A Girl With Red Hair
Hello everyone and welcome back to another chapter. I am glad to see that a fair amount of you all enjoyed the story so far. I am really gunning for my own take on this story, and making it uniquely mine. Of course, I felt like I couldn't do that unless I paid some homage to this story's predecessors.
I look forward to continue writing this story in between other stories. I am currently working on the next Sitri Heir story! With that said, let's get to some reviews.

Ryu wolf chapter 4 . Jun 27: Naruto should get the title of: the primordial of Shinobi. To go with him mastering a god of Shinobi's jutsu. Wait till kushina learns about Naruto being Minato's kid.

*Last Chapter Hokage Office*
Just then the window to the Hokage office opened up. Hiruzen looked over to see Jiraiya climbing through the window. He had a stupid proud smile on his face, "Hey how ya doin Hiruzen-Sensei! I wanted to stop by to see how Naruto did on his genin test! Oh, wait don't tell me! I already know! He passed with flying colors-!"
Hiruzen realized that Jiraiya didn't see everyone else in the room, "Wait! Jiraiya! You bumbling fool-!"
It was too late; Jiraiya was too far gone.
"Just like his father Minato! I just know it!" Jiraiya smacked his left thigh with a happy giggle waiting to hear how Naruto did.
"Jiraiya… of all the damn times… ugh." Hiruzen was having a really bad headache coming along. "I just had to open my big fucking mouth of brain! *Sigh* Guess it couldn't get worse than this, huh. WAIT! NO I TAKE IT BACK I COMPELTELY-!"
Only for it to get worse.
"What? Minato had a kid?!" Everyone's eyes wandered over towards the door to the Hokage office. Everyone saw the ex-girlfriend of the Yodaime Hokage staring at Jiraiya with saucer sized eyes.
"Fucking dammit, fuck you too universe." Hiruzen growled in annoyance. Hiruzen felt his headache intensify. He glared at Jiraiya with a mix of exasperation and disbelief. "Jiraiya, you absolute moron! You couldn't have picked a worse time to open your big mouth if you tried! If I wanted this much chaos in one room, I'd have invited the entire village council!"
Jiraiya blinked, finally noticing the tension in the room. "Uh, did I miss something?"
Hiruzen threw his hands up in defeat. "Yes, Jiraiya, you missed the memo on not dropping bombshells like a drunken gossip in the middle of a crisis. Now, if you'll excuse me, I need to find a way to explain this mess before we all end up with more headaches than a bar full of hungover shinobi!"
As everyone stared in stunned silence, Hiruzen muttered to himself, "And now, I seriously need that weed." He rubbed his temples, already envisioning himself with a pipe, hoping to find some relief from the insanity that had taken over his office.

*This Chapter Month Later*
After about a month of Naruto along with Satsuki and Sasuke, continued to blow through D-Ranks. One thing that Shizune, his mother, and Jiraiya seemingly left out when it came to missions. A bane of a genin's and Jonin-Sensei's existence, but since they were flying through missions with ease. Which meant, they were doing almost four D-Ranks a day, and completing them in a timely manner.
Right now, Naruto was currently in a training field as he threw some shuriken and kunai around the area. Thanks to Obito's kunai jutsu training, Naruto has begun to pick it up. Surprisingly well and with precise precision. If Kakashi and Obito didn't know any better, they swore that Naruto was secretly Uchiha.
The only one to have shown this level of skill of shuriken and kunai jutsu was Itachi. Even then that was a praise not many received, course this pushed Sasuke to work harder. Satsuki admitted it wasn't her style, as a katana was more her bread and butter. Though, thanks to the Senju and Uchiha old age rivalry, Sasuke pushed Itachi to train him more.
Naruto was currently standing in the middle of the field with his eyes closed. He held four kunai in his left hand, and a single senbon with three other kunai in between his fingers. He had his arms over his chest in a cross formation. Now normally Senbons aren't a main staple weapon used by most shinobi. Mainly used to impair of slow down any enemy, but for Naruto, it was easily easy choice for a weapon.
Naruto stood there as he let the air blow past his face, telling him there was a breeze coming from the West. The wind speed was about two knots, nothing that will throw his aim completely off, but something to note. The temperature, humidity, everything down to the last detail was a factor in aim. It was something that Obito informed him that was important for shuriken jutsu, then again. Itachi was the one who gave Obito tips on shuriken jutsu.
