"I WILL FUCKING MURDER YOU!"
"WAIT! WAIT! WAAAAIT!"
Ruby ran and hides behind A startled Akame while Najenda runs toward her with a table in her hands.
"WILL YOU PLEASE LISTEN FIRST?!" Ruby asked while hiding behind Akame.
"FIRST YOU GO MISSING AGAIN! YOU STAY WITH OUR BIGGEST TARGET WHO KNEW YOUR IDENTITY ALL ALONG! AND YOU EVEN TELL HER ABOUT OUR AURA!?" Najenda angrily asked as she holds the table higher "I'M GONNA BREAK EVERY BONE IN YOUR BODY!"
"SHE'S ON OUR SIDE NOW THO!" Ruby desperetly yelled.
"Sh-She's speaking the truth boss." Akame nervously stated.
"YOU STAY OUT OF THIS!" Najenda yelled at Akame "I WILL HAVE CHOICE WORDS FOR YOU AND THE OTHERS LATER ANYWAY!"
"B-But_" Ruby tried to speak up.
"I DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT!" Najenda yelled as she tried to run around Akame to get to Ruby.
"EEK!" But Ruby petal bursts behind Susanoos next "I'm serious! She'll be on our side now! You knew her well right?! Would she go back on her word?"
"No, she wouldn't." Najenda answered "But that doesn't excuse the fact that you just so willingly let her in on not just the secret about our Aura's, But You also recruited her on the spot without even talking to me about it before hand!"
"I-It just came to me on the spot!" Ruby pleaded.
"More the reason for me to choke the LIFE OUT OF YOU!" Najenda angrily answered again.
"But boss, Think about it." Akame spoke up again "Esdeath also agreed to Leak information to us."
"That's kinda neat. But did we forget the part where she likes torturing her victims?" Lubbock pointed out.
"So you really want her to stay as our enemy And NOT our friend instead?" Ruby suddenly asked as she popped her head out while still hiding behind susanoo "cause last time I checked, Allies don't torture Each other."
"...Well now that you put it like that..." Lubbock thought about it.
"I hate to admit it...but she might have given us a bigger advantage now." Chelsea finally spoke up "think about it. When the revolutionary army attacks the capital, She alone can be a big help."
"Sure but what about the Jaegers?" Mine asked.
"W-Well...I promised Esdeath that I'd think of something for them too." Ruby admitted "is there anyway we can deal with them after the Revolution in a way that doesn't involve Killing them?"
"...Ugh, Imprisonment or being under heavy surveillance is the best I can promise." Najenda sighed in annoyance "But don't expect too much! If it is necessary, We WILL resort to Killing at least one or two of them like Stylish."
"And since you promised you'll meet her again, You can tell her all of this yourself." Susanoo said to Ruby who was still hiding behind him.
"Me?" Ruby asked.
"You didn't expect ME to tell her all of this did you?" Najenda asked "Especially since I can't put myself at risk by just walking into the capital since I'm the leader of this team."
"Oh, Okay." Ruby nodded.
"But, If you repeat something like this out of the blue again, I won't let it go as easily as this time Ruby. Understood?" Najenda asked with a serious Glare.
"Crystal." Ruby nodded.
"So, when are you going to see her again?" Mine asked.
"...I have a feeling that she has her own way of that." Ruby answered.
A few days later, After Esdeath managed to get back and put the empire's and the Jaegers worries away, She decided to let everyone of her subordinates have the day off while she casually left the palace.
And oddly, She rented a room from a local inn. A very small and public one with normal attire no less. a black tight shirt and blue jeans to be exact.
Entering her Inn room, she looked around and made sure it was safe.
"...Perfect. This will do." She thought to herself as she gently pulled out a Rose flower from her pocket and opened the window, and gently places the Rose on the edge and leaves it there.
"...let's hope she understands my message." She said to herself and stepped away from the window.
She then sat down on the near by chair, and made herself comfortable for now.
"I wonder how long it will take them."
