Episode 06: Exam Time
The scene opened up in the old campus, then it went inside the class.
"Now, class...Shall we begin?" Koro-sensei's voice rings over the place as he makes some doubles.
"Begin what?" Class E chorused. "The time has come for midterms! Yes, that's right. And that's why I've set aside this period...for my special supersonic exam cram class!" E Class gasped as Koro-sensei and his double popped up in front of them.
"That's crazy!" Takada shouted
"I mean, is anything normal about a class that has a superbeing octopus as their teacher?" Rio raised her eyebrow
"But still-" Takada tries
"Not to mention we have a secret agent as our teacher" Takebayashi butted in
"Still-" Takada once again tried
"And a professional assassin as our English teacher." Sugino said
"OKAY DAMN!" Takada shouted, other classes sighed while E Class shrugged.
"My afterimages can work with you one-on-one to provide individually targeted revision for your worst subjects." Koro-sensei said. The scene switches to Terasaka who turns the other way and has his head on his palm.
"This is just dumb. He even switches his headband for each subject." He then looked in front of him just as a double of Koro-sensei showed up right there. He has a Naruto headband.
"Hey! Why do I get a Naruto one?!"
"Naruto?" asked Shindou, E Class looked at Terasaka "Man, you sucks..." Hazama chuckled while Terasaka glared at her and the rest just shot them confused looks.
'I think Koro-sensei...is only getting faster. Six Japanese, Eight Math, Three Social Studies, Four Science, Four English and One Naruto.'
"What does Naruto means?" asked Tanaka to Takada who shrugged.
"It means his worst subject, is every subjects taught for our whole year. In short, he sucks at every subject." Hazama laughed
Terasaka hits his head on the table while Muramatsu and Yoshida patted his back.
The scene shows Fuwa who's having a hard time.
'He's managed to split up enough to cover every student.'
Yukiko can be seen sweating.
'It wasn't that long ago that he could only handle four or five images.'
Then Nagisa shouts as Koro-sensei's face suddenly 'caved in'.
Tsuchida and her friends covered their mouth in shock.
Meg looked at them confused 'first time?' she asked herself.
"No sneak assassinations, if you please, Karma-kun!" Koro-sensei shouts to Karma who had stabbed him in the head and is sticking his tongue out. "Dodging interferes with my ability to maintain steady images!" He added.
"These afterimages are so fine and delicate. But doesn't it exhaust you to keep them all up?" asked Nagisa "Not to worry. I've got one resting outside." answered the teacher as another of his double was seen resting outside.
"How's that supposed to help?!" shouts Nagisa
Asano rolled his eyes before sighing then leaning as if to stretch his body.
'Idiots.'
'With this dramatic increase in capabilities...He must be gearing up to destroy the Earth next year.'
The scene switches from Nagisa's frowning face to the moon then back to the class.
'No matter how you slice it, he's a real headache to have as a target.'
The scene went back to Nagisa and Koro-sensei.
" So, did you follow that, Nagisa-kun?" asked his teacher. "Yes,sir." Nagisa smiled as he looked at his teacher.
'But with exams looming...we're glad to have him as a teacher.'
Everyone looked at Nagisa who shrinked in his seat.
"I mean, he's not the only one." Rio said and E Class agreed. Even Terasaka admitted it.
Even Karma. That shocks Asano.
'Is he that good? Or are they bluffing?'

Episode 06: "Exam Time"
The scene switches as the E Class starts to walk back home. The scene switches to the staff room.
"Let's say you want to solve this puzzle cube as quickly as possible with a robust method anyone can use." said someone as they play with the puzzle cube and as Karasuma-sensei and Bitch-sensei were shown.
The scene switches to Kayano and Nagisa cleaning as Koro-sensei starts to go to the staff room.
"See you, Koro-sensei!" Nagisa shouted cheerfully
"How would you go about it, teachers?" the voice continued
"Good luck killing me tomorrow!" Koro-sensei laughed.
"The answer is simple." Koro-sensei walked into the staff room just as they had destroyed the puzzle cubes.
A key card shows up below the man.
Kunugigaoka Academy Principal
Asano Gakuhou
Asano glared up at the screen.
"Why do you look so excited, Asano-kun?" Karma teased.