Naruto feeling the wind die down and felt the wind deciding to take it's own breather. Naruto shot his eyes open and threw his left hand towards five O'clock. To which once it was thrown hit targets that triggered traps. Which fired other shuriken and kunai towards him, but also popped up four targets he needed to hit at his ten O'clock. Naruto quickly jumped and dodged all the incoming shuriken and kunai coming his direction. To which he then threw his right hand, towards the direction he needed.
Without even needing to look Naruto heard the sounds of metal hitting wood. Naruto turned his head towards his targets, he found three kunai in three wooded shinobi. One at the temple between the eyes, other kunai through the heart of the other, the third lodged in the shinobi's lower mid-section of the body hitting the spleen and aortic arteries. All kunais were enhanced with his mother's superhuman strength. To which he dubbed it, its own taijutsu fighting style calling it Chojin no Jutsu.
Lastly his senbon, smacked dab in the neck of the wooded shinobi. Naruto learned from Shizune that you could put someone in a death like state that way. That wooded shinobi was a enemy nin that needed to be captured alive. By doing that, made it easier to carry said target, with a little bit of paralysis poison. Would make the mission easier than it was before.
Just then he heard some clapping off to the side. Naruto turned his head on over to see someone come walking out of the clearing. Naruto expected it to be some fangirls who caught wind of his direction. But thankfully it wasn't, though lately it has been strange. Satsuki has been coming by his apartment a lot as of lately and hung out with him. Not only that, but was sometimes accompanied by the Yamanaka heiress as well.
He didn't mind it, Ino could be annoying especially because she was a fangirl herself. But at least Satsuki was WAY more tolerable. Actually in fact he would consider her his next best friend next to Grayfia.
Yugito, Samui, Omoi, and Karui were up there of course. Samui was indifferent about him, but thought he was cool. Karui didn't entirely like him, Omoi thought he was cool to be around. Yugito was a rival that was of sure, for B-Sensei he was, what did he call it, being amigos? Whatever that meant, but it was mostly likely friends and B liked him.
But this person was new, she came walking out into the clearing with an interested look on her face. She had bright crimson red hair, and purple eyes. He noted that an Anbu who escorted him to Hiruzen had red hair. Maybe they were related?
"Pretty cool there, looks like you've been learning from Obito-Senpai or Itachi-Senpai." The girl walked over to Naruto with a smile on her face.
Naruto had to admit, she was really fricken pretty and attractive! Just what was his luck running into girls who were really cute and pretty!
Her hair went down to her waist, her combat robe seemingly wrapped around her body. Though, left cleavage to be seen and her belly exposed. Her robes were a purple color, and it came up to cover her neck a bit. Red wrappings went around her top to keep it close to her body, along with the robes that was waist to below like a cloak. But yet left her thighs exposed and wore lower thigh high leg warmers. Then purple shinobi sandals to top it off, Naruto also noted that she had her Shinobi headband sewn onto her clothing on her neck.
The girl giggled seeing she gained the boy's attention. Naruto quickly shook his head and raised his hand up to say hi, "Hey there, sorry about that you took me off guard there. You're red hair was… well stunning to say the least."
"Oh… well thank you, glad you like my red hair so much."
"By chance are you related to a Anbu with red hair?"
"Hehehe, just because I have red hair, you think I'm related to someone with red hair?"
"Errr… well no, just asking is all."
"I'm just messing with you, actually she's my Kaa-chan. Though, we aren't entirely blood related, we're just connected because we're both Uzumakis."
"Oh! Really! I'm well, 1/4th Uzumaki, my great Obaa-chan was Mito Uzumaki! We're kinda of like distant cousins!"
"Yeah, I guess you could say that, guess that means you're Naruto, right? Naruto Senju?"
"Yup the one and only!"
"I see, definitely not what everyone has been saying about you."
"People were talking shit about me! Who?!" Naruto looked rather annoyed someone talking shit behind his back. If someone has the gall to do so, at least say it to the person's face, be a man about it!
