Amitie went to class. She couldn't shake the dream she had. Two of her friends could die? And she needed to find the Tome Of Sealing and she didn't even know what a tome is-

"Hey." Sig said, snapping Amitie out of her thoughts.

"Huh? Oh hey Sig." She said. Sig showed her a Goliath Beetle.

"Wow! I've never seen that!" Amitie said.

"Its rare." Sig said, monotone and happy. Amitie giggled.

"Thanks for showing me," she said. Sig just made a happy noise. The two walked into school. As she walked into Ms. Accord's class, Amitie started thinking of what tome could mean.

"A tomb? No that's too similar. Synonyms don't sound alike. What about a statue? Maybe, but unlikely. I'd probably have heard of a cursed statue by now…"

"Amitie? Have you been paying attention?" Amitie heard Ms. Accord say.

"Huh?! Y-yeah! Of course!" She said, unconvincingly.

"Then can you please answer the question?" Ms. Accord says.

"Uhhhhh…26?" Amitie said. Silence.

"Amitie…the question was 'what spell would be most useful when dealing with an injured person?'" Ms. Accord said. Raffina and Klug snickered.

"Oh…" Amitie said, looking upset.

"Normally I would have you stay behind for remedial lessons, however, since today is the last day of school until break ends, I'll let it slide." Ms. Accord said. Amitie sighed with relief.

"Anyway, I have your test scores from the test a few days ago." Ms. Accord said. And she passed out the tests.

Lidelle got a B+

Sig got a C+

Amitie got a C-

Raffina got an A

And Klug got an A+

"Class dismissed." Accord said.

Sig left to find bugs, and Lidelle also left. Klug stayed to brag to Raffina. As Ms. Accord walked out, Amitie followed. But for some reason, she just… couldn't shake the feeling something bad was gonna happen.

"MS. ACCORD!" Amitie said, running after her.

"What do you want meow?" Popoi asked.

"Can you tell me what a tome is?" Amitie asked.

"A tome? It's another word for book." Ms. Accord said.

"A book? Really?" Amitie asked.

"That's correct. Now if you'll excuse us…" Ms. Accord said.

"Right! Sorry!" Amitie said and she ran outside.

So The Crimson Demon's Spirit was in a book? How was she supposed to find it!? There are so many books in the world!

Maybe she should ask Akuma? Actually, he was staring at…Klug's book when talking about the Crimson Demon. And now that she thought about it, the red ghost thing that often came out of the book…the shade of red…

Crimson. Oh no. She needed to find Klug! He was still in the classroom right! She ran as fast as she could back into the building.

"RAFFINA P-P-PUT THOSE AWAY!" Amitie heard Klug yell. Amitie desperately ran no no no no no that wasn't an annoyed yell that was fear what if something happened to the book. She skidded to a stop and entered the classroom. Klug cowered in the corner as Raffina held The Sun Bookmark, The Lantern Of Star, and The Stone Of Moon.

"Oh? Do these scare you? Hmph. What even is so frightening about these. I used this stone as a beauty enhancer!" Raffina said.

"Heeeeeeeeey, Raffina? Maybe put those back?" Amitie said.

"Stay out of this, Amitie." Raffina simply said. Klug tried to back away from the items.

"Huh? There's something written here?" Raffina said, looking at the back of the bookmark. The Tome Of Sealing started to move and Klug tried to calm it.

"No no stop stop!" He said, causing Raffina to laugh.

"Oh La-TI-Da!" She laughed.

"Raffina, I really think you shouldn't do this!" Amitie said, getting nervous. Raffina wouldn't really unseal the Demon, right?

"Oh hush, what will it do, give him a papercut?" Raffina said, looking at the tearful Klug. He desperately tried to run for the exit of the classroom but his book seemed to jump from his hands. He turned back to grab it as Crimson Hands came out and grabbed the desk. Klug tried to pull it free, crying out of fear, desperately pulling and sobbing. Raffina was really gonna do it! Amitie, knowing, what was going to happen so she ran at Raffina as she read.

"NOOOOOOOOO!" Amitie cried.

"Shinku, Cremsi, Karmesinrot!" Raffina read off. Suddenly red lights emanated from the items as they hit the book, causing Klug to fall. It rose into the air, opening as a red Spirit rose from it, the 4 surrounded by a twister of red.

