A/N: As the Wizarding world is still a few centuries behind the rest of the world and are ruled by a male aristocracy with delusions of competence there is no age of consent in the Wizarding world.
A/N2: Well… it has been ten years since I last updated this Story. Blame my muse.
It was the morning after McGonagall had investigated and filed the paperwork to separate Mister Potter and Miss Granger from Gryffindor House and the process had gone through already. Making her way to the classroom where Mister Potter and Miss Granger were sleeping, she knocked on the door. After a few moments the door was opened by Mister Potter dressed in his uniform with the exception of his tie and robes.
"Good morning Professor." Harry greeted. "There seems to be an issue with our uniforms this morning."
With that Harry held up his tie. Instead of the dark red and golden stripes of Gryffindor, the tie was bright red and white stripes.
"Ah yes. If you can get Miss Granger I will explain." McGonagall said.
Soon Hermione and Harry were both sitting on a couch, which Hermione had transfigured from one of single seaters while McGonagall sat into the remaining single seater.
"Very well done, Miss Granger." McGonagall said indicating to the couch. "Twenty points to House Aggrieved."
"House Aggrieved?" Hermione said confused.
"Yes. In your terms, you have been officially divorced from Gryffindor. House Aggrieved is for students who have been severely wronged by their House. The crest of House Aggrieved is a white hand on a bright red background. All of the House Points you have earned have been transferred over to Aggrieved. Gryffindor has been stripped of all points, and can not earn any more this year. The Gryffindor Quidditch Team has been banned for the next two years. In addition, your schedules for your classes, as far as possible, have been changed so that you will not have classes with Gryffindor." McGonagall explained. "I will show you to your new quarters before Breakfast."
McGonagall, Harry and Hermione emerged into the Great Hall, not through the main doors like all the other students used but through a small and inconspicuous door near the Staff Table. There was a new small table beside the Staff Table.
The other Students came in as a knot, divided by their Houses with the Slytherins seeming to gloat towards the angry and confused Gryffindors. The students were so caught up they did not even notice the extra table or the two students sitting there.
"Attention everyone." McGonagall began.
"There's something wrong with the points counter, Professor." Angelina Johnson said.
"Actually, no there isn't, Miss Johnson. If you all sit down, I will explain." McGonagall continued. "No, none of you were imagining when you saw Gryffindor's Points Counter was at zero. And for the rest of the year, it will not go above Zero."
McGonagall waited while the outrage died down.
"Enough!" the Professor snapped. "Did none of you notice the fifth counter? The one that held about three quarters of the Gryffindor House Points?"
The Professor then went on to explain the History of House Aggrieved and House Outcast, focusing more of House Aggrieved, and the current situation. The Aggrieved Status of Mister Potter and Miss Granger and the punishment incurred to House Gryffindor.
"I am deeply disappointed in my Gryffindors. All points earned by the Aggrieved have been transferred before Gryffindor House prior to the nullification. That means almost three quarters of all Gryffindor House Points had been earned by two students." McGonagall said.
"One student." Harry piped up. "Let's face it, I don't earn that many points."
That comment got a mixed reaction. The Gryffindors were angry, the Slytherins rolled their eyes, the Ravenclaws looked at Hermione in a new light and the Hufflepuffs respected Harry's Loyalty to his best friend.
"In addition, the Gryffindor Quidditch team has been dissolved and every member of the House has been banned from playing for the rest of their time at Hogwarts." McGonagall continued, getting protests from the Lions and cheers from the Snakes.
McGonagall sighed in regret as she sat back down and Dumbledore leaned over to speak to her.
"Was that really necessary?" Dumbledore asked.
"Yes." McGonagall replied curtly.
Twenty minutes after breakfast ended and Professor McGonagall was sitting in her office trying to do lesson planning while not thinking about what had happened with Mister Potter, Miss Granger and the Gryffindors when there was a knock at the door.
"Enter." She snapped.
The door opened and Professor Flitwick entered with a blonde student who was dressed in Ravenclaw Colours, who McGonagall recognised as Miss Lovegood.
"Deputy Headmistress." Professor Flitwick said formally. "Miss Lovegood has requested to start procedures to separate from Ravenclaw House and join House Aggrieved. I have reviewed the evidence of extreme bullying and agree that her request is justified."
With another sigh, she reached into the desk and pulled out a set of parchments to officially begin the process. Once the details were filled out, McGonagall waved her wand over Miss Lovegood's uniform to change her tie and crest to House Aggrived.
"Miss Lovegood, please follow me." She said.
Harry stood from the small couch in the House Aggrieved Common Room when he heard there was a knock on the door. Hermione was unpacking her school supplies in one of the bedrooms, in which she had transfigured the bed from a single to a king sized for them to share.
He opened the door to find Professor McGonagall and a blonde girl who was wearing House Aggrieved colours standing behind the door.
"Mister Potter." McGonagall greeted. "Miss Lovegood here has divorced Ravenclaw House and joined House Aggrieved."
"Come on in." Harry said. "Hermione's just unpacking."
"It would not be appropriate for me to enter." McGonagall said. "We will be having a staff meeting this afternoon to discuss who will be House Aggrieved's Head of House. None of the current Heads of House are eligible. Miss Lovegood, your personal belongings are currently being collected by the House Elves and will be delivered shortly."
With that, McGonagall left and Luna entered the Common Room, closing the door behind her. Luna looked around in interest and, after a moment, Hermione emerged from the bedroom they had claimed.
"Did I hear someone?" Hermione began, then noticed Luna. "Oh, hello."
"Lord Potter, Lady Potter." Luna said formally bowing. "I hope I am not intruding."
"You are welcome, Luna." Hermione said. "But how did you know I was Lady Potter?"
"What else would you be?" Luna said.
"Okay… well, welcome to House Aggrieved. There are several individual bedrooms available, each with their own bathroom." Harry said. "Is there anything you need?"
Luna looked from Harry to Hermione and back again before lowering her head. Harry approached her and gently, with a single finger under her chin, raised her head so he could look into her eyes.
"A Hug." Luna said almost too softly for Harry to hear.
"Well, you're in luck." Harry said. "Hermione gives the best hugs. Accept no substitutes."
Harry guided the younger girl to the couch and sat down on one side of her, with Hermione sitting down on the other. Both put their arm around Luna and let her snuggle into their sides. Neither cared about the tears that Luna shed onto their clothes as she let out years of loneliness and pain in one cathartic cry.