Asano summoned all gods and his strengths to stop himself from strangling a certain red head boy.
"You take it apart and put it back together again. The most logical approach." Principal Asano continued. He then noticed Koro-sensei and smiled at him. "We meet at last, Koro-sensei." Koro-sensei seems to be confused.
"Apparently, he's the Principal of this place." Irina explained "And that makes him our boss." Karasuma added.
Koro-sensei shrieked as he quickly went to the Principal's side. "My, how good of you to come all this way! Let me rub your shoulders."
'Yeah. How GOOD of him.' Asano and Karma gritted their teeth. Unbeknownst to them, they have same thought at same time.
Nagisa passed by and got confused by the situation. So he took a peek inside.
"Would you be so good as to consider a slight raise in my salary?" Koro-sensei's voice ring.
Nagisa sweatdropped and a paper was shown.
Koro-sensei's Weak Point #6:
Sucks up to his superiors
B Class, C Class, and D Class started scrambling notes.
A Class face-palmed at the sight as E Class giggled.
"I've added a few more afterimages to my line up, you see, and I'm sure it's in your power to- " He was cut off when the Principal turned to him smiling. "I must apologize. I meant to come pay my respects sooner." He stand up
"The Ministry of Defense and Karasuma-san have told me all about you. I can't claim to understand everything, but..." the atmosphere around them seems to get darker.
"How heartbroken you must be to have sought to become the savior of the world only to fall into the role of the great villain who would destroy it." Principal said
'Savior? Villain?' asked Nagisa to himself.
E Class glared at screen. Except Karma who glared at the younger Asano instead.
Asano glared in return.
'I mean, why glared at me?!' Asako screamed in his mind
"But let's set that aside for now. Struggles as I might, I cannot hope to save the planet from its crisis. Barring the unexpected, I will stay out of your assassination altogether."
He then walked away and stopped by the side of Karasuma. "You've certainly paid me enough,after all." He said to him "We appreciate it." Karasuma replied.
"Well, aren't you rational? I certainly don't mind that in a man." Irina butted in "I'm honored. However..." He walked back to Koro-sensei. "As Principal, I must consider what lies in store next year and beyond-- should the Earth survive."
"Wow how great of you~" Okano said as she rolled her eyes before putting her tongue out.
E Class sweatdropped at this.
Principal Asano sat down on the window.
"In other words, if someone does happen to kill you, what will happen to this school? Frankly, we need E Class to remain as it is." He said. Nagisa narrowed his eyes from where he was watching as he gasped. Koro-sensei seems to hate the idea either.
E Class share the same reaction as Nagisa on screen.
Other classes (-Asano) looked at the screen in confusion.
"As it is? You mean with rock-bottom grades and treatment, like now?" Koro-sensei asked
"Yes. Are you familiar with the worker ant Principle?" The Principal asked back.
{For the rest it will be his line only since I can't explain things right now.}
"In any given group, twenty percent will be lazy, twenty percent will work hard, and the remaining sixty percent will be average. My goal is a group composed of five percent slackers and ninety-five percent hard workers." He explained as his eyes glow in the dark.
" "I don't want to be like E Class." "I don't want to end up in E Class." If we instill such determination in ninety-five percent of the students, my ideal ratio can be achieved." He added as his dark desire (of an imagination) was shown.
It's Asano's turned to glare at the screen as other classes gasped and widened their eyes.
E Class simply sit quiet. But who knows...maybe they are planning a massacre.
"I see. Logical indeed." Koro-sensei said "And that's why you must keep the five percent that are from E Class week and pitiful." He seems to understand.
"I received a complaint from a D Class teacher today: "A boy from E Class glared at one of my students and threatened to kill him." " said the Principal as Nagisa was shown with a monsterous look in the background.
Nagisa simply deadpanned at what he heard. Then the scene went back inside the staff room.
"I'm sure it's only natural for an assassin to look daggers at people. That in and of itself is not an issue. The problem...is that a student with rock-bottom grades defies a regular one. Under my policies, that cannot stand." He was shown with a wicked smile on his face and his eyes glowing evilly.
Students started whispering.
"So, are we like his puppet or something?"
"Yeah. Probably."