"Ahahahahaha! I must give you my thanks. So thank you for unsealing me." The spirit said, looking at Raffina.

"Who are you!?" Raffina demanded.

"Hmm…the lack of magic makes you an unsuitable vessel…" the Spirit said, not listening. Raffina looked offended. It turned to Amitie, who looked afraid. "But you!"

The spirit tried to grab her and she tried to shield herself with her arms, but a Puyo shaped shield appeared. The spirit looked shocked, as did Amitie. How was this happening?! Why was this happening!? Was this related to her dream?

"Well then. I suppose I shall do what I did last time…" the spirit said, turning to Klug.

"NO! Leave him alone!" Amitie said, trying to run to Klug but hitting the shield as the spirit grabbed the terrified child, wrapping a red mist around him and gagging him. He whimpered pathetically as he wiggled trying to break free. Raffina looked shocked. She…she was messing with him she didn't want...whatever THIS is!

"Ha! What will you do, child?" The spirit said. Amitie tried to use Flame, but the shield stayed up, preventing that. Raffina attempted to drop kick the spirit, but went right through it, falling to the ground.

"How cute! You want your little friend back! Although, from what I've seen, you couldn't care less about him. Are you only fighting because I offended you?" The Spirit asked. Raffina snarled.

The Spirit grabbed Klug's face to make him look at it and then!

A bright flash of light and the power and shield went away. Klug and the book were on the floor. But now…Klug had red hair, and a different outfit.

"Klug…? Are you ok?" Amitie asked. His body stired, a red spirit appearing behind it as it moved like a puppet to get up. Though then it seemed to gain control.

"Truly, I appreciate the help." Strange Klug said in a taunting voice. "But I must find my body's descendant now."

"DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT! I've been getting dreams about you, Crimson Demon! S-So I know I gotta defeat you! So if you try anything, I'll just seal you away again!" Amitie shouted. Possessed Klug pondered this.

"Hmpf. Call me The Crimson Spirit. And you may have a point…I suppose I should prepare to fight you, I can't really in this state." The Crimson Spirit said, picking up the book. A little purple spirit peaked out.

"H-HEY! Give the book back!" Amitie said.

"So you can reseal me? Not a chance!" The Crimson Spirit said.

"BUT KLUG'S IN THERE!" She yelled. But the Spirit activated a teleportation spell, energy surrounding it like wind, causing Raffina and Amitie to shield themselves as the Crimson Spirit laughed, Klug looking at the girls pleadingly and then… gone.

"What do we do!?" Amitie said, panicking.

"Oh relax. He probably went to the ruins and is just waiting there again." Raffina said.

"'Again'?" Amitie asked.

"Well, his clothes and hair look a lot like how they did when he had those three items in Arca Ruins. So be must have been possessed then." Raffina said.

"Huh. I guess that makes sense." Amitie said. Well, that time it wasn't too hard. The Crimson Spirit didn't do much damage in Klug's body then. Maybe things would be fine now?

"Well, let's go! We got a spirit to beat!" Amitie said, running out as Raffina followed. Outside, they saw Sig.

"Amitie. Wuffina." Sig said.

"Its RAffina!" Raffina corrected.

"Sig, are you ok? You sound scared." Amitie said.

"My claw…it's acting weird…and I can sense something…it's scary…" he said. Amitie hugged him. It was then she noticed the shade of red his claw was. Crimson.

"Wait a minute! Klug got possessed by The Crimson Spirit, which wants to find his body's descendant! A-and Sig! Your claw! It's also Crimson! And that ghost thing that sometimes shows up around you looks a lot like the crimson spirit! And AND! Your arm only became like that after coming to Primp, where The Crimson Spirit was!" Amitie said

"Huh?" Sig asked, kinda confused.

"Look, what I know is that the thing that took Klug's body is tryna regain it's power and when it does, it's gonna go after Sig!" Amitie explained. Sig looked as scared as Sig could.

"Don't fret. We shall protect you! After all, we are going to strike before it can regain it's power." Raffina said.

"Then let's go! Onward to Alca ruins!" Amitie said, before Raffina grabbed her.

"First, we should head into town for some supplies…"

Thanks to the guys who reviewed! It makes me so happy when I get reviews! I also have two other fics in the work that will take place at the same time, just in different worlds. One in The World Of Sorcery, and another in Ringo's world (but not limited to the town of Suzuran)
