Several days had passed. The Straw Hat crew found themselves at a new island, where they stopped at a large seaside town to stock up on goods and supplies.

For the past few days since the kiss, things had been just a tad bit awkward. There were stolen glances and brief moments of embarrassed eye contact. However, both Luffy and Aria were avoiding addressing the elephant in the room. They would interact as usual, but their interactions felt tinged with a hint of tension and unspoken feelings. Luffy, being his oblivious self, didn't seem to notice the change, but Aria was fully aware of the shift in their relationship. Even though they acted as if nothing had changed, the memory of that kiss was burned into their minds, the feeling of his lips on hers still vividly present. Despite the slight awkwardness, the chemistry between them was undeniable.

Luffy, as carefree and oblivious as ever, was currently wandering through the crowded street market. His eyes were wide as he took in all the sights and smells around him. He stopped at a stall selling various types of exotic fruit, his gaze fixated on a particularly round and juicy-looking melon. He picked it up, turning it over in his hands, his mouth already watering.

He was so entranced by the fruit that he didn't notice Nami, who had been shopping nearby, approach him. "Luffy, what do you think you're doing?"

Luffy looked up, his eyes wide and innocent. He held up the melon, grinning. "I found this cool-looking fruit! Can I have it?"

Nami let out a long-suffering sigh. Typical Luffy. "We're not here to buy random fruits, idiot. We're supposed to be getting supplies for the ship."

Luffy's shoulders sagged, his enthusiasm dampened. "Aww... but it looks so good!"

Nami rolled her eyes, trying to control her annoyance. She grabbed Luffy's arm and pulled him away from the stall. "Come on, we have a list of things we need. Let's stick to that instead of wasting our time on delicious yet unnecessary fruit."

Luffy pouted but followed Nami, still eyeing the melon longingly as they made their way through the market.

As they moved through the crowd, Nami ticked off items on her list, efficiently moving from stall to stall. Luffy, on the other hand, kept getting distracted by shiny objects and tantalizing smells, much to Nami's chagrin. But amidst the hustle and bustle, Luffy's eyes suddenly flickered towards a familiar figure. There, a few steps away, was Aria, browsing a stall filled with trinkets and jewelry.

Luffy's heart skipped a beat as he saw her. Despite the awkwardness between them, he found himself irresistibly drawn to her presence. Without thinking, he started moving towards her, ignoring Nami's protests. "Luffy, where are you going? We're not done yet!"

Luffy: "I'll be right back. I just... uh... need to talk to someone."

Nami: "Who-"

But Luffy was already gone, disappeared into the crowd before Nami could finish. She let out an irritated sigh, shaking her head at his impulsiveness.

Meanwhile, Aria was unaware of Luffy's approach. She was engrossed in examining a display of colorful pendants, her eyes scanning the various designs. Suddenly, a shadow fell over her as Luffy appeared beside her. "Hey, Aria."

Aria looked up, startled. She hadn't expected to see Luffy here, especially after the awkward tension that had been building between them. She tried to act casual, her heart beating a little faster. "Oh, hi, Luffy. What are you doing here?"

Luffy jammed his hands into his pockets, trying to act nonchalant. "Ah, you know, just tagging along with Nami on our supply run. We've got a lot to get."

His gaze lingered on her, his eyes flickering down to the necklaces she was looking at.

Aria nodded, her gaze darting away, then back to him. The awkwardness hung in the air like a heavy mist. She fidgeted with a pendant, desperate to fill the silence. "These necklaces are pretty, huh..."

Luffy shrugged, feigning indifference, but his eyes kept returning to her hands, watching her play with the pendant. "Yeah, they're okay. I don't really get the whole jewelry thing. I'd rather have meat..."

Despite herself, Aria chuckled. His predictable fixation on food always managed to break the tension. "Of course, meat is always top priority for you. I don't know why I'm even surprised anymore."

Luffy grinned at the sound of her laughter. It made something inside him flutter, and he leaned a bit closer towards her. "Meat is life, what can I say? I'll never turn down a good steak. Or a pork chop. Or just about any meat, really..." He chuckled, his eyes twinkling.

