Teddy hummed happily, waking up to Henry kissing the back of her neck. He had pushed her tank top up and was resting a hand on her belly gently stroking her bump with his thumb. They were both in awe that their baby was coming in a few short months. Henry liked the gentle rounding of her belly where the baby was growing and the new fullness in her breasts. His hand wandered lower playing with the waistband of her pyjama pants.

"Your sister," Teddy whispered.

"It's only 6," he replied, "it's early."

She turned her head to kiss him, "I guess we have time."

He smiled as she rolled to face him and pulled her close.

She kissed him again sliding her tongue into his mouth and sliding one leg over his.

He slid his hands under her top and guided it over her head. He kissed her neck again.

"I want you to touch me," she whispered, rocking her hips towards his.

He kissed her collar bone slowly moving lower as one hand slid into her pj pants and under her panties while the other stroked along her side to caress her hip.

Teddy moaned as she reached for him.

They were interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Uncle Henry," Anna called, "mommy's asleep and I'm hungry."

Teddy quickly pulled away, "just a second Anna we're just getting up. I'll come make you breakfast in a minute."

"Don't," Henry said, pulling Teddy down on top of him.

"Later," Teddy smiled, "tonight. The anticipation always makes it better."

Teddy got out of bed and grabbed her tank top. She took a loose hoodie from the dresser and threw it over her pyjamas.

"Good morning Anna," Teddy smiled coming out of the bedroom, "why don't you and I have some fruit then we'll start breakfast in a little bit when more people are awake."

Teddy thought Michelle couldn't be too upset about giving the girl fruit for a snack and maybe some vanilla yogurt to dip it in. Teddy took some fruit out of the fridge and cut it up placing it on a big plate before spooning some vanilla yogurt into a small dish as a dip.

"Eat this," Teddy smiled, placing it on the table, "I like to dip my fruit in the yogurt."

"Do you have siblings," Michelle asked after saying good morning to Teddy and Anna.

"A brother," Teddy replied, "we're not close. It's probably been a year since we talked."

"I have to nag Henry to get a response," Michelle laughed.

"I call and email," Teddy replied, "I send letters and cards for every holiday but no reply."

"That's sad," Michelle sighed, "any idea why?"

"He didn't approve of my military service," Teddy shook her head, "too violent."

"But you quit," Michelle said.

"I was honourably discharged after four tours," Teddy smiled, "6 years total. Will is a math professor at MIT. He and his boyfriend have problems with the military and are against most conflicts.

"Will you reach out with the baby," Michelle asked.

"I'm going to call his office this week," Teddy replied, "but I'm going to MIT for a conference in two weeks so if he doesn't answer my call I'm going to go to his office hours and make him talk."

"Will he be supportive of your baby," Michelle asked.

"Baby and Henry yes," Teddy replied, " Will is very opposed to violence and war but marriage and babies he'll be happy for me."

"Babies," Michelle asked.

"We'd like a couple," Teddy confided, "I hope it's okay I gave Anna some fruit and yogurt."

"It's fruit," Michelle smiled, "if you gave her chocolate or chips I'd question you but fruit and veggies feel free to just feed my kids."

"I don't make a lot of food rules for us or my patients," Teddy said, "that's for the dietitian's job. Generally healthy, focus on fruit and veggies. It's my plan with the baby. We don't do a lot of processed food because there's some studies that link processed foods to cancerous tumour growth so I'm extrapolating for us.

"The baby," Michelle asked.

"Always a risk," Teddy answered, "but we'll be careful and Henry is generally healthy."

"How can you be so calm," Michelle asked.

"Because I see people's worst moments every day," Teddy admitted, "what I've seen and the people I've saved or tried to save. This is manageable. There's medications and regular monitoring."

"I worry about him and my kids getting it," Michelle said.

Teddy thought, "have you ever had testing done? Like the kids."

"No," Michelle said.

"I'd start there," Teddy suggested.

"Mom I'm still hungry," Anna whined.

"You ate all that fruit," Teddy asked, "that was a full plate."

"And the yogurt," Anna said.

"That was healthy," Michelle said, "just wait for breakfast."

"I'll make some pancakes and bacon soon," Teddy smiled, "let Uncle Henry get out of the shower and your brother get up."

"I can cook," Michelle offered.

"It's just pancakes," Teddy smiled, "but you could cut more fruit. I underestimated how much fruit kids can eat."

"It's all they would eat if I let them," Michelle laughed.

"Mom," Justin wandered into the living area rubbing the sleep out of his eyes.

"Goodmorning," Michelle smiled.

"I'll start breakfast," Teddy smiled, shrugging out of her sweater, hating long sleeves when she was cooking.

"Teddy," Michelle smiled.

"I know," Teddy smiled.

"Are you excited ," Michelle asked.

"I am," Teddy smiled, putting her hand on her bump, "we're ready. I've wanted to be a mom for years. I never thought it would actually happen. I was single for so long then the army and life went a way I never predicted."

"Even with Henrys," Michelle started.

"Ya," Teddy smiled, "now your two what do they like to do? I looked up a list of kid friendly things for us to go do."

"We're flexible," Michelle said, "I would like to see Pike Place while were here but the kids and I can go one day when you're working."

"I took the week off," Teddy smiled.

"Is Teddy your real name," Justin asked.

"It's a nickname," Teddy replied, "I really don't like my full name so I choose to be Teddy."

"What's your real name," Justin asked.

"Theodora," Teddy replied.

"What," Justin laughed, "that's not a name."

"It's her name," Henry said, "like a superhero who has a secret identity."

"Super hero," Justin asked sceptically.

"Yes," Henry smiled, "she has superpowers."

Teddy laughed.

Henry gave her a quick hug whispering, "some one's in a good mood."

"We get a whole weekend of family time," Teddy smiled, "and baby is moving."

"You have movement already," Michelle gasped.

"I do," Teddy replied, "it's too subtle for Henry to feel yet but the last couple days I've felt them."

"I loved feeling these two move," Michelle smiled ruffling her kids hair.

"Breakfast," Henry asked.

"I was just about to make pancakes," Teddy smiled.
