He was waiting very impatiently at the gate. Him and all the others.

However, they were waiting more patiently than Finn.

He was pacing back and forth, not even sitting. He had been standing for almost an hour, and the plane hadn't landed yet.

Charlene and Maybeck were making out while Philby was playing on his Nintendo Switch and Willa was fast asleep.

It was nighttime after all.

The Kingdom Keepers were all waiting for the arrival of their two friends from California.

The Kingdom Keepers were famous worldwide heroes. Twice have they saved the world from evil and horrid menaces that both went by the names of the Overtakers.

The original Overtakers were a force of real-life Disney villains led by the evil demon Chernabog from Fantasia and enforced and empowered by Maleficent from Sleeping Beauty. They wanted to destroy all of Disneyland, thus destroying everything Walt Disney had built, including its magic. But the Keepers killed both and defeated the Overtakers. And then they apparently erased the Overtakers from existence after traveling through time and stopping their creation.

And after defeating the Overtakers the first time, and before defeating them the final time, they had also stopped the evil plans of another force of villains. These Overtakers had come from a theme park that was known as Dream Kingdom.

It had consisted of animated movies that had nothing to do with Disney nor were made by Disney.

They were led by Lord Maliss from Happily Ever After and enforced and empowered by Pitch Black from Rise of the Guardians and The Nightmare King from Little Nemo. They wanted to create their own kingdom of darkness and evil that would consume the world called Nightmare Kingdom.

But Finn killed Pitch and the Nightmare King, and Lord Maliss and all remaining villains had retreated into the unknown and have never been heard from since, partly due to Dream Kingdom being completely destroyed by them.

It had been several months since their final battle with the Disney Overtakers. All of their first semesters of college were over, and it was summer vacation.

And they were waiting at the airport to pick up their two remaining Kingdom Keeper friends from California who were staying in Florida for the entire summer with them.

They were Amanda Lockhart and her sister Jess. Amanda was Finn's beloved, beautiful, and eternal heart and soul. She was his girlfriend, and she was also his entire world.

Jess wasn't her blood sister, but they were sisters, nevertheless.

And they were also a special species known as Fairlies, which were individuals with inhuman powers.

Amanda could move things with her mind, and Jess could dream the future.

They were in an Imagineer program in California, after being "adopted" by Disney and taken in so they could leave their old foster home. So, despite being far away from Finn and the others, it was to protect them from people who wanted to imprison them and experiment on them.

And now finally, they were soon to be reunited.

Finn was almost jumping around in frustration and impatience.

"Whitman, get a grip on yourself, would you?" Maybeck said.

"Where is she!?" Finn exclaimed. "Where is that damn plane!?"

"My god he is impatient," said Charlene. "This is exactly why he should've accepted that scholarship for the college in California."

"He refused to leave Florida," said Maybeck. "Despite knowing it meant being away from Amanda, he wanted to stay too close to home."

"And my family too!" snapped Finn.

"Hey quiet!" Philby said. "We're in public, and don't wake up Willa. She's still exhausted from finals."

Normally when the Kingdom Keepers were in public places as a group, they were almost always bombarded by KK fans. But thank God that wasn't the case tonight.

Which gave them some peace and quiet. Or at least just peace.

"Finals and exams were days ago," said Charlene.

"And she had to memorize textbooks for it," said Philby. "And in the end, she didn't get a single answer wrong."

"Neither did you," said Maybeck. "And you didn't even have to copy off of her."

Philby shot him an evil look.

"And yet I'm shocked you were still able to pass yours Maydork," he said.

"I swear I wasn't busy I would noogie you so hard," said Maybeck.

"Busy snogging?" Philby chuckled.

Maybeck looked like he was about to tackle him, but Charlene held him back.

"THERE!" Finn suddenly yelled, unfortunately waking up Willa. "The plane! It's arriving!"

"It...is?" Willa groaned half asleep.

But then she snapped awake.

"Oh my god the plane is here!" she yelled out.