Aria couldn't help but chuckle again at his enthusiasm. It was infectious, making her relax a bit more. But there was still that underlying tension, the memory of the kiss hanging between them, even though neither of them had mentioned it.

Suddenly, Luffy's stomach lets out a loud grumble. "Ugh... See, even my stomach knows what's really important. Food is calling my name... We should get some soon."

"We should... I actually saw a restaurant on my way over here that looked really good." she said with a smile. Her expression changed. Despite the tension between them, she liked the possibility of having the time alone with him. "Do you think we have time to go grab a bite?"

Luffy's eyes widened at the mention of a nearby restaurant. His stomach rumbled again, emphasizing its approval. "Yeah! We should totally go! We've got time, right?"

He turned his eyes to hers, a pleading look on his face. Aria chuckled at Luffy's eagerness. She couldn't resist that begging look. "Sure, I bet we can squeeze in some time for food. After all, we have to keep your stomach from rumbling anymore, or it might rumble the whole town apart."

Luffy grinned excitedly, a sparkle in his eyes. "Awesome! Let's go then!"

He grabbed her hand and began leading her through the market, his steps quick and eager. The prospect of good food pushed all awkward feelings to the back of his mind, replaced by the thrill of the hunt for his next meal.

Aria allowed herself to be led by Luffy, her hand warm in his. The feel of his touch sent a familiar flutter through her, but she tried to ignore it, focusing on the promise of a good meal. They wove their way through the market, the vibrant colors and bustling activity around them faded into a background blur as they headed towards the restaurant.

After a few minutes, they finally arrived at the restaurant, the smell of food wafting out through the open doors. Luffy's nose twitched in anticipation, his mouth watering. He pushed open the door, letting Aria enter first, his hand still holding hers.

The restaurant was casual, with a bar and seemed to have a laid back atmosphere.

"This place looks great!" Luffy exclaimed, looking around. The aromas of sizzling meats and spices filled the air, making his stomach growl even louder than before. He led Aria over to an empty table, pulling out a chair for her with gentleman-like finesse.

Aria chuckled as Luffy pulled out her chair, a sweet gesture that caught her off guard. "Why, thank you, kind sir."

She sat down, a small smile on her lips. Luffy quickly took the seat across from her, his gaze already scanning the menu. The pictures of food only made his stomach protest even louder. He practically drooled over the images of juicy steaks, tender ribs, and golden fried chicken. His eyes widened, and his hand went up to his stomach, as if to pacify it. "Whoa... look at all this food! I want it all... Can we get one of everything?"

She couldn't help but laugh. She always found Luffy's huge appetite and over enthusiasm about food endearing. She watched him, a soft but amused expression on her face, as he continued to go on about the food.

Luffy was completely enraptured by the menu, his eyes lighting up. He pointed to a section, practically shaking with excitement. "Ooh, look! They have ribs! And steaks, and chicken wings, and-!"

He abruptly sat back, a pout on his face. "Ugh, it's so hard to choose! I want everything!"

Aria picked up the menu and looked over it for a moment. "Oooh, the triple burger sounds really good!" she said, feeling a sudden craving for burgers.

Luffy's eyes widened at the mention of a triple burger. His interest was piqued. "Wait, triple burger? Three burgers stacked together? How come I didn't see that?!"

Aria chuckled as Luffy's eyes almost popped out of his head at the thought of a triple burger. She pointed to a picture on her menu of a huge burger stacked with three meaty patties, melted cheese, and crispy bacon. "Doesn't it look amazing?"

Luffy's eyes were glued to the picture, his mouth nearly watering. The thought of a triple burger was almost too much for his stomach to handle. "That... looks... delicious... I want it. No, I need it."

His gaze lifted to hers, a pleading look in his eyes.

Aria chuckled, fully expecting Luffy's insatiable appetite to kick in. Sure enough...

Luffy: "Can I get two of those triple burgers? No, wait— make it four!"

He slammed his fist down on the table with determination, his stomach agreeing with a loud rumble.

She couldn't help but laugh and shake her head in amusement. Moments later, the waiter came by to take their order. Luffy wasted no time, blurting out his order with absolute conviction. "I'll have four triple burgers, please. With extra bacon and cheese. And can I get some fries on the side? And maybe some onion rings. And a soda. No, make that two sodas. I'm really thirsty."