",And she's been sitting there ever since I started to follow her." Leone explained, while she, Ruby, Akame and Sheele all were across the street from the inn, on one of the rooftops.
"...She obviously wants to see me." Ruby stated.
"She did also leave that rose flower by the window after all." Sheele pointed out.
"And...You three wanna come along?" Ruby asked, very worried of the outcome.
"Well duh!" Leone answered with an annoyed tone "I'm not letting you get close to that woman alone!"
"If she is willing to share as she stated, then she must know that we'll be with you both." Sheele answered as she fixed her glasses on her nose.
"And we have to make sure she won't do anything to you without us being there." Akame answered last.
"Okay...but don't start a fight, promise?" Ruby pleaded.
"...Fiiiiine." Leone whined.
"Of course." Sheele answered.
"Mhm." Akame nodded.
"...Oh boy..." Ruby sighed as she faced the inn across the street "Hang on tight."
Esdeath was simply enjoying the silence while waiting in the inn.
She was quite sure that the rose she left by the window was visible enough.
Until she noticed 2 things.
1: The presence of a group.
2: A familiar scent of roses.
'Finally.' She smirked as she stood up and opened the window again.
And then, ruby jumped down and was one the window frame right in front of Esdeath.
"Hi." She greeted.
"Hello, My love." Esdeath greeted back as she stepped forward toward Ruby.
But just when her lips were a little bit away from Ruby's, Leone quickly sticks her head into the room as quickly as she could.
"Can we just come in?! It's freezing out here!" Leone whined.
'...Don't you mean 'Don't kiss my Girlfriend in front of me without my permission'?' Ruby thought to herself.
"Oh. I was expecting you as well actually." Esdeath said as she stepped to the side, letting the 4 to jump in.
"Sorry for the intrusion." Sheele said as she carefully walked into the room through the window.
Akame silently walked in, but Leone stares at Esdeath before carefully stepping inside as well.
"Well, We're here." Ruby announced "You needed to talk to us?"
"Yes. But before that," Esdeath suddenly hugged Ruby and her face was buried in her breasts again "I really needed to hug you again~"
"GRRRRRRR" Leone growled as she was reminded that Esdeath's chest was bigger than hers. Leone and Akame just glared at the older woman while Sheele puffed her cheeks.
"Yeah, thought so." Ruby sighed, being used to her face being stuffed into massive boobs by now.
"Would you stop please?" Akame then pulled Ruby away from Esdeath in her own arms "You're making her uncomfortable."
"If I was, Then she'd say so~" Esdeath Sassily sassed.
"Oh Gee I wonder why am I so used to it by now." Ruby deadpanned.
"Hey you liked the HELL out of when I did it to you first!" Leone said.
"Just accept the that hers are bigger." Ruby said "Anyway, What did you want to talk about? You know, Aside from seeing me."
"Straight to the point then. but first." Esdeath then sat down on a couch behind a table, with enough space for everyone to sit around it "Make yourselves comfortable."
"What for?" Leone asked.
"If I'm going to work along side you, I might as well start right away." Esdeath answered "And You might want to hear what I have to say."
"So, She just walked out of the palace?" Ash asked a shadowy figure, While another figure stood by in the corner.
"Yes. Please forgive me, For I dared not follow her."
"It's okay. she'd find you anyway." Ash said deep in thought "Why did the general leave all of the sudden? And where did she vanish off to in the past few days?"
"Who cares?" The other figure in the corner, with an annoyed male voice spoke up "Whatever she does, it's her business. And it's better that we stay out of it."
"You're right. But it's still suspicious." Ash said as he looked at the shadowy figure "Keep an eye on The General once she comes back. And be careful."
"As you wish."
The shadowy figure then vanished.
"Okay, With that out of the way," Ash then faced the other figure "Why are you here? It's rude to just walk in without knocking you know."
"We had a deal." The male figure, Looking to be a teen, announced as he walked toward Ash "And so far, You gave me NOTHING."
"All in due time." Ash said.
