1 day later

It was time for breakfast.

Mort was still missing, so Bandit had to make it.

Chili was still in her bed, even though she should have been up by now.

Bandit tried to get her up earlier, but all she did was tell him to leave her alone.

For breakfast, Bandit made eggs and bacon.

Simple but tasty.

Bluey, Bingo, and Jean Luc went to the kitchen and ate their breakfast fast because they desperate a potential apocalypse happening. They still had to go to school.

At least, Bluey and Bingo did.

"Dad?" Bluey asked Bandit.

"Yes?"

"Can Jean Luc come to my school?"

"yeah sure I dont see a problem with it.

"Hooray!"

Bandit packed the kids' lunch boxes and drove them to school.

In the room, Chili was trying to call her dad.

No one responded.

growl*

Chili immediately grabbed her hockey stick, as she had brought it for stuff like this.

However, when she looked outside, she saw what it was.

It was just a small bear.

Blueys school

It was recess.

One of Blueys friends, Makenzie, was trying to find her.

So he went up to another kid named Winton.

"Winton, do you know where Bluey is?"

"Uh, I think shes sitting on a fallen tree, and I think shes talking to a new kid."

"Oh,"

Makenzie was confused.

Their teacher hadn't introduced them to a new student, heck, not even a visitor.

He walked around for about a minute until he saw Bluey.

Winton was right, she was talking to someone.

He walk up to them.

"Hey Bluey!" he said.

"Oh. hey Makenzie." she replied back.

"Whos that?"

"Makenzie, this is Jean Luc. Jean Luc, this is Makenzie"

"Hey"

whistle*

It was their teacher, Claypso.

Inside school buliding

Inside was a Brisbane official who was their to tell the students about a "threat."

This is what he said, what what he said, confused Claypso.

"Good morning, students."

As an official of Brisbane, it's our duty to keep you informed about potential threats to our city.

I'm here to discuss a rather unusual menace, that being giant killer crickets."

These aren't your avegage insects."

They're the size of small dogs like you and I, and possess a voracious appetite for anything in their path."

"While they may sound like creatures from a movie, they're very real and pose a significant danger to our ecosystem."

"These oversized insects have been wreaking havoc on crops, gardens, small animals, and people in the outskirts of Brisbane."

"Their size and aggression make them formidable predators, capable of causing widespread damage if left unchecked."

"Our team is working diligently to contain the infestation and prevent further spread, but it's crucial that each of you remains vigilant and takes precautions when venturing outdoors."

"Together, we can ensure the safety of our city and protect it from the threat of these giant killer crickets."

It didn't make any sense.

There were so many discrepancies.

Why did he say there were the size of small dogs?

Why are they more concerned about the destruction of the ecosystem rather than the deaths of many people?

Why was the official even there in the first place?

And lastly why did they tell them this?

The kids clearly did not understand a thing from the speech, but pretended they did.

clap*

clap*

The official left the school.

"O-Ok kids Uh you can now do whatever you what now." Claypso said.

Ring*

Ring*

"Hello?"

It was Claypsos family.

They were leaving to take a vacation to Egypt.

As she hung up the phone, she saw it.

The Globster.

It was eating something, but what?

Then it disappeared into the trees.

It just stood there, and then left.

Claypso was getting worried, so she decided to call it a day.

Sge called the parents of all the students, saying it was a minimum day.

She would have no idea that things were going to get crazy.
