After one hell of a Party thrown in the Kremlin and cities throughout the Slavic Lands. Issei and his group found themselves in Belgrade the capital of the South Lands and one of the most Battle fought places in history.

Though no one would say that if they didn't know, as the city itself was full of life and beauty. its old fortress looking out towards both the Danube and the Sava at their merger like a wedding knot. It was mesmerizing and the nature in and around the fortress was scenic. Though Issei and Lucy were not surprised to see a lot of churches and temples dedicated to Orthodoxy there. after all, Serbia and the Lands east and South of her were all Orthodox, even if Romania wasn't Slavic, the People of the South treated them as their own, and in times of peril helped each other a lot. But that is a story for another time.

This is after all, a diplomatic visit that was on Vido's account, and boy, the God of War didn't disappoint. There was music, food, and drinks for all! anything that was traditional was served, and even though they, in their country couldn't drink. Issei and girls had their 1st real experience with Alcohol here, and everyone except Elsha and somewhat Issei was floored as it was free entertainment for the host and his entourage.

When Issei asked why they were there since it was already decided that the Slavic and Nordic pantheon would be at the meeting. Vido replied that while true, it would leave a bad taste if he, a Hero of the Battle of Irkutsk didn't visit his realm and enjoy the beauty of it. Issei couldn't argue with it as he was enjoying a beautiful day in a peaceful restaurant with his girls, Vido, Milos, and a beauty that made some of his girls jealous. After all Slavic Lands were known for having beautiful women everywhere and so far all three lands delivered on that. Issei honestly thought that everyone knew magic here and was doing something to make them beautiful but was quickly shot down when he felt that most people her didn't use magic at all, let alone for beauty things.

The woman next to Vido and Milos was beyond beautiful. Issei would argue that she would without a doubt give Lucy and Grayfia a run for their money if there was a beauty contest and would be hard to decide who would win.

She was a goddess in all rights she was tall, slim, and busty all the things Issei found very attractive. Her long brown hair was just past her solders and her alluring eyes were like looking at the clear sea. Her clothing although modest didn't reduce her allure on the contrary it even increased its tenth folds and her large breasts were like a candy shop for Issei, with all the girls around him he needed to exercise some restraint, it didn't help that Kendo duo as well as Chelsea had an aura of doom around them, while Lucy and Elsha just chucked along with Vido's secretary.

After a few more days of exploring the Balkans both Vido and his quests decided to finally put the end of this vacation, as Vido put it, since after all he had a lot of things to manage and Issei needed to return to Japan but before that, Issei and his entourage was brought to Novo Brdo (New Hill) where a surprise was waiting for him.

Novi Brdo was scenic like the tales of Medival Europe would describe. The mighty fortress was dominating the valleys and hills in its surroundings and strong walls with watchtowers were even more impressive the closer you got. A huge Moat defended the entrance to the fortress and was in Issei's opinion a bit of Overkill but hey who was he to say something to warriors who served and defended this place for centuries?

As the group entered the Novo Brdo town they were met by a town that was a true mix of modern and old fashion. It was like Issei was transported into some Isekai world (*imagine shops and open markets like in any Isekai and add modern stuff into a mix*) as he saw everything from Dwarfs, werewolves, elves, and vampires. From demonic beings to angelic ones all talking and coexisting together with no foul feelings anywhere. Issei was so confused that when he asked Vido he just laughed and said that this place had a lot of history and it was formerly a military town, on the insistence of Emperor Dusan and Lazar, Vido granted an open city to all who wanted to visit and buy, but the rules are that will in the town no hostility would accrue and no faction has a right to demands people who fled to Novo Brdo or do anything stupid like attacking it. That would be considered a declaration of war and anyone who has some cele brains left knows that is a bad idea.

Hearing this, Issei nodded in understanding and thought about it. He could already see if he had a territory he could establish a town like that and implement some of the rules, but he needed to talk a bit more about it with Vido, he could see a benefit in having a town like this, though it could be a double edge sword, but when you are powerful enough it would be a good deterrent if some factions band together with you to destroy the ones who committed the crime.

As they continued to walk and talk, Issei and his girls were surprised that people would greet Vido like any normal man who was just wandering around the town like any other man and not address him with the Lord or God. Though Vido sensing their confusion told them that here he was just like anyone else and that here rank, nobility or anything else didn't exist. As he pointed towards a good dress man who was talking and laughing with a peasant like they were old friends.

"Issei, this is a free town. I don't know if you know this. But Serbia was the first country in the world that ban Slavery. Even in their constitution, it says. "Any Slave that takes a step on the land of Serbia is of that moment a free man." A lot of people took that to heart and would in the past purposely take a route that would need to pass through Serbia so they could be free. Of course, a lot of slave owners didn't like that but ehh...Fuck them, I was always for the freedom of people." Vido said as they finally made their way towards an old-looking house made of stone that would even survive Issei's Dragon Shot in his opinion.

"Let's see if that old man is still kicking if not. Well, Veles is going to have a fun time getting that old fart back to life haha." Vido chuckled as he knocked a few times on the wooden doors.

It took a minute or two but the heavy wooden door opened and behind them, an old-looking Dwarf was seen looking up to see who was a madman to disturb him while he was doing his work, though seeing it was Lord Vido the old Dwarf grind.

"Ahhh, you old fart, there you are, I just said to my friend if you were still kicking, if not I would have to force Veles to bring you back hahaha." Vido said as he also grinned at the dwarf who laughed.

"As you can see Destruction incarnated, I am still good, though what do you want brat, I am busy." The old Dwarf replied while still having his door half open.

