Luz, Lucas, Eda and King are outside of the Conformatorium. "So this is the conformatorium?" Lucas asked.
"Yep. A place for those unfit for society." Eda said. The twins look at a wanted poster of Eda.
"You guys sure are famous?" Luz said as she pulled a poster off of the wall.
"So how do you guys avoid being captured?" Lucas asked.
"We're quick and slippery." Eda replied with a smirk on her face.
"Try catching me while covered in grease." King said while he climbed onto the top of Luz's head. "I'm as slippery as an eel." King then fell off of Luz's head, causing her to giggle.
"So we just need to get King's crown and that's it?" Lucas asked.
"That's correct Lucas." Eda said.
"Why am I here?" Lucas asked. "You only need one of us to get through the barrier."
"Simple, you or Luz are back ups just in case one of you two died." Eda said.
"Wait what?!" The Nocedas exclaimed.
"But you kids can stay out of sight." Eda said.
"Will we need disguises? I've been waiting for an excuse for this." Luz said as she puts up her hood. "Meow! Meow!" Luz said as she puts up two cat ears on her hood.
Eda and King stared at Luz in disbelief, while Lucas facepalmed. "Not the cat ears." Lucas grumbled.
"It's hideous." King said.
"You'll fit right in." Eda smirked, and then she looks at Lucas. "Where's your disguise?"
"I don't have one and I don't need it." Lucas replied. "Besides I have some tear gas and pepper spray."
"You brought those with you?!" Luz exclaimed.
"Just in case we run into a bear and besides you brought fireworks to school." Lucas stated.
"Good point." Luz said. "But you need a disguise."
"I'll be fine." Lucas said.
"That's enough you two, now get upstairs." Eda siad as she formed a floating circle above the twins and King and floated up them upwards to the conformatorium. They go through the windows and see Eda on her magic staff. "I'll keep an on Warden Wrath." She stated and flies away.
Lucas, Luz and King who is riding on Luz's shoulders, walk towards the holding cells and they look around. "So it's like a prison." Lucas said.
"A really big prison." Luz replied.
"Hey cat girl, human." The three looked to the right and see a humanoid witch with pointy ears, dark skin, and black hair styled in a ponytail with a few tuffs sticking out the front. She has upturned hazel eyes with three eyelashes on each eye as well as distinguished fangs. She is wearing indigo-colored dress which revealed her shoulders and covered all of her upper arms and about half her forearms. She had a gold band around her neck and sported black, calf-length high-heeled boots, s leaning against the wall in a cell. "How did you get out of your cells?" She asked.
"We just broke into the prison." Luz said.
"Yeah, we didn't get captured." Lucas said.
"You're not prisoners?" A light grayish-blue monster with six green eyes asked from his own cell.
"So what are you guys in for?" Lucas asked.
"I eat my own eyeballs." The monster said as he took out an eyeball out and swallows it whole, but a few seconds later the eyeball he ate reappeared back in the eye socket which disgusted the twins.
"I write fanfiction about vegetables falling in love." The cat witch said and showed the twins and King a story about a carrot and an onion holding hands and another page of the same onion and carrot in a pot of water.
"Still a better love story than Twilight." Lucas whispered.
"We don't talk about that." Luz replied.
They see a small round white demon with large blueish eyes within yellowish sclera, a rather prominent nose, and long red hair. She also has two off white buck teeth in a cell. "We awe agents of free expression! They will nevew siwence us!" She said.
"Yeah she's really big into conspiracy theories." Cat Witch replied with a deadpan look.
"The world is simuwation! We awe pway things for a higew being!" Big Nose shouted.
"You guys are in prison just for being yourself?" Lucas questioned.
"These aren't crimes." Luz said. Right before Luz can say anything else they hear loud footsteps coming towards them.
"Luz in here!" Lucas replied as he, Luz and King hid in a cell, but to make sure they blend in Lucas closed the cell.
The source of the footsteps came into view and it was none of then Warden Wraith who looks like a Plague Doctor on steroids. The twins and King are doing their best to stay quiet as possible.
