Many thanks to those who read and reviewed this fic. I am really happy and this inspired me to bring in the next chapter, and here the current story arc is ongoing and this is where the plot takes an unexpected turn…especially as a certain Phantom is getting incensed…as far as Midoriya is concerned…
Well then, read on and enjoy!
The scene shows that nearby, the two Phantoms, Phoenix and Medusa, who are currently in their human guises, are watching the scene where the Ghouls are surrounding the target and there Phoenix is baffled as to why the Fairy Phantom is directing the ghouls in attacking the target when she should have go for the direct approach so that she could finish this in no time instead of stalling and fooling around.
Medusa was observing the scene and believe that Fairy Phantom knows what she is doing and assured to Phantom that things are going accordingly, and urged Phoenix to be patient and not jump to unjust conclusions, which the latter just whined unenthusiastically at seeing the SLOW PROCESS.
"At ease, Phoenix."
"Hmph."
"Fairy knows what she's doing."
"Oh, really…?"
"Yes."
"Fine."
"Good."
"Whatever."
However, Phoenix saw something and upon getting a clear view, he stared wide-eyed as he saw Midoriya ran ahead as he rushed towards the scene, where he saw Ghouls are surrounding a primary school student, which is a boy that is described as dark marks around his brown eyes and messy, blond hair. He also has sharp, pointed teeth.
The boy in question is identified as Tamashiro, and he is terrified as he is being surrounded by Ghouls who are brandishing their weapons and are closing in on the screaming, terrified boy as he is cornered and couldn't find room to evade them.
"WWWWWAAAAHHH! MONSTERS! HELP! HELP!"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
"Rrrrrrrr…"
Midoriya arrived as he summoned the Wi-Sword-Gun and opened fire, shooting the Ghouls down and sending them careening back, and there Makoto and Mineta arrived where Midoriya told the two to take Tamashiro and get him away from here, which the two nodded and they grabbed the little boy before making a run, but then the Fairy Phantom showed up and told Makoto and Mineta that she will be taking the child.
"Hold it right there."
"A Phantom!"
"Yikes! A Phantom!"
"Be good and hand over that brat."
"No we won't!"
"Get lost, you ugly!"
"Then perish…and I will take the brat."
"Damn it…"
"Oh man…"
Suddenly Midoriya showed up and initiated his transformation into Kamen Rider Wizard and began shooting at the Fairy Phantom as he told Mineta and Makoto to take the boy and run, stating that he already took care of the ghouls, and the two nodded in acknowledgement and they grabbed the little boy and ran off.
Phoenix was pissed seeing that Wizard is interfering again and now he is mulling about facing him but Medusa told him that unless Wiseman permits it, he will not engage the Wizard in battle, much to his chagrin as he tells her that Wizard is interfering again and would ruin everything yet Medusa said that Fairy Phantom would deal with him, and the target is easy to find.
"At ease, Phoenix."
"But…"
"Let Fairy deal with the wizard."
"Seriously…? But…"
"Stay put."
"But…"
"I mean it. Fairy can handle this."
"Damn."
Phoenix wasn't thoroughly convinced and said that maybe they should have brought more Phantoms to keep Wizard busy yet Medusa insists that everything would be fine, but then they saw Wizard defeated and destroyed Fairy Phantom, and though Medusa was displeased, she remained calm and collected as she believe that all is not at lost.
But Phoenix is pissed as hell and told Medusa that he can't stand this and that someone as to put Wizard out of the way, but Medusa glared and reminded him that only Wiseman has the final say about this, and told Phoenix that right now all he can do at this time is to observe only and nothing more, and as the two Phantoms glared, Phoenix made his statement.
"Fine then."
"What?"
"I'll go and talk to him myself."
"Are you serious?"
"Got a problem?"
"Do not be rash!"
"That's my problem."
"Phoenix!"

Ch. 42: Doragon no appugurēdo part 5
Hero Public Safety Commission Headquarters.
The scene shows that Madame Chairman is discussing something with the executive committee members while the head of the National Security Bureau Section Zero branch of the Musutafu Metropolitan Police Department, who was invited, listens on as Madame Chairman explained that Midoriya is not a threat and he is a valuable ally in dealing with the Phantom threats, and while some of the executive members seem to agree with Madame Chairman, others remained skeptical and asked what if Midoriya is just pretending to be an ally and is actually in league with the Phantoms, which triggered an argument between the executive members.
"I say that this Midoriya is a threat! He must be taken down as soon as possible!"
"Yeah!"
"That's right!"
"I agree!"
"You idiots! That boy saved our city! He even saved people and put his life on the line! And now you're saying that he is a menace? You lot are stupid!"
"Yeah! Stupid!"
"Morons!"
"Dumbasses!"
The head of the National Security Bureau Section Zero, Kizaki, adjusted his eyeglasses as the executive committee members of the Hero Public Safety Commission argued as their opinions are divided over Midoriya, as one side favor Midoriya while the other deem him a threat to the superhuman society, but then one member of the Hero Public Safety Commission came, and said that he receive a report of a disturbance that is happening at the entry border of Musutafu.
He then turned on the monitor and adjusted the frequency where the live feed connected and there the live footage of the incident is shown, where Haimawari is confronting the Gnome Phantom, and there everyone was staring at the monitor where the battle is about to unfold, which Kizaki watches on as he has a feeling that something alarming is about to take place, and there Kizaki's assistant whispered and asked if Kizaki suspect that Haimawari is a wizard, which the latter adjusted his eyeglasses and said it would depend on what would happen next.
"Lets wait and see. The next chain of events will determine that."
"Okay."
"In the event that this other person turns out to be a wizard…we'll determine what steps we should take."
"Okay."
"Just be ready for anything."
"Okay."
"Then we should observe first before anything else."
"Okay."

