After a semi-long stakeout, we began to stalk some demons to a restaurant called Biggerson's. "More of them," Dean noticed, pulling into park way across the street. He looked over at Cas, who was on his hundred-something sandwich from White Castle. "Can we go over the plan again?" Dean asked.

I remain quiet because I'm certain this was addressed for Cas. Tei was hugging me as tightly as he could. I was worried he wouldn't let me out of the car because I am Plan B. Castiel completely ignored Dean, actually playing with the aluminum foil sandwich wrap. "Cas?" I said to him.

Finally he pulls out a special knife explained to me that can kill demons. I remember gulping and thinking I'd never get on these guys' bad sides, to which Tei communicated to me through his thoughts that he'd kill them all if they even thought about it. "I take the knife," Cas started to speak strangely. "I go in, I cut off the ring hand of Famine, then I return here."

"And if he takes too long we go in," I included. Plan B, remember?

"Sounds foolproof enough," Dean decided. Cas zaps himself away and we begin to wait. A mere TEN seconds went by. "He's taking too long." Dean announced.

"Teivel, we're going in," I tell him, reaching for the car door handle. I climb out with Tei right with me; he's not letting me go.

"You guys go ahead I'll follow in." Dean advised. I nodded, zapping Tei and I inside. The power is out in this diner-style restaurant. I immediately see Cas knelt over chomping away at raw red meat.

"Oh, boy..." I groaned. "He's out of the game." I suddenly widen my eyes, feeling my newly trained senses kicking in and turn around to avoid a swing from a demon. "Whoa!" I exclaimed. "I can't believe I just-"

Tei snarled and shot his free hand out to blast the demon back into the diner kitchen before he had both his hands on my shoulders. "What are you-?" I tried to ask. Tei's bright orange eyes glow ever more and an angelic sphere of sorts began to form around him, around us, and slowly enveloped us into some kind of small dome protecting us. "What is this?" I demanded, as Tei forced us down to our knees. He throws his arms around me and pulls me in.

"Omnibus protegat," Tei muttered. "Not even the Horseman can take you from me now."

"Am I safe to assume we can't just step out of this either, can we?" I asked him, narrowing my eyes when I saw Dean enter from the back of the kitchen.

"Only I can bring it down." Tei admitted, causing me to begin to struggle to see past him. He was holding me so damn close. I know it's not his fault but I may have to use force on him to get him off me.

More demons emerge, easily overpowering Dean since we're all useless over here. "Teivel?" I tried to get him to concentrate but all he cared about was holding me. "Teivel?" I repeated. I sighed following with, "Tei?"

A slight response. "Angel bug." He simply replied.

"I need you to let me out of this shield bubble thing," I requested as nicely as I could. "We've got to help Dean and Cas."

"You're not going anywhere," Tei replied. "I need you."

Does he mean that? I asked myself, waiting for him to read my thoughts but he doesn't say anything. Famine's got him completely out of his mind. All I can do is wait... and see if I find an opportunity to escape. We finally get to see the Horseman Famine himself. He's possessing an old man who needs to breathe through his oxygen tank which sends said oxygen up through his nose. The vessel also appeared to be crippled as he got by with an electric wheelchair.

He seemed genuinely impressed that he wasn't able to affect Dean, pointing out that he was broken and defeated and unable to fill anything within himself. I grunted, tired of hearing him bringing Dean down. "Hey!" I yelled out. "I want to fight you, old man."

Famine appeared ready to laugh at me when I heard Sam say out loud, "I'll handle it, Lynn."

Wait, Sam? Famine actually turned around faster than the rest of us, looking shocked but purely amazed at the sight of Sam. His hair was very messy and there was a huge blotch of dried blood all around his mouth. I gulped, trying not to think of what he'd done to those demons. However the two demon henchmen by Famine's side suddenly lunged at Sam but their Horseman master bellowed at them to stop.

"Teivel let me out of this now!" I hissed behind me. He ignores me.

"Nobody touches that sweet boy." Famine made it very clear. "Sam, did you enjoy the snack I sent you?"

Sam tilted his head and narrowed his eyes. "You sent?"

I try to reach my arm out of Tei's hold but he resists. I listen to Famine offer his two demon boys to Sam to enjoy. Dean begs him not to. Cas continues to eat raw red meat. This entire situation is absolutely awful. It's time to use force. I face Tei, glaring at him and concentrating my power. If I blast him hard enough maybe the dome will come down. I yell as I unleash my strength, successfully separating us. However he ricochets off the dome landing on the ground right at my feet.

Sam exorcises the two demon henchmen and the two demons holding Dean at bay. Now Dean can grab the knife he was forced to drop. Tei gets up, grabbing me very harshly. I can see the anger in his eyes but I can't be afraid.

"Don't do that again." He uttered.

Sam decides not to eat the demons, so Famine goes to ingest them. I began to... what is this called, wrestling, with Tei to escape his hold. He's making me waste so much time! I just want to strangle him! I hope he can hear me! Can you hear me, you jerk?!

