Elden Ring is fun.

The Power Within.
The weather outside was slowly turning into a cloudy day. The clouds weren't raging or moving fast. They were big white, and fluffy. The colorful, red, orange, and yellow sky illuminated the clouds, making them look like a sherbet desert floating in the sky.
Sanguinius was in her chamber. She was calmly sharpening her sword, taking her time to take care of her blade. She took a deep breath and put the blade down. Sanguinius rested her arms on her legs.
It was hard for her to get up today. Sanguinius was mentally exhausted after Issei cured her. It was difficult to keep her eyes open. The matriarch, however, wanted to give in to the rest. Besides what's wrong with a little rest? Even then Sanguinius knew that the only thing on her mind was a certain young man from another dimension. Sanguinius rose to her feet and collapsed on her bed, taking a deep sigh of relaxation. Her vision faded into black.
"Oh, I have been freed from one curse only to be inflicted with another. I'm in love with Issei," Sanguinius said as she slumbered.
Sanguinius found herself lying on a hard cold stone floor. She was staring into a purple night sky. There was no wind but a calm environment. She wondered what this place was.
"What a strange place, I don't remember ever being here," Sanguinius thought. The matriarch slowly sat up, finding she easily floated in the air. It was like there was no gravity in this dream world.
Sanguinius slowly floated up, yet she didn't feel as if she was going to wander off into infinite space. She felt tethered down to the land by some strange comfort.
Then suddenly, without warning, a glowing red light floated above her. She was stunned seeing how beautiful it was. It was like an uncut ruby as Starlight shined through it. Sanguinius's hand slowly reached out to touch it.
Then the ball of light reacted from the slightly graze of fingertips.
The ball of light soon formed into a little dragon with tiny wings and glowing green eyes. Its body is still illuminated with red energy. The small creature looked at Sanguinius with a calm lizard-like stare.
"Who am I?" The Dragon asked.
Sanguinius looked down at her hand to see a strange red gauntlet attached to her hand.
"Are you my master?" The voice asked with the same innocence as a curious child. Sanguinius didn't know what to say as she held out her palm for the small Dragon to perch. Sanguinius didn't know what to say.
"I don't believe I am your master little creature, who and what are you?" Sanguinius asked. However, the small Dragon only looks more curious.
"Oh, if you're not my master then why am I In your soul?" The Dragon asked. Sanguinius didn't know what to say.
"I'm sorry I don't know?" Sanguinius said. The little Dragon landed on Sanguinius's shoulder and lovingly nudged its head into hers. It was like a pet trying to get its owner's attention.
"Please the great Shadow Dragon put me here, to care for me. It was my master's undying care for you that allowed me to be with you," The Little Dragon said with a begging voice. Sanguinius was confused by this unknown title. Sanguinius could feel no deceit or malicious anger so she couldn't see no harm in asking.
"I'm sorry but who is this Shadow Dragon little one?" Sanguinius asked with a worrying tone of voice. Who could this monstrous person be? What horrible demon could be trying to control her?
The Little Dragon shook its head in disappointment. Then glared at Sanguinius comparable to a child being mad at their parents.
"Fool, don't you realize your future mate Issei cured you, he's the one who saved your soul from utter pain so stop crying already and go get your man!" The Dragon said.
Sanguinius woke up in a cold sweat taking greedy breaths of air. She slowly gazed at her hands and brought one over her heart feeling it was beating out of control, but not from panic. This emotion was a deep passion for Issei.
Sanguinius blushed and shoved her face into a nearby pillow. She let out a muffled cry of embarrassment and hugged her pillow.
"Issei I desire you so much," Sanguinius said in an innocent love-sick manner, thinking about the advice of the dragon that was now inside her soul.
Issei, Konrad, and Guilliman were walking through the main hallway all having bright blushes on their faces. Guilliman was still embarrassed by what she saw on the phone. Konrad couldn't help but overthink in her mind what she saw on the phone.