"When I agreed to come along with this little dumb secret team of yours, You promised you'd give me what I want." The teen angrily said "But so far, YOU'RE ONLY MAKING ME SIT AROUND AND DO NOTHING!"
"Hey! I can hear you just fine! DON'T YELL AT ME!" Ash ironically yelled back "Just be patient. You'll have your chance."
"...Tsk." the teen began to walk away "Just remember, Akame is MINE. It you get in my way, I'll kill you too."
"Again, You'll have your revenge." Ash promised "So please, Get the fuck out."
The Teen walked out of the room, leaving Ash sighing in annoyance.
",He expects himself to be a target, so it will be a trap." Esdeath finished sharing info with a map on the table.
"...This much information can help us carry on our missions much easier." Akame admitted.
"See? Told you?" Ruby said.
"Grrr, Alright fine. Thanks for telling us all of this, Blah blah, Can we go now please?" Leone grumbled, Who was still in her Lionel form.
"Leaving already? Why not stay?" Esdeath asked "It's almost midnight after all."
"More the reason why we should hurry up now." Leone answered as she gets up.
"U-Um...Leone?" Ruby called out "Staying for a bit won't hurt. Besides you all can stay too."
"...Ugh why can't I ever say no to you?" Leone whined "Fiiiiiine!"
"Good. now..." Then Esdeath suddenly pulled Ruby into a tight hug and cuddled her face into Ruby's own face "I missed you so muuuuuch~~~"
The girls looked annoyed while Ruby chuckled sheepishly.
"Yeah, Missed you too." Ruby chuckled.
"I missed you moooore~~~" Esdeath cooed as she cuddled up to Ruby even more.
But then Akame pulled Ruby out of Esdeaths hands and hugged her in a protective way, with her famous Cute Poker face on.
"You'll hurt her if you hug her like that." Akame nonchalantly stated.
"Oh?" Esdeath said with a amused tone as she hugged Ruby too while Akame still kept her hands around her "Jealous are we?~"
"Why would I be?" Akame hugged Ruby loser to herself as she glared.
"Hmhmhm. It's adorable how you try to act oblivious~" Esdeath teased sassily as she hugged Ruby closer as well.
But all the while, ruby could feel the girl and the woman she loves both pressing themselves against her harder and harder by each insult or sass.
"C-Can I not be crushed by embarrassment between you two?" Ruby asked with a blush.
"You don't get to talk yourself out of this." Akame turned her deadpanned poker face at her next and the two just kept pressing themselves against the poor little red. For Esdeath, It was to annoy Akame. And for Akame, It was to defy the supremacy Esdeath was radiating.
Until Sheele managed to pull Ruby out of their grasp.
"She's right. We can't share her if she is suffocated." Sheele scolded.
"You children are no fun." Esdeath said.
Akame, Sheele and Leone all look at the general even more annoyed because of being called 'Children' this time. And the irony of it all was that she really was older than them.
"Okay, I'm setting up ground rules!" Ruby spoke up "Essy! Stop messing with the others! Leone! control your anger or your semblance will go off! Akame, Don't be too clingy! Sheele...You're doing good so far."
"Fiiiine." Leone groaned.
"Thank you." Sheele smiled.
"Got it." Akame nodded.
"You're look so strong when you take charge~" Esdeath Teased.
"I didn't hear 'Of course ruby anything you say' Essy!" Ruby yelled.
"Hmhmhm~. Of course Ruby, Anything you say." Esdeath repeated with a chuckle.
"Good." Ruby sighed "Now please just get along."
"Yeah, 'Getting Along' Is only getting as far as tolerating here." Leone grumbled.
"Alright you know what!" Ruby then suddenly reached her hand out and started to scratch and rub One of Leone's Lion ears.
"AAAH!" Leone yelled in surprise "NO! S-Stop not again! Not...Aaaah~..."
"Ooooh." Esdeath observed how Ruby treated Leone "Hmmm...Interesting...I should take notes of this."