"Ahh, don't sweat it too much, just some stupid kids whose parents are on the council. Sorry for the late introduction. Name is Akane Uzumaki, adopted daughter of Kushina Uzumaki." The now named Akane gave a slight bow. Which caused her chest to giggle which caused Naruto to notice and hide his blush.
She had such a revealing outfit! Not that many men of course would mind all too much.
"So uhhh, what are you doing here?"
"Saw you training and came here to check out what you were doing. Guess I wanted to see what the hype was all about you." She placed her hands on her hips.
"So… do I live up to said hype?"
"Ehhh depends, can ya handle yourself in a spar?" Akane seemingly got herself ready in a battle stance to which Naruto smirked looking at Akane.
"Hmmm I don't mind demonstrating just how strong I am. Plus I guess I am in the mood for a good spar. All those stupid D-Ranks is making me feel a bit rusty."
"Well then, I hope you can show a girl a good time!" Akane smirked holding her fists up ready to fight.
"Ahahaha, Ero-Sennin said I'd be a lady killer when I'm older. Hopefully what he said was right!"
The two dashed towards one another as their forearms slammed into one another. Which caused a shockwave to shoot out from their clash. (A/N: Akane Uzumaki's picture is posted on Pinterest, :3).

*Flashback a Month* With Kushina, Jiraiya, and Hiruzen Hokage Office*
"So… now Minato and Tsunade… had a kid?!" Kushina stood there angrily as she was rapidly tapping her foot on the ground of the Hokage Office.
After Hiruzen sent everyone out and demanded everyone to keep this a secret. Of course, everyone kept it a secret and was willing to do so. Finding out their previous Kage, had a child, especially with Tsunade, was huge. Especially for Rin, Obito, and Kakashi.
"Yeah… what happened is one night the two got a little too drunk. Minato was pretty bummed out about you and him." Jiraiya rubbed the back of his head, not wishing to anger the Red-Hot Habanero of the Leaf anymore than she was.
Hiruzen walked over and placed a hand on Kushina's back. "So… so Minato and Tsuande… to imagine after just one night."
"The kid really loved ya, he wanted that life with you." Jiraiya answered honestly at this point, there was no other way to put it for the Uzumaki Matriarch.
Kushina had some tears roll down her cheeks thinking back to Minato. Now that she thought of it, she didn't want to believe it. She was right, her own damn hunch, was right. Naruto was in fact the son of Minato and Tsunade. He looked so much like Minato, it was insane, yet she and Itachi didn't want to believe that.
"You shouldn't feel too ashamed Kushina, you two were both adults. You made you decisions, think of Akane." Hiruzen tried to ease Kushina's mind and heart, he knew this was a sore spot for Kushina. He knew that she took it hard when he passed, she dug herself into her shinobi duties even harder than before.
That was until she came across Akane during one of her missions. Decided to take it in and took a maternity leave for a while to raise her. That was one thing that Kushina definitely DIDN'T regret one bit.
"Oh, you took in a girl?" Jiraiya smiled and tried to also help ease Kushina in her moment of pain. It seemed the death of Minato was still fresh for her. Even if it was twelve years ago, it seems she never stopped loving him.
"Y-Yeah… Akane, found out she was half Uzumaki, dead giveaway with her hair." Kushina smiled thinking back to her little girl, well okay she isn't that little anymore. She is currently fifteen years old; she honestly looks like she is eighteen.
"Well, it's great to know ya took in a kid, ya never know. Maybe Naruto and Akane could get along well with one another." Jiraiya smirked thinking to Akane, wondering how she looked, and if she was Naruto's type.
"Heh, yeah, it'd be their red threat of fate if that ever happened."
"Maybe it'd be just as romantic as yours and Minato's." Jiraiya smiled thinking back to the story of Minato telling him how he saved Kushina from those Kumo Nin.
"That reminds me, I need to get Tenzo." Hiruzen placed his pipe in his mouth and lit it, "I once Naruto gets acquainted with his team more. I'd like to begin having him get extra lessons A.S.A.P."
"Oh, Tenzo? Makes sense with his special skills and everything." Kushina nodded her head looking to Hiruzen, "Wait… why Tenzo? Wait… Naruto… don't tell me."
Jiraiya chuckled as he looked to Hiruzen, "Ahaha this one is on you, sensei."
