Fantine's Arrest
Bamatabois: Haha, come here, wench! I want to have a good time with you!
Fantine: You must be one of those tigers.
Bamatabois: I am not a tiger!
Fantine: Then you're a dandy. That's just as bad.
Bamatabois: That's it! *drops snow down Fantine's back*
Fantine: *scratches Bamatabois*
Javert: Tell me, quickly what's the story
Who saw what, and why, and where?
Let him give a full description
Let him answer to Javert!
Tales: I've heard that tune twice now. I'm starting to think it's sung by the voice of the law!
Narrator: Great insight, Tales!
*they high five*
Bamatabois: Javert, would you believe it
I was crossing from the park
When this prostitute attacked me
You can see she left her mark!
Javert: She will answer for her actions
When you make a full report.
You may rest assured, M'sieur
That she will answer to the court!
Valjean: Fantine, you make quite the damsel in distress! I'll save you!
Fantine: *coughing* I'm a damsel, I'm in distress, I can handle this. Have a nice day!
Valjean: No, you're sick! I need to take you to a hospital!
The Runaway Cart
Valjean: Hey there, monsieur, are you stuck?
Fauchelevent: No, I just like lying in the mud underneath this cart while it's crushing me. Yes, I'm stuck! Somebody get me out of here!
Valjean: Oh, sure thing! *turns into the Incredible Hulk and lifts the cart off Fauchelevent* There you go!
Javert: Can this be true?
I don't believe what I see!
A memory stirs…
You make me think of a man
From years ago
A man who broke his parole
He disappeared.
I have only known one other
Who can do what you have done
It is Bruce Banner
But of course you're not him—-the real Bruce Banner's been caught. He denies it, though. He calls himself Jean Valjean. Forgive me, Monsieur le maire, I mistook you for a convict! I have disgraced the uniform I wear!
Valjean: You have only done your duty, nothing more.
Who Am I?
Valjean (to the tune): Who am I?
I'm having an identity crisis.
I do not even know my name.
The Incredible Hulk, it seems
Or maybe, perhaps, Wolverine!
Just kidding! I know who I am! I'm Jean Valjean!
And so Javert, you see it's true
That man bears no more guilt than you!
Who am I?
24601!
Javert: I thought you didn't want to be referred to by your prisoner number.
Valjean: You know where to find me.
