(12 Years after Kyuubi's Attack - Hidden Leaf Village)
Uzumaki Naruto, container of the strongest biju, Kyuubi, jumped into the clearing with a large scroll tied to his back. Naruto walked towards the cabin that Mizuki-sensei had told him about and set the scroll on the ground beside it. He took this moment to catch his breath and reflect on the events of the day so far.After Naruto failed the graduation exam, Mizuki approached a dejected Naruto sitting on a swing in front of the academy, too depressed to even notice him approach. He expertly convinced Naruto that there was another, secret way of becoming a genin. All he had to do was steal a certain scroll and learn one technique from within it.Naruto immediately agreed to the special test, and later that night he broke into the Hokage Tower, utilizing all of the stealth skills he had gained from the countless pranks he pulled on the village. He ran into a little snag in the form of the Sandaime Hokage himself. But with a quick Sexy Jutsu Sarutobi was unconscious from a fierce nosebleed.So now we find Uzumaki Naruto in the middle of a clearing, breaking the seal of the Forbidden Scroll, unaware of just how much his life would change from this moment forward.'Alright let's see what we have here,' thought Naruto to himself. 'Okay first on the list Shadow Clone Jutsu,' Naruto audibly groaned at this. "Clone, that's my worst jutsu, ah man," he said with his head in his hands. "Oh well, if I master this Iruka-sensei will have to pass me, dattebayo!" 'But first, let's see what else is in here.' Naruto proceeded to unroll the scroll. 'Hmm… Shuriken Shadow Clone and Kunai Shadow Clone Jutsu, looks like their variations of Shadow Clone, I should write these down for later.' Naruto then reached into his backpack and pulled out a black scroll and marker and copied the instructions for the jutsus.'Okay, I think that should do it' thought naruto and after finishing his impromptu homework he placed the scroll back in his backpack, satisfied with the jutsus copied. Naruto rolled the scroll back up so that only the directions for Shadow Clone Jutsu were showing. His expression turned to that of extreme determination. 'Okay let's get started.' thought naruto to himself.
Few hours later Naruto was doubled over, panting heavily. "Damn… that took a lot… out of me… ha, but think I've finally got it." He leaned back and sat on the forest floor, regaining his breath. As his breathing became lighter, he caught the sound of someone approaching and looked up to see woman with striking blue hair and has an aura of power around her. Naruto immediately went on guard and took out a kunai in case she tries to attack him.
"You can put away the kunai naruto-kun I'm not here to harm you" said the woman
"Who are you and how do you know my name?" asked Naruto as he was still suspicious of her
"I know your name because I'm your aunt" replied konan calmly
"My...aunt? but I don't have family jiji said my parents died in kyuubi attack and they were orphan" said Naruto
"Not a surprise they didn't tell you anything about your father, your mother, your clan" said konan as she approached Naruto but still maintained a distance.
"What why should I believe you?" agreed Naruto as he was getting frustrated now
"Because there are lot of things that are kept hidden from you naruto-kun" said Konan and took a black book out "Do you know what this is?" asked Konan
"No I have never seen it" said Naruto
"It's a book with all the dealings did by konoha to you, your father, your mother, your clan and your village. Go through it I'm here" said Konan
Naruto took the black book and started looking through it, one of very first entry he came through shocked him to core. He went through how they tried to kill Uzumaki Mito and destroyed his home nation just to get control on woman named kushina and controlled someone named minato. They also tried to kill both of them. Later he came to know that those two are his parents and died protecting him. He also finds out about Konoha's plan for him, hinata and yakumo. As he also read about thr seals put on him by council and third hokage.
"No no no no it can't be...konoha protects everyone" muttered naruto
"No Naruto, listen to me Konoha just wanted power of kyuubi to remain in their hands. Kyuubi is sealed in three people so far, Your great grand aunt Mito, Your mother Uzumaki Kushina and now you" said konan and placed a hand on his shoulder.
"So they were right I'm a monster, a demon" said naruto
"No you're not, kyuubi is not a demon as everyone make him out to be. your mother talked with the said beast and eventually found out that there is nothing to fear" assured konan
"Are you sure?" asked Naruto
"Yes there is a clan who loves you, a village who loves you and is waiting for you. Would you like to come with me? I can even remove all the seals the placed on you" said Konan
"Please do right now" said naruto and konan nodded and gently placed her hand above Naruto's forehead. A soft blur glow emanates from her finger tips as she focuses her chakra.
