Huntresses of Fairy Tail

~Before the Etherion Blast~

"Snap out of it Raion." Seras cried out, slamming her fist into Mesu's. "This isn't you."

"What would you know about who I am Dead Girl?" Mesu questioned, grabbing Seras by her wrist. "An' my name, is Mesu!" She stated, slamming the revived girl, into the ground.

"I know that you're not the type of person, who'd let something like this, control you." Seras coughed. "You're stronger, then the Kryptonite."

"She's right." Ruby said, rushing past Seras and Mesu, hitting the corrupted Huntsman/Huntress, with the backside of Crescent Rose. "You're Fairy Tail's, God of War! You've overcome Kryptonite before, and I know, you can do it again."

"Cute, but this isn't a fairy tale. This is reality." Mesu stated, grabbing Crescent Rose before throwing the younger reaper across the room.

"I got you." Grey said, creating an ice ramp Ruby slid across, lessening the impact. "This isn't good. We're getting our asses handed to us."

"Ruby Weiss." Seras said, getting their attention. "I'm gonna create an opening. Once I do, I want you both to head straight for the top of the tower."

"What?" Ruby asked.

"Just do it." Seras stated

"Alright, if you're sure." Weiss said.

"I'm certain. Now get ready." Seras said.

The Demi girl crouched down to being on one hand and both feet, leaving her rear in the air, before her nails grew into claws and her teeth grew sharper.

"NOW!" She shouted, running right at Mesu.

Ruby and Weiss followed Seras's lead, as the Demi girl pounced on Mesu, using her claws to pin the hybrid girls arms to the ground at the elbows, and roared in her face. The two Fairy Tail Huntresses didn't waste the opportunity, and managed to make it to the tunnel leading to the top of the tower.

"You've certainly got a few tricks I've never seen before." Mesu said, pushing Seras off her.

Seras jumped back, arching through the air away from Mesu, before landing gracefully in front of Grey, Simon, and Juvia.

"That's because I like to play my cards, close to my chest." Seras stated.

"What now?" Grey asked.

"Simon, you got anything that could help?" Seras asked.

"I might. But it's risky." Simon said. "We may only have one shot at this."

"Then we'd better act fast, and make it count." Juvia said.

Before any of them could think about their next move, the tower began to shake and rumble, with a bright light shining from outside.

"I think we're about to get our window of opportunity." Seras said. "Shield your eyes."

The six of them shielded their vision from the bright light as it enveloped the entire tower, blinding Mesu as she was not expecting it. When the light died down, the four of them were shocked to find the tower had turned into a giant lacrima, while Mesu was trying to regain her sight.

"While she's disoriented!" Juvia cried out.

Sending a wave of water to Mesu, Juvia wrapped it around Mesu's legs, up to her thighs, before Grey slammed his palms into it.

"Freeze!" Grey shouted, allowing his magic to pour into the water, freezing it near solid.

"What the?" Mesu questioned, struggling to break free of her entrapment.

"Taurus!" Lucy shouted, summoning her Celestial Spirit.

"Moo!" Taurus let out a battle cry, using the flat side of his battle axe to smack Mesu across the face.

"Now Simon!" Seras shouted.

Reaching into his pocket as he ran to Mesu, Simon thrust his hand forward, and slammed a piece of black Kryptonite against her forehead.

Almost instantly the black Kryptonite shined a brilliant obsidian purple color, before vanishing into mist and enveloping Mesu in a cloud of smoke. Simon stepped back as the ice around Mesu's legs broke apart, with the mass of cloud writing with Mesu fighting something within. As the cloud continued to twist and writhe around Mesu, picking up speed, they all looked in shock as Raion came pulling himself from one side, and Mesu was pulling herself from the other.

The struggle between the two stopped, as a small explosion of energy went off as the two of them split apart, sending each of them flying. Raion flew to the wall closest to his group, while Mesu flew to the wall next to the tunnel leading to the top of the tower.

"Raion!" Lucy cried out.

"Damn it, what hit me?" Raion groaned.

"Easy now, easy. You okay?" Seras asked, helping him out of the wall.

"I'll be fine, so long as I remember what happened recently." Raion said, opening his eyes before they landed on Mesu. "Oh, now I remember."

"That's Mesu, she's…"

"My evil gender opposite, courtesy of Pink, Red, and Black Kryptonite." Raion said.

"Guess we know what Black Kryptonite does to a Kryptonian now. Splits them in two." Simon said.

"Actually, it splits them based on good and evil. Only thing is, I'm not a full Kryptonian, I'm also half Saiyan. So the Black Kryptonite didn't split my personalities. It just separated Mesu and me." Raion stated. "She's wearing the bracelet Ruby had made especially for me." He stated, glaring at Mesu as she pulled herself from the wall.

"We'll try to get it back for you man. For now, you need to get to the top of the tower." Simon said. "Erza, Natsu, and Yang need your help."

"Simon." Raion said. "I wanna thank you, for looking out for my friends, when I wasn't able to."

"It was nothing, God of War." Simon said.

"You risked your life to bring the truth to light. That's saying something." Raion stated, holding out his hand for Simon to shake. "I owe you, not just for what you've done, but for freeing me from Jellal as well."

"Think you'll be strong enough to face Jellal still?" Grey asked.

"My power's been halved." Raion said. "An' you can guess who has the other half."

"Are you gonna stand around all night, singing camp songs, or are you gonna fight me?" Mesu questioned, flying towards them.

