Picnic Outing with Griming Excitement!
Jaune and Sun are doing some hard training as usual, and this training exercise is walking around the lap about twenty-five times on their hands while holding up their weapons on their feet.
"Nice work, doing great on the exercise." Chel cheered for them.
"Come on, show us just how much muscles you got in those arms of yours just like with your legs!" Nora shouted with excitement.
"How did I let those girls talk me into doing this?" Jaune asked exclaiming, feeling the exhaustion of his arms that they're about to fall off at any second now.
"Maybe it's because of how you listened to Raven, surprise she even knows how to flirt." Sun chuckled.
"Hey, Raven has her own charm along with that proud warrior spirit that I can't help but fall for her when she made her move on me." Jaune complimented with his cheeks blushing.
Chel teased Raven with a smile and tab the black hair woman's chest with an elbow, this causes Raven to blush from both the teasing and Jaune saying those words out loud as she looks away trying to be tough looking as she's always been though the blushing cheeks aren't helping.
"Hurry up the pace, you won't be able to run from any Grimm if you keep going like that." Raven said.
"I prefer using my legs." Jaune complained a bit.
"Why are we doing this again?" Sun asked.
"We're going to help strength your arms so you can be able to swing your weapons with stronger attacks and you might also be able to throw some strong punches like the other strength training we have done." Pyrrha explained.
"This is also to help you guys be more balance in any situations if you ever find yourself upside-down." Blake added.
"Do you think that'll ever happen?" Jaune asked, struggling some more to keep going.
"Anything can happen when you're with the supernatural, we're just trying to be prepared for all that as much as possible." Yang stated.
"Well, I still say nothing can beat Thunder Thigh any day!" Nora bragged and show off her thighs for Sun to see, and he is impressed.
Chel looks at how the boys are doing well with all the training they have been going through for the past six months now, six months and three days to be exact, and now she thinks those boys deserve a little reward besides wanting to give Sun some sex time with her and Nora.
And that's when an idea came into her head.
"Hey Raven, I just thought of something nice to do with the boys after today's training." Chel said.
"Oh yeah, like what?" Raven asked.
"I was thinking these boys have definitely come a long way since coming here in half a year they have been here, and they have been getting better and better with their combat skills along with handling Grimm." Chel pointed out.
"True, they have been getting better." Raven nodded.
"However, there are still a few things those boys need to work on." Raven said as she looks at Sun.
"Sun has the greater agility and fast movements along with already having some combat experience, but he can also be arrogant and just plays around like a monkey most of the time." Raven exploited Sun's flaws.
"A handsome monkey." Chel complimented.
"And well, there is Jaune." Raven looked over at her boyfriend.
"Jaune is still lacking in some ways like his combat form still needs to be sharper, and think faster too in the mist of battle, and don't even get me started on him still hasn't discover his Semblance despite all the training we've put him through." Raven worried.
"Well, his Aura level is higher than Sun's making him like a human tanker harder than the other warriors." Chel pointed out, remembering how they would check their Aura levels.
"True, but it can still be drain if taken too much damage from any attacks and to heal him too. I just wish there was a way to help him." Raven sighed.
"And you are by being there for him every step of the way, like we all are." Chel stated.
"Besides, I think those boys deserve some downtime from all this training and could use some relaxation like maybe a picnic." Chel suggested.
"A picnic? Out of all the things you could have thought of for the boys, it's a picnic." Raven raised an eyebrow.
"What? Picnics are great, and I know the perfect location we can go to!" Chel smiled.
"But Salem and her dark forces are still out there planning their next attack against us at this very moment." Raven pointed out about the bad guys.
"And we'll be prepared when they do attack, it's what we've always trained for, for most of our lives. So, I say we go on that picnic and take a relaxing time together, and we can even bring out weapons along if that makes you feel better." Chel stated.
Raven wanted to argue that this is no time for a picnic when there is still Salem to worry about, but she couldn't stop thinking that Jaune does need a break from the intense training from time to time. Not to mention they haven't gotten any Grimm attacks in the past week as well, meaning things should be okay.
"Alright, we can go on that picnic." Raven decided to go along with this.
"Yes! I always knew you would come through in the end!" Chel cheered with a light punch on the arm.
