Before this board begins, I wanted to make reference to my Total Drama story. So, for the next 2 chapters, and this one, I will pen out a rendition of a Total Drama seasons theme. However, here's what's changed with the Garfield and Friends intro:

After Star and the male characters sing "I hope you bring lots of spaghetti!", Pegitan will verbally say: "I'm scared-pe!" among the cheers from the cast.

As for the end of the intro, a different character will appear to write in the 'and friends' part of the logo. It will normally be a character on the reverse alignment to the person saying the gag line. Star's chapters will instead have a cameo appearance from Booker the chicken, from U.S Acres, to complete the reference, the cast member who says the line will emerge from either a blue, red or green box.

Now then, here is Island's intro with the cast:

[A shift into letterbox format heralds the emergence of various production materials in sunset. A light appears from the top pointing downwards and turns on, then another light pops out from below and turns on. A camera then pops out from a hole, with a beaver on top of it and lastly, another camera emerges from a tree, ejecting a blue-gray squirrel and some acorns. A pair of pale skinned hands holding clapper board closes it as the lyrics begin]

Dear Mom and Dad, I'm doing fine.

[A camera passes both a sign that says Wawanakwa and floats over the dock. It passes Star sitting in a directors chair, drinking water.]

You guys are on my mind.

[Heading into the forest, the camera heads to the cliff, which is a thousand feet high. When it reaches the top, it spots a couple of rings and dives in.]

You asked me what I wanted to be,

And now I think the answer is plain to see:

[As the bubbles clear from the dive, Akaoni swims by with his club in hand. Spotting a shark behind him, he smacks it in the face, giving the shark a bruise. The camera pans above the water to showcase Regina and Mana in a canoe together. The latter inadvertently lets go of the paddle she's using and it goes skyward.]

I wanna be famous!

[Gravity pulls the paddle down to a forest where Pegitan is sitting on a stump. The paddle nails him on the back of the head, causing him to land facedown on the ground. Having watched the whole event play out, Erisio laughs at the penguin fairies misfortune but stops when he notices Bibury glare at him and shake her head.]

I wanna live close to the sun.

[Cutting through the forest, Nodoka and Shindoine are sitting in a raft. Too busy slap fighting, they don't notice the waterfall they're about to go over until it's too late.]

Go pack your bags, 'cause I've already won!

[Wolfrun appears on a cracked log, sustained by two rocks. He watches as the two girls go by in the background, screaming all the way down, but turns to his right to see Bel holding on to a vine. The wolf tries to run but to no avail as Bel crashes into him.]

Everything to prove, nothin' in my way.

I'll get there one day!

[The camera follows the two who hit the back of the outhouse, resulting in Candy being sent out with a muted cry. The camera pans over to the mess hall where Chef Hatchet, the cook for the show, is. With his hand in a green mixture, he looks back at Majorina and Alice, both being tied up. While the witch is busying herself with getting free, Alice shoots Majorina a fearful look before looking back to Chef. The camera pans to the left where Pekorin and Ichika are both trying to better the food that they were given.]

'Cause I wanna be famous!

[The camera pans back outside to see Rachel and Nyatoran enjoying spending time on the beach by making sand castles]

Na! Na! Nananana! Nanananana! Nanananana!

[Dairuizen stands on the dock annoyed when he notices the camera's on him and looks away with a sneer. Then a rattlesnake like seagull appears, a fish jumps over it only for it to be eaten by a shark. A sudden tentacle pulls the gull under the water.]

I wanna be! I wanna be! I wanna be famous! (Na! Na! Nananana! Nananananana! Nanananana!)

[Panning to the end dock is a waiting Glavive. He waves and takes a couple steps back, intending to showcase something to the viewers only to be suddenly drenched in water. He glares at Star, who holds a bucket and stands on a boat. As the Birdo shakes his head, the light on the bucket becomes stars in the night sky.]

I wanna be! I wanna be! I wanna be famous! (Na! Na! Nananana! Nananananana! Nanananana!)

[The camera pans down to reveal a moon lit background with Ira sitting on one stump and Rikka on the other. As the two look at each other, a pair of arms wrap around both of them. Guaiwaru is the culprit giving both knowing smiles, to Ira's annoyance and Rikka's confusion.

The remaining 19 all sit on stumps around a campfire, whistling the last few notes of the theme song as Star watches from Rikka's side. Above them all is the exit to the campgrounds, with the sign saying 'TOTAL DRAMA ISLAND' flickering as the theme concludes.]

One down, two to go! Now, before we do what you've been waiting for, here is the intro gag line:

Chiyu: Today is hit a Cure in the face with a lemon meringue pie day! Don't worry, we will explain later.

Let's kick this board off right!

Turn 1/20 - Bowser Time Charge 0% (In Control: Akira, Nodoka, Reika and Alice)

With the mountain top in sight, our 8 Pretty Cures were ready to make it to the top, in whatever way possible. The viewers, meanwhile, were ready to watch this unfold and, in the villains case, who would play the most aggressively.

Akira and Yukari were first to roll the dice. Akira jumped the hit her dice first and rolled a 1, while Yukari rolled a 3, adding up to a 4 all together. As the girls passed the first 3 spaces, they claimed the first orb of the game: a Mushroom orb, allowing for a team to both roll twice. After that, they landed on a happening space.

"What's this?" Akira asked as she and Yukari saw the two bottle rockets connected to the happening space.

"Oh ho! Perhaps you want to ride on my special bottle rocket." Toadsworth announced as the old Toad walked on screen. "If you get lucky enough, you'll be able to get higher up on the mountain, but if you're unlucky, you'll be sent back a few spaces. So, do you girls wanna take a rocket?"

Akira and Yukari both discuss what they wanna do quietly, before Akira turns to Toadsworth. "OK! We will take one." The two run into the area as Akira is asked which one she wants to ride on.

"Well, they are both identical. Akira, I'll let you decide which one we take." Yukari stated and the tomboy looked over the two rockets.

"We will take rocket #2." Akira decides and both walk over to it.

"OK, you've made your decision! Let me just get you hooked up." Toadsworth said, confusing not just the girls, but also the viewers.

"Uh, Star, what exactly does he mean by that - nya?" Nyatoran asked.

"Just watch." was the Birdo's response as the remaining non-participants' confused expressions were very obvious. That confusion became shock as the girls on-screen were now bound to the rocket by rope.

Akira was in the front and Yukari, in the back. Both were wiggling as Toadsworth launched the girls, sending both near the top of the mountain, stopping between the happening space in front of a gong and the mic space.

"That was, oddly smooth, Yukari, are you OK?' Akira asked after both girls floated down to the ground.

"Yeah, I'm good." Yukari replied. "We are on pace to get the star now!"

Nodoka and Chiyu both stared at what just happened and then turned to each other. Both knew that they needed to find a way to change the price of the star.