Raion quickly moved Seras out of the way, and behind him, before he held his arms up, crossed over each other, catching Mesu's fists as she threw them one after the other.

"Nice to meet you faker." Mesu said. "Meet the real thing."

"Who says I'm the fake?" Raion questioned, throwing his arms out to the side, forcing Mesu to cross hers, before he quickly spun around and hit her with a diagonal ax kick to the shoulder, slamming her into the ground.

"Raion go. I can handle her." Seras said.

"You sure?" Raion asked.

"I could take her when she and you were still one, now go!" Seras stated.

Without another word, Raion began running towards the tunnel leading to the top of the tower.

"That. Hurt!" Mesu growled, picking herself up, with her eyes glowing blue.

"Grey, Lucy, Juvia, Sho. Simon and I got Mesu, you three find any survivors, and get out of here. There's probably still a boat or two available for escape. If not, use your magic to create a ship or something out of ice." Seras stated.

"You sure?" Grey asked.

"I'm sure, now go!" Seras stated.

The four didn't argue with Seras, and went running in the opposite direction, hoping they'd be able to find a means for escaping the tower.

"You're certain we can take her?" Simon asked.

"Positive." Seras stated. "I'm a Grimm Tyger Demi, you're a Darkness Magic user, your magic and my natural abilities work hand in hand."

"Then let's bring her down." Simon said.

(Cue Music… Who taught you how to hate: Disturbed)

Simon and Seras charged at Mesu, as the female hybrid picked herself up, and pushed off the ground, narrowly escaping a strike from Seras's claws, before she was hit from behind as Simon had slunk into her shadow, and popped up from behind, hitting her with a strong kick to the back of the neck.

"If you thought I was annoying before. Then you're gonna find I'm a real pain in the ass now!" Seras stated, hitting Mesu with swipes from her claws, before Mesu grabbed her wrists.

"I'm gonna make you wish you'd stayed dead." Mesu glared, her eyes glowing blue.

"Blue?" Seras gasped.

"Look out." Simon called, tackling Seras out of the way, just before beams of blue energy shot from Seras's eyes, creating a cluster of ice where it landed.

"Ice vision, not heat?" Seras questioned.

"Sees the Black Kryptonite did more to the Kryptonian Saiyan biology then anticipated." Simon said. "Some of her Kryptonian abilities are switched around."

"Safe bet that her major Saiyan ability is switched as well." Seras said. "Unfortunately, we don't have a clear view of the full moon in here."

"I think it'd be best, we don't test that theory right now." Simon said. "It may not be true."

"Good point." Seras said. "Simon, I'll try to create one more opening, and you make your way to the top of the tower."

"But Seras…"

"I'll be fine Simon." She stated. "I know you're worried about Erza, so I'll give you a chance to reach her."

"Thanks." Simon said, as the tower began rumbling. "What's going on now?"

"Sounds like Natsu and Yang are giving Jellal a hard time. We'd best act fast." Seras stated.

Simon and Seras rushed Mesu once more, both of them splitting off into different directions, diving Mesu's attention, before she took in a deep breath, and released the pressure, resulting in fire spewing from her lips.

"A breath attack?" Simon asked.

"No. A Kryptonian ability, but it's the opposite element. Fire breath, not ice." Seras said, before she tackled Mesu. "Go Simon! Now's your chance!"

"Be careful Seras." Simon called to her.

Seras held her grip on Mesu as she continued running, before she slammed the hybrid woman into the ground, causing Mesu to gasp out in pain.

"Give me that bracelet." Seras stated, reaching to grab it.

Before she could, Mesu grabbed her by the wrist, and kicked her away, knocking the resurrected girl back.

(End Song…)

"You know. It's your fault Raion was grabbed in the first place." Mesu said, getting to her feet, and wiping away the blood she spit up dribbling down her chin.

"What are you talking about?" Seras questioned.

"Jellal wanted Raion, to tell him how he brought you back from the dead." Mesu stated.

"So that's what his goal with Raion was." Seras tsked. "Well, sad to say not even Raion knows the full story behind that."

"But you do, don't you?" Mesu asked, with Seras's silence being all the answer she needed. "Oh, you absolutely do, and given how this fight is going poorly for me, you've already experienced this fight before, haven't you?"

"Shut your mouth."

"When was it you first connected to Raion? Oh, was it when he pierced his ears with those piercings he gifted you, after finding your dead body in that Tyger animatronic?" Mesu asked. "Or was it when you pushed him out of harms way, leaving Afton to kill only you, while you forced Raion to leave you all alone?"

"I said… SHUT YOUR MOUTH!" Seras cried out, instantly pinning Seras to the ground, her hands grown into large claws that wrapped around her neck and shoulders.

"I think I just found my answer." Mesu wheezed. "But you're not gonna kill me, are you?" She asked amusingly. "No. It's more like you can't kill me, why is that? Because I'm important to the timeline somehow? I'm a key piece to your resurrection? Does Raion even know about this little, transformation ability of yours?"

Seras just growled, before she threw her fist forward, and slammed it into the lacrima ground, next to Mesu's head.

"You're lucky, you carry a similar scent to Raion." Seras growled, her body shifting back to normal, as she removed herself from Mesu's pinned form. "Otherwise I'd tear your heart out, and devour it right here, and now."

"Spoken like a true Grimm." Mesu said, sitting up and rubbing her throat. "What are you gonna do now?"