"Oh why isn't he talking to me, is he angry? Is it because you're sexually frustrated? That must be the answer, my love, that's why you have so much on your phone," Konrad thought. With an impulsive thought. Konrad swooped down and held Issei by the waist. Issei was shocked by Konrad and was more or less regaining his mind. The two had just stared at each other for a long time both not saying a word. This wasn't the same tender romance they felt before. This was awkwardness in its purest form.

"Issei we should mate immediately," Konrad said in a wild outburst as she had to fight off the most intense blush ever in her life. Issei's jaw dropped to the floor in shock.

"What!" Issei said in shock. While Guilliman had to take a step back at this sudden declaration. Issei blushed like a red tomato and was shocked with shyness. He was no stranger to sex but to be outed out for it would make anyone turn red. Issei stuttered his next words "K-K-Konrad we haven't even been on a date yet that going way too fast,"
"Well maybe you need to be fast Issei, I worry about you now, and what better way to relieve stress than having intercourse with your harem!" Konrad said in a super fast tone of voice. She just wanted to get it off her chest here and now.
"Issei don't you think you're moving too fast with this Harem!" Guilliman said, shooting a glare at Issei who was flabbergasted at what he heard. The young teen turned his head, He was still being held by Konrad which didn't help with the situation at all.
"Hey, it's not like I asked for this! And I'm waiting until the time is right," Issei said back. Konrad refused that answer and shocked Issei back and forth like he was a teddy bear.
"Then why do you have so much porn on your phone when you know we can satisfy you!" Konrad said out loud with no shame of strife. A loud bang erupted throughout the room as all their heads turned to see Corvus standing in the room looking at the three with a surprised look. Corvus had dropped her spoon that went with her meal and stared at the group.
"What the hell did I just walk into," Corvus said with disturbed awe. Issei's blush grew brighter as now the situation had grown ten times more awkward. Guilliman took another step back and pointed at the two.
"I'm not a part of this!" She said in an honest voice. Guilliman also knew that if her adoptive mother found out about this she would be in for a world of scolding. Issei didn't know what to say as he couldn't find the words to get him out of the situation. Corvus wanted to leave but at the same time wanted to watch this trainwreck.
"Issei please you have to tell me we're lovers right?" Konrad said in a begging voice. Issei felt a pressure build-up. However, Issei wouldn't fall into this awkward obscurity that he hid within himself. The truth would be told now.
"Konrad I know you are ready but I'm not. It is just a really big leap for me as well. Even if it would make me happy, I want to make sure the first time is special for both of us," Issei said. Konrad turned her head away from Issei. She remembered when she said she would wait patiently for Issei but if he was in some pain without knowing that feeling then Konrad couldn't just stand by and watch Issei get frustrated while he possibly relieved himself from this nude imagery.
"Issei I understand," Konrad said, ashamed that she even thought about asking this question. She hung her head down low. Then Konrad felt a sudden soft touch on her cheek as Issei jumped up and affectionately kissed her.
"Hey sorry about getting you worked up, I'm not the best boyfriend material," Issei said trying to lighten up the mood, however, it failed as Konrad gently nuzzled Issei's neck.
"Don't you say that! You're perfect the way you are," Konrad said, making Issei blush. The two pulled away, happy to even be with each other. Guilliman and Corvus couldn't help but admire the couple.
"Oh my word, look at how close you two are," Sanguinius said as she glided down from above. Sanguinius's eyes looked at Issei as she gave a respective bow to the two of them. Issei wondered why Sanguinius was here. Konrad was extremely annoyed with Sanguinius's presence.
"What are you doing here," Konrad spoke with a bitter harshness. Sanguinius was taken back a bit by her sudden anger.
"Apologies Konrad, I didn't mean to interrupt, I just wanted to check up on Issei is all," Sanguinius said. It was obvious that Konrad still held resentment against Sanguinius. Sanguinius and Issei's eyes did make contact. However, Issei had a red blush on his face. Sanguinius's mind flashed back to a special moment for her.
"Wait Sanguinius don't-," Horus was cut off as Sanguinius did not bite Issei. No, what Sanguinius did, made every matriarch in the room drop their jaws. Sanguinius peppered Issei's face with light kisses. She was doing them so fast and quickly that Issei was put in a daze. Sanguinius laughed at her sisters.
