Victoria was alarmed by the screams from Issei and Valerie and was worried if they were being attacked, so she quickly rushed to them as an urgency.
Victoria: Ise, Vali, what's going on? Your screams are audible from the other side of the house.
Valerie: We were just planning out what to do when this showed up on my back!
Issei: And this gauntlet came up on my arm. What's going on, mom?!
Victoria: Huh, I see. Ddraig, Albion, can you hear me?
Ddraig: What the hell!
Albion: Victoria Lucifer, how??!!
Victoria: You tell me, you're the ones being hosted by my son and niece.
Ddraig: We could tell that they were somehow related to Lucifer, but being your son and niece, I'm shocked .
Albion: I can suppose this is why Valerie was given to you by your brother, considering how your father is.
Victoria: I see, but I do have to pose this question: Do you mean harm to any of them, cause if you do, I'll drag you out those gears to end you myself.
Ddraig: No, we don't, we wouldn't do that to any of them!!
Albion: We won't force our rivalry on them, I promise!!
Victoria: Good then, Ise, Vali, what you possess are sacred gears, and you have two of the Highest Class ,which of are 13 and are called Longinus Gears.
Vali: So this is the Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing you told us about?
Victoria: Yes, it is. Don't worry. They won't force you two to continue their rivalry. Otherwise, there would be hell to pay.
After that, Issei and Valerie were trained with their gears by their mother/ aunt to capitalise on them properly. Victoria contacted Azazel as well since she knew her Grand Uncle was the foremost expert in Sacred Gears, so she knew they were in capable hands.
A while later, Issei and Valerie met Irina Shidou, a girl living next door to them and they quickly became fast friends, often the trio would play together around the park as the Shidou and Hyoudou Family got closer.
Eventually, the Shidou was told that the Hyoudou family was part of the main branch of the Lucifer Clan. They chose to leave the underworld to leave a quiet life in Kuoh, and they got permission from the Shinto and Youkai Factions .
The Shidou family kept them secret as the three kids grew closer, with both families noticing it. At times, one of the Maous would come to Kuoh to give Victoria a brief on what's going on in the underworld, as it is Only the Maous, Zekram Bael, The Gremory Family, Grayfia, Azazel, Shinto Faction, Youkai Faction and the Shidou Family knew of the Hyoudou family's true identity.
One day, Sirzechs, who came to visit Victoria, came with his younger sister, Rias, to give a brief on the underworld to Victoria.
Sirzechs: Hello, Lady Victoria. How are you doing?
Grayfia: Greetings, Lady Lucifer, I hope you've been well
Victoria: I'm doing well Sirzechs, Grayfia please come in.
Who's the miniature version of you, hiding behind your legs?
Sirzechs: This is my younger sister, Rias. Ria, that is Lady Victoria Lucifer, she's the Devil Queen.
Rias: It's an honour to meet you, Lady Lucifer.
Rias greeted Victoria with a bow.
Victoria: It's nice meeting you ,Rias. You're really a miniature version of your brother.
At that point, Issei and Valerie come into the room, as they were getting ready to go and visit Irina.
Vali: Greetings, Uncle Sirzechs, Aunt Grayfia
Issei: Morning Uncle Zechs, Aunt Grayfia.
Sirzechs: Ise, Vali, how are you?
Issei: We've been well. We were just about to go visit Iri-chan ,mom.
Victoria: Alright ,just stay out of trouble
Sirzechs: How about you go with Rias, maybe you could all become friends. Rias, that is Issei and Valerie Lucifer ,Lady Victoria's son and niece.
Vali: Nice meeting you Rias, do you want to come play with us?
Rias: S-sure, Lady Vali.
Vali: Please just call me Vali, I'm not one for formalities and titles, same with Ise
Issei: Let's go then.
Valerie and Issei introduced Rias to Irina, and the Quartet played around, with Issei being ganged up mostly by the three girls
They played together quite frequently when Rias was able to come to Kuoh, one time they were playing in the park together, the Quartet
Vali: Iri-chan, is it this time!!
Rias: You won't get me, Irina!
Irina: Ise, I'll get you!
Issei: Why always me!!!!
As the kids were playing, the sky around them suddenly changed as a barrier was formed around them, confusing them.
Vali: Ise something is happening, cover Irina.
Rias: What's going on?
Issei: I don't know, Rias, stay close to Vali.
At that point, a light spear came in close to striking Irina, but Issei was able to catch it. A large group of Rogue Devils and Fallen Angels appeared and began attacking
Fallen 1: How were you able to catch that? You're a Devil!
Issei: You're going to pay for trying to hurt Iri-chan!
That point, Issei unfurled his wings, 5 pairs of Devil wings, but also 2 pairs of Angel Wings came in with Vali, 4 pairs of Devil wings appeared with 1 pair of Angel Wings, Rias charged her own PoD.
Devil 1: They're Lucifers !
Fallen 2: Kill them then.
Issei and Vali attacked their assailants, with Issei boosting 4 times and transferring two to Vali and 1 to Rias.
They began taking down the Rogues ,but the number was getting too much at that point, Ddraig and Albion flared their powers, and it alerted a certain Lucifer on the other side.
Victoria: Touji, we need to get to the park quickly!
Touji: What's happening?
Victoria: Ddraig and Albion Flared up in alert, the kids!
Touji: Let's go.
The duo ended up teleporting to the park, Issei was struggling as Vali had to protect Rias and Irina. A massive light spear was formed and was headed to Issei as he fell in exhaustion.
The spear flew at high speed and was destined to hit the target until.
Issei: Mom??
Victoria: Don't worry, Ise I'm here.
Vali: Auntie!!
Irina: Aunt Victoria!.
Rias: Lady Victoria!
Victoria: Don't worry, kids. I've got this!
Victoria broke the light spear and glared at the attackers as she began flaring her aura, which was oppressive and suffocating. As she released 10% of her power and going into her True Form. Touji protected Rias, Vali, and Irina
Victoria: You dare attack my children and their friends?!!!!!
Devil 2: Oh no, it's Victoria Lucifer!!!
Fallen 2: The Queen of Chaos and Destruction!!!!!
The rogues tried running away from Victoria, but it was a futile effort as they couldn't run from the Devil Queen.
She ended up capturing one of the Rogue devils and tort – I mean interrogated him.
Victoria: Who sent you??
Devil 3: I don't know. We just got the order to kill sacred gear users.
Victoria: Wrong Answer.
She stabbed a light spear in one leg and an ice spear in the other
Devil 3: Ahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Victoria: Who gave the order???
Devil 3: It was Shalba and Cruesery.
Victoria: Asmodeus and Beelzebub.
Victoria erased the Devil with the power of destruction and went to check on the kids
Victoria: Touji, how are they?
Touji: They'll be okay. How's Issei?
Victoria: Down from exhaustion, he's asleep .
Touji: We'll need to watch them more now.
Victoria: Yeah, we will.
They got the kids home, to which Sirzechs arrived, and he was told of what Shalba and Cruesery tried to do, regardless to say he was pissed. 3 months after the attack, Irina and her family moved to England but promised to keep in contact and to come back to Kuoh .