"Hey, Pegitan! You and Rabirin can come out now." Chiyu said and both fairies looked at the mountain top where the star was.

Pegitan had a look of horror while Rabirin had a look of delight as both fairies looked at the full mountain.

"T-that's t-tall-pe." Pegitan fearfully said.

"Don't worry, Pegitan -rabi. We can get through this-rabi." Rabirin said to comfort him as both girls rolled their dice. While Nodoka rolled a 2, Chiyu rolled a 5 adding up to a 7.

As the two dashed over the spaces, they collected a flower orb. Being Nodoka's signature orb, when used, it allows them to collect coins and avoid certain traps. They would finish by landing on the mic space.

A mushroom popped up from under Team Healin' Good as Toadsworth appeared in front of them.

"Hello, you two. This is a potential opportunity to double your current coin count. If you win, that is the catch. If you lose, then your money is lost. Will you take this opportunity and, if yes, how many coins will you wager?" Toadsworth inquired.

"Ooh, we should wager it all -rabi!" Rabirin shouted but everyone else disagreed.

"Maybe we should wait for a better opportunity. Chiyu, what do you think?" Nodoka asked.

"Well, if we have to, we might as well wager 5 coins, so we can get 10 coins back. However, that leads to another issue we have to sort out: who will represent us for this opportunity?" The blue cure of her team asked.

The cures, and their fairies, made a group huddle to discuss which of the two should be the voice for this chance. Eventually, they manage to reach a consensus: Chiyu will volunteer and Nodoka will sit out.

For the watchers, the Smile characters immediately realize what's about to be played. As a result, Miyuki turns to Star, ready to ask a question.

"Can I explain how this one works to everyone?" Was the question she asked to the Birdo.

"Yeah, Go ahead." Star replied.

"OK! So this minigame is just memory based. Basically, Chiyu is about to see 3-5 cards, with each one having one of five fruits: an apple, a strawberry, an orange, a banana or green grapes. Then, she has to verbally say what's on each card. That's it, that is all there is." Miyuki explained.

"Well, if that is the case, Nodoka and Chiyu should have wagered all of their coins." Asumi said and Latte agreed.

While Nodoka and the remaining players were led into the secret room, Chiyu was in front of a microphone with Toadsworth across from her. Pegitan had transformed back to trinket form but looked up at Chiyu, really hoping her memory was good enough.

Play Without a Care (Mario Party 7)

Start

4 cards were showcased to Chiyu. They were grapes, a strawberry, an orange and a banana. After some seconds, the cards flipped over. Starting with the 3rd card, Toadsworth asked her what was on each card.

"Orange!" Chiyu responded and the card flipped over and proved her right. Toadsworth asked for the 1st, 4th and 2nd card and on each one, Chiyu gave the correct fruit for each card. This meant that she and Nodoka now had 15 coins!

Finish

Returning to the board, it was time for Reika and Nao to roll the dice! Reika rolled a 2 and a Nao a 3, so that meant they rolled a combined 5. Collecting a Super Mushroom orb, they landed on a blue space, meaning that they had 13 coins!

Lastly, was Alice and Mana! Before they rolled, they let Charle and Lance get a look at the board and the mountain. Unlike Rabirin and Pegitan's reactions, Lance seemed eager to ascend the mountain, while Charle seemed worried for his safety. Both girls jump to hit their dice blocks with Alice getting a 1 and Mana a 4. After collecting a cannon orb, which allows for them to get higher on the mountain, they landed on a blue space and earned 13 coins.

"Well, now it's time to see what minigame type we will do first." Reika stated as both teams waited to see what color the KiraKira and Healin' Good teams would end up.

Everyone watched as both teams' indicators went blue, thus meaning that Akira, Nodoka, Reika and Alice would participate in a 4-Player minigame!

Absent Minded (SMP)

Twist Ending (MP9)

Take a Breather (MP4)

Grid is Good (MPIT)

Rules: Figure out which character isn't there!

Advice: Some characters have similar shapes and colors. Don't be fooled!

While their partners, Charle and Pegitan, are moved to the secret room, the participating players look ready to participate.

"Alright, say your respective color on the count of 3. 1, 2, 3." Alice stated before everyone, except Nodoka, said their turn color. Nodoka, confused, said her cure color instead.

"Nodoka, for this game, since you and Chiyu roll second, your color is blue, not pink." Akira explained.

"That's a little odd, but OK, I guess?" Nodoka replied and Rabirin looked equally confused.

"Don't worry -de ransu! You'll understand when we get into the game-de ransu!" Lance said, and Nodoka and Chiyu in the secret room, were explained and had to make sense of the colors.

The watchers, meanwhile, were interested at how this minigame would play out, with the Healin' Good cast being the most intrigued. Eventually, the screen had the 4 players in front of turn colored, book tablets, with a big monitor in front of them.

The players waited for Toadette to show up, so to pass the time, they were telling jokes to each other. Nodoka was in the middle of telling one on screen.

"And then she said, 'I'm sorry but I prefer my drinks shaken, not stirred!'" Nodoka punned, and her opponents for the minigame and a couple of members in the audience laughed at her joke.

Toadette, meanwhile, walked in from off-screen and jumped on the stump. "Alright girls! Are you ready?"

"Ready!" The participants responded in kind as the camera moved to focus on the screen. It's time to kick off the first minigame!

Play Use Your Head (Super Mario Party)

Start

The first round had the three options be either Pikario, Candy or Ira. On screen, 8 characters, 1 after another, rapidly appear and then disappear. The cast on screen was an Akira fangirl, Shindoine, Ira and Pop on the top row, while the bottom row was Miyuki, Pikario, Latte and Regina. This meant that Candy wasn't present. All 4 players picked the right cast member and earned points on how quick they were to pick Candy. Alice had 5 points, Akira 3, Nodoka 2 and Reika 1.

Round 2 changed things up by blurring the eight on-screen characters. Overtime, the blurred 8 would be obvious, but right now it was hard to tell who was who. As for the options for the round? Akaoni, Bel or Guaiwaru.

Reika looked at the choices and then at the slowly unblurring characters. "Hmm, I don't see anything that resembles Bel. That's probably who isn't there!" She thought as she made her decision.

Chiyu and Pegitan watched as Nodoka chose Bel, while Akira picked Akaoni and Alice also picked Bel. The blurs fully went away to reveal that the top 4 were Pekorin, Lance, Akaoni and Asumi and the bottom 4 were Guaiwaru, Mamo, Ichika and Yayoi. This meant that Reika had 6 points, Nodoka had 5 and Alice had 7. Akira stayed at 3 because she picked the wrong villain.

