Hayden followed the instructions to a big white stone building, the map said it was called Gringotts Wizarding Bank. When she walks into the bank, Hayden sees gremlin-like creatures. They were creepy but her brain was on overload so she just walked past and just ignored that detail.
Hayden was starting to wonder if the letter had been genuine after everything she'd seen. She hopped into one of the lines to see the gremlins and waited. After what seemed like forever Hayden got to the front. The creature looked down at her with a sneer.
"Excuse me? Umm, can I have some help, please? I have this letter that told me to come here and I don't know what to do after that, so..." Hayden asked the thing behind the desk, which was still glaring by the way, like, what was its problem?
"Miss," the thing says "I believe you are supposed to have a guide so things like this don't happen."
"Well yeah, I know that, but here. It says in my letter that they're busy and I have to figure it out myself." She huffed, handing the thing behind the desk my letter. It took one look at the letter and its eyes seemed to widen for some reason. What is with this place?
"Miss Potter I am going to need you to follow me, there is a lot we need to discuss about your vaults and everything else that has happened since your disappearance." The thing says well walking away. Hayden slowly followed, still confused.
By the look of it, the letter had been genuine and these weren't just actors with crazy good makeup. Hayden walked through the big door and took a seat in one of the chairs on the opposite side of the gremlin.
"Miss Potter I am going to need you to put seven drops of blood on this parchment." The thing said. Hayden had to figure out what it was. Hayden looks at the thing with suspicion.
"Why? What will it do? What are you?" Hayden asks, desperately needing some form of an answer.
"The blood will reveal your inheritance test. It will show you your family, bloodlines, vaults, affinity, bonds, and abilities. It will also show your creature inheritance and blocks if you have them. Also, I am a goblin. We take care of wizard money." The thing, now known as a goblin, says. Hayden nodded. Lots of stuff was making sense now…that's a lie, nothing made any sense.
"Ok, I guess," Hayden said, cutting the pad of her fingertip. Seven drops of blood fall onto the weird paper. After the correct amount of blood was on the paper stuff, Hayden popped the finger in her mouth and sucked till it clotted. The goblin picked up the piece of paper and read it. As he reads, his eyes widen, just like what happened with the letter.
"Hey, um goblin, can I read the test?" Hayden asked after about a minute. She was not that patient.
"Yes, but the information might shock you." He says handing her the test.

After reading the whole thing, her eyes kept coming back down to the Vaults.
"Bloody hell," Hayden muttered, "I'm rich."
"Are you sure all this money is mine?" Hayden asked for probably the millionth time. "I mean, it's just so much and I'm an ordinary person, at least I think I am."
"Yes Miss Potter, for the last time all that money is yours." The goblin, Hayden now had a name for him; Sharptooth said exasperated.
"Now Miss Potter, what do you want to do about the blocks? We can get rid of them here by doing a ritual but it will cost you."
"How much?" Hayden asks.
"100 galleons." Sharptooth said and she looked at him in disbelief. Don't get her wrong, she has all this money but shewas still raised as a poor orphan.
"Yeah no, 25," Hayden said glaring at him. She wasn't going to waste money on something as ridiculous as blocks. Yes, they might be life-threatening but she could probably figure it out. Hayden came here thinking she was going to get kidnapped or something, these tiny blocks didn't scare her.
"50 galleons, final offer." Sharptooth bit out.
"50 galleons to remove the blocks and immunity to the weird magical tracey thing you told me about. That is my final offer and if you don't accept then I will just go and do business elsewhere. I don't know where, but I will find a place." Hayden said with a fierce glare, one that looked exactly like her others though Hayden wouldn't know it.
"Fine." He spat out, not happy about it. She gave him a sugary sweet smile that just made him glare harder. "Follow me." He grumbled.
They walked to a big room that sort of looked like a cathedral. Hayden was told to go sit in the middle and did just that. It was painful but she managed. It just felt like tiny needles were pricking her skin over and over. After getting all the blocks removed Hayden found herself back in Sharptooth's office, at least she thought it was his office.
"So Miss Potter, here are your options for money. You can have a pouch with charms that you can carry around or because you're a heiress, you can also pay with your heir ring after we sort that out." Sharptooth said.
"The ring seems the easiest to use so do that." She says to him.
"Only one thing left, Miss Potter. We need to get your heirship rings sorted now." Sharptooth then waves his hand over the desk and like a muggle magic trick, six ring boxes appear. "You will put all the rings onto one finger, one at a time. If the ring accepts you, you will be the heir. If not, then the ring will go back to its family vault. Once all the rings are on your finger they will merge into one for convenience. If you ever need a specific heir ring just think about it and the ring will appear. You will be able to get your ladyship rings when you are seventeen. Any questions?"
"No, I think I understand." Hayden then picks up the ring box to the far left and opens it. Inside is a simple obsidian band with tiny diamonds making constellations. "Which ring is this?"
"That is the Black family heir ring, Miss Potter."
Hayden hums and slips it onto her right middle finger. The ring seems to glow before settling and resizing on her finger. The same happened with all the other rings.
"Now what do I do? I don't want to walk around like this, it's gaudy." Hayden complains.
"All you have to do is put a drop of blood on the rings and say combine. It's elementary Ms Potter." Sharptooth sighs out. He was exhausted after this whole affair.
Hayden peeled off the scab that was forming on her finger from before and let the fresh blood drip onto the rings.
"Combine," She says and all the rings glow again. When the glowing stopped there was only one ring left and it was beautiful.
It was obsidian like the black family ring but on the front was the Peverell family crest. The crest was made of tiny diamonds and the obsidian had a tint of red. That must be Gryffindor. And around the rest of the band were dahlias and snapdragons. Both the bottom and the top of the ring had gold carvings of twisting vines.
Hayden smiled at her new ring. It was beautiful.
"Thanks, Sharptooth, you've been a great help, see you later," she says with a smile on her face. Sharptooth just glares harder at Hayden.
Hayden walks out of the bank with her stunning ring. It was time to spend money.
