Hello all May God bless you all. Now before I go on with the fanfiction here I would just like to let you guys know the ages of the characters in this AU; at least all the teenagers that I plan on having in this fanfic.

Florian – 14 (almost 15)

Juliana – 14

Nemona – 16

Arven – 16

Penny – 14

Mela – 15

Eri – 16

Grushna – 19

Iono – 14

There you are so now you know the ages of the teenagers that should appear or have appeared in this fanfic. So without further ado, here's chapter 3.

"So, today my opponent shall be Florian a trainer from the academy." Said Iono to her fans.

The nearby crowd cheered and the viewer engagement increased as Iono announced the battle.

"However, today isn't going to be any ordinary gym battle you see."

There was a sudden gasp in the crows and the comments were filled with questions like "What does she mean?" "Is this a special battle?" and there was even one who asked "Isn't that the same guy who battled Nemona last night?"

"You see our opponent has saved the best for last. That's right usually Iono is a middle gym battle but Florian here seems to journey on the road less traveled." Said Iono.

"So today I'll be using pokemon who's levels range between 55-60." She announced.

Suddenly the crowd went wild and the comment chain on her livestream skyrocketed. Everyone was so excited. This would actually be a proper battle…

…only it wasn't.

Iono sighed. He had beaten her pretty… well obliteration may be a bit strong but it also wasn't too far from the truth. Even with her higher level pokemon Florian had managed to either one or two shot most of them.

Anyway, it was time to shake hands and take a photo, just like she did with all the others.

However this time… it was different. She felt good to actually be shaking hands with the same boy that had accompanied her through the southern part of the city last night. Not that he knew it was her, and she didn't plan on revealing it.

"Well done." She said as she approached him to… well shake hands through her oversized sweater somehow.

"Thanks… I…" Said Florian.

"What? What did you… wait a minute… how?" She asked.

"Well, I didn't know at first but now it's pretty obvious." Replied Florian.

"What is it, my hair?" She asked him.

"No."

"My eyes?"

"No."

"Then what. I must know!" She demanded. "How did you recognize me?"

"Um… well… it's your teeth." Said Florian.

"What? My teeth?" Asked Iono.

"Yeah, well they are sort of unique. Kind of look similar to sharkpedo teeth." Florian answered.

Iono covered her mouth. She had known ever since her last baby tooth came out that her teeth weren't exactly normal, but for him to recognize her just by that. He must be quite the observer.

"OH… guess the cat's out of the bag." She said. "Well, thanks for the battle. Here's the gym badge." She said as she handed it to him. "And here's a TM as well."

Florian took both and then posed for their picture.

Iono just then realized that they were still live. She took a brief glance over the comments and some were saying things like. "Do they know each other?" "Are they friends?" and even one said. "Wow, Iono got obliterated."

"Oh, well we better take a picture to commemorate the moment." Iono said quickly before snapping the photo.

"That was great Florian!" Shouted Nemona as she ran up to him.

"Now come on let's get in a flying taxi and head back to Mesagoza so you can become a champion like me!"

"Um, it's kind of late Nemona." Said Juliana from behind her. "How about we stay one more night and then take off in the morning."

"What? But…"

Nemona sighed. "Okay. But I get to battle both of you tonight." She said referring to Florian and Juliana.

"Oh, Nemona always ready for a battle." Said Iono.

"You know it." She said.

"Well, fans that's it for today's stream. I'll see you tomorrow bright and early. 'Ello, 'ello, hola! Ciao and Bonjour!"

With that, she ended the stream.

"Well, I guess I'll see you guys later." She said as she turned to leave.

"You sure I… Iono." Said Florian. "We'd actually like to explore the city."

"What?" Asked Iono as she turned around to face them.

"Yeah, and we could do with a guide." Juliana suggested.

Iono thought for a moment. "Oh, that would be great."

She once again took out her Rotom Phone and started streaming. "Change of plans guys. Tonight I'm going to be hanging with some of the very trainers who have defeated me in the past. Tune in as I give them a tour guide on this electrified city!" She said.

"Okay… let's go!" Shouted Iono.

"This is gonna be so good for the stream."

This place was truly huge. However, their tour guide seemed well acquainted with most of its attractions. Though it didn't help that many also wanted to be a part of the stream. Even when the crew finally decided to eat at one of Iono's favorite restaurants, many of the other patrons couldn't help but say hi.

"So this happens to you often?" Asked Juliana once the crowd had dispersed.

"Oh, yeah, it comes with the territory." Iono replied. "Also, don't worry about the bill, it's on the house here."

"Don't have to tell me twice." Said Mela.

"Thanks, Iono, after we eat, I can battle Florian and Juliana." Said Nemona.

"No, I never agreed to that." Said Juliana.

"Silence is consent." Said Nemona.

Juliana sighed. She knew Nemona wasn't going to stop until after she said yes. There was no point in arguing.

