Nanor, this chapter is dedicated to you, because screw you I write what I want to write

Mitsuki was worried when she had been called into UA the second day of school. She had been called in about Katsuki's behavior at Aldera, he was considered a loud, annoying nuisance they had tried to curb. They had been proud he had gotten into UA, but they were also undeniably happy to be rid of him.
But still, she didn't expect to be called into UA so quickly. She especially didn't expect to wait an hour after getting here. It made her worried about what had happened.
Finally, the door swung open, allowing in Principal Nezu, alongside a raggedy looking black haired man and All Might. All three had grim looks on their faces as they sat at the table across from the Bakugos. "I apologize for the time it took to meet with you, I had some… Important phone calls to make. Let me start this bluntly, you son, Katsuki, launched a potentially lethal attack during a training exercise today. Only the fact that he didn't respond to All Might's order to stand down makes us think it wasn't a premeditated attack."
"I-"
"Shut up, and let them talk." Mitsuki hissed.
"Let me make this clear. Due to the people around him when he launched the attack, only the fact that he was acting irrationally and without a premeditated plan to do so is keeping us from having to expel young Bakugo to keep tensions from already getting thicker."
"What do you mean, tensions?" Masaru asked.
"Your son set off a near lethal attack next to the princess of Agnus, aimed at her husband, who is a well regarded war hero in both Agnus and Keves. I've spoken with Queens Melia and Nia. Both acknowledge that accidents can happen during training and would not begrudge injury coming to Midoriya Izuku if that had been the case. But, as I said, the attack was near lethal in closed quarters and set off with malicious, if unmediated, intent. That makes this a political nightmare."
"So what!?" Katsuki demanded angrly, "I'm going to be the next top hero!"
"Are you certain of that? Today's actions could have very well ended your career before it even began, and an act like this in the field, even against a villain, would see your license terminated if the lethal force was seen as unlawful or hurt civilians. We aren't licensed killers, Young Bakugo," All Might chided, "Had you killed Crown Princess Mio or her consort, we would have an international incident on our hands. Oroboros are already regarded jointly as the highest ranking Heroes in both Agnus and Kevesi, and sit behind only Elder Monica, her daughter Ghondor, and the Six Founders in the City hierarchy."
"Queen Mio made it clear she only allowed her daughter and son-in-law to come to UA because Midoriya himself had pushed for it, pointing out that transfer from war to peacekeeping would be difficult. Yet Midoriya has shown more restraint that you."
"He broke my ribs!" Katsuki protested.
"And you tried to kill him," the black haired man pointed out, "hardly comparable. So here are the terms laid out by the agreement between the queens and Principal Nezu. They're non negotiable, before you say anything. Either you follow these or we're expected to expel you, and if you really think we'll fight these terms to keep on one kid with delusions of grandeur, you really are delusional."
"But-"
"But?" Nezu gave the impression of raising an eyebrow, "there is no but here, young Bakugo. The terms are as followed, your gauntlets will be confiscated, any villain that needs that much firepower to take down can be dealt with by a group. Two, you yourself will be on probation for the next six months. If we have some form of repeat of this experience, you will be expelled from UA High. Is that clear?"
"Perfectly," Mitsuki said for her son, who appeared to be on the brink of having a fit.

"I'll take responsibility for this, if it goes public," Shouta said, "It was my idea to pit them against each other, I should take responsibility."
The whole thing had been an unexpected mess from the moment they had suddenly got a call from Queen Nia. She had been, while not the last person they had expected a call from, it would still have caused a headache if this had been normal circumstances.
But if this was normal circumstances, Shouta didn't need or want to see extraordinary. Yes, it was well known that Oroboros was the closest thing Agnus and Keves had to Pro Heroes, but that shouldn't have lead to a call from one Queen, let alone both.
Then Nia had asked, "Is there a good reason my daughter called and told me her husband was almost killed today?" and everything became so much more messy.
They hadn't known they were evidently entertaining the Crown Princess of Agnus and her personal entourage. Mio had never given any sign she was royalty. If Shouta had known…
Well, to be honest he would have entered with a bad impression of her. The spoiled princess who had her mother pull strings to get her into UA. Not the even keeled young lady she was. If he thought his significant other (not that he had one) was killed…
Yeah, they were lucky Bakugo was still alive.

Izuku stared at his hands blankly in the locked shower. A sad smile stretched across his face as he did. Matthew would have tried to kick his ass for using the Fists of the End. Might have successed too….
"What about Mum?"
Izuku took a shuddering breath, pressing his head against the wall of the shower, eyes closed. That was the hardest part of all this. Living with the memories of being I. The destruction of the first city had been necessary to stop Alpha, but that didn't mean he had to kill Ghondor. Kill his son, so he could kill his great granddaughter.
I had done so much bad stuff in the thousand years in between their incarnations. He had helped prop up Mobius's rule, continuing the unending war in the "endless now"...
Izuku's fist hit the wall, knocking several of the beauty products Inko had bought the girls off the wall. Before he could repeat the gesture, a hand caught his own, calloused but soft at the same time. More skin, nicked with scars like his own, pressed against him from behind.
"You're getting into your head again," Mio said with a slight reproach in her voice.
"I-" Izuku started, wondering how she had got in the room, before swallowing and saying, "I wasn't a very good person, was he?"
"No," Mio agreed, "but you're not him. You'll never be him."
"I could be," Izuku said.
"No, you couldn't," Mio said, turning Izuku to face her, "I saw what I was like, back then. You might have some things he had, but you're not him, and never will be."
"You didn't see everything," Izuku said softly, "I wanted to be a Hero, back when it was my frist life. The one that came to Aionis… Instead I became a Villain."
"I did, yes. But not you. You're the one who did things right," Mio said, "so stop thinking about how you could be him and focus on who you are. You're Izuku, Oroboros. You're the man I love."
"But what if I become like him," Izuku said, "in our relationship?"
"I think Eunie would shoot you in the face and then Sena would smash you into a wall, and that's not even getting into what Mum and Dad would do," Mio chuffed, "that's another thing you're forgetting. The Mio and Izuku who became M and I were alone. We're not, we have friends to help us along. We're not going to just disappear one day."
Izuku glanced at the back of his hand, where his term marks had once been.
"Yeah," Izuku said, "You're right."
