"Phineas, Ferb," Candace called out her bedroom window. "we need the presents wrapped ASAP. We have to be ready for Jeremy's 17th birthday tomorrow."

"Ferb," said Phineas. "I know what we're gonna do tonight."

Ferb acknowledged his near and dear stepbrother with a positive shake of his head, and the close nit duo immediately got started on it.

Candace set to work, wrapping up the brand new tracking device she had gotten for Jeremy along with three of the right batteries for it. "Jeremy, you'll just love what I got you this year."

Moments later, Phineas noticed who was missing. "Hey, where's Perry?"

Perry was on his way down the tube to his secret lab, where he hit the contact button. And Major Monogram quickly came on screen. "Heads up Agent P. Known aerobatic pilot, Don Karnage (Karr-naj) has been flying dangerously throughout Danville, including under overpasses, through tunnels, and even through our narrowest alley ways with Megavolt as his wing walker. Figure out what they're both up to and put a stop to it."

Perry wasted no time, getting on the case and from a bird's eye view, spotted Don Karnage only 35 feed from the river, with a suspicious looking aerobatic caliper P-51 Mustang. But as soon as Perry landed and stepped out of his little, airborne car, he got tazed and hog tied my Don Karnage's known accomplice, Megavolt. "Well, well, well. If it isn't Agent P."

"Anyway," said Don Karnage. "I understand you've heard about our little aerobatic journey."

Megavolt took over the story. "Exactly what we have in mind is an aerobatic, North American tour, streaming on Disney+."

"And we not only have to get started on that tour today," explained Don Karnage.

"But we also have to get our first special season trailer ready." said Megavolt.

"The good news," said Don Karnage. "is that Jeremy Johnson is celebrating his 17th birthday tomorrow."

"So Don Karnage and I are getting him a four month Disney+ Gift Card," said Megavolt. "And do you know how we treat secret agents who attempt a wrongful arrest?"

Agent P growled.

"We drop them from a four mile altitude," said Don Karnage with a smile.

Phineas and Ferb were just finishing up their top secret DIY present for Jeremy. "Almost done," encouraged Phineas. "Almost done. There, I've done it."

Ferb pulled out the wrapping paper, and he and his stepbrother wasted no time, wrapping it when their mother came outside. "Boys, time to get ready for bed."

"We're coming, mom," said Phineas.

Don Karnage and Megavolt were airborne with Megavolt held against the pole by the strong wind and ready to make his big move. "On the count of three. 1… 2… 3!" And he flung Perry the Platypus overboard. "Bye bye, Agent P."

Perry opened his parachute only one block from Phineas & Ferb's backyard and hid it when neither of them was looking. He hid his hat and got down on all fours as usual, but Phineas and Ferb were already on their way in. "Oh, there you are, Perry."

The following morning, Mom drove Phineas, Ferb, and Candice out to Jeremy's place for his 17th birthday party. There was a CH-47 Chinook Helicopter out front. And the welcome out back was totally warm. "Candice, Phineas, Ferb, I see you brought me some good presents this year."

"You bet we did," encouraged Phineas with a smile.

Candace took a good look around and saw that Jack Johnson, Don Karnage, Megavolt, Stacy, and Vanessa were all there, enjoying themselves a great deal. And Jack made an announcement. "Here comes the cake, everyone." And Hawkeye Johnson brought it out with the number 17 candles lit.

Moments later, the singing began. "Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday to you. Happy birthday, dear Jeremy. Happy birthday to you."

Jeremy blew out the candles, and his dad sliced the cake. Jeremy, of course, got the first slice. Candace got the second. And everyone enjoyed their fair share. "Now for the presents," declared Jack. "Go ahead and open them, Jeremy."

Jeremy opened the first present from Phineas & Ferb with the understanding that it was one of their many cool DIY items, and sure enough, it was. "Thrill Factory: A Game of Xtreme Skill. Anyone want to try it out with me?"

"It would be my pleasure," answered Don Karnage with a smile.

"And mine just as much," added Megavolt.

"I want to join in, too," said Candace.

Jeremy opened the box, pulled out the game board and four pieces, and put them all at the starting point. Then, he consulted his opponents. "Who wants to go first?"

"You go first, Jeremy," said Megavolt. "It's your birthday."

"That's just what I say," added Candace.

Jeremy rolled the dice first, and it landed on four. So his piece moved four spaces ahead in its own. The game board displayed a message for him. And he read it out loud. "Agent P challenges you to a motorcycle race around the block. Checkpoints are marked as green gates."

"Do you even have a motorcycle?" questioned Megavolt.

Before Jeremy could answer, two identical motorcycles appeared right in front of Jeremy, already idling. A helmet appeared on his head. Perry the Platypus was on one. Jeremy got on the other. Perry revved his engine to show he meant business. There appeared an animated traffic light in front of him and Jeremy. And it slowly but surely changed colors. Red… yellow… green!