"What? Like you didn't see the signs," Sanguinius said in a sassy tone of voice. All of them were confused while Issei was embarrassed.
Konrad gritted her teeth and glared at Sanguinius. The others in the room could feel the intensity beginning to boil up.
"You still haven't apologized to Issei for putting him into a coma," Konrad said bluntly. Sanguinius choked on her words and quickly fixed her posture into a more humble manner.
"I greatly apologize for my action Issei, please do understand that I was under a genetic influence," Sanguinius said with great humility. Issei didn't like how Konrad forced it out of Sanguinius, finding it to be awkward. Sanguinius was happy to get that apology out of the way but in truth. Sanguinius didn't think she had to say it, seeing how noble and laid back he was.
"Issei, I wish to speak to you," Sanguinius said. Konrad narrowed her eyes at Sanguinius. Issei was also expecting this talk to happen sooner or later.
"And why would he do that? Not to mention I heard you peppered his face with kisses. Unacceptable! Sanguinius I do not trust you alone with him," Konrad said. As cold as the words were, they did hold a truth to them. Sanguinius glanced across the room seeing the other matriarch, who carried a reluctant, but agreeing look.
Instead of arguing, Sanguinius would go along with these rules. She had to rebuild those sisterly bridges again. That trust made this family strong. Guilliman didn't enjoy alienating Sanguinius after all they had been through. Even if she was cured she still needed to be watched.
"Very well then, Konrad if you would wish to supervise the conversation. I am more than welcome to it," Sanguinius said in a cheerful mood. Sanguinius took a step forward at Issei only to be blocked off by Konrad who wasn't pleased at all. Guilliman and Corvus thought they were possibly going to break up a fight.
However, the sound of a tap on the back of her armor made Konrad turn around to see Issei with a worried face.
"It's fine Konrad besides I know you'll kick her butt in case she tries to do something," Issei said a comedicly, trying to lighten up the room with a bit of humor. Konrad gave in and stepped aside. Guilliman and Corvus were shocked at the site.
"Not even father could calm Konrad like that?!" They both thought in a panic. Sanguinius took a step towards Issei. The young teen took notice of Sanguinius' new appearance. It was still angelic, but in a more down-to-earth sort of manner, with a hint of nostalgia. Issei's eyes widened, recognizing that familiar red that was on Sanguinius. Issei could recognize a dragon's features a mile away.
"Issei I was going to ask you but from your reaction, you already noticed," Sanguinius said. Issei couldn't help but gawk at Sanguinius. Call it old habits but he could see the dragon in her. Issei took a nervous gulp either out of fear or envy, He had to ask the question.
"Did you have any strange dreams lately?" Issei asked. Sanguinius nodded immediately at the words. Issei takes a big exhale.
"Oh man, I got to sit down for this," Issei said. Konrad knelt at Issei's side. Konrad glared at Sanguinius seeing she was the cause for the distress on Issei.
"What did you do, this time!" Konrad demanded.
"Well, I believe Issei left a piece of himself inside of me," Sanguinius said, then quickly realized what came out of her lips. Sanguinius looked at Konrad with a face of regret.
"Wait Konrad before you-," Sanguinius was cut off by Konrad.
"I know what you mean. So my love left a bit of his energy within you, and now you're gaining new abilities, well I don't need to see in the future to tell you that," Konrad said. She then gently held Issei's hand. The young teen was a bit surprised at how fast the Night Hunter figured it out. Issei did understand why she understood this strange soul business but Konrad was used to it.
"Konrad thank you for being awesome," Issei said, Konrad shrugged her shoulders.
"It's what I do," Konrad said.
"Not to ruin the moment but what should I do Issei?" Sanguinius asked.
"Well can you tell me what the dream was about, did you see a giant red dragon?" Issei asked. Sanguinius had to speak the truth yet it sounded more insane than truthful, yet it was Issei. Guilliman couldn't just stand by and hear this, she had to say her peace.
"Wait a second, are you saying you gave Sanguinius more power?" Guilliman asked in disbelief. Issei nodded, making the matriarch slap her forehead. The situation would be complicated every day. Sanguinius patted Guilliman back seeing how stressed her sister was.