"Leave. An' try to stay out of trouble." Seras stated. "Since you know the truth, I can't risk anything happening to you, lest we both cause an unstable paradox that could destroy reality as we know it."

"That's something neither of us wants." Mesu said. "Alright fine. I'll keep my nose down. But that doesn't mean I'm not gonna be having my fun while I'm at it. I mean, I'm basically Raion's sister at this point. I mean, would he really be upset if I gave him a niece or nephew to raise in my stead while I…"

"Just go, and don't come anywhere near Fairy Tail." Seras growled. "I won't warn you again."

~Present Time~

"How are you still here?" Jellal questioned, as Raion glared at him.

"I had a little help from some friends." Raion stated. "Turns out Simon kept the Black Kryptonite you ordered him to dispose of. An' being a half Kryptonian, it only split me into two people, rather then dividing my personality between good and evil. Though the red Kryptonite on Mesu is still affecting her in such a way that she's remaining evil."

"What's this about Black Kryptonite?" Yang asked. "An' how do you know what it's supposed to actually do?"

"I learned about all types of Kryptonite from the archives from my Fortress of Solitude, the last time I was there." Raion stated. "Jellal, you're coming with me."

"I don't think so." Jellal sneered. "If you've forgotten, allow me to jog your memory. I'm the one in control here!"

"Raion, be careful. He and Siegran were both one in the same." Erza stated. "They weren't twin brothers. They were the same person split in two."

"Then that means he's at full power now." Raion said, looking to his hand as he clutched it hard. "While my power's been dwindled to half of what it was, after my separation with Mesu."

"So what's the plan then?" Ruby asked.

"The plan?" Raion questioned. "Grey and Juvia have already evacuated the other survivors in the tower. The plan's for all of you to meet up with them, while I finish things with Jellal."

"What? No that's crazy Raion." Weiss stated.

"It's okay." Raion said. "I might be at half strength at my strongest, but look around you." He stated, getting them to look around the tower. "We're in a tower made entirely of Etherion Lacrima, if I get weak I can just recharge by eating a chunk of the lacrima around us."

"Jellal will catch onto that plan relatively fast." Erza stated.

"Doesn't matter. So long as you all are…" Raion stopped as his attention was drawn back to Jellal, as the wind was racing past them, showing the blue haired mage, was casting the same spell as before. "No."

"Thanks for ignoring me." Jellal smiled. "It gave me the time I needed to cast this spell a second time."

"Raion, you deflected that spell once, can you do it again?" Yang questioned.

"No, I can't." Raion said, raising his fist and showing the tattered glove, over the scratched and torn knuckles that were slowly healing thanks to his sky magic. "It damaged my fist too badly to deflect it a second time. It was a one and done thing, until it completely heals. If my power hadn't been halved, then maybe I could have…"

"Look out!" Erza shouted.

"Heavenly Body Magic: Altairis!" Jellal shouted, throwing the attack at the team.

Raion quickly gathered the others behind him, before he twisted around and spread his arms out to shield them, by using his own body to take the impact. But right before the attack could strike, someone jumped in front of Raion, taking the Hybrid teen by surprise as the attack made impact with the one who shielded him, causing an explosion to go off.

When the smoke cleared, Raion's eyes widened as he saw the barely standing form of Simon in front of him. The teen could tell the man was in immense pain, but he was still standing strong and glaring at Jellal.

The sight of Simon standing there, brought memories back to the forefront of Erza's mind. Memories of the scene that had caused the redhead to awaken her magic to begin with.

"Simon… You good man?" Raion asked, hesitantly reaching a hand out to his unexpected savior.

Simon's only response, was to fall back, in which Raion acted quickly and caught him, before laying him gently on the ground.

"Hold on man, I'm gonna fix you up, better then before." Raion said, as he began using healing magic on him.

"Oh no." Ruby gasped, as Yang pulled her in for a hug, while Weiss held her hands over her mouth in horror.

"Why Simon?" Erza questioned.

"To… save you." Simon wheezed.

"Don't speak. Save your strength. You're gonna be okay." Raion said, a look of desperation in his eyes.

"I had no idea, you were still crawling around the tower, you despicable pest." Jellal said, his words causing Raion to grit his teeth.

"Raion… stop… I'm done for." Simon said.

"No don't say that." Raion stated. "You're not done. I still owe you, for everything you've done, helping my friends find me, separating me from Mesu. You can't die, not until I repay you for all of it."

"What the hell were you thinking Simon? Why didn't you escape with the others?" Erza questioned. "Talk to me."

Simon did nothing but wheeze for a moment longer, before he was finally able to respond to Erza's words.

"Please… don't cry." Simon said, his voice filled with pain. "It's okay… I'm happy to… give my life… for you, 'cough-cough'!"

"Don't talk like that man. You're not dying, not today." Raion stated.

"Save your energy." Erza said. "Raion's gonna fix you up, you'll be better then new. Who knows? Maybe he'll be able to replace your missing eye, and fix your jaw bone?"

"Yeah man, you'll be a whole new person." Raion said.

"Don't talk anymore, just try to stay with me." Erza said. "Raion please you have to help him."

"I'm trying but… but something's blocking my magic, it's deflecting its healing affects. I think that spell is the natural counter to any healing magic both known and unknown to our recorded history." Raion stated. "There's a reason, why that spell is one of the top ten most forbidden, held locked away by the Magic Council."