Hiruzen took a deep puff from his pipe, exhaling slowly before fixing Jiraiya with a withering stare. "Jiraiya, it's quite something hearing you criticize me for letting Naruto's Wood Release slip. Especially coming from the man who announced Naruto's entire background on who his father was to everyone in the room. You're lucky none of the council members were here, and Tsuande. She'd wring your neck if she heard you did that."
Jiraiya's face turned pale. "That was one time sensei! One time!"
"Yet it won't surprise me when you screw up again," Hiruzen retorted with a smirk. "So, unless you want Tsuande to learn of your tomfoolery today, I'd suggest you keep your jabs to yourself."
Kushina laughed heartily, and even Jiraiya shut his mouth and crossed his arms over his chest. He began to grumble incoherent words until he said, "Alright, alright, point taken, sensei."
"Good," Hiruzen said, taking another puff of his pipe. "Now, let's focus on getting Naruto the training he needs."

*End of Flashback Akane and Naruto*
The two separated from their clash, while the two fell into their own fighting stances. A stance, similar to the strong fist, that eight gates' users use. This one was a new fighting style, "Let's see what you've got, Naruto," Akane replied, her eyes narrowing with a playful glint.
Naruto moved first, dashing forward with impressive speed. He aimed a quick punch at Akane's midsection, but she blocked it effortlessly, countering with a swift kick. Naruto dodged, spinning around to deliver a backhand strike, which Akane deflected with her forearm.
"Not bad, blondie," Akane teased, a smirk on her lips.
"You're not too shabby yourself, firecracker," Naruto shot back, his eyes sparkling with amusement.
Akane looked rather annoyed at the nickname, "Oi, firecracker? That one actually annoys me."
Naruto smirked, "I aim to please."
The two exchanged blows rapidly, their movements fluid and precise. Akane's style was a unique blend of the Strong Fist techniques she had learned from Might Guy, adapted to her own strengths and the resilience of her Uzumaki heritage. She incorporated powerful strikes and quick, acrobatic maneuvers, making her a formidable opponent.
Naruto, meanwhile, relied on his training from Jiraiya and Tsunade, utilizing his speed and agility to keep up with Akane. He refrained from using his more advanced jutsus, instead focusing on his Chojin no Jutsu techniques. With each clash, the ground beneath them shook, testament to their strength and skill.
Akane launched a powerful punch aimed at Naruto's face, but he ducked just in time, sweeping her legs out from under her. She rolled with the fall, springing back up and retaliating with a spinning kick that grazed Naruto's shoulder.
"You've got some moves, Akane," Naruto said, wiping a bit of sweat from his brow.
"You haven't seen anything yet," Akane replied, a determined grin on her face.
She launched into a series of rapid strikes; each one aimed at vital points. Naruto parried and blocked as best he could, but some of her blows landed. He could feel the power behind each of her attacks. Akane's durability as an Uzumaki was evident; she could dish out and take hits with equal ferocity.
"Strong Fist, huh?" Naruto commented, narrowly avoiding a punch. "Ero-Sennin told me about Might Guy and his fighting style. Yours is slightly different from what I've read on and heard about. You created your own fighting style, but used the strong fist as a base for it"
"Good eye, Kaa-chan's Kenjutsu wasn't for me, but Might Guy's strong fist was perfect!" Akane replied, and delivered a powerful kick that Naruto blocked with both arms. The impact sent him sliding back a few feet. Akane fell back into her fighting stance, "I call it, The Soaring Phoenix, it compliments the strong fluid motions of strong fist. While using my ever-lasting endurance and stamina to take out my enemies with powerful strikes. I can go on for hours with this!"
Naruto grinned, feeling the fight being a real challenge. He felt his bones ache under her foot's pressure. "I see! But don't forget birdie! I'm part Uzumaki too!" He focused his chakra, increasing and threw a punch, Chojin no Jutsu: Rocket Fist!
The Senju heir fired an invisible chakra punch towards Akane. Akane not know where it was coming from held her arms up crossed over her head. The attack slammed into her causing her to skid back. Once she threw her arms to the side to disperse the attack, she quickly responded in kind. She flared her own chakra sending it throughout her body. She charged at him as Naruto swung his fist causing the two clashed again, their movements becoming a blur of motion.
