Neji arched his brow as he looked at Naruto. "What exactly do you have planned? Are you going to take in all those tailed beasts for yourself? Harvest their massive amount of chakra. You'd risk dying."
Naruto nodded his head and shrugged his shoulders as he looked at Neji in a bored manner. "You're right. Why don't you and Sasuke split the responsibility with me."
A heavy pause laid between the three men before Neji cleared his throat. "Carry on what you initially had planned."
"Agreed. I do not want to be a part of it." Sasuke tacked on with Neji, and the two looked at Naruto to finish out his plan. The blonde grinned as he went back to look at the pond. "Look, if I take away Obito's, 'secret weapons', he'll have to fully agree with what we're doing. There is no need to end the world anymore."
"There was never a reason to end the world. We've all been through some horrendous things in life. I had the caged bird seal placed on me. Did I want the main house to suffer for taking my freedom away? For almost killing me. Yes, I wanted them to suffer, but I never wanted the world to end. Nothing in life is meant to be perfect."
Naruto scuffed in agreeance with Neji. Sometimes he really wondered who lived in a fantasy world more. Obito, or his lover. "That's the final thing I have to do. Then we can all just be at peace. That'll also keep the other villages in line. Knowing there is a powerhouse village out there. So, it's settled. I'll go with Boss man back to Amegakure. That's when Pain will show me the ten tails statue. Is he going to be retiring in Konoha? I heard Konan is staying here."
Not like Naruto was going to give her much of an option. His Hinata liked Konan after all.
Sasuke scratched his chin awkwardly, "The guy is on deaths door. Not like Itachi either. Like he's really dying. Even with hospital care, it might give him an extra few months, but no more than a year. The life of a rogue ninja is seriously draining. There is a reason we don't see old ones. It's not healthy to be on the run for so long, and live so messed up. Nagato is a shell, so it's best we get back to Amegakure fast to finish your plan."
Naruto puffed his cheeks out and let out a big breath. Now he was being rushed. This was already annoying him. "Best I just go with Boss man alone. He'll get even more suspicious if I bring you Sasuke. You were barely here for his visit, and that sent alarms to him already. I just don't want to make this violent."
Sasuke looked at Naruto like he was crazy. "If Nagato turns on you, then what?" Naruto just shrugged his shoulders. The sense of danger just not there for him. "Then they'll see the real me. It's not a major concern for me Sasuke. My number one priority is making sure Hinata is okay. Number two is the ten tails statue. So if you, Neji, and everyone else I trust around Hinata could stay in Konoha while I do this. That would be great. I might even convince Obito to come back permanently to Konoha. That would be a present Hinata would like."
Naruto finished his task of feeding the fish and stood up from the porch. Sensing Hinata was coming with the others. A road trip with the Boss. Finally going to Amegakure with him. This should be fun.