"You will not. Only I get to do this." Ruby stated While Leone purred in her hands.
'...This might be dysfunctional. But maybe, Just maybe, Esdeath can really be a part of this team too.' Akame thought to herself as she watched Ruby treat Leone Like a kitten with Sheele just smiling at her doing it, and Esdeath observing carefully as to mentally take notes.
'...But why did we end up sleeping over?' Akame thought to herself with a massive amount of confusion, as she laid on a bed big enough to hold all 5 of them.
She laid on the right side of the bed, with Ruby in the middle and Esdeath on the other side, with Sheele and Leone both somehow placing each other either on top of Ruby or slightly in between Ruby and Esdeath somehow. It should be awkward, but somehow it wasn't.
Akame just sighed in defeat and looked over, and looked at Ruby who was sleeping soundly despite having two girls on top of her.
'...Whatever it is that makes you this special, It really has helped us more than we can thank you...No, More than I can.' Akame thought as she got a bit closer to Ruby.
As she kept looking at the sleeping Little Red, She was suddenly startled when she heard,
"Oh, Awake too?"
She looked past Ruby and Saw Esdeath also awake, now looking at Akame.
"Hmmmm." Akame puffed her cheeks as she got closer to Ruby and wrapped an arm around her, while staring at Esdeath "Yeah, Why are you?"
"hah, Why wouldn't I be?" Esdeath asked, and she managed to close in on Ruby despite Leone and Sheele being in the way, and wrapped her own arm around her too "I'd miss how cute Ruby is when she's asleep~"
"...Stalker." Akame deadpanned.
Esdeath however, was just amused at Akame's childlike behavior.
"So, Akame. Let me ask you," Esdeath began "What does Ruby see in you and these two? Just out of curiosity, I'd like to know."
"Ask her yourself." Akame answered "It's not my place to say."
"Alright then." Esdeath nodded "If so, Answer me this one then: What do you see in Ruby?"
"...I See...a bright, wonderful person that's willing to help anyone that needs help." Akame answered "It might be childish, but no matter what She cares so much for those around her, and she'd always put us and others before herself. No just for our lives but for our feelings as well. It's reckless of her, but that's what makes her...Special."
"Interesting." Esdeath said "I suppose I did so for the same reason as well."
"...No you didn't." Akame accused with her trademark poker face "You fell for her because she just Smiled at your direction. And you just kidnapped her right after."
"I didn't mean the first reason." Esdeath shot back "I fell for her at first because of that, yes. But I fell further in love with her after knowing her better, and seeing how strong she is. The scars on her body are proof enough that she's strong enough to survive no matter what. I admire and respect that about her. And...I will not deny it, She is indeed a 'bundle of Joy' as others would put it."
"Of course she is." Akame said.
"But know this," Esdeath then turned serious "She still loves the rest of you as well, so I won't get rid of you. But if you prove to be a burden on her or slow her down, I'll personally make sure you become stronger for her sake. And remember, I won't be such a cuddling Teacher."
"We'd never be a burden on her." Akame glared back.
"That remains to be seen." Esdeath smirked as she got closer to Ruby "Because someone like her only deserves the strongest of lovers~"
"Okay, Quit making her so Self centered in your world. It's creepy." Akame said as she got closer to Ruby "And you're hugging her far too much in your side, I need my side too."
"That's because I'm smart enough to not share too much." Esdeath smirked and hugged Ruby more "And if you make such a fuss about it, you'll wake everyone up~"
"She loves us all equally. You've heard her say it." Akame argued as she hugged Ruby more.
"Yes. But I've said it once and I'll state it again: I will be the center of her love. I'll be generous enough to let you still be around~." Esdeath proudly smirked "Besides, I'm older, stronger, more experienced, And as you all have been very much made aware of: Much more taller and more 'Busy' As other women put it. So You may talk back against me once you've...grown up~"
"...I hate you so much." Akame glared.
...And so, Through out the entire night, The two just quietly argued back and forth while Ruby, Leone and Sheele all peacefully slept.