However, she wasn't going to go easy on Nemona. It was late, she was getting tired and Nemona…

…was about to face her strongest pokemon.

"Ah, I bet I could have won." Said Nemona as the group went into the hotel.

"Your entire party, barely even scratched her first pokemon." Said Mela.

"Yeah, but… I wasn't using my strongest pokemon." Nemona reasoned.

"What is with you and almost never using your main party?" Asked Eri.

"Then the battle would be over too quickly." Replied Nemona.

"Not like any of the battles have been going on that long." Said Mela. "Also Juliana here is already a champion like you so doesn't she deserve your best?"

"That's true. I guess next time you get my full force." Said Nemona to Juliana.

*Yawn* "Cool. Well, time to get some sleep." Juliana replied.

"Good luck with that." Said Mela.

"Why?" Asked Juliana.

The taller girl chuckled slightly.

"Because you and Nemona will be roommates tonight."

"Thanks for the tour." Said Florian. "We had a great time."

"No, problem. It was the least I could do after last night." Iono replied.

"You don't owe me anything Iono." Florian insisted.

"Call me I…" She said so quietly that Florian wasn't exactly sure what she said.

"What was that?" He asked.

"You… I wa… you can call me I." She told him.

Florian smiled. "Okay… good night… I." He said before joining the others in the hotel.

Iono watched for a bit before heading back to her hotel. She had ended the stream after the restaurant and it was nice to be able just to talk to someone without having to say Ello or Bonjour or stuff like that. Plus it was good to talk to people who didn't seem to just want to be her friend due to her popularity in the streaming world.

She had even exchanged contacts with Juliana, Florian, and Eri. Mela didn't seem too interested and Arven was quiet most of the night. She also already had Nemona's contacts though the girl didn't seem to use social media all that much. She was more of a face-to-face kind of person. That girl with red and blue hair. Penny… didn't seem to talk much or at all really. She was sort of just… there.

Oh well, She thought. She was content that she had a group of friends who weren't just after her for clout.

"Oh, finally I should be able to sleep in peace." Mela said as she lay in bed.

"I'll let you get to that." Said Eri as started to leave.

"Where are you going?" Asked Mela.

"Gym, I like to get a workout in before I sleep." She replied.

"You, and your workouts. No problem with taking it easy every once in a while." Mela said.

"Just taking advantage that this hotel has a gym." Said Eri as she left. Out in the hall she could hear Nemona in the room with Juliana. She was asking questions about her favorite starter pokemon, to which Juliana was answering, though Eri could tell she was getting to the end of her rope.

She chuckled a little as she passed by. Upon reaching the gym she noticed something strange. It was around 11:00, but the gym wasn't empty. There was one other present.

"Florian?" Asked Eri surprised that the teenager was currently on the treadmill.

"Hey, Eri." Florian replied.

"Well, I thought I was one of the few people who liked to work out before bed." She said as she started on the treadmill next to him.

"Nah, I like it too. Been trying to keep at least part of the exercise schedule I had at the academy." Florian replied.

"Oh, you had a routine?" She asked.

"You don't have to seem so surprised." Florian told her.

"Sorry." She responded. "Well, it's good to see you focusing on training your body just like you do your pokemon."

"Thanks, you too." He said.

The two first worked out in the gym and then swam in the pool afterward, before retiring to their rooms.

Iono opened her apartment door. It was actually a rather nice, but very large place. Really it was more built for a family of at least 4 than just 1. However, this was one of the perks of being a successful streamer as well as the gym leader. She'd be lying if she said she didn't like the place. However, it still seemed rather large for just her.

She breathed a sigh of relief as she took off her rather large sweater. Yes, she loved the thing, but wearing it all day really took its toll. She practically plopped on bed. Only just now realizing how tired she really was. She had battled Florian, and taken him and his crew on a tour of the town. She was actually pretty exhausted. Still, she felt almost like she was bursting with energy. It had been a while since she really hung out with people like she did with Florian and his friends.

It was even different than the people at the gym. Sure she loved her co-workers, but there was this distance between them. She was technically their boss, so there was a sense of unease. They were nice to each other, but none of them ever invited her to come to their houses for dinner, or a restaurant or anything like that. The closest thing was her assistant asking her to come to her kid's christening which she did enjoy, but that was it. Nearly two years later and she had never been invited to another event. Granted it could have been her insistence on streaming the event, and kind of causing a scene which in hindsight…

…Well regardless tonight was a nice night. She got to hang out with real people and even though she streamed it… it wasn't about that. Florian admitted that he had never even watched her stream before showing up to Levicinia. She had been slightly peeved at first but realized it didn't really matter. Florian was kind, smart, funny… an…

Suddenly Iono shot up. She had come to the realization of something that had alluded her for most of the night. A realization that had the chance to sort of interrupt her regular life and could possibly cause problems in the future.

Oh boy She thought. "I'm in trouble." She said out loud as she went back into a lying position on her back.

"Yup… Definitely in trouble."