With one last round, the potential answers were Hinata, Yayoi or Himari and this time, the tiles that make up each character were mixed and matched among them. While they reverted back, Reika quickly answered with Yayoi, not seeing the yellow cure in the mix, Nodoka and Alice both followed suit with similar choices of Yayoi. Akira, after debating it, chose to follow the herd and pick Yayoi as well.

The rows for the minigame were Ira, Kirarin, Joker and Hinata were on the top row, the bottom row was Himari, Rikka, Akane and Nyatoran. This meant that the final results were as follows: Akira finished last at 4 points, 3rd place went to Nodoka at 8 points and Alice finished 2nd at 9 points. This meant that, at 11 points, Reika had won the minigame!

Finish

As Toadette clapped in the background, Reika gave a smile and thumbs up to the viewers, with her team now having 23 coins. As for the others, Nodoka collapsed on the grass, banging it twice with closed fists, receiving 2 coins and having 17 shared between her and Chiyu, Akria turned away from the camera and glared to the right, staying at 10 coins, and Alice gave an annoyed double facepalm, having only 16 coins to work with for her team.

"Well, that was fun." Chiyu bluntly commented in the secret room as she and the remaining partners watched the conclusion of the minigame.

"Yeah, but now it's our turn in control on the board and participate in the minigame, unless it's an 8-player one. So, don't hold back, because we want this minigame to be fair. OK Chiyu?" Yukari replied, wanting the tomboy to show her stuff.

Chiyu went to reply, but they were all taken back to the board.

Turn 2/20 - Bowser Time Charge 20% (In Control: Yukari, Chiyu, Nao and Mana)

Returning to the board, Team KiraKira rolled a combined 7 as Akira rolled a 2 and Yukari a 5. This would lead to them landing on a blue space and earning 3 coins as a result.

"Aw man. I didn't get a chance to reply to Yukari." Chiyu despondently said as play moved to her and Nodoka.

"You'll get your chance to respond -pe." Pegitan said and then turned to their partners. "Do you wanna use the flower orb now, or do you wanna save it-pe?" Pegitan asked.

"No, I think we should keep it. I mean, we just got it so we should wait for a better opportunity." Nodoka stated. Before hitting her dice block and getting a 3. Chiyu then followed suit and received a 3, adding up to 6 spaces. Toadsworth then showed up and gave them 10 coins, for rolling doubles.

Since the orb shop was in their path, the team decided to see what was being sold. When they entered the shop, the seller had 3 items available: a Cannon orb, thus making it to the top easier and 2 Super Mushroom orbs, which allows for rolling 3 dice between the two of them and not one.

"Well, this is pretty pricey. However, I do wanna have access to another item. Pegitan, Nodoka, Rabarin, what do you think is best to use to get right now?" Chiyu asked as the 2 humans and 2 fairies formed a group huddle to discuss their options.

While they did that, Latte had turned to look at Star.

"Star, could you explain why Nodoka and Chiyu received 10 coins for free from Toadsworth?" Latte inquired.

"Oh that's simple! They rolled doubles on their dice block, so they earned 10 coins. However, they would've earned 30 coins if they rolled double 7's." Star explained which led Dairuizen to turn to him, while on screen, they bought the Cannon orb, losing 20 coins and then they landed on a blue space with 10 coins.

"Hold on, so what if they got triple 7's?" He asked as Team Smile rolled a combined 8, earning 10 coins as a result for both rolling 4's.

"Well, they would get 50 coins and any other number would make 30 coins come to them," Star responded as Team Smile purchased a Cannon Orb and then landed on a blue space having 16 coins to end their turn.

"That could come in handy the next time anyone wants to use triple dice blocks-nya. I think we might be able to use that to our advantage Hinata-nya." Nyatoran said as Team DokiDoki rolled a combined 7. Purchasing Mana's character orb: the Heart orb for 5 coins, which allows her to take opposing traps and convert them for herself, they landed on the happening space in front of a gong.

Master Koopa came down from the top of the mountain, standing on a cloud. "Welcome to the Gong of Fate, Mana and Alice. A young cricket must learn that fate can be changed. Mana, kick this Gong to determine the price for the Star."

Mana stood in front of the Gong, as the price above it made one full rotation. After breathing in she gave the Gong a karate kick and changed its price… to 20 coins.

"This is what fate has decided. For changing fate, here's some coins." Master Koopa stated and gave the girls 6 coins before leaving. This left them at 17 coins.

Team DokiDoki's indicator flashes between red and blue and then stops at red, making this minigame a 1 vs. 3.

Block and Load (MP9)

Ball Dozers (MP6)

Hide and Sneak (MP3)

Rules: Three players: While the curtain is open, hide behind a prop. If the single player guesses your hiding place, you lose.

Advice: A hiding place will disappear after the seeker has chosen it. Be careful as the hiding places decrease.

Mana and Charle both wait for the instructions to go into Mana's head while in the blue room. When it does, the girl turns to her pink lagomorph partner.

"OK, so this one is just a big game of Hide and Seek. Looks like I'm gonna have to listen closely." Mana said.

"Don't worry-sharu! You can find them all-sharu!" Charle said to cheer Mana up and it worked out well as Mana had a good chuckle.

Meanwhile for the team, Chiyu had said what she wanted to say and Yukari had gathered the three to talk.

"Alright, I think we should split up. If all of us are still alive, that makes it impossible for Mana to win." She said.

"What if we lose someone in the first round-pe? We would be at a disadvantage if Mana manages to pull that off-pe." Pegitan replied, nervous for the outcome of the minigame.

"It could still work the same way, we just need to coordinate our efforts and not say anything while hidden." Nao stated and the 3 waited for the minigame to begin.

As for their partners, they, along with those not participating, saw the instructions in a book, with a red star behind Mana and a blue star behind the team players. After enough time passed, the team stood on stage while Mana was below on the floor. It was time to start the minigame!

Play Got It? (Mario Party 3)

Start

The team started to run between the four hiding places: a mushroom house, a stump, a boulder and a bush. Mana watched as the curtains were drawn and then were opened back up as behind her were buttons with the hiding places on them.

"Hmm, I think I might know where someone is!" Mana stated as she moved to and pressed the mushroom house button. The mushroom house lowered to reveal Nao, adjusting the bow on her head. With her eyes on her bow, she didn't notice that she was caught until lights illuminated above her.

"Aw, come on!" Nao said as she ran off screen. The remaining hiding places lowered and showed that Yukari was behind the stump and Chiyu was behind the bush. The next round had only the remaining 3 hiding places left. Once the curtain closes and opens up again, Mana turns to look at the remaining 3 buttons left.

Mana looked at the buttons and finally picked the stump. The on-stage prop revealed… no one. Chiyu was behind the bush again and Yukari was behind the boulder. This meant that the only way that Mana would win was if both hid in the same place and she had to pick the correct spot.

