Arthur and his knights of the roundtable are having a serious discussion regarding the black knight . There were some chatters going around, wondering what could the king be talking about? Once King Arthur stands up from his chair, he begins to speak to them.
"My fellow knights of the round table hold, I bring dreadful news. The black knight himself who I remembered as a lad. Has returned, and he has declared war." King Arthur announces the awful news to the knights. Causing them to gasp with worry. "That can't be? He was banished years ago." One knight said. "Indeed, he took advantage of his mercy and almost murdered him." Another knight added. "He even tried to kill Digalot." Said another knight. "He dared attempt murder on a dog? Heartless fiend!" The knight said with an outrage.
Panic chattering started to go around with each of their ears. He raises his hand to silence them. "It is bad I know, to make matters worse, once he arrives in our kingdom. He will destroy those that lived here." He states.
"But what could we do?" One knight asks. "Yes your majesty, what do we do?" Another knight also asked. "Your majesty!" A guard barges in through the doors. "What is it?" Arthur asked. "It's the black knight, he's outside of the kingdom." The guard said. "He's already here with the army?" Arthur assumes. "No sir, at least not yet. He came alone, and he wants to speak with you alone. Man to man he says." The guard states.
Arthur is puzzled why would he come all alone just to speak with him? He thought it's obvious he may be here for one only thing he's after. But decided to test his fate and go speak to him before making assumptions. "Very well, if he wanted to speak. I won't decline." Arthur goes ahead to go talk to . Leaving the round table, knights filled with shocked looks on their faces. While the blonde figure is wearing a skeptical look.
The black knight outside taps his foot, waiting patiently for him. He jumped when the big doors suddenly opened. Revealing to be the king of Camelot himself. Mc. Nasty puts on a devilish grin, happy that he came. "Arthur." He greets. "Mc. Nasty, the famous black knight. I didn't think we would see each other eye to eye." Arthur replied with a look that he isn't glad to see him.
"And yet, here I am." Mc. Nasty presents himself. "Do you know why I am here?" He asked. "I can take an easy guess that this isn't about the war is it? It has to be more than that." Arthur said. "Then you know what I want? Something that should have been mine in the first place." The black knight motions his focus on the sword. Catching his look, he looked at his magical sword that he knows he is after. Excalibur.
"I thought you would, because I knew you were after it." Arthur said. "If you value your people's lives. You give me that sword and along with the mystic bone of scone. I assure you, this time that war will be different. I know a good king cares about his men and the people do they?" Mc. Nasty taunts him. Arthur is putting on his angry look while being unfazed by his words.
"I will be back, with an army. So you have until I return, hand over your kingdom. Or I will make things very nasty to everyone. Depend on it, king Arthur." He walks off while laughing along the way so that he could keep hearing it until his voice fades away as he's going far away into the distance. Arthur returns to the castle as the big doors behind him closes.

Arthur returns to the roundtable hold, pauses for a brief moment. "What did he want?" One knight asked. He stayed silent, then he gave a response. "He wants my sword, and the bone of scone. Or he will destroy our people if I don't comply." Arthur revealed what the black knight said. The knights started to panic with worry. "What are ya gonna do?" The knight wonders.
"There was one way left to do…I have to give the sword to him." Arthur said with regret. One blonde knight stands up in a haste. "Arthur, how can you say that? You can't just surrender to the nasties?" He says. "When there's a will, there's a way Lancelot. This sword possesses the secret that I only know." Arthur said as he began to walk away.
"Just what are you planning with this secret of yours?" Lancelot questions. "Only a king would know, and trust me. I might find a way to save our people. Forgive me, but it's the only way we can save ourselves, and our people." Arthur says and leaves the roundtable.
Arthur walks throughout the stony hallway and stops. Wondering if this plan would work out or not. "Arthur?" He perks his head up and turns around to see his faithful friend, Digalot. "I overheard what you're trying to do. I understand what is at stake here, but are you really gonna give it all to that nasty tyrant of a black knight?" Digalot said with worry and disapproval.
Arthur could see the scared look in his eyes, worried what's gonna happen with him and the magic artifacts that they obtained. He responded by shaking his head. "No, I don't plan to." Arthur said. "Then how is a king like yourself supposed to act?" Arthur sees Merlin appearing before him with a poof of his magic. "You could have used a door, ya know, Merlin."
Arthur jokes. "It's a wizard's way of greeting Arthur." Merlin replies. "So what brings you here old man?" Arthur asked. "Other than to lecture ya? I wish, but I am here to warn you. I don't think he's gonna be a man of his word. As soon as you give up your sword and the sacred bone of scone. He will twist your words and seize his opportunity once you're all defenseless." Merlin tells him.
Arthur took this into thought and process. "So no matter what happens he will destroy us all regardless. Why am I surprised, seeing this is we're talking about. I can't let him and his army kill my people. How will we stop them?" Arthur ponders as he wonders how he will stop the black knight. "You are the king, you tell me. What does the great king of camelot do in this predicament? Then something suddenly in his mind may have hatched an idea for him.
"Actually, now that you know what's going on. I think I may know a way to save our people after all. And I would need your help. There will be a price, but it's the only way to prevent him from getting his hands on it. Or all is lost." Arthur said. Digalot lends an ear. "So what do we do my friend?" Digalot awaits the orders. "Okay, here's what we do." Arthur whispers his whole plan to him. Digalot nods in understatement.