"Do I hear talks of revolution in my prison?" Wrath asked, but instead of an answer they all stood in fear. Wraith looked down and sees the wanted poster of Eda. "Eda the Owl Lady, the one who got away."
"Fight the obpwessew, we wiww wesist! We awe not afwaid of you!" The big nose creature said.
Warden Wrath walked towards the big nose creature's cell and opened it with a lever. "Hooway! I'm fwee!" Then Wrath grabs Big nose and drags her out of her cell.
"Let this be a lesson to all of you. This is what you get when you don't fit in society." Wrath said as he drags Big nose away from the cells.
Once Wrath is gone, Lucas and Luz exited their cell. "Holy crap, did you see the size of that guy?" Lucas asked in fear.
"He looked like a plague doctor who is also a bodybuilder!" Luz stated.
"Yeah, but he's distracted. Let's grab my crown." King said.
"Not yet King." Luz said as she ran up to the lever and tried to pull it but it wouldn't budge. Lucas ran up to Luz and tried to help her lift the lever. "NO! Our weak nerd arms!"
"You kids better go. Enjoy freedom for us." The cat witch sighed.
The twins began to walk away from the jail cells, Lucas looked at his sister and noticed a sad look on her face as they walked the halls, before he can say anything to his sister, Eda flies in. "Hey guys, I just saw Warden Wrath about to torture some small creature. Let's get King's crown and get out." Eda said.
"Yeah sure whatever." Luz replied.
"The faster we get the Pokémon's crown, the sooner we get out of here." Lucas said.
"What's a Pokémon?" Eda asked. "Nevermind, let's go."
Eda, Luz, Lucas and King walked down the halls until the they reached the contraband room. "My crown!" King exclaimed as he jumped off of Luz. "I can feel its power!" King jumped up and down to the door handle.
"Aw! He's so cute when he's hungry for power." Eda said as she opens the door as King runs into the room.
"Let's get the crown and get out of here." Lucas said as he and Luz entered the room.
King runs up to a pillar of light and jumps towards it but he gets pushed back by it. "My crown!" King exclaimed.
"We have two humans. You know that right?" Eda stated.
"Oh right. Go get my crown." King said.
Lucas and Luz both looked at each other, they both joined hands and walked into the pillar of light. "Let's hope we haven't been gone for days." Lucas said.
"Yeah, let's hope." Luz said as she chuckles. The twins began to walk towards the light, they both closed their eyes and goes through it. The opened their eyes and see a huge mountain of contraband. The twins let go of their hands began to look around.
"Man look at all of this stuff." Lucas said. "You're not gonna break into song are you?"
"No, I wasn't gonna sing part of your word." Luz rolled her eyes. "Found Anything?" Luz asked.
"No not yet." Lucas replied. Then they see something glowing on top of the pile. "Wait I see it!"
The twins take a closer a look and Luz's eyes widened. "Wait is that?"
Back outside of the contraband room, Luz is holding a paper crown with the logo that says "Burger Queen." The crown is being held by a disappointed Luz and a ticked off Lucas. "My crown!" King cheered as he placed the paper crown on his head. "I can feel my powers returning!"
"You got to be kidding?" Lucas mumbled.
"You there!" King shouted as he pointed to a beige plush bunny with a black bead for its right eye and a light blue button for its left eye. The plush has two drooping bunny ears and an X for its mouth. "I shall call you Francois and you shall lead my army." King said as he picked up the plush.
"That crown doesn't give him power doesn't it?" Luz asked.
"Of course it doesn't Luz. She made us sneak into a prison, risking our lives just to get a paper crown." Lucas stated.
"Lucas leave me alone." Luz said.
"Look kids, King and I don't have much. But if that crown makes King happy, then so am I. Besides us weirdos have to Stick together." Eda said as it brought a smile to Luz's face.
"I wouldn't call myself a weirdo." Lucas said while rubbing the back of his neck.
"Didn't you do your book report on Percy Jackson dressed like Olympus warrior? Oh what about the oracle of Delphi smoke bomb?" Luz smirked.
"Ok I'm a weirdo too." Lucas sighed as he gave a sly smile.