As both Chiyu and Yukari found their hiding spots and the curtain closed for the final time in the minigame, Mana looked at the final two buttons and finally decided to press the bush button. Mana turned around and… Yukari with her hat off was behind it. Yukari, noticing Mana, quickly placed her hat back on and dashed off. This meant that Chiyu was hidden behind the boulder and won the minigame for the team!

Finish

Nao and Yukari ran back on screen on either side of the curtain, while Mana turned to the viewers. Chiyu started giving happy claps, Yukari spun in place and bowed and Nao pulled out a sudden tulip, while Mana below sadly looked down. Each team member gained 10 coins to be used for the board.

Turn 3/20 - Bowser Time Charge 40% (In Control: Akira, Nodoka, Reika, Alice)

Beginning the next turn, Akira rolls a 5 while Yukari a 3, adding up to an 8. Climbing up the mountain, with 5 spaces left, they had reached the summit and Master Koopa walked out.

"Young mistresses, welcome to the mountain top. I'll let you purchase the star for 20 coins." He said, confusing the team who expected it would only be 10 coins.

"OK? Sir, since when was the price 20 coins, wasn't it 10 beforehand?" Yukari asked and the Master Koopa pointed down to where Team DokiDoki were standing.

"Team DokiDoki used the Gong of Fate to change the price of the star. What used to be 10 coins is now 20 coins." He said and Team KiraKira looked at each other in understanding. Akira pays the 20 coins, earning the first star of the game. With the price risen to 30 coins, now it was time for Team KiraKira to head down the mountain.

"Uhm. Master Koopa, how are we supposed to head down the mountain?" Akira asked. Yukari turned to the right as she spotted a cloud coming to them. With widened eyes, she tapped Akira on the shoulder to get her attention. Akira looked and said "Ah."

The two got on the cloud, taking them down to the start of the board. After getting off the cloud, they walked over the remaining spaces, collecting a zap orb in the process, and landed on a blue space, meaning they had 1 star and 6 coins.

Team Healin' Good was next in the order. Rolling a 10, resulting in a 10 coin bonus, they hit the red space and saw a bunch of bamboo in front of them.

"Are we supposed to jump on them?" Chiyu asked and Pegitan had an immediate nervous look on his face.

"I think we are, Chiyu. Since I'm in control, they probably want me to go first." Nodoka replied. She took a deep breath and began to jump on three of the assembled pieces of bamboo. After making it across, Nodoka turned to her teammate.

"OK! I'm next!" Chiyu said, while Pegitan covered his eyes, and followed behind Nodoka. The moment she made it across, they continued on and finished by landing on a blue space and passed a free orb spot, obtaining a Mushroom Orb.

Team Smile was next and rolled a combined 3. Collecting another Cannon orb, they landed on a Duel Space.

"We're gonna see a duel minigame! No one knows what's at stake, unfortunately." Star said as Team Smile were returned to start.

Reika and Nao, realizing what this space is, got to discuss who they would face. Eventually a decision would be made.

"We will duel team Healin' Good." Reika stated and the members of the team and their fairies were brought over. Now, they had to decide who would participate for both teams. Reika and Chiyu both volunteered, making it a battle between blue cures!

Cardiators (MP8)

Popgun Pick-Off (MP3)

Asteroad Rage (MP6)

Rules: Take turns selecting cards that launch attacks on your rival. Reduce your rival's life meter to zero to win!

Advice: There's no way to know what a card will do until you've selected it. Good luck!

As the players heard the instructions, the viewers saw the instructions listed separately from the main screen, which had the two players in a colored oval matching turn color.

"This is a luck-based minigame everyone! So, who's luckier?" Star stated and the remaining Smile and Healin' Good cures both felt that their blue would be the winner.

After time had passed, both girls ran into a coliseum, Reika on the left and Chiyu on the right. A Shy Guy held flags: green in one hand and blue in the other. It was time to battle with cards!

Play It's on Now (Mario Party 8)

Start

3 cards were showcased in front of the players, each of their backs up. Both girls grabbed a card, leaving one to disappear. Reika had a 2 on her card, while Chiyu had a 3, meaning that she would go first as indicated with the Shy Guy holding the blue flag up.

Chiyu ran down and saw 7 cards to pick from. "Lets see here, I think I'll pick up this card." She thought and revealed a 9 over 3 Bullet Bills.

Reika, meanwhile, saw 3 Bullet Bill Cannons pointed at her. Gasping, she braced for impact as they fired, sending her flying each time she was hit. This left her with 11 HP, but she was OK.

"Jeez, that was brutal. Looks like this is playing like a turn-based RPG." Nodoka said and Rabirin stared at her shocked. "What? I've played them before."

"Either way, now it's our turn!" Nao replied as her teammate ran down to look over the remaining options. Making her choice, she picked up the 1st card and had a 5 with a Bob-omb on it.

As the Bob-omb fell out of the sky, Chiyu looked up and caught it. With widened eyes, she started to panic, trying to think of where she could get rid of it. Unfortunately, she held it for too long and it exploded, leaving her with 15 HP compared to Reika's 11.

Chiyu, after getting back to her feet, ran down to the remaining 5 cards, while Reika stood in wait. After a lot of thought, she picked up the card at her end: showing a platoon of penguins with the number 7 on top.

"Penguins? How could they-" Chiyu started to think before she looked to Pegitan and thought better of finishing her thought. Instead she and her fairy turned to see the penguin platoon stampeding over her opponent, putting Reika at 4 HP.

"Oh no, there is no way Reika can win now." Yayoi said in dismay.

"Not exactly." Star responded and everyone turned to him. "There's a couple of cards that still haven't been showcased, so Reika's still in this."

Meanwhile, Reika picked up a card that had a Chain Chomp with a 12 above it. Turning around, she watched as loud barking noises came from her side of the arena.

"C-chiyu, are you hearing those noises too-pe?" Pegitan asked, nervously.

"Yes. I think she might have summoned a dog?" Chiyu responded, confused. That confusion became horror as a giant, black dog-like creature bounced towards her.

"HOLY-" was all Chiyu could say as the Chain Chomp blasted her upwards with a scream. Upon hitting the ground, she had 3 HP remaining.

"What in the flip was that-nya?" Nyatoran asked after a brief moment of silence from the inhabitants in the room.

"That was a Chain Chomp. A creature not unlike a dog." Star replied.

"A dog?! Did you not see all those teeth?" Hinata inquired with wide eyes.

"Yes. It's still a dog though." The Birdo replied back and turned to the screen as Chiyu ran down to the remaining available cards.

The tomboy blue cure, with a penguin for a fairy, picked up a card and revealed a trio of Ukikis with a 6 above them. Chiyu turned to see the monkeys run up to Reika and bonked her on the noggin by jumping on it.