"Erza…" Simon wheezed, drawing the womans attention back to him. "You were… the only person who… made me smile…"

"Don't die on me." Erza pleaded, her voice filled with pain.

Simon looked to Erza, his vision filled with the child he knew as she gave off a warm glow.

"Simon." The child Erza's voice echoed in his ears, before his vision cleared, showing the fully grown Erza, at his side, pleading for him to stay alive. "Simon!" She cried out.

"Don't you die on us, you hear me?" Raion questioned.

Simon's eye looked at Erza, as he could feel the last of his life fading, before he fell into the eternal slumber of death, his final tears falling down his face, with his eye closing for good.

"No, you can't die on us Simon." Raion said, pushing harder with his healing magic.

Raion froze in trying to save Simon, when he felt a chill run down his spine, and heard the familiar sound of whistling echo within his ears again. He looked over his shoulder, to see the cloaked figure he'd seen at Fazbears, calmly making his way to their location, his appearance more visible now.

"I'm sorry amigo." The hooded figure said, removing his hood as he stopped at Raion's side, revealing the wolf ears atop his head.

The man standing at Raion's side, had long silver hair, with dark coco tan skin, with blood red eyes, and fingerless gloves on his hands, and a wolfs tail sticking out from a hole in the pants. Raion watched as the man held out his hand, and gripped something in the air, and gripped a dark purple flame tethered to Simon's body.

"Again, I am sorry." The man said, using one of his sickles to slice the tether, before devouring the flame. "But it was his time."

"No, give Simon back his soul." Raion said.

The hooded man seemed surprised, as he looked at Raion in shock. When their eyes met, Raion could see the being before him had something more then just a soul. But he could not figure it out.

"Usted me puede ver? (You can see me?)" The man asked.

"Raion? Raion!" Yang's voice drew Raion's attention back to what was happening in real time, as she put a hand on his shoulder. "You can stop now. He's gone."

Raion looked to Yang, before looking back to where the wolf Demi had been standing, but saw he was not there anymore. He looked to Erza, and saw her saddened expression, as she cried over the loss of someone she'd deeply considered a friend. Raion looked down to Simon's lifeless body, and saw that the dead man had passed on with a smile spread across his face.

"Hehehe… Hehehehehe… AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" Jellal laughed, as if he'd just heard the funniest joke he'd ever been told in his life. "What a perfectly foolish thing to do. He tried to play the valiant hero, but his death won't change a thing. Simon gave his own life to save yours, but he should have known I'm not letting either of you leave this tower alive!"

In an instant, Raion's fist was clenched hard, his nails drawing blood from his palm, before he struck Jellal across the face, with a right hook.

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!" Raion shouted, his strike sending Jellal flying across the tower, and through two more pillars.

As the dust from the collision settled, Raion was breathing heavily, his anger having risen beyond its peak, before he lowered his fists.

"Raion?" Ruby questioned, seeing his body shaking in anger.

"Yang, Ruby, Weiss, Natsu." Raion said, reaching down and picking up a big chunk of the Etherion tower. "I want you to take Erza, and Simons body. Leave the tower, and get to the others."

"What about you Raion?" Natsu asked.

"I'm gonna make Jellal pay for what he's done here!" Raion growled, before biting down on the Etherion chunk, shattering it to pieces as he devoured it. "An' I'm gonna make sure he learns not to mess with my friends, ever again!"

"But Raion…" Ruby began, but was stopped by Yang putting a hand on her shoulder.

"Let him be Ruby." Yang said. "He needs to do this."

"You fool, you really think that's gonna stop me?" Jellal questioned, picking himself up, before his eyes widened when he saw Raion eating the Etherion chunks. "No."

(Cue Music… This Means War: Nickelback)

"Go!" Raion shouted, munching on another chunk of Etherion.

"No, what's he doing?" Erza questioned.

"He's fueling himself, eating as much Etherion as his body will allow." Natsu said.

Raion gave a final swallow as he devoured the last piece of Etherion that was at his feet, before he glared at Jellal, an aura of ether blue flames erupting around his body with his eyes going white, and his hair spiking up through the air.

Through the torrent of flames, the others watch in complete shock, as the skin around Raion's right eyes, and under his left, formed dragon scale imprints like a mask, with the same markings forming over his forehead, neck, shoulders, and forearms, with the fur of his tail, taking on a dark shade of red, as he let out a fierce roar that echoed throughout the tower, and the space around it, reaching those who'd escaped the towers confines.

"What the hell?" Weiss gasped, covering her ears in pain.

The instant the roar stopped, Raion took a lower stance, before he was in Jellal's face, near instantly as his release of power and launch left a crater in the ground, before he slammed his knee into Jellal's jaw in an upward strike.

"His body absorbed more power then what Phantoms Jupiter Cannon released." Erza gasped. "But this isn't right… He… He looks like a dragon, walking around in human guise."

"You made Erza CRY!" Raion shouted, arching through the air. His feet planting against the ceiling, before he launched himself, like he were leaping from a springboard, and grabbed Jellal by the face and slammed him through the ground to the next floor bellow, with his nails having grown like claws, piercing Jellal's flesh, causing him to cry out in pain.

Using his flying technique, Raion continued to slam Jellal through floor after floor of the tower, shattering each level of the Tower of Heaven, while his grip remained ironclad on Jellal's face.