"Alright, now let's get out of here before the warden loses his head." Eda said.
But Wrath appears right behind Eda. "Too late." He said as chopped Eda's head off with his hand that was shaped like an axe. Eda's head landed right in Luz's hands and the twins screamed.
"Ow!" Eda groaned. "Oh I hate it when that happens!" The twins scream in horror.
"Eda are you okay?" Luz asked.
"Yeah. This always happens when you're older." Eda said.
Wrath grabs King's crown from his head and King is jumping up and down to reach his crown. "Eda the Owl lady, I knew if I stole your pet's crown you would come and retrieve it." Wrath said and then he crushed the paper crown.
"My crown! My power gone!" King cried out.
"What do you want from me? I never broke any of your stupid laws. In front of you!" Eda said.
"Eda the Owl Lady. I want you." Wrath said as he held out a bouquet of flowers. "To go out with me."
"What?" Eda questioned.
"What?" The Noceda twins questioned.
"Go boss!" One guard cheered.
"You two make a great couple." Another Guard replied.
"So you stole my crown just to ask Eda on date?" King asked with tears in his eyes.
"She has stolen my heart and escaped my guards. But mostly my heart. What do you say Eda?" Wrath asked.
"Bring me close to your face." Eda said as Wrath grabs Eda by the hair. "Closer." Wrath brought Eda's head close to his face and she blows a raspberry in his face, Wrath dropped Eda's head and Luz picks up Eda's head.
Lucas takes out a can of bug spray with tape with the words that says "Pepper spray" and sprays it right in Wrath's face and he screams in pain. "Get them!"
Lucas puts the pepper spray back in bag right when Luz gets Eda's body and prepares her flying staff as she, Lucas, King and Eda's body get onto the flying staff. "Fly away." Luz said.
"Flyzam!" Lucas said.
"Gun it magic staff!" Eda shouted. They fly away and go right int the holding cells.
"Eda, give us a hand." Luz said as he put her and Lucas' right hands under Eda's right hand and they used Eda's hand to lift up the levers freeing the three prisoners.
The group flew out the front doors right when Eda reattached her head to her body. "Ok you kids get to a safe place and get back to the human realm." Eda said as she handed Luz the portal key as she and King get off of the staff.
"We'll hold off Wrath." Eda said as Wrath comes running out.
"You think he's bad you should have seen her last boyfriend!" King said.
"He's not my boyfriend!" Eda said as she smacks the staff and it flies away.
Luz looks down and sees the three prisoners standing at the threshold of the doors. Luz steers down and flies towards the prisoners. "What the hell Luz?" Lucas asked.
Once the twins reached the three prisoners. "Why aren't you guys escaping?" Luz asked.
"What's the point?" The eye monster said.
"We'ww get captuwed again." Big Nose sighed.
"Besides we belong here." Cat witch sighed.
"No one should tell you how to live your life." Luz said. "So what you guys are different."
"Yeah it makes you unique and special." Lucas added. "My sister and I are weird too. She's a fan of The Good witch Azura and magic stuff. I'm a fan of Percy Jackson and mythologies. Yes we're obsessed with them. But a friend of ours said this, us weirdos must stick together."
"Yeah, and no one should be imprisoned just because they're different!" Luz shouted as she flew towards Wrath.
Eda is dodging the fireballs shot from Wrath's mouth. Eda forms a circle and it creates a shield blocking the attack. Then Wrath forms two axes from his arms and attacks Eda's shield destroying it in the process.
"Charge!" The twins shouted as the three prisoners charged towards Wrath.
"I eat my own eyes!" Eye monster shouted as he tackled Wrath.
"I think the wowld is a twiangwe!" Big Nose said as she kneeled down causing Wrath to trip and cat witch get on top onWrsth.
"And I practice in the ancient art of fanfiction!" Cat witch shouted as eye monster and big nose tie up Wrath's tentacle arms in a knot.
"No! Who do you think you think you are?!" Wrath questioned.
"Do not underestimate us Wrath. I am Luz Noceda, Warrior of Peace." Luz said.