"Naruto-kun there are several seals on you - Suppression Seal, Chakra Binding Seal, Memory Alteration Seal, Emotional Restraint Seal, Growth Inhibition Seal, Skill Limiting Seal, Will Suppression Seal, Sensory Block Seal, Affection Restriction Seal, Loyalty Enchantment Seal. These were designed to control you and limit your potential" said konan
And as she says name of every seal the glow intensifies. Slowly symbols began to appear on Naruto's skin, shimmering and than fading away as each seal is broken.
As soon as final seal was removed a dark blue aura surrounded Naruto and crater formed where he was sitting and konan barely dodged the Adamantine Chains the flee out of naruto's body. His senses were sharpened and he is now able to sense people and emotions as well as his mind become much more clearer as he started to think clearly.
After a minute of powerful display the chakra receded back into naruto as konan approached him with a concerned look and asked "Are you ok naruto-kun?"
Naruto looked at her and smiled "Thank you aunt konan for helping me but.." was all naruto said when he was cutoff by sound of shuffling in trees, iruka and mizuki people jumped out into clearing while mizuki has his weapon drawn as he was prepare for a battle.
"Well Well if isn't the demon fox himself. Handover the scroll, Naruto, I might let you live" said mizuki while sneering at naruto
Konan stood protectively in front of naruto while naruto narrowed his eyes "So that was your plan to flame me for the theft" said naruto
"Naruto give me the scroll and we can still sort this out. Just stay away from that woman" said iruka in a commanding tone.
"Enough of you two, Naruto stay behind me, you eventually have to fight your enemies but not right now" said konan in a clam and commanding voice and naruto just nodded.
Mizuki laughs and draws out a pair of large shurikens, called fuma shuriken and looked at konan "You think you can stop me lady, I'll take that scroll and kill the brat myself" said mizuki with a voice filled with arrogance.
"I won't let you harm him" said konan and her body starts to tranform into countless sheets of paper, while her eyes never leaving mizuki "Dance of the Shikigami" said konan and paper startes swirling around naruto creating a barrier between him and mizuki.
Konan didn't gave mizuki time to prepare "Paper Whip" said konan and with a swift motion forms a long, flexible whip made of paper. The whip lashes out, wrapping around mizuki's arm and yanking him off balance. Mizuki struggles trying to free hinself but Konan tightens her grip.
"Let go of me, don't you know who I am bitch" growled mizuki
"Paper Chain" said konan and more paper streams out, forming strong, binding chains that immobilize mizuki completely. He struggles to free himself but paper holds fast and strong.
"You are a threat to Naruto-kun and you'll not live past to see tomorrow's sunrise" said konan as she raises her hand, and a flurry of paper shuriken formed around her.
"Paper Shuriken" said konan and shuriken made of paper flew towards mizuki, piercing him from all sides. He cries out in pain, blood seeping from the wounds as he collapses lifeless and konan undid her barrier around naruto.
Iruka, standing nearby, watched with feigned concern. He takes step forward but naruto quickly intervenes.
"Iruka sensei, Stop! Aunt Konan, please... don't hurt him. He's always been there for me" naruto requested with pleading eyes
"Very well Naruto, I will not hurt him but he's not innocent as you make him out to be" said konan while keeping her eyes at iruka
"Is she saying the truth iruka-sensei?" asked Naruto and looked at iruka who's expression quickly changed and a cold smirk formed on his face.
"You naive brat, Do you really think I cared for you? The village wanted you controlled and loyal. It my job to keep you in line and to make sure you remain loyal to konoha but looks like I failed my mission" said iruka as he took a tanto out.
Naruto eyes widened for a moment before cold look appeared in them for a second but it disappeared instantly " So you're one of them huh" muttered naruto loud enough that both konan and iruka heard.
"You're just a tool, naruto. A weapon for konoha. Everything I did to ensure that you'd serve the village" said iruka in a mocking tone.