"Yes I did see a Dragon but it was so small," Sanguinius said as she stopped patting Guilliman. Issei raised an eyebrow, as that was not one of the descriptions to fit Ddraig.
"I think the most strange part about it was how it appeared as a newborn dragon,"
"Issei is it possible you made one of these sacred gears to appear in Sanguinius?" Guilliman asked. If that were the case the implication would be far greater to their self benefactor. Being granted a weapon that could destroy or even kill great beings did make Guilliman wonder. How much more could this aid them? Issei gazed at his hand and truly wondered how much was his reach.
"I don't know," Issei said.
"Well we all must make sure it doesn't happen again," Corvus said then gazed at Sanguinius. "I believe that will be the expectation,"
"Honestly I agree with you, When I went through your mind. It was intense," Issei admitted. The young teen stood up and glanced at Sanguinius. He reached his hand out to her in a welcoming manner. The matriarch had a curious glance, unsure of what was happening here.
"Do you mind if I could see your hand for a moment?" Issei asked. Konrad wanted to know what her beloved was doing. The act was strange and yet noble.
"Issei what are you trying to achieve?" Konrad asked.
"I'm wondering the same thing," Sanguinius said. He cleared his throat and could see this looked a bit strange.
"I wanted to meet this dragon, so I'm going to try and talk to your hand," Issei said innocently.

"HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE!" All the matriarchs in the room shouted in unison. Issei's head was downward and embarrassed. He may have put himself in an awkward situation.
"You are more confusing than you will ever admit!" Guilliman said in frustration.
"Well you see when I had Ddraig in my soul, he always appeared as a light on the back of my hand, so maybe I should start there," Issei said trying to make his point across. Sanguinius shrugged her shoulders and said what the hell, this could be interesting. She took off her glove and gently held her hand out. Konrad and Guilliman were expecting an ancient incantation to be spoken. Corvus possibly thought that Issei would use his shadow to converse with this entity.
Issei gazed at the hand and gently poked it.
"Uh hello my name is Issei, how are you?" He asked in a calm voice. Some in the room had facepalmed themselves. Even Sanguinius had to let out an exhausted sigh. Before anyone could protest how stupid this was. A small green light appeared on the blood angel's luscious backhand. It was small and elegant but everyone started in wonder. Issei felt the presence of a dragon, and it made him so happy to be near that feeling again.
"Hello my father, I see you grace me with your presence. I am doing spectacularly." A young voice called out from the green glow. Issei was a bit surprised to hear such a humble answer and not one full of pride. This voice was also so young, not old or booming, but loud. Sanguinius stated in amazement, and how easy it was for her to communicate with her inner dragon. Guilliman was at a loss for words, this situation got out of hand.
Konrad stared in wonder and could think that whenever Issei took whatever pain then would always be replaced with a new power. Corvus thought this was dangerous and should be taking matters slowly. What if anything went wrong right now if Sanguinius accidentally caused more destruction? For now, she should keep a steady eye on this dragon's sacred gear.
"So you know who I am?" Issei asked.
"Of course I do, you are the one who gave me life. I was made by you to save this female who you care about," The gear called out. Issei realized what this meant as the pieces were laid right in front of it. The young teen glanced at his compatriots with a happy gaze.
"So I figured out where this little guy came to be," Issei said. Konrad wondered how good Issei's detective skills were; now she could see them and fold right in front of her.
"You see when I was fighting the curse, I had to cut off one of its arms that arm had a copy of a boosted gear, the thing is, I don't know what's inside that little shadow dimension I'm in, but when I was inside of Sanguinius," Issei said with no clue to how accidentally raunchy his words. sounded. Konrad pinched the rid of her nose and gave a tired sigh.
"Issei please reframe from saying that ever again," Konrad said in an aggravated tone.
"Sorry babe let's reword that. When I was subconsciously, drifting into Sanguinius' soul," Issei said and looked at Konrad hoping for approval.
"Much better," Konrad said.
"Please finish your deduction," Guilliman said, just interested in how this event occurred.