"Oh, just in time! The boys are about done with the exercise!" Chel saw Sun crossing the final lap with Jaune far behind him.
"Maybe I should invite Yang to the picnic as well, she would certainly like to get her hands on Jaune." Raven said to herself.
Almost on cue, Cinder comes into the training area with two punching bags on each shoulder as she saw Sun flip himself back on his feet while Jaune falls on his back and letting out an exclaim sigh and panting.
"Looks like you put the boys through the ringer again." Cinder commented.
"But they'll be feeling much better tomorrow." Chel said.
"Tomorrow, you're going to lighten up on the training?" Cinder asked.
"Not quite, we're going on a fun picnic time for our two Guardians since they have done so well with the training and fighting against the Grimms. I figured they earn this." Chel explained.
"Interesting, it has been a while since we had any Grimm attack and the Grimms that are found haven't done anything to us." Cinder noticed.
"Which is why this is the perfect time for us to have some good peaceful times while we can! And I'm taking them to my favorite picnic spot too!" Chel smiled with excitement.
"Oh, you mean the area with the cherry blossoms! That place always did feel relaxing." Cinder commented.
"Oh yeah, the boys are going to love it!" Chel excitedly.
"Hey, how about you come over to the picnic with us? We don't get to hang out much these days, it'll be fun." Chel hoped that Cinder would say yes.
"I would love to go on a picnic with you guys, but I'm afraid I can't." Cinder turned down the invitation.
"I have some business I need to attend to at the Maiden temple, you'll have to go have fun without me." Cinder said.
"That's too bad, but the next I invite you to come hang out with us then you are definitely coming." Chel stated with a smirk.
"Guess I can't argue with that." Cinder chuckled.
"Okay, now I just gotta get ready with the food for tomorrow. See you later!" Chel ran off as Cinder waves goodbye to them.
Still waving until Chel was no longer in her sight, Cinder's expression change to a more serios look with a slight darkness within as she walks away.
(Unknown Location)
The hooded woman figure from before is walking deep into the forest in the middle of the night and pull out her Scroll to contact one of the enforcers of Salem's Inner Dark Circle.
"It's me, I got a job for you tomorrow where the Guardians are going to have their guards down for a while." The spy of Salem informed the person she is contacting.
(The Next Day)
The scene now shows Chel and Raven leading a group of the Beacon Warriors to the one location where the former knows very well, Jaune and Sun are right behind them along with some of them friends who also came along.
"You boys doing okay?" Chel asked.
"Are you kidding? This walk is nothing." Sun smirked.
"Yeah, better than those intensive training we had to go through, but nothing we can handle." Jaune believed.
"That shows how strong you two have become." Pyrrha smiled proudly at Jaune.
"(Maybe Raven would be okay with having Pyrrha in our love life.)" Jaune thought blushed from Pyrrha's smile.
"Thanks for allowing us to come, I got plenty of fun things for us to do!" Nora excitedly.
"Nora, remember not to go overboard as we are here to relax." Ren reminded her childhood friend.
"But not too relaxing because you would end up being lazy and all." Yang stated.
"That maybe true, but I do seem to recall you having to send the last two days in your room just to play that app game on your Scroll." Blake grinned, making Yang flinch from that.
"Aw yes, how could I forget that I had to drag her sorry ass out of that room and back in training." Raven rolled her eyes with a smirk.
"Hey, it was a really good game!" Yang said.
"Wow, for once, I don't wanna play that kind of game." Sun surprised at himself.
"Are there gonna be more people joining us?" Jaune asked curiously.
"Yeah, there's Glynda and two other people you're going to meet soon. I tried asking Cinder to come, but she said she'd be busy." Chel answered.
"I feel like that girl has a lot on her plate." Sun commented.
"You could say that, considered how her predecessor went out too soon." Chel said, looking a little sad.
A small single petal came down from a tree and floated down near Jaune's face, this little petal got his attention as he looks back at the petal then look up seeing lots more of those petals as they seem very familiar to him.
"Huh, if I didn't know any better than those trees are cherry blossoms." Jaune said.
"You darn right, they are! We got them all the way from Japan centuries ago, they were so beautiful that we had to get some for ourselves!" Yang explained the history of these trees.
"I come here some time whenever I need to clear some thoughts in my head." Blake said.
