"I guess you haven't noticed," replied Don Karnage with a wicked smile. "Baloo has been bothersome for his refusal to wear pants."
"You hate 10,000 Cape Suzette residents for not wearing pants?" questioned Ron.
"Without a doubt," clarified Karnage.
"That's harsher than Dr. Doofenshmirtz." remarked Ron. "And mark my words. Doofenshmirtz never fails to trap a secret agent."
"And he always makes it funny," Don Karnage added. "I've seen a lot of it on Disney+."
"I just hope we can take down Dr. Drakken tonight," said Ron and returned to his seat in the far back. Stitch went with him.
Once the coast was clear, Megavolt climbed up and checked in on Don Karnage, himself. "Well, my friend…"
"Megavolt," said Don Karnage. "You almost scared me. I had no idea you were stowed away with me this whole time."
"I was just worried," Megavolt explained. "I just wanted to make sure this wasn't a sting operation."
"Megavolt," said Don Karnage. "You could never let me down. You're the best friend I've ever, ever had."
"And you're my best friend, ever, too," remarked Megavolt. "When we land, I'll be looking well out for you."
"Now, that's what I call loyalty," encouraged Karnage.
"I'd better conceal myself again," Megavolt pointed out. "Just don't tell anyone I'm on this flight with you." And with that, he climbed quickly back down into the plane's cargo compartment.
55 minutes later, Don Karnage saw the snowy runway coming, so he followed smooth and careful landing procedure. He slowed the plane down, extended the landing gear, and used the plane's rudder to take aim. Steadily but surely, he brought the plane in for a landing and reversed all four engines to slow the plane down. He steered the plane out of the way, brought it to a stop, and hit the switch, opening up the rear end. So before unloading, Kim Possible paid him another visit in the cockpit. "Well done, Don Karnage. You got us to our mission safe and sound."
"Here's the key back," said Karnage and tossed it right back to her.
"We'd better get going," Ron told Karnage and quickly set to work with Kim and the other three guys to unchain the big rigs, drive them out of the plane, pull out the monster trucks, and fit the big, bulletproof tires. From there, they fired their monster trucks up and continued on their mission.
From Megavolt to Don Karnage, the confiding continued. "We'd better find a flight home to finish this crazy game against Candace and Jeremy."
"I just don't know where it'll take us next," replied Don Karnage with fatigue. "or how much further, but you're right."
Don Karnage and Megavolt were on their way into the airport to find a flight when out of all possible guys in need, they ran straight into Shere Khan. "Mr. Karnage, 29 of my pilots have a bad fever today, so I urgently need you on a job in 35 minutes." And he held up a familiar looking key.
Don Karnage was surprised. "That looks like the key I just gave back to Kim Possible."
"That cargo jet is not even hers," Shere Khan explained. "It belongs to Khan Industries. I'm having it prepped right now. And when it's ready, I need you to take to the sky again, hauling a custom made yacht to the Mississippi River for one of my wealthiest customers, yet." And he handed the key right back to Karnage.
Don Karnage and Megavolt both took a good look, and sure enough, there was a crew maneuvering a big rig into the plane, hauling a yacht, that was wider and taller than the truck, itself. "Not to worry, Shere Khan," Karnage said with a smile. "I have every confidence I can handle it. Not cocky, you understand."
"And you've been right about me," added Khan. "I really have pumped grand notions into the vast emptiness of Baloo's head. You're really a much better pilot than he is. Just keep this between us, got it?"
"You got it, Mr. Khan," said Karnage with a smile.
"One more thing, Mr. Karnage," said Shere Khan. "The load is almost ready. I'm already having the GPS coordinates set up for you. And to further extend your alertness, there are meals on board for you and your friend. Just land the plane at the airport, and the rest is my truck driver's job."
"Will do," replied Don Karnage and made his way back to the plane, taking Megavolt with him.
When he returned to the plane, the crew was already closing the front cargo door. The front end was already going up again. And Megavolt was as ready as he was. "I'll take it nice and easy on this flight. I just hope we can return to the game soon, because the next turn is mine."
Don Karnage carried on his loyalty. "I just hope it doesn't involve any swimming for you." And before the chatting went any further, the close nit dynamic duo climbed onto the plane and into the cockpit. Karnage fired it up with the key. The GPS came on. And he declared his next move out loud. "Arkansas City, here, we come." So he taxied the plane out to the departure runway, took aim, got clearance from Thembrian air traffic control, and applied full acceleration to all four engines. Just as before, he took to the skies with ease and Confided in Megavolt. "Well, Megavolt, how does this compare to the other adventures we've been on?"
"I have to say," answered Megavolt. "This has been the absolute adventure of my life. It's even better than defeating Darkwing Duck."
"And you've done that more than once," confided Don Karnage. "haven't you?"
"I sure have," replied Megavolt with a smile. "And it's been 110% well deserved."
"I agree," confided Karnage. "Darkwing Duck simply refuses to wear pants, effectively doing more harm than good, even to the average citizen."
"Not to mention," added Megavolt. "He's totally full of himself."
"He sure is," confided Don Karnage. "And so is that bothersome Baloo. Even Shere Khan agrees with us. He was once a villain, just like you and me, but he now had as much integrity as anyone."
"I just hope we can return to our major game soon," said Megavolt. "because I have the creepiest feeling that there's a hefty prize in it."
Eight hours later, Don Karnage and Megavolt landed in Arkansas City. The yacht was unloaded from the plane. Karnage and Megavolt got a rental Lexus to return to their game. And in order for Don Karnage to rest after an exhausting turn, Megavolt took the wheel.
They finally made it back to Jeremy's place, where he and Candace were both taking a nap. Without waking either of them up, Don Karnage took a look at the animated scoreboard to see just how high he had scored. And under his name were 32 points. Megavolt took his turn. He rolled the dice. It landed on three. His piece moved ahead three spaces. There was an animated message on the board for him. And he read it out loud. "Buford challenges you to a hovercraft race across the river and back. Beat him if you can."