"I'm not gonna let you get away, with all you've done!" He shouted, landing on his feet on one of the lower floors, swinging Jellal around like a rag doll, and thrusting his arm down, in tandem with bringing up his knee.

Raion's left knee impacted hard with Jellal's spine, while his right hand clawed through the flesh of his face, causing Jellal's brain to become overloaded with pain signals racing from every area of his body.

"Hurt my friends again, and I'll kill you!" Raion declared, pulling his clawed hand back, as he prepared to thrust it forward.

"Your threats don't scare me!" Jellal stated, his body glowing in Heavenly Body magic.

"You're not getting away!" Raion exclaimed in anger, thrusting his clawed hand forward.

"METEOR!" Jellal shouted, flying away from Raion's claws just before they could pierce his chest.

"Didn't you hear me?" Raion questioned, taking a three point crouched stance, before he jumped up, and flew after Jellal. "I said, you're not getting AWAY!"

Chasing after Jellal, Raion flew and maneuvered through the debri of falling Etherion boulders he'd created from his crash session earlier, knocking them away, and even shattering them with an iron fist strike.

"You'll never be able to catch me at this rate of speed." Jellal stated confidently. 'Why didn't my aura protect me from his claws, and why aren't the wounds healing?'

Raion glared at Jellal, before he picked up speed, and ignored maneuvering through the debri, instead just choosing the bulldoze right through them. This change in tactic shocked Jellal, as Raion's distance from him grew ever smaller.

"An' you were a dumbass for thinking, you could outpace a Kryptonian!" He stated, slamming his fist into Jellal's stomach, and they slammed through the floor of the top of the tower, shocking Natsu, Erza, and the others as from their sudden return.

(End Song…)

The force of the strike, and the pressure passing through Jellal's body, seemed to be more then he could bare, but through sheer will and determination, he kept himself going, and glared at Raion.

"I won't lose, not to you!" He stated, before kicking Raion and knocking him down to one of the boulders sticking out of the ground. "I'm destined to create a world of freedom. I know because in my darkest hour, I could hear Lord Zeref calling out to me. He told me he could make all my dreams come true, and I believe him. There's a reason I'm the only human, who can sense Zeref's presence. It's because I am the chosen one! Once he's been resurrected, we'll work together to create a land that's truly free."

"An' you're gonna do that by oppressing the world, and committing mass genocide?" Raion questioned, flying straight for Jellal.

"If that's what has to be done, in order to change this world into a better place, then so be it." Jellal shouted, sending his attacks at Raion, knocking him down bit by bit. "I couldn't care less, about what happens to feeble minded fools like you." He exclaimed, casting a familiar looking spell, causing Raion to gasp.

"What's he thinking?" Weiss questioned.

"What spell is that?" Ruby asked.

"The Abyss Break spell." Yang stated. "It's the same spell Jacques had the Phantom Giant casting, before it was stopped by taking down the Element4."

"But why?" Erza called out in question. "You'll destroy the tower so many died to create."

"This tower means nothing." Jellal stated. "You see, now that I've done it, I could build another in half the time. Lord Zeref, your era is near!" He cried out happily, before he cringed in pain, his body freezing up and the spell dispersing as the strike from Erza's blade that allowed her to pin him to the ground, pulsed with pain.

"You'll never know what it means to be free!" Raion shouted, flying straight for Jellal, as he was not gonna let this opening pass him by as he was enveloped in the blue flames once more, taking on the form of a dragon flying through the air, as they mixed with the Godslayers black flames. "Not as long as you're possessed by that spirit, manipulating you into believing it's Zeref!"

Jellal looked in awe and horror, as he couldn't see Raion. The only creature he saw coming towards him, was a dragon built from blue and black flames, roaring out in rage.

"You can do it, Jellal. Free yourself from that things control!" Raion shouted as the flaming dragon devoured Jellal, right before Raion's fist slammed into his face.

Jellal cried out in pain and rage, as Raions attack sent him crashing into the ground bellow, with the echoing sound of a dragons roar resonating through the air, as Raion's body was illuminated by the full moon at his back, with the power flowing freely through him. The force of Raions final strike was strong, and more then Jellal's body, or will and determination could handle, as he lost consciousness for good, with the force of the strike, traveling through the blue haired Huntsman, and crashed through every level of the tower, before going off like an explosion in the towers basement bellow sea level, causing irreparable instability to the tower, and the magic it contained.

On the ground, of the floor bellow the top of the tower, Jellal's Wizard Saint pendant bounced off the stone surface, creating an echoing pinging sound through the air, before Raion came falling from the sky, and landed on the ground, creating greater damage, as smoke rose all around him.

As he stood tall, the smoke from the heat his body was giving off, began to dissipate revealing to the others, what he looked like as his angered expression was present on his face.

'So this, was the power that was hidden within him all along.' Erza thought. 'If what Simon said about Raion was true, then that would mean he holds the true power, and that this is the true form, of a Divine Dragonslayer.'

"He was able to defeat Jellal." Ruby said, helping Erza to her feet. "How do you feel?"

"I can't believe that after all these years, that the nightmare is finally over." Erza said. "Now Sho and the others, can finally be free."

"Don't get too comfortable just yet." Yang said. "We've still gotta get out of here. We're basically just standing on a giant time bomb at this point."