"Right! Anyway, I had to leave a bit of my presence within her soul for it to be put in balance, so I'm guessing Que put that curse into you. I know its origins came from a nefarious place, but I can tell he changed it to fit a better use, saving you. So at the end of the day the fragment that was left behind formed a new sacred gear," Issei said. Konrad smiled seeing as her love came to a concrete answer. Sanguinius gazed at her hand and smiled.
"Thank you, Issei," Sanguinius said.
"Hey, no problem, though you didn't answer my question before. What is your name?" He asked for the sacred gear.
"Sadly I don't have a name, you and Que never gave me one," She stated in a sad voice. Issei looked up at Sanguinius
"Care for the honors?" Issei asked in a cheerful voice.
"Oh my, that might be a bit troublesome. I don't feel worthy to make such a declaration," Sanguinius said.
"Nonsense, it's your sacred gear, you should have a say in it," Issei said.
"If I am to name you then I must feel your power," Sanguinius said, then turned her attention towards Issei. "How does one activate such a weapon,"
"Well, it's sort of a feeling rather than saying a command," Issei advised. "But it takes a lot of time and practice. I wouldn't even push it right now."
Sanguinius gazed down at her hand, tightened her fist, and felt the power within. The next moment her hand was covered in a red sharp metal that resembled scales. While a green jewel shined bright. The matriarch felt a rush of power straight into her soul. It was as if she could take on the armies of Terra right now.
Issei's jaw dropped at how Sanguinius with such little effort, already summoned the red dragon gauntlet. A sense of envy floated in his mind thinking how magnificent she was. what better for a god-killing weapon to be in the hands of a god? After the magnificent, red lights faded. Sanguinius smiled knowing this power had nothing to do with the warp, truly burdened with freedom and resolved on a name.
"I name you Baal as my blood is your blood now, do you accept this title?" Sanguinius asked with a noble grace.
"I graciously accept this name, my master!" Baal said. Konrad could see Issei was having a strange reaction to all this so when she would see Issei being uncomfortable it was her obligation to soothe him. She gently put a hand on his back making sure that Issei knew he wasn't alone.
"Sister please have a bit more respect for Issei's sake," Konrad.
"My apologies Issei forgive me I forgot a subject like this could be temperamental," Sanguinius admitted. Issei brushed off those envious thoughts and put on his warm, kind smile.
"It's alright, I know it's not mine, I'm happy for you. I hope you two get a lot," Issei said, though he did think the red looked pretty good on her.
"Now that I have a name you can do the one thing you truly desire, my mistress!" Baal said. Sanguinius was a little unaware of what her sacred gear was talking about. Issei thought it was possibly getting the strongest title. Konrad wondered what this goal possibly was.
"Oh and what's that Baal," Sanguinius asked.
"You can now go ahead and claim your true love, Issei, with such pleasure that he will never leave your side," Baal said with childish enthusiasm. Sanguinius' eyes widened with embarrassment. She had to cover her mouth in shock. Guilliman and Corvus weren't surprised knowing that Sanguinius had kinder feelings for Issei. Yet to hear such passionate statements.
Issei was blushing bright red but still had a silly smile on his face. However, he did quickly straighten himself out knowing that Konrad was here.
Unfortunately, Issei couldn't say that Sanguinius was a part of his harem but he didn't want to ask, because, in some strange manner, he was shy about her. Meanwhile, Sanguinius quickly recomposed herself and gave a curt bow to Issei.
"I apologize for my friend running mouth, I hope I didn't offend you, but if I didn't intrigue you, I'm quite open-minded," Sanguinius gave a wink to Issei. Konrad walked towards her sister with her fists bawled.
"Perhaps you should keep your thoughts to yourself," Konrad warned, blocking Sanguinius from Issei. The others in the room began to fear a fight. Issei knew that Konrad was trying to start something. She had always carried herself intending to solve instead of killing. Sanguinius wanted to try to make peace with all of her sisters. It was something that she truly wanted to build again. make that family bond stronger.
"I mean Issei no harm Konrad, I just greatly admire him as you do," Sanguinius said trying to find some middle ground.
