Kazutora, tell him his Uncle Trevor says he's doing a good job."
"I'll be sure to pass it along." David said.
Trevor smiled as he headed off as the group returned to the Galaxy King.
Back on the ship, the group gathered.
"Okay…looks like a majority of the major cases have definitely started winding down." Jeremie said.
"That's good. But we still need more Yo-kai on our side. But there are some other important things too." Sunset said. "One of which…re-establishing the Mirapo network."
"The what network?" Klonoa asked.
"Mirapo Network. Mirapo are Yo-kai that sort of act like portals. They can transport you anywhere, even across other worlds." Hope said.
"There's actually at least one Mirapo in at least every world." Jexi said. "Here. Let me show you." he said, showing them a picture of a purple mirror with a face.
Mirapo
Mysterious Tribe
"By every world what would that include?" Klonoa asked.
"Well Mirapo do exist in every world, but we can only really access world's we've been to. Trying to go someplace we haven't been can lead to unexpected results, as Hope can tell you." Sunset said.
"Yeah. I tried using one to visit Skylands, but I got spit out somewhere randomly." Hope said.
"So we would have to travel to worlds we haven't been to by ship to find the Mirapo that reside on them so we don't end up getting lost if we used the network to travel to said univisted worlds." Ace said.
"Yeah, that's about the size of it." Hope said. "But since we've been away from Yokai for so long, the network is down."
"So what exactly do we have to do to get it back online again?" Ragna asked.
"Befriending Mirapo again. Meaning a visit to the museum we met them in last time." Sunset said.
"I'm guessing it would be Springdale?" Yuri asked.
"Didn't even need to guess." Sunset said.