At the entry border of Musutafu, Haimawari stalled the Gnome Phantom which allowed the would-be victim to escape safely and the Phantom is not pleased and berated Haimawari for interfering, but Haimawari told the Phantom that he is about to become his next MAIN DISH and that he is about to be CONSUMED, much to the Phantom's confusion.
"Okay, Mr. Phantom…prepare to be on the menu…"
"You damn punk! You're going to regret this!"
"I won't…but you are!"
"What makes you think you can beat me? And you say you're GOING TO EAT ME? Don't make me laugh!"
"I'm not kidding…I'm going to CONSUME you!"
"Like how? I never heard of humans becoming cannibals and stuff!"
"You'll soon find out!"
"Huh?"
As the Phantom is baffled at what he is told, Haimawari took advantage of the Phantom's confusion as he began to waved his arms and hands in a circular motion before his left hand, in a closed fist gesture, makes contact on the left side of the belt, which is the Beast-Driver, in which his ring, having an emblem of a lion, entering the Beast-Driver's left slot and turned it in a key ignition-like twist, which the belt's "doors" opened and a voice spoke to confirm the Beast-Driver's "magical transformation", which is now initialized.
Beast-Driver: "SET...OPEN! L-I-O-N...LION!"
A pentagram-shaped magical circle appeared after the Beast-Driver's "doors" opened and slowly went forward, knocking the Gnome Phantom back before it stopped and went towards the Haimawari, enveloping him and now the young man is enveloped in black armor, while his outer armor is gold with designs and crest of a lion, especially his helmet, and he is now transformed into Kamen Rider Beast.
The Gnome Phantom was taken by surprise as he did not expect that there is another wizard and there he decided to face his opponent so that there won't be someone else to interfere and began to charge towards Beast and engaged in a fistfight, and there both combatants appeared to be evenly matched until the Phantom began to get the upper hand and started to overpower Beast.
"Hah! Take this!"
"Oooof!"
"And that!"
"Oooof!"
"Not so tough now…aren't you…?"
"Oooof!"
"Now you're going to pay for ruining my work!"
"Oooof!"
Seeing that he is in a slight disadvantage, Beast was forced to back away to get some space and brought out the Buffa Ring and puts it on his right middle finger before pushing his right fist onto the right side of the Beast-Driver where the next magical activation is confirmed.
Beast-Driver: "BUFFA…GO! BU-BU-BU-BUFFA!"
A magical pentagram appeared and enveloped Beast where he sports a metallic right shoulder pad which has the motif of a buffalo's head along with a right-armed mantle, and there he began to charge towards the Gnome Phantom and began punching him away and started to regain the upper hand, sending the Phantom careening backwards after receiving several blows.
"Oooof!"
"So who's the tough guy now?"
"What the…?"
"My turn…take this!"
"Uuuhhnnf! This can't be…!"
"Looks like the table has turn!"
"Damn you!"
"Now time to put you in my MAIN DISH!"
Seeing that this is an ideal chance, Beast brought out the Dice Saber and spins the dice roulette on the hilt of the saber, and as it spins fast, Beast punched his right fist onto the slot on the Dice Saber where the Buffa Ring connected and there the Dice Saber spoke to make its announcement.
Dice Saber: "SIX! BUFFA SABER STRIKE!"
A magical pentagram appeared and there six large projections appeared, all resembling large herd of red buffalos and ran towards the Phantom, goring the Phantom with such brute force and he exploded and was defeated, and there the DOORS of the Beast-Driver opened and began absorbing the LIFE FORCE of the Phantom and Beast sighed in relief before undoing his transformation.
Haimawari looked around and is relieved to see that there was no damage here and decided to leave, seeing that the danger and threat has been neutralized and wondered how Midoriya is doing.
"Hope Midoriya's doing okay…"