Reika, with no health left, had a dazed expression and she collapsed on her posterior. Stars floated over her head and swirls replaced her eyes. This meant that the Minigame had reached its conclusion and Chiyu had won the minigame.

Finish

Chiyu celebrated her achievement, while the camera zoomed in to her and spun 360 degrees around her and the Shy Guy continued to hold up the blue flag in his hand.

"Well, that didn't work the way Reika and I wanted," Nao said to herself as she turned to Nodoka and Rabirin, "you guys are about to get something from us, we just don't know what."

"What do you mean by that?" Nodoka replied as the characters were returned to the board.

Toadsworth conglaturated Team Healin' Good for winning the minigame and then asked Chiyu to stop the Wheel of Whimsy to determine their prize. Chiyu jumped and the roulette stopped on half coins, this would transfer 13 coins to the winning team.

Lastly, Team DokiDoki, rolled a combined 6. After collecting a Zap orb, the team landed on a Duel space. Returning to the start, they choose to duel Team KiraKira. As for representatives: Alice vs. Yukari.

Pound Peril (MP5)

T-Minus Five (MP6)

Warp Pipe Dreams (MP7)

Rules: Find the one switch of the twelve that will not inflict any harm. The other eleven are hidden surprises of pain and misery.

Advice: The switches reset after they're pressed, making it harder to remember which ones have or haven't been pressed.

"Hold on. Does that say 'pain and misery'?" Miyuki asked, gobsmacked.

"It does say that. Star, can we change the minigame? Something tells me this isn't going to be fun for anyone." Asumi stated but Star shook his head in disapproval.

"Oh come off it," Dairuizen said in response. "Me and the other villains are going to enjoy every moment of their suffering."

"OK, there are multiple things wrong with that statement. I won't go over it here, but, do you and the others even have a soft side?" Latte inquired and raised a metaphorical eyebrow.

Dairuizen turned to say something before realizing that, there was no soft side for him and neither did Shindoine or Guaiwaru. He turned back to the screen, not having any reply to the princess pup's questioning acquisition.

As for the duel, the two participants were in a room with 12 buttons. Having a 1/12 chance to win on the first try, it was time to, most likely, suffer more!

Play Serious Competition (Mario Party 5)

Start

Both girls ran to the button that was closest to them in proximity and ground pounded them. After they did however, Yukari was sprung up by her button, while Alice was electrocuted. Yukari landed back down and ran to another button close to the one she was on while Alice did the same.

When they pounded the buttons, Yukari was crushed by a 10 pound weight and the same was true for Alice. Both weights lifted up and both girls got up none the wiser to what just happened. With that, each one that the girls tried either dropped a poison leak, zapped them, sent them flying or crushed them. However, one of them did none of that. It instead shone a light on our victor… Yukari.

Finish

With Yukari being triumphant, the villains each were sad that the Minigame was over, but they enjoyed the misery given to the cures. Returning to board play, Team KiraKira had to stop a prize wheel. They received nothing, meaning that the minigame was meaningless.

With all teams rolled, it was time for the first 8-Player minigame!

Grin and Bar It (MP7)

Synch-row-nicity (MP7)

Spin Off (MP7)

Rules: Row in sync with your partner as you head for the goal.

Advice: If you match the timing of your rowing, the boat will move much faster.

Each team had their respective canoe in the room with them. With the instructions explained to them in their minds, it would be an epic rowing test.

"Interesting." Mana commented as she and Alice, and their respective fairy partners, looked over their yellow canoe. "Alice, have you ever gone canoeing before?"

"No. This is completely new to me." Alice replied as Lance decided to take a closer look at the vehicle. "We'll have to learn as we go to row."

The remaining three teams had similar responses upon looking at their canoes, either having never gone canoeing before or never needing to do it while battling the villains.

"This is the first 8-Player minigame? Rowing with each other in a canoe?" Bel said, skeptical.

"Don't be so skeptical. Teamwork makes the dreamwork, as many people would say!" Star replied and all of the cures agreed.

On screen, the teams sat down in their canoes, color coded by turn order, and held oars. With the distance between the start and the end behind them, they got in position to row.

Play Cool as a Cucumber (Mario Party 7)

Start

Oaring in sync with their teammate, the cures began to row as fast as they could to reach the finish. Team KiraKira were in first place at the 50 mark, with Team Healin' Good in 2nd, Team Smile in 3rd and Team DokiDoki was in last place.

"Mana! We're so far behind. Are you in sync with me?" Alice exclaimed, noticing that the other teams were outdoing them.

"I am! We just aren't doing it fast enough!" The pink lead shouted back and the two started to frantically row in sync with each other to catch up.

Upon the 25 mark being reached, Team Healin' Good were now in a battle for 1st place with Team KiraKira. Meanwhile, Team DokiDoki managed to outrow Team Smile, trying to pass the teams ahead of them and win the 10 coins.

"Nao, Reika, you've got this! Just row a little faster and you can win this!" Yayoi said, hoping that the green team could turn it around and win.

The remaining non-participating cures were, like Yayoi, cheering for the ones in the game and the fairies were in the same boat. The villains, not counting Regina and Bibury as it was clear where their loyalties laid, were a different story entirely.

For the Bad End Kingdom agents, it seemed that, aside from Joker, they were all cheering for Team Smile, for different reasons. Wolfrun was doing it because Nao and Reika were the only ones he knew very well, Akaoni had a bit of a soft spot for Nao and Majorina was willing to watch Reika do well.

The Selfish Kingdom was mixed. Mamo actually was rooting for Team KiraKira, as she was very interested in seeing the Doki's lose and just chose the next team on a whim. Team DokiDoki did actually have a rep in Ira (who totally wasn't cheering for Rikka's teammates, why would you think that?), while Bel was rooting for Team Healin' Good, wanting to learn a bit more about their powers.

As for The Servants of Noir, Diable was, by this point, begrudgingly watching the on-screen events, knowing that he's never going to be able to return to his master. "Might as well just watch what happens and then hope that we can head home. I have so much that I want to tell Noir, it's not even funny." He thought.

Erisio and Glavive were both rooting for Team Smile, because they weren't keen on seeing Team KiraKira win. Meanwhile for the Byo-gens:

"Let's go, Nodoka!" Shindoine thought, hoping her creator comes though. Gauiwaru and Dairuizen both were in the same boat as Diable, just focusing on the screen.

The end was in sight and both Teams Healin' Good and KiraKira were giving it their all as neither side were looking to give up. As the cheering from the non-players built to fever pitch, one canoe reached the finish line and its color… was red!

Finish

Both Akira and Yukari lifted up their oars in celebration at winning the Minigame, claiming 10 coins for themselves in the process. The other 3 teams stayed at their current coin counts.