"That's enough of your idiotic behaviour" said Konan as she releases remaining paper shurikens at iruka who dodged them using his kunai but a few hot him on his knee and lower left leg. Iruka drops to his knees but the smirk remained on his face.
"You won't be able to escape konoha will find you both and we will have our weapon back" said iruka smugly which only increased konan's anger who unleashed a barrage of paper blades on him with controlled strikes leaving him unconcious.
"Let's go aunty, I want to leave this village as soon as possible" said Naruto as he tied the Forbidden Scroll of Sealing safely to his back.
"We're leaving but we have to seal things from your parents house." said konan and placed a hand on his shoulder and both disappeared in a paper sunshin and reappeared in front of a house in a first clearing above hokage mountain.
"Where are we?" asked Naruto
"That's your parents home gaki" said jiraya and walked out from shadow along with Hyuuga Hinata and Yakumo Kurama.
"Who are you old man? What are your doing with Hinata-chan and Yakumo-chan?" asked Naruto
"I'm jiraiya your godfather, before you ask me why I was not there for you. You can blame that on Third Hokage and Council. They also lied to your god mother Senju Tsunade and Uchiha Mikoto who was killed in Uchiha Massacre" said jiraiya
"Naruto-kun are you alright?" asked hinata as she stepped towards him with a face that showed her concern for him.
"I'm fine Hinata-chan but why are you covering your forehead?" asked naruto in confusion as he had never seen hinata cover her forehead
"Her father forced her to fight her cousin and sister which she refused so the clan disowned her after branding her with a seal that signifies her banishment" said yakumo
"Yes, I found her when I went to pick up yakumo considering these to cared for you. It won't be a wise decision to leave them here." said jiraiya
"Hai naruto-kun he told us everything and we decided that we're coming with you" said yakumo
"We?" asked naeuto in confusion
"Me and hinata" said Yakumo
Naruto looked at konan and asked "can they come?" to which konan nodded.
"Alright gaki we don't have much time, unlock the compound using your blood we will began sealing, while ninja's from konoha looking for you two" said jiraiya as naruto nodded and quickly unlocked the compound and everyone entered it while naruto locked it once again after everyone went inside.
Naruto sat with both hinata and yakumo while konan and jiraiya created several clones to seal everything into the compound and sabotage it with explosives tags if someone ever tries to get in the compound.
Once they are done with it, naruto grabbed konan while he was holding hands with both girls, jiraiya placed a hand on konan and naruto and everyone disappeared in a poof of smoke.
(Meanwhile in Konoha)
The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, stands by the window, looking out over the village with a malevolent expression. The room is filled with several high-ranking shinobi, including Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and Gai. All of them share a look of disdain when Naruto is mentioned.
"Everyone, listen carefully. Naruto Uzumaki has stolen the Scroll of Sealing and is currently missing. He is accompanied by a mysterious woman who is highly skilled and dangerous. Hinata Hyuga and Yakumo Kurama are also unaccounted for and may be involved. We must find them all immediately." ordered third hokage
Kakashi steps forward, his single visible eye reflecting his dislike and asked "Do we have any information on the woman who took the demon?"
"She is described as having blue hair and using paper-based jutsu. It's possible she has connections outside the village. We must assume she's a high-level threat." said third hokage as he gave them a description of Konan
"What's our approach, Hokage-sama?" asked Asuma in a laid back tone which clearly showed that he has a major hatred towards Naruto
"Spread out and search the village and surrounding areas. Report any sightings immediately, but do not engage her alone. We cannot underestimate her abilities."
"Understood, Hokage-sama! We'll find them in no time!" said Gai
"We should also keep an eye on anyone who might have been in contact with Naruto recently. They could provide us with clues." suggested kurenai as she was worried that Naruto may target because she's the one who placed a seal on him to keep him away from hinata and yakumo and chase sakura around.
"Good thinking, Kurenai. Begin your search immediately and be cautious. Dismissed." said third hokage
The shinobi nod and leave the room quickly, ready to carry out their orders. Once the room is empty, Hiruzen sighs heavily and sits down at his desk. Moments later, Danzo Shimura silently enters the office, his presence cold and calculating.