Back at the Hero Public Safety Commission, the executive committee members are engaged in a loud word war, as one side, the executive committee, expressed apprehension that there is another wizard and feared that there may be more and if this happens they might cause trouble and disrupt the peace of the superhuman society, and implored Madame Chairman to send pro heroes to capture Haimawari, believing that he possess a CANNIBALISM Quirk after seeing how he CONSUMED the Phantom.
But the other side, the minority members, berated the other for being ungrateful, as they pointed out that Haimawari defeated the Phantom and saved the pregnant victim, but the executive committee members insisted that Haimawari is a threat and he must be taken down immediately, but the minority members defended Haimawari as they pointed out that he committed a good deed.
"I say we give the order! Shoot to kill that other wizard!"
"Yeah! He must be killed immediately!"
"As in right away!"
"I agree! And the rest of you?"
"You idiots! He's on the side of good! And yet you want him dead?"
"Yeah! You brainless maggots!"
"Stupid!"
"Dumbasses!"
Madame Chairman sighed while Mera looks on and whispered to her, asking what would they do now as opinion is divided and that some are already apprehensive about the fact that there are now two wizards here, but she tells him that there's nothing to brood over, as she stood up and called the executive committee members' attention, and told them to calm down and stop panicking
There she told them that they have nothing to fear, as she revealed that she personally spoke to Midoriya and sees that he is not a threat, pointing out that if he is, he would have killed her or took her hostage, then pointed out that Haimawari risked his life saving the victim and defeated the Phantom, hence there is no cause for alarm, as both Midoriya and Haimawari proved themselves to be beneficial to society in general, and said that in the event that Midoriya and Haimawari goes rogue, she will personally see to it that they will be stopped, which somewhat appeased the executive committee members and nodded in acknowledgement.
"Yes, Madame."
"Yes, Madame."
"Yes, Madame."
"Yes, Madame."
"Yes, Madame."

"Yes, Madame."

At a park, Midoriya, Makoto and Mineta are keeping an eye out for Tamashiro, anticipating that other Phantoms might target the little boy and so far everything appeared to be peaceful, which Midoriya became concerned as he did not expect that the Phantoms are targeting a child, and this made him feel worried as he doesn't want Tamashiro to experience what Midoriya went through.
Mineta looked around to see in case someone might have ill-intention towards the child, and Makoto is wondering if placing the child in police custody is an option, yet Midoriya said that it would do no good as the police won't be able to fight against the Phantoms, which Makoto sighed as she couldn't just leave the little boy alone.
"Eh? If we can't leave this child to the police…"
"The police force would end up getting massacred."
"Then what are we…?"
"I'm thinking…"
"…"
"Just give me a moment…"
"Midoriya…"
"…"
Midoriya thought carefully about what to do, but then Tamshiro's parents came as it turns out that they were on an outing with their child but lost him when Tamashiro wandered off before being chased by the ghouls, and there they assume Midoriya to be the kidnapper and threatened to have him arrested, which Midoriya tried to explain but the parents were unwilling to listen.
"You! So you're the one!"
"You took our child!"
"Eh? Wait…! You got…"
"Damn you! You intend to have our child getting harvested for his body organs!"
"We're calling the cops!"
"You got the wrong idea!"
"Help! Somebody help!"
"Police! Police!"
"Geez…"
Sighing, Makoto stepped forward and showed her badge and identified herself as a police detective and revealed to the parents of what really happened, and after a few minutes the parents were baffled at the fact that MONSTERS were after their child and that Midoriya was the one who actually saved Tamashiro.
"Huh? Monsters?"
"For real?"
"Yes. And this young lad here saved him."
"But…but…"
"Are you sure you're telling the truth?"
"It's the truth."
"You better not be covering for him…"
"That's right."
"Its not a lie…"

At a secret hideout, which turns out to be a cave, Wiseman, seen only behind a silhouetted curtain, is slightly startled when Phoenix and Medusa, in their human guises, arrived and there she reported to Wiseman about what happened, which Wiseman said that it is okay and told her to send another Phantom to do the job, which she nodded in obedience, saying that she will do as directed.
"Then the plan goes unchanged. Continue what you're doing."
"Yes, Wiseman."
"Do not be daunted. Just keep up the good work."
"Yes, Wiseman."
"The Sabbath will push through, so don't let up."
"Yes, Wiseman."
"Then go now."
"Yes, Wiseman."
However, Phoenix stepped forward and told Wiseman that the results would be the same as before, pointing out that as long as Wizard interfere they cannot hold the Sabbath and requested that he go and take down the wizard, which Medusa urged Phoenix to show courtesy towards Wiseman, but he said that things would be the same if there is no one else who could put the wizard out of the way.
"Phoenix!"
"What?"
"Mind your manners! Do you realize what…"
"I'm just stating the facts!"
"But…"
"We can't waste time. That magical clown would always show up and ruin our plans!"
"Stand down, Phoenix!"
"Like I would…!"
Wiseman chuckled a bit and asked if Phoenix is getting bored of being an observer and is just wanting to cause needless mayhem, which Phoenix sighed, but then Wiseman said that he wouldn't mind if Phoenix go into action which made Phoenix feel excited, much to Medusa's surprise.
"So you wish to get into action, eh? Very well. I won't mind."
"Huh? As in…?"
"Yes. You may go and cause a little action."
"Really? Are you sure?"
"Yes. I'm giving you permission."
"Yeah! Finally!"
"Now then…listen carefully…"
"I'm listening…"

And Phoenix is getting ready for another showdown with Midoriya after getting permission from Wiseman. How would this be carried out…?