Raion looked back to the others, a smile spreading across his face as he was happy to see they were alive. Albeit a bit angry they ignored him when he told them to leave, but that could be talked about at a later time. As the smoke vanished from his body, Raion felt his muscles stiffen, before he fell to his knees as exhaustion was taking over. Before he could fall forward completely however, Raion felt himself fall into someone's gentle embrace. Looking up, Raion saw he'd fallen into Seras's arms, with a soft and loving smile spread across her lips.

"You did it big guy." Seras said. "You ended this whole nightmare."

"Mesu?" Raion simply asked, as his dragon scale markings vanished.

"She high tailed it, not long after Simon got past her." Seras said. "But I get the feeling, this won't be the last we'll be seeing of her."

"Uh, hate to break up the moment, but we've got to get going." Yang said, as the ground beneath them began to light up, and the tower began to rumble.

"What's going on?" Ruby asked.

"Remember when I said we were basically standing on a time bomb?" Yang asked. "Well seems, we didn't have as much time as I thought."

"We don't be able to climb down three floors before it goes off." Weiss said.

"There is… another way." Raion said, forcing himself out of Seras's embrace, before he picked up a tiny piece of Etherion Lacrima and devoured it.

"Raion, what are you doing?" Seras asked.

"What I gotta, to make sure you're all safe." Raion said, before clasping his hands together as if praying. "Shadow God: Dance of the Eternal Snake!"

Almost instantly, Raions shadow extended from himself, with a piece breaking off and growing larger, taking on the form of a giant serpent. The others looked at the snake incredibly, before it slithered around them, and without hesitation, devoured them into its mass, including Simons body. Raion focused the spell to travel down the length of the tower, to where the others were.

"Goodbye, my friends. I hope you'll find it in your hearts to forgive me someday." He said.

Taking a crouched stance, Raion placed his hands on the floor beneath him, before he slowly began to sink into the lacrima. Gritting his teeth as he bit the pain, Raion felt his body cracking and snapping in all sorts of places as he sank into the etherion bellow him.

"Alright. An Etherion Godslayer, about to try and redirect the power of an Etherion Bomb that could destroy half the Continent of Fiore. Just another Monday." He hissed, before his head was enveloped by the Etherion.

As the Etherion solidified once more, the entire tower began to glow, before the light began flashing like a neon dance party, before releasing an explosion of power.

A ways from the tower, Raion's shadow serpent wrapped around the boat that Grey and Juvia stole to escape with the others, before it vanished, allowing for Erza and the others to drop out of the air and onto the water craft.

"Is everyone all right?" Grey asked.

"We're fine, but Raion…"

Seras stopped as she turned around, seeing the entire tower had been enveloped in a dome of light, before all the pent up power in the Etherion tower shot up into the air, piercing the clouds as the Etherion energy was returned to the atmosphere.

"No." Seras said in horror.

"RAION!" Yang shouted.

~Realm of the Dead~

"Huh?"

Raion's eyes opened as he looked around, finding himself sinking into an ocean of darkness. His eyes wandered around alongside his body as masses of bubbles gently rose to the surface. Looking up to a light shining down as it illuminated the darkness, he used his arms to cover his eyes, as it blinded his vision.

"What is this? Am I connected to the Tower somehow?" He wondered. "No, I'm no longer feeling pain… and this feeling. It seems… different somehow."

As he floated in the space, the light suddenly became brighter, causing Raion to shield his eyes. A moment later, he was able to open them again with a gasp, only to see that he was somewhere else, floating in the air like a Geist. He glanced around, noticing he was in a city, or rather, a familiar town.

"This is…Magnolia?" He asked. He then looked down, and gasped.

He then noticed that he was in the town's cemetery. The skies bellowing with the loud roar of thunder as rain streamed down. Dark grey clouds enclosed around the skies, giving the place an awful atmosphere. He then looked down, noticing everyone from the guild, gathered around in the Cardia Cathedral Graveyard. They wore black outfits, and that finally allowed him to figure it out.

"Oh…I'm dead, this is my funeral."

Flying down to the gathered ground, Raion got a look at the gravestone erected before them, and recognized the design instantly, as his family's crest engraved onto the chest of a statue of him, with the Fairy Law emblem in the center over the S, while Raion sat in a meditative position. On the base part of the pedestal the statue sat on, a large ankh was carved into the stone, with a plaque underneath it. Raion floated down and took a closer look at the statue, only for his face to darken when he read what was engraved on the plaque.

"Here lies our friend, and beloved child Raion. Fairy Tail's God of War. May he rest in peace." Raion rubbed his head, sighing in realization. "Guess this is my funeral after all."

Looking back, Raion saw he had quite the turnout for his funeral. He was especially surprised to see Professor Ozpin and Goodwitch standing amongst the crowd with Taiyang, and Qrow at their sides. Even General Ironwood and Winter Schnee managed to take the time, to come pay their respects. He then looked to Makarov, as he stepped up to say a speech. He took out a piece of paper, and began to read. Though Raion could tell, he was far from okay.

"Here lies a brave Fairy. Raion has touched the hearts of many throughout the lands." He began, holding back his tears by gritting his teeth. "His desire for justice, to protect all that were good in this world was unparalleled, he used his magic for the benefit of others. Whether as a warrior, an educator, a Godslayer, or even an alien, he had one thing: The heart of a Fairy." Makarov then gave out, a single tear starting to come out. "We…will miss him." He then muttered, his body trembling in sadness as he continued to speak, his voice cracking with sadness. "But we mustn't ever forget. Greater love hath no one than he who lays down his life for his friends. When great deeds are remembered in this world, one name, will stand above all others. The memory of Raion, will forever be engraved in our saddened hearts."