Asano gripped his pants. 'I won't save you anymore. This'll be your fall down...Father.'
"Please tell him in no uncertain terms to control himself. Oh, and Koro-sensei...Solve this. You have one second." He throws Koro-sensei a steel puzzle
"What? Just like that?!" He tried to solve it but...
One Second Later
He failed. His face is now red and he still didn't manage to solve the puzzle.
'What the hell is this?!' Nagisa shriek
Koro-sensei's Weak Point #7:
Metal ring puzzles freak him out.
E Class face-palmed once again.
"You are indeed as fast as they say. There is no doubt you can dodge any attempt on your life. But you know, Koro-sensei...You cannot solve any problem with speed alone." He stares at Koro-sensei who lay down on the ground sweating and motionless. "Now, if you'll excuse me." He then walked out of the door.
Nagisa and the Principal's eyes met. Nagisa nods at him.
"Hey there. I look forward to seeing how you'll do on your midterms. Good luck." He smiled at him which shocked Nagisa as his eyes widened. Just as he turned away his smile also slipped down from his face.
'With that dry "good luck", I was thrown from my position as an assassin back into the End Class, just like that.'
Karma looked at Nagisa who had his eyes covered in shadow.
The scene went back inside the staff room.
'As a target, this guy is practically invincible. He has the upper hand in any assassination attempt. But as a teacher, there is someone more powerful he must face:'
Karasuma and Irina both stared at the motionless octopus teacher. The scene then shows the Principal as he walked out of the classroom.
'The Principal of Kunugigaoka Academy, Asano Gakuhou. A shrewd manager who, in just ten years since its founding, made this school one of the nation's best. There's no escaping the system he's built here.'
He then looked at Koro-sensei "Not even for you." He said. Just as he said this Koro-sensei seems to snap.
Asano and Ren looked at each other.
"Is this our chance to defeat E Class?" Ren whispered. Asano did not give an answer and only look at the E Class silently.
The scene changes to the following day.
"Good morning, class." The scene then switch inside the classroom and they can see even more doubles. "Today, you'll be seeing even more of me!"
'That's way too many!' Nagisa deadpanned
"Now, let's begin."
'Even afterimages are getting sloppy. He barely even looks like the same person!'
"What's up, Koro-sensei? Aren't you getting a little too into it?" asked Kayano as she smiles at him. "Hmm? Not at all!" Koro-sensei replied.
"Not at all my ass." Kayano frowns as the rest of her classmates simply sighed.
The scene changes to Nagisa who frowns.
The scene went to a flashback
Principal Asano was shown frowning as he walked away and as his previous words echoed in Nagisa's mind.
"We need E Class to remain as it is."
The scene went back to present as Nagisa's frown deepened.
The scene cuts into the end of the session as Koro-sensei tries to catch his breath and pan himself.
"That must've been exhausting, even for him." Maehara sighed as they all gathered around Koro-sensei.
"Maybe this is our chance!" Rio said as she raised the rubber knife.
"Would you like - think of academics for once?" Tsuchida groaned
"Bitch. Do we look like we need to? Fo we look like we care?" Rio flipped her hair and rolled her eyes.
"Why's he working so hard, anyway?" asked Tanaka.
Koro-sensei laughed "It's all to get your exam scores up! If that happens..."
The scene changes to Koro-sensei's imagination (I won't describe it hahahha)
"Koro-sensei! I got a good score, thanks to you!" That's Okano
"I can't live without your classes, Koro-sensei! I could never kill you!" That's Isogai
"Sensei, won't you help us study too?"
The scene went back to reality as Koro-sensei went pink.
"I won't have to fear for my life, and I'll be living on easy street!"
"See?" Rio pointed at the screen.
"Uh..." Mimura looked at Yada who looked at him "We don't really have to be straight-A students." Mimura said "Yeah, whoever assassinates him gets ten billion yen." Yada smiled.
"And with ten billion, you don't need top grades to live the good life!" Rio put her arms behind her head.
E Class nodded their heads.
The other class looked at them in shock and were worried.
"Nyuya! I-Is that how you see it?!" Koro-sensei panicked
"We're the End Class, Koro-sensei." Okajima chuckles "Your assassination's way more accessible to us than any exam." Mimura added.