Sam makes the notion to exorcise Famine, which makes him laugh but I realize Sam isn't targeting Famine. He fully exorcises the four demons from before, purging them from inside Famine. I stop fighting Tei to watch the Horseman flop to the ground. Cas stops eating raw red meat. I feel Tei's hands ease up and relax, now beginning to caress my arms. I face Tei, watching him look vaguely remorseful. "Are you okay now?" I asked him.

He nodded and the dome slowly disappeared. "I'd hoped you never had to see that power." He admitted to me, looking down at his feet as we stand up.

"You're full of surprises Teivel." I proclaimed. I saw a shred of hurt in his eyes at my continued use of his full name, but he'll have to keep getting used to it.

"Lynn?" Dean called out. "Can you send us to Bobby's? We're gonna need to get Sam in his panic room to detox his demon blood addiction."

"That sounds like a mess," I admitted, urging him and Sam to get closer together. "Do you need my help?"

Dean looked at Sam. "Will you go in willingly?"

Sam gulped. "I don't think I will, no matter how much I want to."

I nodded. "I understand. This will not be pleasant for you." I zap myself and Sam right into Bobby's living room. I throw my hand up in a choking motion, watching Sam go flying against the nearest wall, being pinned up in the air against it.

"What the hell is going on?!" Bobby yelled as loud as he could. Tei appears with Dean and Cas. Dean tries his best to sum up what just happened tonight to Bobby while I begin to pull Sam towards me, making him float while stuck in place. This was... whoa. I had no idea I could do this. It'd be so easy to just... snap my fingers and he's-

WHOA!

What the hell is wrong with me? Poisonous thoughts from my father? Wait, where did that idea even come from? I keep Sam in place and look around the entire room. "Lynn?" Tei calls out.

"I'm fine," I decided, proceeding with getting Sam to the basement. "I can't actually go in this panic room, right?" I asked as a reminder to myself.

"It's littered with all kinds of anti-everything monster basically." Dean confirmed. I nodded before I zapped Sam and I down to the basement. Dean rushes down there to get the door open for me, and I literally throw Sam in there. He lands and Dean winced. "That was a little harsh."

"I'm sorry," I said with my utmost honesty. "I'm still learning to control my powers." I realize I just threw a grown adult man like he weighed nothing. Am I low-key Superman's long lost cousin and all those stories are about me? Yeah... probably not.

"He'll be fine," Dean made it seem like he was telling himself this out loud instead of to me. He gets the door back shut and locked before Sam can try to escape.

"If that's all you need Dean then we'll be returning home now." I announced, heading for the stairs.

"You sound just like the rest of those angels up there," Dean lightly scoffed. "That's kind of how Cas talked when I first met him."

"Is there something wrong with how I'm talking?" I'm utterly confused.

Dean narrowed his eyes sadly and that actually caused me concern. "The way you just handled my brother... what happened to the girl who was afraid she'd have to kill someone for the first time?"

A strange human emotion befell me. Isn't this what they call a burn? It certainly feels like it does. I gulped and cleared my throat. "Dean, I thought Teivel and I were the only ones out there like us, and then Cas showed up one morning in my bedroom and changed my entire perspective. There's so many of them Dean. I want to know them. I want to learn how to be like them."

When I made it to the top Dean said to me, "Trust me Lynn. You don't want to get to know those dickheads up there."

I kept going in silence.

March 7, 2010

My birthday is in two weeks. Or is it really? Is it my birthday, or my vessel's birthday? "Teivel?" I said from the loveseat in our living room.

He looks at me from the couch, clearly annoyed we are separated. "Yes?"

"Tell me the truth. What do you know about my vessel?" I politely demanded.

Tei smacks his lips to get on my nerves and it's working AND HE KNOWS IT. "Just that she died at her birth, which in that moment Michael stuck you in her body as the soul was reaped."

"That's so awful," I said in horror. "She never got to live. Do you know what her name was?"

Tei nodded. "It's what your grandmother used to call you."

Okay, never would I think he'd say something like that. "My middle name? Angela?" Suddenly it's like a whole bunch has come to light. First of all, my grandmother is a very interesting person. I wouldn't say she hates me because she doesn't have a single hating bone in her entire body, but she has always definitely disliked me. She'd address Natalie and Jasper as their names, but she refused to call me Lynn. It was always my middle name, Angela. She'd hug JD and Nat growing up, but never me. I got used to it early on, even ending up being the one to take all the family pictures at the holidays so I wouldn't be in any of the photos.

JD and Nat very vaguely were aware that I had powers, but it was never talked about. Without ever saying anything to them, I just trusted them both to never tell anyone. I tried my absolute hardest to keep my abnormalities from our parents and the rest of the world. Now I wonder, did Grandma suspect something the entire time? I don't like to talk about this, but Grandma sometimes has these massive anxiety attacks. It has something to do with Grandpa dying when my mom Lindsay was very young. Grandma would go on about how I wasn't a normal child compared to the other two. She'd say when I was a baby I pretty much never slept and I talked to myself a lot.