Turn 4/20 - Bowser Time Charge 60% (In Control: Yukari, Chiyu, Nao, Mana)

Team KiraKira decided to use their mushroom orb, as they wanted to reach the top of the mountain. While Akira rolled a combined 9, Yukari rolled a combined 7, adding up to 16 spaces. Going down the spaces, they first entered the orb shop, where on sale were a zap orb, a Super Mushroom orb and a mushroom orb.

"Hmm, what to buy? Yukari, do you have a preference in what we get?" Akira asked.

"Not really," the purple girl replied, "just as long as we can actually afford it."

"If that is the case, we should probably get the Super Mushroom Orb, to make reaching the top easier."

"Yeah, that sounds like a good idea!" Yukari said and spent 10 coins to purchase it. The girls continued on, collecting a cannon orb as they did, and landed on the DK space.

Both girls were sent back to start where Donkey Kong was, while Star and the Smile characters explained how the space operated. This minigame would be a 2x Multiplayer Donkey Kong Minigame and the players representing the teams were: Akira, Nodoka, Reika and Mana, meaning the lagomorph pink fairies would interact with one another!

Stump Change (MP7)

Banana Punch (MP5)

Tally Me Banana (MP6)

Rules: Break the barrels and collect as many bananas as you can.

Advice: Scoring: Small Bananas: 1 Point. Large Bananas: 5 Points.

Welp, here it is, the minigame where the cures participating are allowed to transform. Of course, only to destroy barrels but it still counts!

Meanwhile, the non-participants were taken to the secret room and Nao had to explain what was going on.

"OK, so what will happen is a banana collecting minigame. After it ends, the collected bananas will be converted to coins." Nao said and Pegitan had a question.

"Hold on-pe. Was there a multiplier at the start when you landed on the space, Yukari-pe?" was the question.

"Yes, yes there was. Nao, was that supposed to happen?" Yukari asked and Nao shook her head affirmatively.

"The multiplier will determine how many coins will be given back to us, since it was x2, we will get double the money!" Nao replied and the others assumed what times 1 and 3 would've meant.

Eventually, the cures were in a jungle area with a set of barrels in a 'DK' arrangement. All of the participants were in cure form, so Chocolat, Grace, Beauty and Heart. Donkey Kong was on stage and the competition began NOW!

Play DK Chance (Mario Party 5)

Start

All 4 players ran in and started punching the barrels, collecting any bananas, size notwithstanding, while DK swung back and forth from a vine. As the 10 second timer whittled down, the non-participants watched as the barrels were destroyed. At the cessation of time, all of the bananas were collected and all the barrels were destroyed.

Chocolat had collected 12 bananas, collecting 24 coins in the process. In comparison, Cures Grace, Beauty and Heart had collected 10, 14 and 9 bananas respectively, converting to 20, 28 and 18 coins respectively.

Finish

As the celebrations occurred, the members of Team Healin' Good, and the rest were returned back to the board. Rolling normally saw Nodoka roll a 4 while Chiyu rolled a 1, earning a 5 overall.

"Wait a minute, how are we supposed to get up there?" Chiyu asked, but Nodoka swiftly pointed to the wooden stick jutting out of the side of the wall. "Oh."

Chiyu got into position and jumped to grasp on the branch, spun around it, and managed to launch herself to the otherside safely. Nodoka followed suit and, after the two of them had to skip the item shop because they were full of items, they landed on the Koopa Kid space, turning their indicator green.

"Gwa ha ha! It's me! Koopa Kid! Happy to see me?" Koopa Kid announced and both Healin' Good cures turned to each other in confusion.

"Who are you?" Chiyu asked, causing Koopa Kid to look shocked before realizing something.

"Ohhhh! You guys are new! Well, uh, this is completely awkward. I'm not going to give you my life's story, just know that I'm a minion for Bowser. Speaking of which, I'm going to shuffle everyone's orbs!" Koopa Kid said.

Suddenly, the orbs held by all four teams were removed from their inventories and brought to the center of the screen, they shuffled and warped before passing off to each participating team.

"There we go! Man, Bowser is going to be so proud of me!" Koopa Kid said before he left.

Rabirin and Pegitan emerged from their hiding spots and turned to the girls with frantic expressions on their faces.

"Pegitan, what's wrong?" Chiyu asked and the penguin fairy said: "Check your orbs-pe."

The girls did and they discovered a Cannon Orb, a Super Mushroom orb and a Zap orb. Nodoka noticed that the character orb they had was gone.

In fact, all 4 teams were affected and the viewers to the chaos saw what color of orbs they had, but not what they were.

"Well, that just happened. Luckily, we can guess who has what based on the orbs' colors." Miyuki said and then the non-participants started trying to guess on the orbs.

Team Smile's turn was next and before they rolled, they check their orbs and discovered the following: a Cannon orb and what use to be Nodoka's flower orb, now it was a triple leaf orb, which allows for its users to use a Super Mushroom orb for the next 3 turns, with the caveat being that no other orb could be used while active. Choosing to roll normally, it would result in a combined 7. This would lead to them passing by Team DokiDoki and finishing their turn on a blue space, netting 3 more coins for themselves.

Lastly, Team DokiDoki rolled normally, choosing not to check their orbs in the process. Rolling a combined 9, this allowed them to buy a Mushroom Orb for 5 coins, adding to their ownership of a Super Mushroom and Zap orbs and land on a blue space, ending with 33 coins on the turn.

Team Healin' Good's indicator was blue after it randomized, starting a 4-Player Minigame!

Aces High (MP3)

Booksquirm (MP4)

Goomba Village (MP9)

Gyro for the Gold (MPIT)

Rules: Guide yourself through the obstacle course as quickly as possible.

The participating cures were summoned to the minigame prep room, but noticed that their feet weren't touching the ground. Upon looking down, Yukari, Nao and Mana, on their red, green and yellow ball respectively, realized that this was going to be something similar to 'Balance Ball Brawl from the previous set of unlocked minigames. As for Chiyu, well:

"This is so awkward, how exactly am I supposed to traverse like this?" The blue girl thought as she moved her feet, the ball moving as she did. Pegitan and Charle both watched from afar as their respective cure moved around on the ball and then they looked at each other, the lagomorph finding joy and the avian concerned.

As for their teammates, Rabirin stared at the image used for the minigame with confusion clear on her complexion.

"Um, how exactly are they supposed to move the ball-rabi?" She asked.

"By their momentum. As they move, the ball moves with the speed increasing the faster they go." Nodoka replied, completely serious.

As Rabirin tried to understand what her partner explained, the screen showcased a castle with four flags. The camera then moved to the start of the course where the participants stood. It was time to roll!

Play Gyro for the Gold song (Mario Party Island Tour)

Start

Moving straight forward, the players rolled to the first ramp, which rocketed them into the first obstacle: mushrooms that changed position every beat. Nao and Mana tried to move straight forward, but they bounced off a mushroom and were pushed back. Meanwhile, Yukari and Chiyu were rolling around all of the alternating mushrooms, in a mad dash to the next transition ramp.