Raion's eyes widened at the sight.

'Gramps…' He said, his mouth gaping with awe. He then looks behind the Fairies as the eight remaining Council members arrived.

The leader, the old man named Org, then stepped forward.

"This tragedy has left the hearts of many shattered. The connections that this young man made has drilled through our hearts as an empty seat has been made. Given that he may have been able to do great things if he'd lived on, we have decided to honor him. The Council has voted to award this young man, and we are proud to announce, that Raion is now an eternal member of the Ten Wizard Saints." He finished with a bow, with the other members following his example. Raion couldn't understand why the Council would bother to show up to his funeral, seeing as he never really got along with them.

The other members of Fairy Tail turned to the members of the Council, all of them frowning at their lack of sincerity to the situation, thinking they council was treating this as some sort of joke. The young man then looked over to see Seras, his best friend from childhood, who was standing in front of his grave with Team RWBY and Mira. She was the first to place roses in front of it, while her face was stern with emotions. She wore a black dress and a black cap, with a matching hat and vale over her face. Team RWBY stood behind her, each of them expressing his passing in their own way. A look of sadness was etched onto Ruby's face, with shame and sorrow on Weiss's. Blake showed remorse for his passing, while Yang showed sadness mixed with anger. Mira, showed nothing but sadness, before everyone gasped at the loud roaring of a certain Fire Huntsman.

"Son of a bitch! No, I've had it!" Natsu stated angrily, pushing his way to the grave stone and kicking the flowers away.

Raion looked at him with surprise.

"Natsu, what are you doing young man?!" Makarov shouted with anger in his voice. Raion knew that Natsu could get angry, but this felt different, it felt wrong somehow.

Lucy came up to him, trying to calm him down. Gray clicked his tongue as he tried to step forward, pissed off that the fire wielder was causing a scene. Everyone was then cut off by a loud punch. Natsu was sent down to the ground as he felt the blow connect to his face. Everyone gasped at the sight, seeing someone other then Erza or Makarov, take Natsu down so easily with one strike. Natsu sat up and rubbed his face. He then looked up, only to shudder in the sight of his attacker.

Seras stood above him, still having her fist balled up from the attack. She looked at him with her face shrouded by darkness. The Huntsman tried to get up and complain but then stopped as he looked up. She was giving off a grimacing look as tears streamed down her face. It wasn't the usual fear that made Natsu shrink whenever he'd pissed off Erza, or Mira back in her rebellious days. This was an entirely different fear that caused him to gasp and back away, sensing her murderous aura.

"FACE REALITY NATSU!" Seras screamed, staring down at him. Tears began to fall down her face as she did so.

"But Raion…" He stuttered, now sobbing as well.

"NO, HE'S GONE! We failed… There's no way to get him back now…" She then murmured. "I failed him. I'd promised to be the one to always protect him."

Seras then fell to her knees, covering her face with her hands as she broke down sobbing. Mira and Yang helped her up. She let her cry into her shoulder as Gray covered her with his blazer, giving her looks of sympathy.

Raion then put his hands in his pockets as he floated up into the air, his face now full of sadness. It pained him to see them like this, especially his friend who he once mourned for, but now mourned for him, so he averted his gaze as he looked up, tears running down his face.

"I thought I could save them…but all I did was make everyone sad again. Aw man, can't I ever do something good with my life… Damn it I can't even die right." He growled as he gritted his teeth.

His attention was then drawn away, as another bright light flashed flashed over his head, blinding him yet again. As he opened his eyes once more, he gasped as he saw a giant Grimm looking hand come down from the skies above, piercing the clouds. Raion couldn't help but stare at it as it came down. Despite the limb, looking like it belonged to some sort of Creature of Grimm, Raion couldn't help but reach his own arm out, before he touched the hand, causing it to shine and blind him once more.

~Reality~

Raion's eyes shot open, as he gasped for breath, finding himself floating in some sort of bubble like object. Looking around, Raion saw that fish were swimming around him, with some even examining the bubble, before they swam away.

"What is this? Am I at the bottom of the ocean?" Raion questioned.

"That would be somewhat accurate." A womanly voice spoke up.

Raion twisted around to who'd spoken, and his eyes widened in complete shock, when he saw a towering creature of Grimm, larger then even Deliora's giant demon form, looking down at him from above with burning red eyes, and a skeletal like face, with razor sharp canines.

'Holy this can't be what I think it is, can it?' Raion thought.

"You are fortunate young one." The womanly voice spoke again. "I managed to catch you, just after your body expelled all that Etherion energy into the atmosphere."

"Uh… thank you?" Raion said hesitantly.

"Do not be afraid." The woman said. "I wish not to harm you."

"A Grimm, that doesn't wish to harm someone… Well Seras is a Grimm Demi, so I guess anything's possible." Raion contemplated, before he realized something. "Uh, weird question but… you wouldn't happen to go by the title of the Titan Grimm, would you?"

"So tales of my deeds are still spoken about to this day?" She questioned.

'I can hear her voice, but her jaw isn't moving, telepathy maybe? But damn, I can't believe I'm actually talking to the Titan Grimm. She's gotta be over 75meters tall.' Raion thought. "Uh, yeah. There's plenty of folklore and myths about you. Though nothing says anything about you being, a woman."