Naruto aimed a high kick at Akane, but she ducked and countered with a low sweep. Naruto leapt over her leg, coming down with a powerful axe kick that Akane blocked with her forearm. The force of the blow caused the ground beneath her to crack, but she held firm.
"Not bad, but you'll need more than that to take me down," Akane said, pushing Naruto back.
Naruto smirked, admiration in his eyes. "You're really strong, Akane. This is the most fun I've had in a while!"
Akane chuckled, her eyes glinting with excitement. "Glad to hear it. Now, let's see how you handle this!"
She focused her chakra, her muscles bulging slightly as she channeled the power of The Soaring Phoenix. With a burst of speed, she launched herself at Naruto, her fist aimed straight at his chest. Naruto barely had time to react, crossing his arms to block the strike. The impact sent him skidding back, the ground beneath his feet tearing up from the force.
Naruto gritted his teeth, feeling the sting of the blow. "Man, if I didn't block that, you easily would have broken some ribs."
"Neither are you, Naruto, that ranged punch you did. Would have knocked me out if I didn't brace myself" Akane replied, her breathing steady despite the intensity of their spar. "At this point, it seems our strength, speed, and agility are practically matched. Now-"
Naruto smirked knowing what she was going to say, "It's a battle-"
"Between who can last the longest!" The two shouted at one another at the same time.
The two dashed towards each other letting out their own battle cry. The two continued, each testing the other's limits. Naruto's agility and quick thinking allowed him to keep up with Akane's relentless assault, while Akane's strength and resilience made her a tough opponent to crack.
As they fought, a mutual respect grew between them. Naruto admired Akane's dedication and strength, while Akane was impressed by Naruto's determination and skill. They pushed each other to their limits, neither willing to back down.
Finally, after what felt like hours, they both stepped back, breathing heavily but grinning from ear to ear. The sun was beginning to set, but there was still some daylight left before it got dark.
"Man after all that punishment! You're still standing!" Naruto said, wiping sweat from his forehead. "You're really something, Akane."
Akane nodded, equally exhausted but happy. "Same to you, Naruto. You definitely live up to the hype."
Naruto chuckled as he relaxed his body as did Akane. The Senju heir offering his hand. "Friends?"
Akane took his hand, shaking it firmly. "Friends." Akane smirked as she said, "Well I guess that does it, it seems we both lasted quite a while. How many rounds did we go? Like eight? Eight in four hours, not bad at all."
"Woah… why are you saying it like that?!" Naruto face began to heat up as he looked at her surprised. But what he began to notice that both of their breathing was labored. They were both tired from their match.
Though, he could see the sweat coming off her body. With the sun going down, it caused her skin to glow. He could ever so slightly see a bead of sweat drop from her cute face. Drop onto the opening of her outfit and run down her right breast. Which jiggled with each movement she made; or when she moved up and down along with each breath she took.
"Hooh? See something you like Senju? Or specifically my body?" Akane wasn't ashamed, she placed her arms under her chest. She then pushed them up, so Naruto was able to get a better view of them.
"W-What?! Ack?! NO! I mean! Yes! NO! Wait! What am I even saying?!" Naruto was scratching his hands through his hair in confusion.
Never has he met a girl like this before! So straightforward and not emberassed!
Of course, with Naruto's own dilemma, if he would have looked closer. He would have noticed Akane's own blush of embarrassment on her face. Of course, Akane however, had nothing to be entirely ashamed of. Though this was different, even after one spar, and her first time meeting him. It was almost as if it was meant to be, and it made Akane think back to her mother's story.
Of how she met her first true love.
After a moment the two sat down and relaxed; the sun was lowering across the horizon. Causing the rest of the sky to turn dark. Akane smirked as she sat there with Naruto, "So, I gotta ask, what is it like training with two of the Sanins?"
Naruto placed his finger on his lip thinking about it, "Honestly hard, the two definitely weren't easy on me, but maybe more Ero-Sennin."
"Just wanted to make sure, you mean Jiraiya, right?"
"Yeah, not too hard to figure that out."
"Trust me, Kaa-chan told me stories of his idiocy." Akane thought back to her mother's stories, "He's a terrible pervert, but not a bad author."
Naruto looked to Akane with a disgusted look, "Wait? You actually read his crap?!"