Koro-sensei's face darkened. "Ah. I see how it is."
"How what is?" Mimura asked
Asano sighed.
'Stupid.'
"You don't have what it takes to be assassins yet." Koro-sensei stood up, his face changed to purple with a cross on it. "Out in the schoolyard, the lot of you!"
Assassination Classroom
The scene opened up in the schoolyard as E Class gathered there.
"What's the big idea, sendin' us all out into the yard like this?" asked Maehara
"Who knows? His mood got stormy all of a sudden." Okano (?) replied
"We know why." Araki said but go silent when Seo nudge him.
E Class looked at them confused.
"One of E Class' key features is its built-in remedial process. By scoring in the top fifty of the 186 students who take the periodic exams and receiving permission from their former teacher to return, they can leave the outcasts of E Class behind." Koro-sensei explained
"However, their poor academic skills and the bleak environment they are provided make meeting these conditions next to impossible. Most E Class students are made to feel remediation is beyond their grasp and come to terms with intense discrimination." He finishes just as Megu arrives with Bitch-sensei.
"What do you mean, hurry up?" Bitch-sensei asked as Megu pushed her "Koro-sensei asked us to bring you." Megu said as she went downstairs.
"Irina-sensei, there's something I'd like to ask you as a professional assassin." Koro-sensei said and the students turned to her "What is all this?" She asked, confused.
"When you're on a job, do you prepare just one plan of attack?" Koro-sensei asked. Irina-sensei blinked before narrowing her eyes. "No. Things rarely play out according to my initial plan. Making detailed backup plans in preparation for any possibility is a basic tenet of assassination." She explained
E Class started realizing what is this about.
Other class look at the screen with worried faces.
Then they relaized it...
'That's right...why do we care so much 'bout them?'
"And you, Karasuma-sensei." Karasuma turned to him "When fighting with a knife, is the first strike the only important one?" Koro-sensei asked him.
"The first strike is of course the most important, but your next move matters too. Against a powerful foe, your first blow is likely to be dodged, so the precision with which you can land your second and third blows can decide the fight." Karasuma explained as E Class looked in Koro-sensei with confusion.
"Look, what are you getting at?" asked Maehara. Koro-sensei then started spinning around making dusts.
"Luckily we manage to watch this or I won't get it at all." Maehara laughed to which Okano and Isogai sighed.
"As your teachers have said, a confident assassin always has a backup plan they can rely on. But what about you? "We've got assassination, and that's enough," you think, and there go your academic goals." He started spinning around as the dust started forming around the schoolyard.
"You're just trying to avoid dealing with your inferiority complexes." E Class covered their faces as the wind blew harder. "What if I fled from this classroom? What if another killer got me first?" Karasuma-sensei and Bitch-sensei covered their faces as well.
E Class looked at each other.
"If you stake everything on this assassination and it goes up in smoke, all you've got left is good ol' E Class inferiority. A word of advice from me to you as you walk that fine line: " Now, there's a huge tornado forming in the schoolyard.
"those who can't wield a second blade aren't qualified to be assassins!" He shouts as the tornado keeps on getting bigger and stronger.
The scene switches to the main campus.
"What the..."
"There's a huge tornado up in the mountains!"
Principal Asano just smirks at this...
'Show-off.'
Karma smirks as Asano rolled his eyes.
The scene went back to E Class as the tornado ends and the sun rise once again.
"The yard was uneven and rampant with weeds. I tidied it up." Koro-sensei said. E Class let out amused nouse as the field are now clean and wider.
"I am a superbeing capable of wiping out the Earth. Flattening a whole neighborhood is a piece of cake." His eyes glow red. "If you can't show me a second blade you can depend upon, I'll know that none of you are assassins worthy of taking me on, and I'll flatten this entire campus before I go." E Class stares at him and so does Irina and Karasuma. Karma simply scratch the back of his head.
"Show you a second blade? By when?" Nagisa asked "Tomorrow, of course." Koro-sensei replied "I want you all to place in the top fifty on tomorrow's midterms."
"But... that's impossible?" Shindou asked
"I mean nothing's impossible now, are they?" asked one of his teammates.
E Class all shouts their surprise.
