Tales as Old as Time.
It's a literal space cowboy who hates Superman, rides a pegasus, and talks like an outdated stereotype. It's a wonder I didn't include him before.
I like Superman himself by the way.

Biography:
1888 A.D. The notorious outlaw Jess Manning was wanted for robbing stagecoaches across the plains of the Wild West. He had previously crossed paths with sheriff 'Pow Wow' Smith, who was of Native American origins, and it was Manning who first called Smith by the dismissive nickname. Manning was a widower with a ten year old son, Toby. Wounded in a gunfight, Jess allowed Toby try his first solo hold up whilst he recovered from his wound. Toby, already a precocious sociopath aiding his father in his thefts, took to his task naturally, stopping a stage and forcing the man riding shotgun to hand over a strongbox full of gold coins.
Around that time, an alien being called the Collector arrived on Earth looking for fuel for his spaceship. The Collector ran into the hostile Jess and, after a very brief scuffle, killed the outlaw. When Toby returned, the Collector felt it was his duty to adopt the orphan, and took him to the stars, raising him as his own son; Jess Manning, however, had left a clue for Toby behind, a figure drawn on the dirt of the Collector's ship with a bullet at its middle. Once Toby grew into a man, he figured its meaning out and killed the Collector in revenge.
Embittered and left to his own devices, Toby wandered the universe as a space pirate, wielding weapons modelled after those of his late birth father. He eventually returned to Earth with a grudge against all aliens, and found Earth was all but worshipping Superman, an alien from planet Krypton. Toby, now calling himself the Terra-Man, swore to annihilate Superman.
Terra-Man fought Superman several times with his arsenal of alien weapons. He took a fascination on television Westerns and basically forced a TV network into showing his series where he would try killing Superman. He teamed up with a magic-using alternate universe version of himself, and once Superman and his archenemy Lex Luthor had to team up against him.
Shortly after the Crisis on Infinite Earths Terra-Man fought the young hero Blue Devil but he was defeated again. He and the Parasite, another of Superman's enemies, eventually killed each other in a clash of egos.
Class Skills:
Magic Resistance: D-
The Servant rises barely above the ultimate minimum level due to his teamup with his counterpart who used magic.
Riding: A+
An expert on riding both horses and land vehicles no matter how futuristic or primitive they are. He also can fly aerial ships almost flawlessly.
Alien phantasmal beasts are not beyond managing. Dragons, never.
Personal Skills:
Alien Weaponry: A+
From the Collector and then many other aliens he killed for bounties, Terra-Man acquired a wide variety of trick weapons. He styled them all after the Wild West customs of his childhood. These include:
A pair of apparently old fashioned revolvers that can shoot explosive bullets, heat seeking bullets, and even Kryptonite bullets that hurt any Servants of Kryptonian origins.
A set of spurs in his boots that can be shot as sharp metal discs.
Chewing tobbaco that doesn't affect him but rapidly ages anyone it is spat onto.
A neckerchief that constricts around anything it is tossed at and it strangles Terra-Man's adversaries.
A nearly unbreakable lasso that can restrain even Superman.
Boots energized with cosmic energy that deal incredible damage with each kick at his enemies.
Disengage: A
Terra-Man is far from cowardly, but he can easily recognize when the odds are overwhelmingly against him and generally escape accordingly.
Enemy of All Aliens: B
When going against any and all Servants of origins not related to Earth, he deals twice the damage, powered by his hatred of them. This does not extend to his endurance and he is as physically vulnerable to them as he is to anyone else. It increases the offense but not the defense.
If put in a team with Evil aligned Servants of Human traits his defense does increase.
Noble Phantasm:
Nova- Arguvian Space Steed: A+
Summon. Mount.
Anti-Unit.
A white winged stallion from outer space, and probably the only alien Terra-Man genuinely ever cared for. In return, Nova is undeniably loyal to him.
A non talking but intelligent beast that can fly through the vacuum of outer space and incredible pressures without suffering any damage, just like his master. He also can ram into enemies with a measure of super strenght and open warp portals to allow escape to Terra-Man and any of his allies.