Chiyu was the first to touch the ramp, with Yukari in hot pursuit and Nao and Mana behind them, and reached part 2. This part had falling blocks blocking off certain pathways. The track in the background became more muted as well. Yukari managed to overtake Chiyu for first when she reached the ramp.

There was only one obstacle in the way between Yukari and 1st place in the minigame: 2 platforms that swap locations every so often, with the threat of falling if she mistimes it. Unfortunately, she has no time to rest because Chiyu, Mana and Nao are following closely behind her.

Quickly, all 4 rolled over to get to the finish, causing yelps and other noises to come from the players. It seemed like Nao would finish first, but she ended up rolling off the platforms, falling in the pit. This resulted in Yukari taking advantage, and locking herself in the first spot with the red flag heading up to the top spot.

"OK, now how am I supposed to see where everyone else is?" Yukari wondered as a pair of binoculars fell and bounced off her head. "Oh, now I get it."

As Yukari looked through the binoculars, she saw a second ball colored yellow flying through the air landing next to her. This meant that Mana finished 2nd and would earn her team 3 coins, Yukari would receive 10 for winning and now both girls watched the battle for 3rd between Nao and Chiyu.

Falling back to the start of the portion she fell off, Nao saw Chiyu just get on the in-between portion and waited to get onto the first platform herself. Unfortunately, by the time she had, it was too late and Chiyu received 3rd place with the 2 coins that came with it. Leaving her with nothing.

Finish

On screen, the game showcased an all blue location with the minigame name above in yellow. With a rainbow indicator of a new record set by Yukari, that being 50:42, the players were awarded the cash they were owed.

As for placement reactions: Yukari twirled before ending with a curtsy, Mana gave a heart symbol with her hands, Chiyu rubbed the back of her head with a confused look and finally Nao collapsed flat on her back and started angrily stomping the ground with her feet.

Turn 5/20 - Bowser Time Charge 80% (In Control: Akira, Nodoka, Reika, Alice)

With only one turn left prior to the first Bowser Time event, getting to the top and earning a star was what all of the teams focused on! Team KiraKira was first to roll, earning a combined 6 as they did. Bypassing the shop, they would land on a blue space and earn 3 coins.

Before Team Healin' Good rolled, Nodoka pulled out the zap orb and threw it over the team behind them's noggins, adding the emblem to the field as a trap and earning 3 coins for doing it. Rolling a 9 afterwards, they would land on a blue space in front of a ladder.

"OK, should we use the Cannon orb or just roll with our standard dice blocks?" Nao asked her blue as play moved to Team Smile.

"I think we should move with our standard dice block for now." Reika replied and so it was. Rolling a combined 8, after choosing not to purchase from the orb shop, they went through the trap. Unfortunately for poor Reika, this meant that she would lose coins every time she moved on a space.

Nodoka and Chiyu turned upon hearing the pained noises coming from Reika. "Did you just run into our trap?" Chiyu asked and Reika, with electricity moving through her body, glared at them.

"Yes, yes we did." Nao said. "Do you realize what this means? It means that we lose 3 coins for every space we move!"

"Now if, ow, you excuse us, ow, we got to reach our, ow, destination." Reika said while still in pain.

That destination? A happening space in front of another Gong of Fate. The electricity stopped, but they had lost a couple of coins in the process. Master Koopa informed the team how it worked and had Reika hit the gong. She did and the price was now 10 coins. Master awarded them with 7 coins.

Lastly was Team DokiDoki who decided to use the Super Mushroom Orb to guarantee a Star. Rolling a 9 and a 11 respectively, that adds up to a 20. Making it to the top, they would buy the Star and earn a jump to 2nd. As the price moves to 20 coins, they land on a blue space after the first happening, then , because they got 2 Zap orbs, they have to drop one.

Team Smile's indicator went red, starting a 1 vs 3!

Bob-ombs Away (MP8)

Ruins Rumble (MP9)

Cash Flow (MP6)

Rules: The solo player must try to smash into the other players including Dry Bones by chasing them around the course. The solo player wins by taking down all of the other players.

Reika saw the machine that she would use in the minigame. The spikes were the first thing that she noticed, then she noticed that the machine hovered over the air. "Interesting, so is this what Aguri felt like when she first saw her spiked inner tube. Now, I need to focus on taking out my opponents and- wait a minute, Dry Bones?" she thought.

Meanwhile, the team saw 3 Dry Bones in the same room as them. Both stared at each other, waiting for one side to make the first move and break the silence. Eventually, one did, but it wasn't who you think it was.

"Hi-rabi!" Rabirin stated causing everyone, Lance included, to move their eyes to the lagomorph fairy.

"AHH! PLEASE DON'T HURT US!" One of the Dry Bones screamed in reply.

"D-don't worry. We aren't going to do that!" Nodoka replied after the oddness of a skeletal Koopa Troopa speaking Japanese.

"Ignore him. Darnel here is extremely fearful and paranoid. I'm Davina and that's David." The now named Davina said, causing Darnel to glare at her.

"DAVINA, don't give them our names! For all we know, they could be trying to injure us!" the fearful male said.

"We aren't!" Alice replied, causing Darnel to collapse and break to pieces. The cures and Rabirin and Lance stared in shock.

"Do we?" Akria began to ask only for David to simply point to Darnel and count down from 3 in his fingers and see the Dry Bones revert back to normal.

"Is that normal for your species- de ransu?" Lance stated and Davina shook her head yes.

"OK, well we have to prepare for the minigame. Are you ready to help out?" Alice inquired.

David confidently shook his head being mute and thus not saying anything.

"Oh, I'm always ready for anything!" Davina replied next and turned to Darnel, who slowly lifted his hands in a shaky thumbs up.

The 4 in the secret room and the non-participants saw the rules screen which, after some time, revealed an arena with blocks and gateways placed around. Reika sat in the spiked machine and across from her stood the 3 Dry Bones and the PreCures from the rival teams.

It was time to get the game started!

Play Watch Out! (Mario Party 9)

Start

The team and their Dry Bones partners quickly scattered as Reika moved in to try and take them out. Reika managed to get her 1st elimination when she managed to catch David out and hit him, sending him flying off and crashing onto the right side breaking into pieces in the process.

"Oh, it looks like the Dry Bones do count. Good to know." She thought sarcastically, as she bulldozed through a path and took out Nodoka.

As the Healin' Good pink cure landed on the left side in the middle dazed, Chiyu cringed and then looked at the timer, 11 seconds had passed which meant that 19 seconds were left on the clock.

"Come on, you 4. Win this for Nodoka!" Chiyu cried while crossing her fingers for good luck.