"I do not admire him, I love him," Konrad said, staring at Sanguinius even though her older sister did stand taller.
"Konrad it's alright, I don't mind," Issei said, trying to ease the tension. Konrad turned towards Issei who was by her side and huffed in annoyance.
"I know you don't but I do, she lied to us about a dangerous affliction. She had put your life in danger, that's something I'm not willing to tolerate," Konrad said, making her point clear. Sanguinius knew her words had a harsh truth.
"I know I made mistakes, but still I wish to prove myself to all of you," Sanguinius said humbly. Guilliman and Corvus disagreed with that statement.
"You don't have to prove anything, you've suffered enough," Guilliman protested against her.
"Guilliman, please it is not your choice to make but mine. Konrad, I ask what can I do to mend this so that I may make you more comfortable," Sanguinius asked. Konrad rolled her eyes and glared at her.
"You're the greatest out of all of us. You figure it out," Konrad said then aggressively walked away. Issei could see she wanted to be alone. Issei wanted to reach out to Sanguinius but she quickly left the room. Guilliman and Corvus quickly left the room as well. They had other tasks at hand that they needed to handle.
"I'm sorry Issei but we have another task at hand if you need any of us, I'm sure Perturabo wouldn't mind looking after you," Guilliman said trying to ease Issei. The young teen was a little surprised that they were just gonna leave him there.
"Are you sure you guys wanna leave me alone? What about my safety, that you guys keep rambling on about?" Issei asked.
"You've earned all of our trust to be careful around humans, and our great imperium has never done such a thing," Corvus said.
"Yes, you certainly keep raising our expectations higher. As much as I enjoy your company, I do have to help the others prepare. If there was one enemy there aren't too many far behind," Guilliman said. Issei smiled and nodded at the two.
"Alright, I'll just hang here for a bit," Issei said goodbye to the two. Corvus walked with Guilliman and rogue thought entered her mind. When Issei kissed her cheek by accident, mistaking her for Konrad.
Corvus never really thought about that accidental tender moment, but she did blush every time and nostalgic feeling of his lips on her cheek. Had made her knees feel weak. Corvus held her check, gently. Guilliman could see that her sister's face was suffering from a blush. It was quite easy to tell because of her pale skin.
"Corvus are you alright?" Guilliman asked.
"I'm completely fine, nothing to worry about," Corvus said. The two were out of sight and in another hall. Guilliman took a long tired sigh.
"You have feelings for him don't you?" Guilliman asked. Corvus remains but that blush on her face spoke the truth. Guilliman was at a loss for words as to how every one of her sisters was being stricken by an incurable disease.
That powerful ailment was love.
"Who knows, maybe we all might fall for him, I do have to say he's pretty easy on the eyes," Guilliman honestly acknowledged. In her mind.
Issei was now alone.
Knowing that he sat down on one of the staircase steps and let out a frustrated cry. He didn't know how to handle such a delicate situation. Issei slowly got up from his spot and looked at the ceiling, seeing the holes and damage done when Sanguinius was lost in her red thirst state.
"What do I do?" Issei asked out loud. Lost in his thoughts the unexpected had happened.
Knock, knock, knock.
someone had knocked gently on the front door. Issei was a bit confused as to who this could be. Why would any of them need to knock on a door? they built this house so why even bother to knock?
"Hello," Issei called out. Only for the knock to happen again. The young teen didn't understand what was happening for why would there be a guest on a desolate planet like this? Issei walked to the large door and slowly pulled it open. His shadows are ready on standby to protect him from any oncoming attack from in front and behind. He slowly creaked the door open to peek from it seeing nothing. So he fully began to open the door.
When the door slowly opened his eyes widened seeing a human-like being standing in the doorway. He held his strange black, oval helmet in his left arm. The helmet had strange white markings on it, with a blue gem directly on the forehead of the helmet. The man wore a black tunic, with white markings decorated all over him. A yellow sleeveless coat was worn over his shoulders. Yet even that had its strange markings and symbols.
In his right hand was a strange alien staff. That and its triangle tip, was unique.