Arthur returns back to the round table hold, filled with determination. "Knights, it's time we act. If he wants my sword, I'll give him what he wants. But if you hear me out, I have a strategy." Arthur said. "How's that gonna help your majesty?" Lancelot said, not understanding what he's plotting. "That's where you come in my friend." Arthur replied.
"W-what?" Lancelot gasped. "What is it you want me to do?" Lancelot wonders. "Whatever it is, let's hear it, your majesty." One knight said. "Yes, anything to save Camelot." Another knight said. "Alright, round table listen up, here's the strategy." With that king Arthur tells them every detail on what they need to do.
Mc. Nasty and his army arrive at the two doors. Waiting for the king of Camelot to arrive at their doorstep. "So uh, is he coming out or what?" One skinny soldier asks only to get a nudge from the elbow from the big armored soldier. "Shut it Idiot I think I hear footsteps." He said.
The two doors open to see Arthur. He comes forward and confronts the black knight.
He gets off the horse and walks towards the king. "So have you considered my demands?" Mc. Nasty eagerly asked. Arthur takes out his sword, not uttering a word. Showing a sparkle on the blade. "That sword sure is sparkly." He said. "Now be a good boy and hand it to me." Mc. Nasty gestures with his hand. Arthur did just that, not saying a word.
"HAHA, at last it is mine. All mine!" He raises his sword at the sky. "Wait, why is he making this easy?" He said. "Who cares, he's got it no problem. Not like something's gonna happen." Big guy said without realizing he spoke too soon.
Excalibur begins to glow very bright. Blinding the army and the black knight. "WHAT'S GOING ON! What is happening?" Mc. Nasty yelled. He holds on to the sword until he's suddenly shocked by the sword. Dropping it to the ground. Seizing the chance, Arthur grabs Excalibur, putting in the scabbard and makes a run for it. Black knight sees the king running with the sword. Filled with rage.
"He's getting away with the sword Excalibur, AFTER HIM!" He points with his tip of the axe. Skinny and big guy and some of his soldiers go after Arthur. "Now men, ATTACK!" They look to see Lancelot and his knights charging. "Destroy them!" Mc. Nasty commanded. His army begins to cross swords with Lancelot's army.
Arthur makes a dash to the path towards the woods, but then an arrow flies past his arm, making a scratch on his arm. "You'll pay for deceiving our king, Arthur." He said. A strike of thunder clashes on Mc. nasty's army. Making them scatter. "This way Arthur, go!" Arthur sees his mentor, Merlin. "You're not coming?" Arthur assumes. "I must stay, I have done all I could. Hurry and put it back where you found it." Merlin instructs him.
Arthur nods his head. "I will, and thank you Merlin. The bone, or the sword shall not fall into their nasty grip." Arthur says and flees into the forest. Unaware he is being followed by the black knight. Merlin nods his head knowing he's done enough to buy him his time.
Arthur sprints throughout the forest, remembering by heart where the stone is. Following the tracks of big paw prints. Finally he made it to Excalibur's resting place. He hops on each stone, being careful of not falling into the waters. He runs up the steep stony hill, and stops. Looking at the stone, he unsheathes the sword. Giving it one final look at this majestic blade.
"You served me well Excalibur, hear my plea before I lay you to rest." He raises his sword. "Should Mc. Nasty return, if puppy power falls. Stay hidden until the day you will be needed once again. No one but us should hold this sword!" Arthur slams his sword into the stone.
Excalibur and the stone begins to glow blue. "And with that, I bid you farewell. I must depart." He walks down, hops more rocks, and exits in a hurry. The big Puppy watches as the king leaves the forest.
Mc. Nasty and his army searched around, Looking for the king. They searched again, and again, and again until. "Where is he? WHERE IS HE!" He starts to seethe in anger. "We've been searching this big woods, I've been tricked! I was fooled by this same boy once again." Mc. Nasty screams in agony so loud his echoes can be heard.
"Adam? Adam?" He gasped and woke up. He saw it was Nose Marie that tried to wake him up. "Wake up darling, it's time we get going." Nose Marie said. "Oh right, right." Adam gets on his two feet and picks up Excalibur. He realizes who's missing. "Where's Reflex?" Adam wonders. "With the others, over there." Nose Marie points to where Reflex is. He sees Reflex is with Whopper, and Bright eyes. Whopper notices Adam is up.
"Adam over here." Whopper waves. "Come on, we're about to head out." Bright eyes raise her voice for him to hear her. Patting Big Paw's back. "Coming." Adam and Nose Marie get on Big Paw. "Got good sleep?" Reflex asked with curiosity. "Yep, but I had an odd dream." Adam said. He raises his eyebrow, getting more curious. "What dream was it?" Reflex wondered.
Adam shrugs. "I don't know, but I had a feeling this could be someone trying to tell me something." Adam said with little he could assume. "Tell you what?" Bright eyes wait for his reply. Adam looks down at his necklace. "Something that's waiting for us." Adam said.
Mc. Nasty's castle
Marvin still tries to find that one book, throwing one book and another. "Ugh, where is it? WHERE IS IT-" Then one book drops on the ground next to his feet. He looks down to see a brown covered book. "Oh there it is." He opens the book, flipping through pages. Stopping at the one page that he's looking for. "Ah excellent! Now let's see what father of mine is trying to tell me." Marvin begins to read every word on this page. A page relating to the necklace that Adam owns.
