Rylee walked down the block minding her business exploring hearing someone calling her. She turned to see Ethan and Bruce Wayne that she seen and heard from the news. "Rylee i want gou to meet my friend Bruce Wayne. I thought you guys could hang out." Saod Ethan. "Not a gold digger. But nice to see the Prince of Gotham." Said Rylee shaking Bruces hand. "He just wanted us to be friends is all. How about we take a ride around the best clubs here?" said Bruce. "I'm not easy at making friend or stay for long." said Rylee. "how I should you the Wayne Manor then see where that takes us." said Bruce. Rylee shrugged as they walked together talking what comes to their mind hearing their stories until Ethan left for a case. "What about you Rylee? What kind of things you do?" said Bruce looking at her. "Expert at technology and engineering if that's what you mean. Been watching my parents work except for the projects they've done but stopped." said Rylee. "Why? Was there a type of break through?" said Bruce. "Attempt but everything was destroyed for a reason." said Rylee. She saw that they were approaching a nice car and looked at Bruce. "Try anything funny and I'll break fingers." said Rylee getting in. "Not the type of guy but taking your word for it." Said Bruce getting to drive to the Wayne Manor. He kept quiet looking at Rylee staring out the window touching her head like she felt a sharp pain but didn't think much of it. Rylee breathed in and out through her nose to ease through the pain as they arrived at the mansion getting out taking a look. She soon followed Bruce inside to see a man dress in a butler suit. "Good Evening Master Bruce. I see you brought a guess. Would you two like anything?" said the man. "Alfred this is Rylee. I'm fine. You?" said Bruce looking at Rylee. "I'm ok. Thank you." said Rylee. She began walking with Bruce once Alfred left to do some work and felt the pain from before in her head again. "Rylee?" said Bruce looking at her concerned. "I just need a minute. Do you have a bathroom?" said Rylee looking at him. "Down the hall first door on the right." said Bruce seeing her skin change for a moment. "Let me go find you some aspirin." he says walking away. Bruce left Rylee alone waiting until things quiet before searching through her bag in her false bottom pulling out a silver tube. She twisted it open for a five blue pills into her hands putting them back except one. "Found them and brought you a bottle of water. Are you going to be okay?" said Bruce.
"Just a migraine this happened before." said Rylee taking the aspirin heading to the bathroom. 'You're lying.' said a female voice with slightly lower voice. 'Shut up.' said Rylee hearing them chuckle. 'Only a matter of time until Im free. You know we have quite the fun together.' said the voice. 'Not while I take the capsules.' said Rylee popping the blue pill and drank the water. She then put the aspirin in her bag on her way out seeing Bruce looking at the news on tv turning away seeing her. "Wanna have a seat?" said Bruce gesturing a spot next to him. Rylee went over taking a seat seeing the news was about her or SpiderNova taking down a group of robbers near her apartment. "Seems like Gotham has two crime fighters huh?" said Bruce. 'For now.' said the voice. "I don't know. Batman looks to be the one who works alone and does SpiderNova for her reasons." said Rylee. "True but you sound like you know what you are talking about." said Bruce. "My parents are brilliant scientists. I read their notes out of curiosity and fascination. Even got my own thesis of her." said Rylee. "What would that be?" aid Bruce raising a row. "Almost every experiment goes right or wrong. What if the serum that was only meant for cures created something dangerous worth using against innocent lives. My friends are officers who told me that there have people been attacked like nothing they ever seen. WOrse than people who aren't exactly right in the head before committing the crime. Its like someone with DID." said Rylee. "Huh? And was anything that can prove your theory correct?" said Bruce. Rylee just shrugged before a loud beeping sound got their attention seeing Bruce take a device out at the corner of her eye and watched him get up. "Sorry. Business call. I'll have Alfred take you home. It's going to take a while." sai Bruce looking at her getting as well. "It's fine. I have to find a decent job anywyas." said Rylee. "We should do this again sometime. I'll give you a call later once I'm free." said Bruce. "I'll be in the front." said Rylee walking away. She made her way to the front looking at her watch twisting the lens to reveal a screen and put on her left ear piece connecting to the police radars. "We have reports of the Joker spotted at the Gotham's construction of new statue." said a voice. "Ready to go Miss?" said Alfred walking over to her. "Yeah." said Rylee. She told him her address on their way down the drive way to the city in silent until the arrived at her apartment building.
Later Joker and his henchmen were in the construction vandalizing the statue by using a chemical that Joker created to make anything turn into a rubber like clay. He instructed his men to be on the look out while he began his work until a shadow caught his eyes looking up seeing Rylee as SpiderNova on top of the statue looking down at him. "Well if it isn't the Itsy Bitsy Spider coming out to play." said Joker. "Not much of player Picasso." said SpiderNova. "Glad someone can see an artist when they see one." said Joker. "How about I give you a makeover?" he says pulling out a spray gun with a glass of liquid. He sprayed at her missing with each shot from her jumping around getting down to the floor. Rylee then heard a fight going on looking over the rails seeing Bat man fighting against the henchmen not seeing the Joker sneak behind her to trap her in a choke hold in one arm while the other grabbed her mask ripping it off. Instead of showing her true identity due to the serum Rylee had silver hair, pitch black eyes with her pupils bit darker making it standing out, and lastly was her inhuman mouth nearly reaching the end of her jaw like she was smiling. "You really shouldn't violate a woman's appearance like that." said Rylee slamming her head against Joker's to let her go. She faced him pressing her right wrist to make her mask turn into living go like substance jump back into her suit and began fighting him throwing everything she's got. "You look much more fun without the mask. Seeing that beautiful smile of yours. Maybe we can work something out after this." said Joker. He was suddenly got kicked in the chest sending him to the ground just as Batman came in looking at him then at Rylee. "Who are you?" said Batman not taking his eyes off of Rylee. "Not telling but you call me Lilly. Short for Lilith." said Rylee. "Hold it right there." said Ethan pointing his gun at Batman. "We don't have time for this." said Rylee. "The Joker has to be stopped detective." said Batman as Rylee looked out for the joker getting up. "Not happening Batman and don't think youre getting out this one SpiderNova." said Ethan looing at her. "Did I inject my venom into people?" said Rylee seeing that his shocked expression. She was just then tackled down by Yin wrestling her to the ground to cuff her until she rolled them off the construction site. they began falling straight down with Ethan calling Yin but Rylee shot out web while she caught Yin swinging them back onto the platform below Batman, Joker, and Ethan who all started to fight. "You really want to arrest us for something we are doing whats right?" said Rylee looking at Yin who pointed her gun at her.