The Eldar in question looks to be in his early forties, he has a small blue gem on his forehead. His long black hair was tied in a tight ponytail. What stood out to Issei was his pointed ears, yet there were a hundred other things he noticed that said this wasn't a human, the man was so thin and angelic-looking.
Issei's mind couldn't help but think of high fantasy, role-playing games, years of video game playing, and the occasional reading of JRR Tolkien. This man was an elf.
His mouth dropped in surprise and he was amazed at what he was looking at. Eldrad was also very surprised to see who would welcome him; the man from his visions.
"Greetings I saw there was a front door. I thought it would be rude if I didn't try to at least knock," Eldrad said, who could tell that the boy wasn't here to fight, he was here because he answered the door. Even the great diver of the future. Is a bit stumped at what is happening in front of him. Issei quickly straightened himself out realizing he was staring and it was rude.
"Oh that's okay, I mean that's what doors are for," Issei said nervously, unsure what to do in this situation. "So uh hello what brings you here,"
"Perhaps an introduction, I am Eldrad Ulthran Farseer of the Asuryani Ulthwé craft world. I come seeking a person who can control shadows, it appears that I'm already facing you. I beckon you to come with me and aid my people, the eldar, and help save my kind!" He said with great power and hope that his new ally would join him and collaborate to help save millions.
Eldrad glanced at Issei to see him slowly backing away with his hands up.
"Are you backing away from me?" Eldrad asked in bewilderment. Issei gave an award chuckle and clearly showed he wasn't interested.
"Hey no offense, the last eldar that I met tried to kidnap me so I'm good," Issei said. Eldrad was surprised why this boy wasn't agreeing. His vision is rarely false. Then the sound of the door hinges began to creak as Issei slowly began to close it. Issei who had a guilty look on his face, while closing the door.
"Hey look I have a lot on my plate right now and the last thing I need is to fulfill some other prophecy. Just some advice for you, if you choose never right just go with the flow alright," Issei said.
"What?" Eldrad asked in shock.
"Hey look you're being very nice to me, but I have to warn you if you don't get out of here now the twenty murderous demigods here are probably gonna kill you, so please be safe get out of here fast," Issei said as he closed the door fully. Eldrad huffed in annoyance, if this boy's mind was brainwashed by anti-Xeno propaganda, he would surely be glad to clarify any misconception. However, the mention of him being abducted by his kind did draw a red flag to Ulthran. no other troops had left the ship as he ordered. Something was wrong here.
Eldrad walked to his right where a gaping hole in the wooden wall was. Issei, who was standing in the room, was currently pinching the bridge of his nose.
"Please don't walk through that hole," Issei said. Eldrad stepped into the room and looked at the young teen with great interest, it seemed that he had already dealt with prophecies.
"Could I at least entertain you with a conversation," Eldrad said.
"I mean I don't have anything else to do, I'm all ears," Issei conceded. Eldrad had oddly smiled and found this human's attitude to be strangely entertaining. The thought of just forcefully taking him to his ship did cross his mind. Eldrad could feel someone was watching him. That force was just waiting for him to screw up.
Deep in the blacksmith area of the House of Dorn the ashes of smithing work freshly flew off hot metal. Ferrus was working tirelessly on many weapons. they were simple, sparse, and javelins yet they would be effective in the matriarch's hands. War was upon their doorstep and they had to survive and outlast it until someone could rescue them.
Ferrus kept working no matter what her mind focused on the task at hand. A figure walked into the room, obscured by the steam and smoke. Yet when she stepped out it was no other than Angron who calmly walked forward.
"Ferrus may I have a word?" Angron said. Ferrus didn't even bat an eye towards her and was continuing her work.
"Speak what you want, and leave," Ferrus said.
"I require a weapon from you and I assume only your hands are capable of making it," Angron said. Ferrus huffed in annoyance. What did the berserker want this time? A brand new, shiny sword to slasher enemies with a mace that would bash the skulls in of ally and foe. What tool of debauchery did she want? Ferrus would oppose it.
