Summer stood alone in the futuristic city, marveling at the hyperpace surroundings. Suddenly, he was captured by a strange creature named Eleroo, a male elephant-kangaroo hybrid. Eleroo hopped out of a nearby laboratory, and Summer found himself in an experimental room with the creature.
"Wait! I'm a friend," Eleroo said, trying to reassure Summer.
But Summer was taken aback by Eleroo's appearance. "Your skin is purple, your pouch is striped, and your hair tuft is orange!" he exclaimed.
As Summer pushed a button in the room, gas began to fill the space, causing him to panic. "NO!" he yelled, as a female robotic voice urged him to wait.
Before he knew it, Summer's body began to change, morphing into a chimera with DNA combined from various animals like a polar bear, ladybug, black cat, and more. Eleroo could only watch in shock as Summer's appearance shifted drastically.
"Good gracious!" Eleroo exclaimed as Summer cried out for help, his body contorting into a monstrous form.
As the transformation completed, Summer collapsed, overwhelmed by his new appearance. "I'm a monster!" he cried, tears streaming down his face.
Eleroo tried to comfort him, embracing him and assuring him that he was still his son. "You're not a monster, you're my son," Eleroo said softly.
Just then, two more individuals entered the laboratory - Autumn and Winter, who had also been affected by a spilled potion. Autumn transformed into a female swan-badger hybrid, while Winter became a female cobra-bat-elk hybrid.
Summer, Autumn, and Winter all reacted in horror at their new forms, feeling like monsters. But Eleroo reassured them that they were now part of a new family.
As a potion spilled on a girl named Spring, she too underwent a transformation, becoming a male cat-rabbit hybrid with emeralds covering her body.
The group of genetically engineered monsters stood together, trying to come to terms with their new identities. "We're a new family now," Eleroo said, as they all tried to navigate their strange new world.