"Don't get ahead of yourself," Philby said. "They still have to park and let everyone off."

"True but let's not forget we're all celebrities, including Amanda and Jess," said Charlene. "So, they get first class. And that means first off."

Soon enough, the doors opened, and first class started coming off first. Finn looked and looked, the Keepers now standing and heading towards him, and then finally, he saw her chocolate hair and her beautiful eyes and olive skin walking right towards him.

But it was her who yelled out to him before he could say one single word.

"FINN!" Amanda yelled out and almost pushed past everyone and ran towards Finn.

"My dear Amanda!" Finn cried with a tear rushing down his face.

Amanda ran up and jumped right into his open arms and he held her, and they began kissing.

The Keepers just watched, happy that their leader was reunited with his heart and soul.

"Yo!" yelled Jess as she pushed through the crowd. "No lovin' for me?"

Finn stopped kissing Amanda to stare at Jess.

"Hello Jess," he said. "Good to see you too."

Jess rolled her eyes, and the girls came over and hugged her. Jess had a boyfriend, but he was back in California. He unfortunately wasn't a Keeper, and this was a Keeper vacation.

Truth be told, he wasn't Jess' first love though.

Her first love was with a former Overtaker actually.

His name was Henry Augustine. But actually, he was Prince Charming from Shrek the Third in disguise.

He betrayed the DKOs and brought the Keepers to Dream Kingdom to stop them and along the way he and Jess fell in love, but Charming was killed during the penultimate battle of Dream Kingdom.

He was never forgotten though. He gave Jess the power to transfer her thoughts and memories into other people, and he also is the reason Willa is still alive at all.

Willa was killed during a fight with Overtakers and Charming saved her life by taking Philby's heart and splitting it in half, so they both share a heart.

Their entire adventure in Dream Kingdom was described by them as more terrifying and bloodier and death filled and horrific than any adventure against the Overtakers back in Disney. Even more than the whole trip on the cruise, and Finn accidentally killed his best friend on that one and almost lost his relationship with Amanda due to a misunderstanding.

They were just all glad that it was in the past, and so were the old Overtakers.

They could happily enjoy their summer vacation.

Soon after hellos were said and kisses were continuously shared, the Keepers all went down to baggage claim and got Jess and Amanda's luggage.

And then they all went outside to their separate transportation.

Jess and Amanda were staying with Finn at his house, and the others were staying with their own folks. So, they all had their own Uber waiting for each of them.

Jess got in the front seat of the car while Amanda and Finn got in the back. And they didn't even strap in.

As soon as the driver drove off from the airport car park, Jess heard what sounded like scuffling sounds in the back seat. She looked in the overhead mirror and sighed out after seeing that Amanda had tackled Finn onto the seat and they were once again making out.

"I'm going to puke," Jess said in her mind jokingly.

Thankfully it wasn't a long drive. They arrived at Finn's house a little after 10.

When they walked inside, they were greeted with the scent of delicious food coming from the kitchen, and found the entire table filled with so many treats left by Finn's mom who was still awake.

"Damn mom," Finn said. "You really know how to prepare."

"Anything for the love of your life and her sister," said Mrs. Whitman. "Amanda. Jess. It's so wonderful to see both of you again."

"Same to you," Amanda said.

"Great to be back in Florida," said Jess.

"Just so you know, Finn's sister is gone for the summer," said Mrs. Whitman. "She's in Europe with her friends on vacation. Their taking a long 3-month trip before Finn's sister heads off to her private school away from all her friends."

"Wow that's nice," said Amanda.

"Yeah, so you girls are more than welcome to take her bedroom," said Mrs. Whitman. "I'm sure the bed is big enough for two."

"What? No way!" Amanda said, but not in a rude way. "I'm bunking with Finn in his room, if that's okay."

Finn was beaming and he stared at his mother.

"You are more than welcome to," she said. "But just don't make too many babies."

"Mom!" Finn snapped and everyone laughed.