"I request a shield and spear," Angron said calmly. Ferrus pulled her attention away from our craft and curiously glanced at her sister. The shield and spear were very elegant weapons. Why would she request something like this? They didn't seem to fit her aggressive nature of fighting. though she didn't want to object to the request, it piqued her interest.
"Fine, but I inquire of you, to what end do these tools of war serve you?" Ferrus asked.
"The many long, painful years of being enslaved by my mind have clearly shown that I did not care for myself. Now that has changed, I require a weapon that needs patience and is very familiar to me,"
Ferrus raised an eyebrow at her sister's sudden declaration.
"I never knew your first weapon of choice was the spear. I always assumed it was a sword," Ferrus said. Angron lazily sat down and gave a soft chuckle.
"No, even when I was in those gladiatorial pits I always preferred to spear. unfortunately, the bloodthirsty crowds demanded I wield the sword," Angron said then glanced at her chain axes.
"I hate these weapons, they would never truly be my choice," Angron said. Ferrus nodded and understood where she was coming from.
"I accept your request," Ferrus said. She stopped what she was doing and began to carve details on how this spear and shield would be made. Angron glanced at the walls, seeing that almost every corner an inch had carvings for weapon designs. Angron glanced at Ferrus more so her arms.
Angron could feel it emanating from Ferrus, the self-hatred directed towards her arms. Angron thought it was quite strange. Why would she hate a massive advantage in combat and everyday crafting of metal? Angron was reminded that this was the same feeling Sanguinius gave off when she dwelled in her emotional mind. That inner dread of holding a great secret. Before Angron could say anything Ferrus cast a stern glance at the gladiator.
"If that's all you have to ask, then leave, I don't need your presence causing a distraction," Ferrus said. Angron didn't want to argue, but she had her suspicions. Something said to keep a close eye on her.
"I shall not distribute you any longer, I'll be gone," Angron said.
"Wait, why?" Ferrus said, turning to face. Angron didn't understand the question, why what?
"Why do you attach yourself to that boy? That he is just a small moment in your life, we are not human, and those privileges of starting a family and living a happy life are not for us. What will you have in a thousand years, when you surely outlive that boy? " Ferrus said bluntly. In this cold, uncaring universe of war, having such dreams of love. Where foolish to think about this time.
"Fulgrim thinks differently," Angron answered. Ferrus grunted in annoyance. Of course, she would fall for this boy.
"Then she is a fool," Ferrus said. Angron could only smirk at her sister's reaction. The leader of the Iron Hands snarled in anger. "What are you smiling about,"
Angron began to walk to the door. "You know, you sound like Fulgrim when she first met Issei, if you need any tips in romance as I understand it's a foreign thing to you I am more than willing to give some advice,"
Angron left with a mischievous smirk leaving with the last word. Ferrus scoffed at the idea and went back to her smithing. While she picked up an ore and threw it into the stone-made furnace, the idea of being held did sound quite nice to her. Ferrus shook off the idea, she was a master of war. Not some person to be held and cared for.
Yet the idea of seeing Issei's dark armor, and amazingly designed weapons, intrigued her. Ferrus let out an annoyed growl at these intrusive thoughts.
"I am a tool for war, a leader to conquer the universe, who would even care for my cold metal touch," Ferrus said to remind herself, to show that's all she was. The master of smithing was so deep in thought, that she failed to notice that the metal in her arms was slowly starting to spread as if an infection had stricken her.
There might be some mistakes will mix them later. Hey guys I know it's been a long while. I'm back from break and happy to be posting on this fic again. The break was nice as well, got to work on some of my other stuff. Anyway, I wanted to get started on Sanguinius getting her sacred gear. How terrifying to give a god-killing weapon to her. Some drama as to why Konrad doesn't like Sanguinius and I know the big surprise was knocking at the door. Eldrad knocks at the door and the metal on Ferrus's arms begins to take over. OH NO! also just here to say the next Chapter will be posted on February 17, with an update to the reaction fic and Keigo Phantom. I hope you're all ready for war because it's coming. Next chapter I'll go into the two lost siblings. Lorgar is about to peek at some truth.
Anyway, you guys have a great day, also Elden rings fun alright goodbye :)
