Sonic POV:
You know, After dodging someone for a long time, Its weird to finally have attractions to them. This is me with Amy. Amy is a nice girl, she helps around and just sweet in general. But when we were little, she had a huge crush on me. I mean who wouldn't, I'm Sonic the Fucking Hedgehog. but then again, I have my reasons to dodge her.
1. Me and my friends (Including Amy) were fighting Evil and had no time for a relationship.
2. I was 15 Amy was 12. I was in High School she was in Middle School.
So it wouldn't work in the first place like c'mon! But now, since Eggman is dead the world is finally at peace and I finished school. I tried to look for a relationship but have failed. All my life I never was taught to talk to a woman. The only exception is my lady friends cause again I wasn't looking for a relationship so talking to women was okay till I turned 21. Oh I forgot to mention I am 24 now. I now pursue a music career after college. I'm in a band with Tails, Knuckles, and Ray. we are called Cat Lips. no specific reason why we called that…Anyways, Talking to other women after 21 has been hell. I'm awkward, weird, and shy and this result has left me rejected. So after my 17 rejection (yes I counted) I gave up at 22.
Until last year I reconnected with Amy. I haven't seen her since I graduated. When she graduated she moved to Pennsylvania to attend Penn State University. Apparently she dropped out her junior year cause of the pressure. I honestly don't blame her, college is stressful. So she move back to Station Square with her parents working at her family's restaurant. She texted me and I was just in shock. I never thought I'd see Amy again after I graduated. We started talking all the time since then and then I got a text saying she wanted to come to my place. At first I was scared, you know my struggles with women back then. But then I calm myself down and told myself I wouldn't fuck up and we are just friends I shouldn't be scared.
Days pass by and today is finally the day she comes over my place. I should also mention Tails is my roommate. Although being 16 he has no relatives to live with so I as a good friend I took him in as a guardian after getting my own place. Before, he was living in his workshop. Apparently, he lost his virginity before me. It was a girl in a grade below him and to be honest i'm a bit jealous. Kinda wished he waited till he was older but its whatever. I was gonna kick him out when Amy came but she is his friend too, I gotta remember that this isn't a date. But Tails said that he had plans of his own and told me to say hi. I kinda wish he stayed so I wouldn't make it awkward. 20 mins later after was finished getting ready I heard the doorbell ring. This is it, I finally get to met Amy after 7 years. I am very excited.