"And I am Lucas Noceda, Champion of the Gods." Lucas said.
"Now eat this sucker!" The Noceda twins shouted as Lucas throws his spray can of pepper spray right towards Wrath's mouth and Luz throws her fireworks up in the air and uses Eda's staff as a baseball bat ad smacks the fireworks into Wrath's mouth.
Both items land right into Wrath's mouth, he tried to shot another fireball from his mouth, but the flames caused the pepper spray and fireworks to explode, the fireworks flew up and gave the gang a show. Wrath runs away in pain from the pepper spray and fire, as everyone cheered.
"That was one of her better break ups." King said.
"Again. Not my boyfriend." Eda said.
Back at the Owl House, the Noceda twins, King and Eda are in the living room about to say their final goodbyes. "Well a deal's a deal." Eda said as she took out the portal keep, pressed on the eye and the portal opens up.
The twins both looked each other and nodded, but they both look at the depressed King. Luz took Pity on King, she reaches into her bag and pulls out her Azura doll and took out her crown. "Here, I know it's not the real thing, but i want you to have it." Luz said as king grabs the mini crown and placed it on his head.
"This shall suffice." King said.
"And here." Lucas reached from his bag and handed King another spray can with the label "Pepper spray" on it. "Here so you can defend yourself. Just aim and spray, by holding the nozzle down."
"I will your weapon well." King said.
"Hey Luz don't forgot your book." Eda said as she handed Luz her book. Luz grabbed her book and looked at the cover of the book and looks at the flyer for Reality check camp.
"So you ready?" Lucas asked.
Luz looks at the book cover and then her reflection and she gasps. "Ok I know you had your head cut off and we started a prison riot. But this was the most fun I've had." Luz said.
"Luz? What are talking about?" Lucas asked.
"Lucas, think about it. You had some fun to admit it." Luz replied.
"Yeah I hate to admit it. Breaking into a prison was loads of fun, I felt like Percy Jackson. I just don't have a pen that is also a sword." Lucas said. "But if I do find one, I'm naming it. Well I don't have a name yet, but I'll think of something. Shame we have to throw that away."
Luz and Lucas both turned to Eda who was surprised by the twins' words. "Look Eda, my brother and I don't fit in well back in our hometown. But here we feel like we fit in." Luz explained. "We are not going to Reality Check camp."
"Reality Check camp what are you talking about?" Eda asked.
"We want to stay and I want to be a witch like you." Luz said.
"Wha about Lucas?" King asked.
"Mostly stay here, keep an eye on Luz." Lucas said. "But to be honest it's either stay in a world where fairies want my skin or learn how to pay taxes. So Boiling isles it is."
"Let them stay, they can make snacks." King begged Eda.
"Alright, you can stay. But you have to listen to what I have to say Luz." Eda said right before she turns to Lucas. "As for you Lucas. Well I haven't thought of anything you can do. But I'm sure I can think of something. Hey maybe you can make more of that pepper spray."
"Well I'm not sure if the ingredients I need are the same here." Lucas said.
"You won't regret it." Luz said,
Later that night the twins have rolled out their sleeping bags and they're dressed in their sleepwear. Luz is wearing gray sleeveless top, purple shorts with an orange moon and star, and white-and-indigo socks. Lucas is wearing red and black flannel Panama pants, a dark blue t-shirt, and white and grey socks.
Both Luz and Lucas both get an alert on their phones and see that their mom is texting them. The text reads "How are you two enjoy camp?" The twins both look at each in concern, they hate to lie to their mother, but what choice do they have.
Lucas texted, "It's pretty good so far."
Luz texted, "I think I'm gonna like it here."
"Mom would kill us if she learns about our whereabouts." Lucas said.
"I know, but it's only for the summer." Luz said.
Then King peaks his head in the room holding Francois in his arms. "Your sleep cocoon looks comfy." King said. Luz gestures King to come in and King comes in and falls asleep at the foot of Luz's sleeping bag.
Luz smiled at King's sleeping body and then she looked at Lucas who was fast asleep in his sleeping bag. Luz got into her sleeping bag and fell asleep.