The Uzumaki heiress looked to Naruto surprised, "Wow, here I thought you were a pervert like him."
"What?! Oi! I take offense to that! I am not a pervert! Not even close to it!"
"So you staring at the sweat run down my face, then onto my breast doesn't make you one?" She replied with a dry look on her face.
"Oi! I-I… I'm not a pervert… but I can admit when I am in front of someone whose pretty."
Kushina's adopted daughter smirked, "Heh, hey you're not a pervert, besides, I do this on purpose." Naruto raised an eyebrow, "I am not ashamed of my body, I'll admit I am much luckier than most others. But I also use it as a weapon, for men mainly, it distracts them during battle. You on the other hand, didn't have that issue. When you fight, you're focused on your enemy rather than her breasts."
"So that means I'm not a pervert!"
"Eh, we're all a little perverse. If you deny that then I'd call you a shit faced liar."
"You've done this before haven't you?"
"Yuh huh, even the mighty stoic prodigy of the Hyuga clan fall before my womanly charms!"
"That being?"
"Oh, my teammate Neji, I am under Might Guy. Along with a girl named Tenten, Rock Lee, and Neji Hyuga. I've defeated Neji a handful of times, not the easiest guy to get along with. Of course, he coughs everything up to fate."
"Hmmm seems like a real hard ass. Is he any different than he was before?"
"No, still a hard ass about it. She graduated with you, Hinata, she's his cousin. I don't know how well you know her or not. But with my help, I've been trying to get her to be more confident in herself."
"I see, she did seem quiet when I got in the classroom. She kept to herself a lot."
"Just who she is, she even told me you hung out with them once at the Nara compound."
"Yeah, we did, she was cool, think she still is trying to warm up to everyone."
"Eh, I did force her to go."
"Wow, you care for her."
"Eh, I also enjoy watching her squirm in uncomfortable situations sometimes. That or try to get her to talk to Sasuke more often."
"What?"
"Yeah, you heard me. She's part of his fan club."
Naruto raised an eyebrow.
"Okay fine, she's not in like Ino used to be, and how Sakura and the others are. I just say that to get a rise out of her, it's funny and adorable."
"You're cruel."
"Ha! You say that, you should see how I train with Tenten, Lee, and Neji. If you were able to compete with me in just hand to hand. You should see Lee, he's even more a monster than I am. Though, that's where our ability to use chakra comes into play."
"Wait… he can't use chakra?"
"Well… no he has it, but he has so little. He was born with a condition that made it where he had very little chakra. It's hard for him to even create a basic clone. But he excelled and worked for his strength and more through pure taijutsu. He's a real prodigy, by the means of working hard and never give up. I admire that about him."
"Sounds like you're pretty close to this Lee guy, he that cool?"
"Oh, don't get me wrong, I don't like him like that. He tried to ask me out and turned him flat down."
Naruto deadpanned at that.
"He isn't my type, but I do admire certain aspects of him. Mainly his hard work and determination."
"I see, well if Kaa-chan and Ero-Sennin has taught me anything. Nothing is ever handed to you on a silver platter. Being born a descendant of prestigious and powerful shinobi, doesn't mean I can be one without working hard." Naruto tightened his fist looking down at it, "Besides, I don't really like being noticed as the son of Tsunade, or great grandson of the first, or grand nephew of the second."
"I can see where that is hard to step out of their shadow. Hell you even have Jiraiya of the Sannin as your master too."
"That reminds me, who is your Kaa-chan?"
"Oh, that's right you don't know. Kushina Uzumaki, she adopted me and took me in when I was little. Found me on a mission she was on, took me in, went on maternity leave to take care of me. Once I hit the age of eight, she put me into the academy, personally trained me too."
"Oh! I know her!" Naruto looked to her with a big grin on her face, "Ero-Sennin told me about her! I heard she was close to the Yodaime Hokage!" Naruto knew not to reveal his father was, but at least this was cool!
"Yeah, wow that's pretty closely guarded secret. Not many people knew, only Sandaime, Jiraiya, Hitomi Hyuga, and Mikoto Uchiha knew about that." Akane knew what the Yodaime looked like, there's been picture of his face everywhere in books.
Though now that Naruto mentioned it.