"Hiruzen, this situation is more dangerous than you're admitting." said danzo
"I know, Danzo. This woman, Konan Uzumaki, she knows too much. The seals we placed on Naruto... she's removed them." said third hokage which resulted in him getting a raised eyebrow from Danzo
"She managed to break those seals? Impressive. That makes her a significant threat." suggested Danzo
"More than that, Danzo. She's told Naruto the truth about his heritage and our... actions." said third hokage with a sigh
"Then we need to take decisive action. Naruto must be brought back under control, and this woman... she must be eliminated." said danzo
"We can't just eliminate her without understanding her full intentions. She may have allies, and an aggressive move could provoke them. But uss your root shinobi to keep looking for them" replied third hokage
"You're too soft, Hiruzen. This is why Konoha faces such threats. If you'd allowed Root to handle Naruto from the start, we wouldn't be in this predicament." said danzo with a sneer
"You I very well know kumo brings out potential of their jinchuriki with emotions." said third hokage with a glare
"Your sentimentality will be the end of us all. We must be prepared to do whatever it takes to secure the village's future." said danzo
"Of you find him I will let you have him, if not keep looking doing what you're good from last two shinobi wars" said hiruzen
"Very well, I'll start the operation immediately to fetch promising children from other nations" said danzo
"Agreed. But keep looking for naruto and other jinchuriki as well, if an opportunity arises we can get another jinchuriki of we can't find that kyuubi" said thid hokage
"Very well, Hiruzen." said danzo in a clam voice
"I understand. Now, go. We have much to do." said third hokage and Danzo nodded before turning and leaving the office, his mind already plotting his next move. Hiruzen remains at his desk, also thinking about his next move now since naruto is out of his and Konoha's grasp.
(With Naruto and Group)
Naruto, Yakumo and Hinata along with Konan and Jiraiya appeared in Yugakaure which is unknown to three kids.
"So you finally have him jiraiya-chan" said a orange coloured toad who looks old
"Hai fukasaku sensei" said jiraiya
Fukasaku walked upto naruto and looked at him "So he's minato-chan's tadpole" asked the elder toad
"Yes he is but thank you for your help sensei, for reverse summoning us to Yugakure. We can take from here" said jiraiya
"Good luck and be careful" said fukasaku and disappeared in a poof of smoke
"How did he know dad?" asked naruto
"Minato used to have toad summoning contract" replied jiraiya
"Where are we konon-sama?" asked hinata as she looked around along with yakumo to figure out where she is.
"No sama, it's call me aunt like naruto-kun here and we're here in Yugakure. Nagato already sent a ship for us which is distinct from others without any insignia" informed konan and the group made there way towards the port to find a ship which looked distinct
"Hinata use your eyes" said jiraiya and hinata used her byakyugan to find the ship, she looked around for a bit
"There it is hidden with in the trees to keep it hidden from general public" said hinata and everyone followed her lead and reached the place where the ship has anchored and Standing at gangplank is a tall man with distinctive black hair and was wearing a red samurai armour with whirlpool insignia on it.
"I have been waiting for you konon-sama where is the young prince?" asked the man as he bowed to one knee in front of konan
"Worry not takeshi-san, he's the young prince, Son of my elder sister Uzumaki Kushina and Namikaze Minato" said konan
"Greetings Heika, finally Whirlpool will have a ruler, I am Mizurai Takeshi, clan head of Mizurai Clan as well as head of Whirlpools Navy which we're just started to develop" said Takeshi
"Heika?" asked yakumo in confusion
It was jiraiya who answered it "Naruto's Grandfather Uzumaki Arashi was the ruler of Whirlpool when Whirlpool Village was destroyed completely leaving only a few members. Next in line for throne was Naruto's mother Uzumaki Kushina but she also died 13 years ago, Now that Naruto is alive, he's the one who will take Whirlpool's Throne. That's why he's called Heika."
"Oohhh" was all both hinata and yakumo said while Naruto just looked embarrassed
"Come Naruto-kun let's go your uncle will be waiting for you, takeshi-san please prepare for departure as soon as possible" ordered Konan and Takeshi nodded and went to prepare for departure while Naruto boarded the ship with his group. Everyone on the ship bowed to Naruto and Konan and minutes later they started their journey towards the Whirlpool Village.