"I've been honing your second blades all this time. You've learned fast enough to keep up with them and then some. Wield those blades with confidence! Succeed in your mission, and hold your heads high - smiling and unashamed. You are proud assassins, and moreover, proud members of E Class!" Koro-sensei cheers up on them.
E Class just look at him serious and worried.
'And before we knew it...it was time for midterms.'
The scene changes.
Others leaned in. Half worried for A Class, Half worried for E Class.
Ono-sensei was seen tapping his fingers on the desk as he watches the students took their exam.
E Class frowned.
The screen shows the blackboard.
3-E Midterms
First Period
Math
'All students took these exams at the main campus, which made it an away game for us E Class students.'
"Mathematics for the first period." gulped Kurahashi.
The question suddenly transforms into a monster and they are transferred into a dark room with only them, the questions and the monster.
It attacked them, they just shout and run. The monster roar.
"Oi oi! Wtf is that?!" Seo shouted.
The host then speaks "It's or it was their imagination due to being assassins."
They gulped and went back to watching.
"Question 4's a real monster! One knife isn't enough to kill it!" Sugino shouted as he raised his rubber knife. The monster rises once again and then attacks them. They shout and run again.
'I was well aware...that our school's exams were diabolical.' Nagisa picked up the knife while in real life he picked up the pen.
'Oh, no...I don't even know where to begin! At this rate, this question...' The scene went back to the monster and E Class.
'will be the death of me!'
The scene switches to Koro-sensei as he stands in the schoolyard. A knife suddenly was thrown at him but he manages to dodge it.
"Seriously? You'll really leave if they don't all make the top fifty?" asked Irina-sensei "Indeed." Koro-sensei smiled at her
"Are you insane? Judging by their grades so far, they don't have a chance in hell!"
"She don't trust us, does she?" asked Okajima
"Obviously not, baka. I don't even think we'll be in top fifty at all." Hazama said.
"I wouldn't be so sure. The past is one thing, but they're my students now." Koro-sensei picked up the knife. "I've taught them how to defend themselves, even when they're in trouble."
Others looked in screen in confusion.
Asano narrowed his eyes. 'They sure have a great backup huh?'
The scene went back to Class E.
A tentacle wrapped itself around Nagisa's arm. He can hear Koro-sensei's voice.
"Don't you remember what I've told you? That's no mystery monster. Start by paying close attention to its claw over there. See? When you look closely, it's just a plain old fin."
The wing of the monster became a fin of a fish.
"Look carefully at each part of the question, bit by bit, then string them all together to see the whole."
The monster transformed into a fish. Then there's a fish ready to be cooked in front of his desk.
"See? What a trivial adversary!"
"Hey, Shindou. I think we should think like them, maybe we'll get higher score."
"Shut up, you moron."
Nagisa smiled as he raised his knife.
"Now, use that blade of yours to make a delicious question fillet."
Nagisa started cooking the fish
'I get it!'
Back in real life Ono-sensei was shocked to see that E Class suddenly answered the questions real quick.
'You just have to work out the important parts, bit by bit! It's exactly like Koro-sensei taught us!'
E Class answered the exam real quick. Ono-sensei looked on in panic.
'This question...'
The scene went back to the dead monster with E Class on top of it, either standing, sitting, or laying down on it.
'And the next one!' Yoshida slices the monster.
'And the one after that!' Hayami stabbed the monster
"Damn, bro. I think they might make it to top fifty." Takada whispered to Tanaka who shivers.
'And...' The scene went bloody when a monster defeated the rest of his classmates.
He gasped as sweat ran down his face and as his eyes widened.
"Or not." Takada slumped.
Karma and Nagisa stand by themselves with a red bloody monster behind them. Then that monster grabbed Nagisa as the screen faded to black.
'And then an unseen question beat us to death from behind.'
The Principal was shown in the dark sitting as he gave a wicked smile.
"What's the meaning of this?" The scene switched to Karasuma "I felt that the test was decidedly unfair."
"That's strange. You should've been notified." Answered someone from the phone
The scene shows the E Class
Shiota Nagisa-Total score: 315-Ranked 105th of 186
"Was there some kind of miscommunication on your end, perhaps?"
