"Thanks for inviting me out for drinks," said Meb who was at a bar with a couple of other teachers.
"It would be rude not to," said a male teacher.
"Also, how did you get the students so excited about your class on the first day, it's all I have heard from students all day," said a female teacher.
"I just told them I wanted to help make them stronger," said Meb.
"The war may be over but they are still a big help out in the world so making sure to keep their strengths up is the best thing we can hope for," she said.
"Adventures are still needed for fighting monsters and even helping in case of disasters so I agree with you that keeping our strengths up is a big thing," said the male teacher.
"Right, and I hope I can ask the two of you something," said Meg.
"Ask away," said the female teacher.
"How are student relations between humans and demons, I didn't see any hate in my class but thought that may be different for the rest of the student body," said Meg.
"There are some classes like that, a little bad blood between the two groups but under the surface everyone behaves because the school has a zero tolerance policy for that kind of stuff," said the female teacher.
"But that doesn't stop a few from avoiding the others, staying in a group of only humans or only demons," said the male teacher.
"So, I just have a lucky draw from the batch of students," said Meg.
"Basically," said the other two. Meg then finished her drink off.
"Well, I had better be heading home before the portal to the Demon Kingdom closes for the night," said Meg while standing.
"Thanks for the drink and answering my questions," she said.
"Any time," said the two other teachers as Meg paid for her drink and left.
"Do you think we should have warned her about Jimmy Azers?" asked the male teacher after Meg had left.
"She's going to have to learn how to deal with problems like him on her own sooner or later so let's see how she does for now," said the female teacher.