As Reika moved the spiked vehicle, Darnel ran by above her, not being targeted because the blue cure was focused on Alice and Akira, who were running in tandem downwards. The two planned to split up at the bottom of the area, but Reika managed to undercut them by eliminating them both. While Alice landed on the left side, Akira would end up on the right.

With only the Dry Bones remaining in the minigame and 12 seconds left on the timer, Reika quickly gave chase to the closest one: Davina. However, the lone female, as denoted by her eyelashes, was putting her in a wild goose chase to make it harder on her.

"Oh, I see what she's doing," Miyuki said among the viewers, "she's intentionally wasting Reika's time to obtain a victory for the trio."

"Well, it's working-peko. I just wish that Akira and Alice weren't sacrificed for this result to occur-peko." Pekorin said, looking somewhat miffed.

"'Hey, if it works, don't fix it!" Dairuizen responded with a cocky smirk and most of the villains nodded in agreement.

The 12 seconds on the clock evaporated faster than optimism as a poor sports franchise fan and both Darnel and Davina were still alive, meaning the team had won!

Finish

As each victorious team earned 10 coins, everyone knew that Bowser looms large next turn.

GAME: Mario Party 7

BOARD: Pagoda Peak

TURN COUNT: 6/20

MINIGAMES PLAYED: Absent Minded (Reika), Hide and Sneak (Yukari, Chiyu, Nao), Cardiators (Chiyu), Pound Peril (Yukari), Sync-row-nicity (Team KiraKira), Gyro for the Gold (Yukari), Ruins Rumble (Akira, Nodoka, Alice)

PLACEMENTS: 1st Team KiraKira (1 star, 53 coins), 2nd Team DokiDoki (1 star, 29 coins), 3rd Team Healin' Good (81 coins), 4th Team Smile (29 coins)

15 turns left until completion for our first 8-Player Mario Party board!

Time for the second omake!(OMAKE: Dream Figure Skating Fairies):

"Well, this is a predicament that we have found ourselves in-pe." Pegitan said as he, Nyatoran, Latte and Rabirin looked at the standings from the prior figure skating runs. First place was currently being held by Team Pekorin, which was the team of Pekorin, Chourou, Ciel and Rio, setting a points total of 343.9, second was currently Team Dabi, which consisted of Dabi, Lance, Rachel and Charle, with a score of 341.7. Lastly was third place, held by Team Candy, consisting of Candy, Pop, Yayoi and Akane, with a score of 330.5.

"Yeah, we are going to have to put on a show and get a good enough score if we want to win. We all have our ice skates on," Latte said and she wasn't kidding. All four of them were wearing ice skates on their feet, Latte in particular was wearing two pairs for her paws. "You guys ready?"

"Yes-nya!" Nyatoran eagerly said.

"As ready as we can be with all the practice that we have gotten-rabi." Rabirin responded next. Before all three turned to Pegitan who nervously nodded.

All four fairies walked out onto the ice as the announcer's voice rang out in the area. "Team Nyatoran!" The tiger cat bowed at the announcement of the team's name.

All four fairies stood in a circle as a star floated to the center of their arrangement. Clockwise in a circle, Nyatoran, the team captain was standing across from Pegitan, on the right stood Rabirin and on the left stood Latte. With the star in between all of the fairies, Nyatoran was about to grab the star, when it floated away. All four struck poses and knew that their performance had begun!

Play Ground Theme (Super Mario Bros.) (Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games)

Start

Skating in the direction of the star, with Nyatoran in the front and Latte in the back, their paths split into four as they reached the first step portions. At the first two, the fairies each did a motion unique to them. Respectively, Nyatoran did a mini spin, Rabirin puffed out her chest, Pegitan turned halfway in a dive and Latte's paws briefly left the ground. The same was true for the third one as well.

Then they came up to one where they each had to pass through it one after another, which they made it past, to much audience fanfare. Then, it came time for their first jump over some Goombas. They all jumped over it, letting out a grunt as they left the ground and then they stuck the landing. After turning to the crowd in the next step and praising them, the star led them to the first spin portion.

They all spun in place, eventually getting to the form and pose necessary to perfect it. Afterwards, Nyatoran, Rabirin and Pegitan each raised their left paws, while Latte raised her front paws to hold a position on a spiral. All of them managed to make it through it without losing their balance.

Afterwards, a series of steps were next: the first as a group and the second in sets of two. The group managed to get by this part without failure and reached the star. Now they were a third of the way there!

Play Bowser's Castle (Castle Theme (Super Mario Bros.)) (Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games)

The sets were rearranged and now the backgrounds resembled a typical Bowser's Castle: with rotating firebars, Thwomps waiting to crush anyone under them and, Bowser's stone resemblance making it clear. However, the Healin' Good fairies knew that this was part of the performance and took their position as the lights turned on.

The first two parts that were required were steps. The 4 managed to time them perfectly and reached the first jump portion over a fire bar. Without missing a beat, they all perfectly timed their jump and landed on the other side. Continuing on, they came across steps underneath a couple Thwomps. With a little hesitation from Pegitan, the group managed to perfectly time the steps and avoid getting crushed by the Mario enemies up above.

Making it past two more step portions, the fairies were met with a tandem jump over 4 fallen Thwomps. Their timing was impeccable as they reached the final part of this section: two spinning firebars to jump over! Once again, they managed to perfect the jump and now all four were eager at finishing the final stretch, as the star shined brightly.

Play Peach's Castle (Ending Theme (Super Mario World)) (Mario and Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games)

All four fairies stood in front of Peach's Castle and knew that it was now or never! The four split into two groups with Nyatoran and Rabirin heading in one direction and Pegitan and Latte in the other.

The tiger-cat and rabbit perfectly timed two straight steps and the penguin and puppy managed to do the same. Then, the performance called for spirals. Not a problem as both groups managed to hold their balance down the line. Then, it was time for a charged jump!

Traveling across the line leading to the first jump, they managed to perfectly execute the first jump and were rewarded with a second, which they all succeeded with. It finally came down to a final spin portion which they all performed perfectly and then striking a pose: requiring the boys to have their hands up, Rabirin down and Latte to sit doggy style.

It was perfect.

Finish

All four waited for the announcement to see how they finished. "That's what figure-skating is all about! Now let's tally up the scores! With a score of 453.2, Team Nyatoran claims 1st place!"

With this announcement, the fairies were all very excited about their victory. "We did what we set out to do: put on a show and get a good score!" Latte said, proving her earlier statement right.

"Well, now we have to be there for the award ceremony-rabi. Let's get our medals-rabi!" Rabirin responded to the puppy princess, just as happy.

Later, all four were on a podium on the ice. Each fairy wore their first place medals happily. Although they had only completed the Mario World performance, they were OK with what they had done!

See you for turns 6-10!