"And I would make sure you would come back from your reading time." A woman chuckled.
"Hey, mom." Blake greeted to her mother.
"Mom? Now I see where you got your good kitty look." Sun commented with a grin.
"Oh my, he sounds charming." Blake's mom smiled.
"This is my mother, Kali Belladonna." Blake introduced her mom to the two Guardians of Beacon.
"It's very nice to meet you." Kali bowed to the boys.
As a cat Faunus with black hair and yellow eyes, Kali shares several physical features with her daughter, although her ears are noticeably larger in size and have more fur details. She has short hair and three gold piercings on her cat ears - two on her right, and one on her left. She wears a black hakama and sandals with white tabi socks. Over her outfit, she wears a black shrug with a long right sleeve and a short-left sleeve, gold-leaf trim adorning the opening on the front. She wears long, black arm warmers that extend to the middle finger. The left warmer has a purple band tied around the top and a pair of gold bangles around the wrist. Around her waist is a black and gold sash that trails behind her, with a gold flower-shaped buckle at the end. The arm band is purple. Breasts size: I-cup.
"I was still surprised about our great city getting two guardians, it just gets me all excited!" Kali giggled.
"I would agree with you on that, Kali." A white hooded woman walked up to them.
"Summer!" Yang smiled and ran up to the woman.
"Someone looks exciting to see someone." Jaune chuckled.
"In case you two are wondering, that wonderful naïve woman is my best friend, Summer Rose." Raven chuckled, revealing the name.
"And yet you ended up with this naïve woman right here." Summer teased as she removes her hood.
The two Guardians of the Golden Beacon gasp when they saw the new woman's face upon meeting her for the first time, but for some reason, she looks like someone they know very well.
"It's nice to meet you boys. Sorry that I couldn't make the time to meet you face-to-face sooner." Summer smiled.
Summer has silver eyes, fair complexion, and gradient black-into-red hair. She wears a one-piece red dress with white frills under the skirt and exposed shoulders, separate black sleeves with red and black bracers and a separate black skirt that covers most of the red one underneath. She wears a less bulky version of her white cloak with a red inner liner, which is secured by a pair of black leather straps with leaf-shaped pins that attach to the cloak at the shoulders before crossing above her chest and eventually attaching to a set of thick black belts around her waist. She also wears a silver rose pendant where the two straps overlapped above her chest. Covering her legs is a pair of grey leggings and on her feet is a pair of black high-heeled boots with red highlights. Breasts size: G-cup.
Sun and Jaune were silent for a while upon seeing how close this Summer woman resembles so much of their friend from back home, Ruby Rose, almost like she could be related to her somehow.
"Guys, come on. I know Summer is hot and all, but you two just met her." Yang teased.
"Glad to see you could make it." Raven smiled.
"Of course, there's no way I would miss a chance to spend some quality time with my friends and to help ease my precious grumpy birdy." Summer smiled with a joke making Raven roll her eyes.
"We just finish setting up the picnic spot. We're ready to enjoy the time!" Kali informed.
"Great! I've been dying to have Sun try out some of my homemade cooking that I made last night for this special occasion!" Chel was excited as she looks back at the large pot and backpack, she's been carrying since they started walking in the area.
"You know what, why don't you guys settle down without us. Me and Sun are going to look at the cherry blossoms a bit more, we did talk about wanting to visit Japan one day." Jaune said.
"We did?" Sun was confused of what Jaune is talking about until he felt an elbow on the side which only hurt a little, but the monkey boy got the message.
"Right, we'll be right with you guys in a minute." Sun smiled as they turn around and walk a bit.
"Dude, did the foxy woman look ANYTHING like Ruby just now?" Sun asked, whispering and freaking out right now.
"I know, I know, this is just like how saw Winter looked like Weiss back there. You don't think this could be more than a coincidence, right?" Jaune surprised.
"I'm not really sure, man. But my gut feeling is telling me this is definitely something we need to look into." Sun said.
"We could try asking Summer about any second child after Yang, but it's tried not to pry into it too much." Jaune advised as they walk back to the others for the picnic.
Unknown to the Guardians, there is something black and dangerous lurking within the shadows of the cherry trees, and there is more coming to our heroes and their picnic time.