"Yeah, yeah, you are still mad about me destroying your workshop? Come on man that was what 100's of years ago. Anyway, I have a commission for you and a present. So can we come in to talk?" Vido said as he patiently waited for an answer.

"You in those 100's of years managed to destroy it several times. And what commission?" Dwarf said not bothering to look at Issei at all. He was to preocupite with Vido.

"Damn, really, sorry then. But this is not something to talk about it in the open. Soo... I even promise to get you that thing. I asked Tesla and he said he is fine with you using it." Vido contered making the Dwarf widen his eyes before laughing and letting them in.

Inside was like you would expect from a blacksmith. A lot of heat, a lot of dust, and a lot of junk everywhere with a few barrels of weapons and a few of them on special stalls proudly displayed.

"So talk young one. What do you want? And who are younglings?" Dwarf asked as he snapped his fingers and transported them to a nice room with a huge desk and chairs with drinks and food already ready.

"Those are Red Dragon Emperor and his entourage, and we are here so you can make a sword for him along with weapons that could be useful for his girls or upgrade them. As for a present well..." Vido said as he snapped his fingers and a lather bag appeared suddenly buckling the table a bit from it's weight.

"You think it would be simple to make or even upgrade a weapon? I don't even know what materials I have to work with or what kind of weapons are." Dwarf said as he stood up and grabbed the bag to see what was in it.

"Well, naturally the materials will be brought to you so you can do the work, for upgrades on the weapons that can be done down the Road." Vido said as he grinned when he saw Dwarf's eyes bulged in belivarevament.

"H-how, wh-where..." The Dwarf was beyond himself as he looked at the amount of material and its quality.

"Hahaha oh boy I love that look on your face. As I said Emperor needs a weapon and what better weapon could be made if not one from Ddraig's own scales? Also, he is 100% in support of it." Vido said as Issei's gauntlet shined and Ddraig's voice could be heard making the Dwarf jump a bit.

[What Vido said is true, I know your work very well Sven Hasselfriesian most capable Blacksmith of the Dwarfs, creator of so many weapons that even All Biblical forces could only dream of.] Ddraig said making Sven chuckle a bit.

"Well... I, as Ddraig said it, then I can't refuse this opportunity to work with such fine quality materials. Though do you want to me engrave some runs in it?" Sven asked making Vido nod his head.

"Of course, that would be very helpful and appreciative my friend." Vido said as the deal was made and with that. The Dwarf kicked them out but not before getting what Issei and the girls wanted for weapons or armor.

"Well, that went better than what expected." Vido said as he chuckled at the redness of the Dwarf.

"Uh, Lord Vido, how come you are so relaxed about the Dwarf's behavior?" Murayama asked as she was confused as hell at how someone can talk to a God like it was anyone else.

"Ah, that is easy Murayama, when you are as old as me and you know the person for centuries like how long Sven and I know each other you let those things just go past. Also, dwarfs are known for their stubbornness. It is almost on par with Dragons, won't you agree on that one DDraig?" Vido answered and Ddraig could only grunt as it was true.

Hahah, don't worry Ddraig it is in your nature after all, so relax and enjoy the beauty of the land." Vido said as he took a deep breath of fresh air and smiled peacefully.

[Well, I can't argue against that and it is nice to fell the energy and mana from this place again after so long. Though now that you mentioned it. What kind of Land did my host and his girls get from you?] Ddraig said, making Issei blink a few times as he completely forgot about that since he was too preoccupied with everything that happened so far.

"Ohh yeah, I did said you guys will get Lands. Well, why not visit it now? I mean it is still in a phase of rebuilding but it will not harm to show you." Vido grinned as he snapped his finger and teleported everyone.

As soon as the group arrived Issei and the girls were speechless. The place Vido teleported them was a majestic piece of land that had everything one would want. A beautiful and powerful river Danube, sheer mountain and it is clifs from one side while meadows on another and on top of the cliffs was and at the very top of the mountain was a fortress that was breathtaking. It was almost something that could be passed off as a Vampire stronghold but was guarded by South Slavic Troops in full armor and weapons.

"This is the Iron Gate of the Danube, one of the most iconic and powerful fortresses. Aside from Belgrade, Smederevo, Lovcen, and a few more important cities this was the one to have and control. As this baby controlled and still controls the trade here. While this would be fatal to give to anyone, you earned it by both valor and deeds as such you are given this land. If you don't like it we could always see what we can give instead." Vido explained as he looked at Issei who had his eyes glued to the mighty stone forth that was dominating everything present and was surrounded by equally beautiful land.

[Will I don't usually like to make decisions instead of my host, but I must say this, you truly know what is beautiful and all inspiring Vido, I can tell you with 100% that my host is in Love with it.] Ddraig said as Issei dumbly nodded his head.

Even Issei's girls couldn't find any fault to a place that God Vido chose to give to Issei. It was perfect beautiful nature, pristine Danube, mighty forth and aura of power that it emitted was all in all perfect especially to a Dragon that was Ddraig and Issei who could use their wings to fly and with Elsha now here it was dome deal to everyone.

"Uncle you outdid yourself this time. Even I, who knew many beautiful places in your real life, couldn't picture this place as a place you would give Issei."Elsha said as she hugged Vido tightly who just laughed warmly.

" Well, I couldn't bring us shame on things like this. Especially as you would be in his peerage and his wife in the future for that though we have something special in mind." Vido said as he laughed even harder as he saw Elsha's face go red.

"Uncleeee!" Elsha shouted, still beating red.

And with that, a Final nail was put into the coffin as Elsha was back to living and Issei managed to not only get 2 Factions to go to the meeting but to be an official member of the Slavic Nation.