Akane scanned Naruto's blue eyes, wild spiky hair, it wasn't yellow like the Yodaime. It was more the shade of Tsunade's, and he had her skin tone as well. Though then again, it's crazy enough to believe that… maybe… just maybe.
Then it clicked for Akane, her aunt, Mito Uzumaki, Kushina's twin older sister. It was 12 years ago when she died after having the nine tails ripped from her. Akane was told by her mother how Bijuus worked, what they were, and how they could not die. So, the only way to hold them is to seal them to people making them Jinchurikis.
Also, Akane didn't mention that she didn't inherit Kushina's brains for school. Akane excelled in the academy actually.
But now that Akane puts the pieces together, she was told by her mother that Minato and her split about twelve years ago. Well, a little more than that before Minato actually kept one another separate. With her mother also diving herself into her Anbu work.
Not only that, but twelve years ago is when the Nine Tails was supposedly killed. Kushina also talked a lot about Minato and how he would have loved her. How the two wanted a family and more, Kushina was very open to Akane about her dreams.
Akane and Kushina knew that Minato sealed it into a baby. Because no way could have Minato defeated the Nine Tails, wasn't possible. However, now it made more sense, and Minato was also a selfless person. There was no way he could ever seal it into a child that wasn't his own. Kushina didn't even know who the new Jinchuriki was either. She went to the Sandaime requesting to take in the baby who was the Jinchuriki.
But Hiruzen simply told her that Minato took the Nine Tails to his grave. Which at the time of grief and pain of losing Minato. She accepted and never thought more about it because it hurt to think what could have been.
Or at least until she adopted Akane into her life.
"Oh my Kami." Akane muttered as it finally clicked for her.
"What is it?"
"Y-You're… the son of Minato and the Nine Tails Jinchuriki!"
"WHAT?!" Naruto shot up to his feet with his mouth agape, and his eyes bulging out of his skull.

*Flashback Month Ago *Hokage Office*
As Hiruzen rubbed his face thinking about it more, "Also… one more thing Kushina." Hiruzen rubbed his hand over his face, "I… I haven't told anyone else, and thankfully my idiot of a student hasn't either." Hiruzen glared over to Jiraiya who simply let out a nervous giggle. "I must also confirm to you that Naruto. Is indeed the Jinchuriki of the Nine Tails."
Kushina's eyes widen, at the comment, but then soon relaxed. Kushina smiled as she looked towards the floor, "Heh… that's totally like him, irresponsible parent, but a smart Hokage. Jeez." The Uzumaki matriarch let a small sigh escape her lips, "I wonder… I wonder if Minato and I stayed together. Would have Naruto been my son? Would have I still found Akane?"
Hiruzen looked to Kushina with a small smile, "Try not to overthink it Kushina, you've raised a beautiful, talented, and smart young lady. If things could have been different, you never know what could have happened. Besides, he is part Uzumaki himself, think he'll awaken anything from that family?"
Kushina just shook her head, "It's a probability, not a sure thing. But hey, I guess it makes me feel better knowing the truth. But that reminds me." Kushina brought her fist into her other hand cracking her knuckles, "Now tell me… why did you take so long to tell me!"
Hiruzen simply swallowed, "W-Well… you might want to ask Jiraiya about that- and he's gone." Hiruzen looked over to see the opened window in the office. "Dammit Jiraiya, leave me with the heavy lifting." Hiruzen mumbled.
"What was that?!"
"Nothing!"
Hiruzen knew that this was going to be a long day.

A/N: Sorry for this being such a short chapter. But I like how I did this one and introduced Akane. Hopefully you've all gotten a gist of her character a bit, I like it. She's a mix of perverseness, seriousness, and more when necessary. I want her to be tomboyish and flamboyant, like Kushina was. But albeit toned down a bit, and add in more perverseness. So, hopefully you all like her!

Anyways, with that said, I wanted this chapter to be about Akane. That way there was some character learning with her too. Also, this gives me an opportunity to have Naruto begin training to Yamato without needing them to meet. At least I can do it off screen… or err paper. Then that way I don't have to do that.
Save you all the boring details, but I wanted Naruto meeting Akane to be special. Different, plus making her kinda of pervy is funny! Lol, and she likes reading Jiraiya's books as well! Come on, she's already one hell of a girl!