Thinking about that now that was probably me talking to Teivel. I shudder where I am completely. For a moment it creeps me out that he really has been around since the beginning of my time on Earth. Then I remember that he is just following through his orders from Michael. He's still doing that isn't he? So why is it weird that he says he loves me, and that he thinks I feel love for him back? Do I really?

I don't know.

Then one time during one of Grandma's bad anxiety attacks, she directed it at me and said that I wasn't her granddaughter. It really hurt my feelings back then, but now I realize that she is exactly right. I'm not her granddaughter. Angela is and I'm wearing her. I don't feel right at the moment. Suddenly my cell phone rings. I shake my head and answer it. "Hello."

"Hey kid," Bobby says on the other line. "You busy?"

"Not at all," I tell him. "What's up?"

"I think I have a case you might want to look into." Bobby admitted.

"Oh really? Tell me about it then." I said, sitting up straight on the loveseat. Tei folds his arms over his chest like he's pouting. Oh well.

"They're calling it unusual drownings in Dover, Delaware. Sixteen and eleven year old were abducted and later found dead in the nearby lake from drowning. Witnesses say there was a high pitched noise and bright white light when the kids were abducted. The parents have gone blind."

"That sounds like an angel gone to the dark side." I let out. Tei rolled his eyes but showed an interest in my conversation now. "We'll look into it." I promised.

"Alright. If it is an angel, be careful. They usually carry angel killing blades from my understanding." Bobby advised me.

"I understand, thank you Bobby." I said before I ended the call. "Alright Teivel, we're going to investigate a possible case. It's what I did with the Winchesters before we saw each other again."

He scowled at me in response which made me raise an eye at him. He was definitely immature sometimes. "If it's what you want to do." He finally spoke, getting up from the couch, scratching his head. I nodded at him before I made my way to my bedroom upstairs. I pretty much live in pajamas if I don't leave the house. Tei usually gets the groceries from the mart at the bottom of the mountain because I still have a hard time with my German. Pretty ironic, huh?

I change into blue jeans and a yellow long sleeve shirt. Going to Dover strikes close to home - it's only about an hour from where I grew up. I gulp as I look at myself in the mirror, grabbing a hairbrush. I take it through my dark brown strands when I realize I want it in my favorite style, the braid. Guess who does it best? I sigh, opening my bedroom door and calling out, "Tei?"

"Yes?" He sounded a little bit excited.

"Um... can you do my hair?" I asked awkwardly.

"The usual?" Tei asked from behind me. He'd zapped himself up into my room. I turned around quickly and nodded at him. He takes the hairbrush from me and makes a few hair ties appear. He makes the perfect braid as always, claiming he was taught well by his mother so he could do it for her instead. "It's true." He replied out loud to my thoughts. "You seem to think about my mother a lot. Is there something you would like to know about her? I'll grant you one question and one question only."

Seriously? I felt nervous in a good way. What should I ask when there was so much I wanted to know? I wait until we're back downstairs, getting our shoes on before I decided what to ask. "What was her name?"

Tei smirked a little bit. "That's a fair enough question. Her name was Laena."

"That's a beautiful name." I said as I zapped us both to Dover, Delaware. The time zone change made it back to being daylight for us again.

"Okay Detective, where do we begin?" Tei asked sarcastically. I glared at him.

"Try to take this seriously, okay-" I was disrupted by a blinding light in the distance to the right. I'd sent us to right near the lake Bobby mentioned. Did this mean a child was getting abducted right now? I have to try to save them! "THERE!" I yelled, flying over to the location of the light. It was inside a residential home which probably confirmed my suspicions. I forced my way into the house through the front door to see two human adults hurled over in pain, covering their ears and bleeding from their eyes. I could sense angelic power from upstairs. Angel gone to the dark side is confirmed.

I zap myself into the child's room and scream at the angel when I see him. The angel is possessing a human man with dark skin dressed in pretty formal attire. He looks into my eyes and I could detect anger coming from him. Something was making him so very angry and it nearly frightened me. Tei appears behind me and the angel widens his eyes, suddenly vanishing.

It's quiet now except for the child who's wide awake and panicking in their bed. They were unharmed from the angel unlike the parents. Fortunately I was able to heal them from their blindness. I then made the decision to take away all of their memories of this entire brief encounter. When Tei and I made it back outside of the house we were met by a strange looking woman. She was a little bit taller than me, with long hair that was practically white with no bangs and big brown eyes. She was maybe a young adult which fascinated me. She wore a white shirt with an orange shirt jacket over it and blue jeans.

"Did you see him?" She asked us seriously.

"See who?" I asked her back.

"The angel." She replied simply.

"I did but he disappeared," I admitted. "Who are you?"

She actually bowed to us a little bit. "I am Raquel, an angel of the Lord. I have been trying to track down that angel for a little while now."

I had so much I wanted to ask her. She was another angel just like Cas! Did she know who I was? Maybe she just hasn't thought to ask yet. "Could we go somewhere more suitable and talk? I have many questions for you Raquel."

She eagerly nodded. "I would like to talk with you too, Lynn."

Well that answers one question.