The three sat down soon after and stuffed their mouths and bellies with as much junk food that Finn's mom left out, until they couldn't take anymore.

"Ugh," Finn groaned. "Bed...definately."

"Right behind you..." Amanda sighed out.

"Ditto..." said Jess.

They passed by the den where Mrs. Whitman was sitting in her big lounge chair reading. She smiled at them.

"Good night kids, or Kingdom Keepers," she said with a chuckle.

Finn rolled his eyes and he and Amanda staggered off to Finn's room while Jess went into his sister's. Finn's father had been gracious enough to already carry everyone's luggage to their rooms before he went to bed.

Amanda put her suitcase on the bed while Finn grabbed his pajamas. He was about to start stripping (not caring that Amanda was there), when Amanda gasped loudly.

"What the heck!?" she gasped.

Finn turned around and asked, "What is it?"

Amanda showed Finn her suitcase and saw that everything inside was completely messed up and almost wrinkled.

"What happened on that plane?" she asked. "I had everything folded up and it looks like a ton of imps had a party inside it."

"You're not the only one!" Jess yelled out coming into the room. "Me too! I think I even found food stains that weren't originally there on a bunch of my stuff!"

"Ew," Finn said. "Show my parents tomorrow. Maybe they can clean it."

Jess nodded and then came up and hugged her sister goodnight before leaving and shutting the door.

"Anyway," Amanda said pulling something out of the bag that Finn didn't see. "I want to show you something, so turn around."

Finn had already taken off his shirt, but he didn't turn around yet.

"Amanda, you know I've seen you naked already," said Finn. "Back in Dream Kingdom. Nothing new."

"Oh, please not that," said Amanda. "Give me a sec."

He turned around and saw her strip off her clothes, and even removed her bra for Finn to see all.

"Now turn around," she said, even though Finn wanted to keep looking at her bare breasts. "Or just close your eyes. It's a surprise."

Finn closed his eyes and heard some rustling and then Amanda said to look, and he did, and almost fainted.

Amanda was wearing a very short and extremely sexy nighty that was magenta with flowers all over it. It was very open in between the top area. He could literally pull the straps aside and her breast would be immediately exposed.

"Holy...shit," he said.

"You like?" she asked.

"I...love it," he said.

Amanda smiled and put her suitcase on the ground. Finn didn't even bother to put his pajamas all on. He just stripped down to his boxers and climbed into the bed shirtless.

Amanda followed suit and Finn turned off his lamp, leaving them in darkness.

Finn wasn't very huge on the dark these days. Not since being trapped and confronted in pitch black nothingness when fighting Pitch Black.

But he didn't need a night light, nor did he have night terrors.

Especially not when Amanda was embracing his body and while their lips touched.

He ran his hands through her hair and across her back as they kissed and kissed nonstop in his bed.

Finn thought in his mind that this was going to be the best summer vacation ever. There were no evil villains or evil plans, and he thought that there was nothing possibly that could ruin any of this.

At least that's what he thought, while he had no idea that a dark hooded figure was standing on the roof of the house across the yard from Finn's house.

Its red eyes were visibly seen staring at the house while its cloak blew in the wind, showing some slight grey hairy skin. It snarled with a smile.

"Kingdom Keepers..." It snarled in a deep evil and Brazilian voice. "You have no idea what's coming. But you will soon see. We shall have revenge, and death will come for all that you hold dear."

It turned around and whistled a haunting tune as it vanished into the darkness of the night.

Oh boy, the girls have just arrived and already we see that there is a new danger here! And yet, who could that figure be?

But anyway, yeah, I know I haven't updated the other stories since April, and as I originally said I think I'm losing interest in fanfiction writing. But I thought of this the other day, and I have been wanting to do some kind of sequel to A New Adventure for a while.

So, I am going to try this out. Please don't be surprised however if I stop and delete the story.

Expect new villains and new characters and stay tuned to see what will happen next!