"Not many know of my true nature." She said. "What is your name young one?"

"It's Raion." He said.

"Raion, a name fit for a brave, and noble warrior." The Titan Grimm said. "You may call me, Tiana. Though it is not the name I was born with, it will suffice for you to use for me."

"Tiana?" Raion asked. "Let me ask you, did Zeref turn you into this?"

"It has been centuries since I've heard that name, but yes. He as well as Salem were the ones who turned me, into the monster that you see now." Tiana said.

"I see. So Salem did work with Zeref." Raion said.

"Salem, took Zeref under her wing as her pupil, taught him everything she knew about Grimm, how to create them, and how to manipulate the people that'd be most useful to them." Tiana said.

"Such as Silver Eyed warriors." Raion said.

"No." Tiana said. "Salem was never aware of our value. Only Zeref knew of it."

"Wait, you're saying you…"

"Were once, human." Tiana said. "But now, I am forever trapped, within this accursed form. Never to die, nor know the joys of humanity again. I did not wish to be a Grimm, I just wanted the power to protect the innocent, yet I was turned into a monster."

"An' yet you still protect people." Raion said.

"Explain, small one." Tiana said.

"Your power is vast, and though only considered to be nothing more then myth, it still rings true. The waters you're sealed within, are free of Grimm, thanks to you. An' because of that, families are able to swim, play, run around, and enjoy the beach to their hearts content." Raion said. "Because of your power, there's a place in this world, where people can come and melt their worries away and have fun."

"Because my power, keeps the Grimm away from these shores?" Tiana asked.

"Yes."

Tiana was silent for a moment, before she decided to speak again, making a request of Raion.

"Small one, I wish for you to do something for me." Tiana said.

"If it's within my power, I'd be willing to see what I can do." Raion said.

"I don't wish for anything of grandeur." Tiana said. "I am content to remain here, knowing my power is what allows the people to be themselves, and remain unhindered in their joy. Though it can be quite lonely here. So all I ask, before you leave, is that you come back and visit me regularly."

"I think I'd be able to swing that." Raion smiled. "You know, the way you speak, actually reminds me of someone. Someone I haven't seen for years, who was like a mother to me."

"Well, I most certainly am glad about that. As it's been many years, since I've seen my own daughter." Tiana said. "I'm assuming she's dead by now. Either taken by Grimm, or old age. But it warms this heart, knowing you find comfort in my voice."

"I'll try to visit regularly." Raion said. "Take care Tiana."

Raion took in a deep breath, before he crouched down, and jumped up, using his flying technique to swim to the waters surface, leaving Tiana alone.

"Take care, Kal-El." Tiana said, as something gold and metallic, wedged to her body glistened and shimmered in the light filtering through the waters surface.

~Akane Resort~

All was quiet on the waters of Akane resort, as Seras stood on the balcony to the room she shared with Raion that Loki had paid for. She looked at the illuminating moon, her eyes swollen from crying, as she had no more tears left to let out.

"Seras?"

The Grimm Demi didn't look to who had spoken, as Erza stood behind her, a saddened look on her face.

"Seras, I know you're upset and… I just wanted to say."

"Don't." Seras said softly, trying to keep herself from crying. "Don't even think about blaming yourself for this. What happened to Raion, wasn't your fault. He chose to sacrifice himself for the greater good, to keep half the continent from being destroyed. It was the only way that it could have been prevented."

"Still though, I could have at least tried harder to stop him." Erza said.

"There was nothing, any of us could do." Seras said. "Even so, it would seem Mesu is the one who brought me back, not Raion. An' it shows that sometime in the future, we manage to get both the pink and red Kryptonite shards away from her, and she becomes Raion again."

"It would seem, that is the case." Erza said.

Seras looked up towards the sky, as she couldn't help but keep crying, even though it pained her.

"Well, looks like I still have some tears left after all." Seras said, her voice cracked with emotion. "It's a terrible night, for rain."

"But… it's not raining." Erza said, before noticing the tears coming down Seras's cheeks.

"Yes, it is." She said.

"So it is." Erza said softly, pulling Seras into a gentle hug, allowing her to cry to her hearts content.

The crying continued on for another minute, before something unexpected happened.

"Ahem." Raion cleared his throat, shocking both girls as he stood on the balcony, still drenched in sea water, and injuries. "Am I interrupting something?"

Seras and Erza looked at Raion, before they jumped him, and cried out his name.

"Raion, you're alive!" Seras cried out as she hugged him tight.

"Ow, ow, ow. Careful." Raion groaned. "I'm still hurt you know. I didn't exactly come out of that explosion unscathed."

"What happened to you? Where have you been?" Erza asked.

"It's been two days since the explosion." Seras stated.

"Really, that long?" Raion asked. "Guess I was unconscious in that bubble for longer then I thought."

"What bubble?" Erza asked.

"Nothing, never mind." Raion said. "Anyways. I'll explain it to everyone on the ride home tomorrow, since I'm pretty sure it's our last night here. But the point I wanna make is, you're not gonna believe, what I have to tell you."

~A/N~

Please leave a review, they help me to better write my stories.

Also, I'm going off Supergirl: Season4 rules for the Black Kryptonite. In order for Mesu and Raion to become one person again, Mesu has to die.

As for the Bizzaro reverse powers thing, I thought it'd be a fun twist.

But don't even ask about the Kal-El thing, that's a surprise I'm saving for the Battle of Fairy Tail arc.
