This might me hard for me to explain and come as a shock to many. Of course ill try anyway. We are the forgotten, we are the scraps. We are the leftovers. Now i understand that right now you might be thinking that I'm going overboard. But I promise I'm not We are the Children of monsters . We were not only rejected by the Gods, are own parents, especially society we were rejected by those who were supposed to accept us. My name is Katie and I'm half Kraken not cracking jokes the mythical beast.

Have you ever heard of camp half blood or even camp Jupiter all of ua have, its a place for the children of the gods. We are the children of monsters. Not all of are parents are even famous monsters like mine ther jast some random monsters child. Now that you know th basics lets talk. We arr just as susceptible to horrors of others monster's even more I'd say, expect we don't get the luxury of some special camp that is catered to by the God's. We don't even get to respawn in tarturus and trust me were the farthest thing from immortal I swear we drop like flies. Its even a surprise that most of us have made it this long.

You'd be shocked by how much monsters get around, a lot of monsters espically those who are powerful have a human form. And oh boy does that not affect there children. Now some us look normal some of can pass as humans elf ears and such can pass now but some can't. Like me for example my body is full of scales and I have fins my ears are certainly not passable and such. Now I'm even lucky my friend Adam is half gargoyle its as bad as it sounds he kinda looks human apart his ears and feet but still passable if he didn't look like a walking talking medusa statue now that not to make fun of him its the truth. I'm even luckier because my mom dropped me off here when I was just a baby. But most are just plain old abandoned either by their human parent or their monster one. Of course that's not to say I like my mom by any means but im just pointing out the facts.

Many of us including myself have inherited powers from there parent now children of the kraken exhibit powers similar to those who are children of Posiden the god of the sea. Though children of the kraken myself being the only one currently know of. Monsters however are immortal and have had many many children. Children of monsters are typically weaker then those of the gods. However children of the karken can espically challenge the children of the Gods. Now not only kraken children have powers like my friend who I mentioned earlier Adam can not only fly he has wings so it not like its wind control or anything he can also curse people his curses not being to effective and only lasting a little bit of time maybe that will change as he gets older and trains more.

Now we also don't have to many kids here at CoM it was built by some human passing CoM's 2,000 years ago and yet we've never had over 150 people we try so hard and more monster's drop of there kids year after year we just can't save them all. Were currently at one of are biggest sizes at 120 people. With that there comes a challenge are resources arent unlimted. as I said we aren't supported by the God's so we have to support are selves and any newcomer and the newcomers are almost always babies or young children. Now that im in charge now that im 18 and Hallow died I was already pretty powerful before Hollows death. The only logical step was to put me in charge instead of chaos. We have more people here then we've seen in hundreds of years if not more. With the modern world its even Harder for us to stay alive. We only have 30 adultish people having to support quadruple the amount of kids it gets harder by the day as are backup resoures contuine to deminish. That is the whole reason we are going on this mission.