Isogai Yuuma - Total score: 367 - Ranked 68th of 186
"You don't stop by the main campus very often, so it wouldn't surprise me."
Terasaka Ryouma - Total Score: 230 - Ranked 159th of 186
"I can't say there was, and regardless, this is highly unusual. Two days before the exams, and you broaden the scope across all subjects?"
Asano smirks.
'None of E Class can defy higher class afterall.'
"You don't seem to understand, what was it, Karasuma-sensei? We are a prep school. The last-minute cramming abilities of our students is simply another thing we test. Why, the main-campus students received a splendid lecture on the new material from the Principal himself."
Karasuma narrowed his eyes.
'Is there nothing this man won't stoop to in the name of his own doctrine?' He then closes his phone 'They've put us in a fine spot.' He then looked at the octopus who was standing silently on one side.
'If he leaves E Class, we lose everything.'
Silence...
"The responsibility is entirely mine." Koro-sensei spoke "I seem to have underestimated what this school is capable of. I can't even face you after this." He added
"So...how are they gonna try and kill him?"
"Yeah now that he's gone for sure..."
Other classes rumored but go silent mode when the scene resumes.
"NYUYA!" He then shouts as he dodges a knife that was thrown at him
"You sure?" Karma's voice rang "If you can't face us, you can't see us coming to kill you." Everyone looked at him as he walked towards Koro-sensei who is now red in anger.
Asano gritted his teeth.
'How can I forget about him?'
"Karma-kun! I'm very depressed right now, and--" he was cut off when Karma threw his papers on his desk and he gasped in surprise.
Karma scores two 99, two 98, and one 100.
"Changing a few questions isn't gonna stop me." Karma said, everyone gasped when they saw his scores.
"Whoa!" Maehara said
"A hundred in math? No way!" Isogai said
Students asked Asano questions about Karma's rightful place.
Asano didn't give them anything at all.
Karma only smiled at Koro-sensei.
"My grades were good already, but you really went the extra mile." He said
A flashback of Koro-sensei teaching him can be seen.
"We've come this far, so why not go a little further ahead?" Koro-sensei said quickly all while Karma frowns.
Karma's voice and his present self can still be seen.
"That's why I could handle the questions even after they changed the scope." He narrates
"Just a little further! A tiny bit! Just a little! You're great at this, Karma-kun."
"However..."
The flashback ended
Everyone sweatdropped.
Asano chuckles as Karma glared at him.
'He deserves it.'
'This bitch.'
"I'm staying right here. Assassination is way more fun than going back to my old class. So what's the plan? You gonna use the others' results as an excuse to turn tail and run?"
"So you stay?" Asano smirks "I mean that's more fun than being with someone who will stab you in the back." Karma smirks back to which Asano frowns.
He then went Koro-sensei's face and laughed "Sounds like you're just scared we might kill you."
Koro-sensei grew a tick mark. Nagisa realizes what's Karma is up to. And so does the rest of E Class as they all looked at each other and smiled. Meg nudge Maehara.
"Oh, so that's it? You were scared?" He said as he put his arms behind his head "You should've just told us upfront!" Yada giggles "Just like, "I'm scared! I wanna run home to my big octopus mommy!"" Rio laughed
This made Koro-sensei mad.
"NYUYA! I AM NOT RUNNING AWAY!" Koro-sensei went all red.
"Oh? Then what?" Karma asked. He then went back to normal. "We'll pay them back twofold on the end-of-term exams!" He shouted.
A class laughed as The Big Five sent them a challenging looks.
E Class seems to accept the unsaid challenge as they sent them the same look.
E Class only laughed at him. "Nyuya! This is no laughing matter! Honestly! Aren't you thoroughly disappointed?!"
'We ran smack into a wall there with our midterms-'
Karma turned around and put his tongue out.
'a big, thick wall that completely surrounded us.'
Karasuma and Irina watched them from behind the classroom door.
'But inside, I was proud.'
"Now, repeat after me: let's get 'em!"
'Proud to be in E Class.'
E Class laughed as the screen faded to black.
Closing has been skipped
"Okay. I'll give you two hour break for now. There are foods and drinks on the table in front of you. Then see you."
They all agreed and started taking the break.