Aria's eyebrows raised at Luffy's order, but she couldn't help but smile at his unrestrained enthusiasm. The waiter took Luffy's order, jotting it down without even a blink. The man was clearly used to dealing with customers with robust appetites.

The waiter turned to Aria to take her order.

"I'll just have the triple burger with fries and an iced tea." she said. She gathered up the two menus and handed them to the waiter, who then walked away to place their order.

Luffy's eyes widened as he heard her order. He gave her an incredulous look. "Hold on, that's it? Just one triple burger?" He almost looked offended by her order.

Aria shrugged, her smile sheepish. "Well, yeah, I'm not as hungry as you are."

Luffy shook his head in disbelief. "But it's a triple burger! And you're saying no to extra bacon and cheese?"

Aria laughed at his bewilderment. "If I tried to eat more in one sitting, my stomach would burst! I'm good with the one."

Luffy leaned back in his chair, still looking at her like she was from another planet. Then he shook his head. "Your stomach is weak!" He pounded his chest confidently. "My stomach can handle more than you can imagine." He then leaned forward a bit, lowering his voice. "You should have gotten more cheeseburgers."

Aria giggled, finding his concern for her portion size endearing. "I'll keep that in mind for next time. Don't worry though, I'm sure your four burgers and all the side dishes will fill up your big appetite just fine."

Luffy smirked, clearly pleased by her assessment of his appetite. "You're damn right they will." He then leaned back in his chair, a mischievous gleam in his eyes. "You know, it's still not too late to order another burger. Or ten."

She smiled, but her mind couldn't help but wander to that moment a few nights prior. It was just a silly game of Truth or Dare. Sanji dared Luffy to kiss Aria, not actually expecting him to go through with it, but he did, without protesting at all. But what did it mean? Was Luffy just trying to show off his competitive nature? He was never willing to back down from a challenge... or, did it perhaps... mean something more? She could feel her heart rate speed up a little. While Luffy continued on about food, Aria's mind began to wander.

Luffy chattered on about the food he was going to devour when it finally arrived, oblivious to the conflicting thoughts going on in Aria's mind. He was focused on discussing the merits of bacon versus extra cheese on a burger, completely unaware of the direction her thoughts were heading. "I mean, who doesn't like a good bacon burger, right? It's like adding magic to an already amazing dish. But cheese, man. Extra cheese can take a burger to a whole new level. It's like, you know, the ultimate topping."

Aria nodded, trying to play along with the food conversation, but her heart was beating faster in her chest. She couldn't shake the thought of that kiss. The feelings of confusion and uncertainty were growing stronger with each passing moment. Why had he kissed her? Did it mean anything more? Or was it just a silly dare? Aria couldn't help but steal glances at Luffy, studying his expression and waiting for him to mention the kiss. But he continued talking about burgers as if it never happened.

She thought that this time alone together, away from the crew, might allow Luffy to open up a little, but that didn't seem to be the case at all. Her heart sank at the thought.

Luffy, utterly oblivious to Aria's inner turmoil, continued to babble about food, blissfully unaware of the emotional storm that was building within her. He was still going on about the cheese and bacon debate, passionately declaring that a triple bacon-cheese burger would be the pinnacle of all burgers.

Aria forced a smile as she listened to him. It was endearing how he could talk about food for days without end, but today, she found it a bit frustrating. Part of her wanted him to bring up the kiss, to clear the uncertainty hanging in the air between them, but it seemed like he had completely brushed it off.

Luffy, blissfully unaware of Aria's growing frustration, suddenly brightened up as if a thought had just struck him. "Hey, what do you think about dessert?" He leaned over the table, eyes sparkling. "We should definitely have something sweet after we demolish these burgers. Maybe some cake or pie or... or..." He started counting on his fingers, his stomach grumbling at the mention of dessert.

Aria forced herself to smile again, but her heart was still racing. Dessert was the last thing on her mind at the moment, but she didn't have it in her to argue, not when Luffy was so eager and excited about food.

Luffy didn't seem to notice her inner turmoil. He was still mumbling to himself about dessert options, seemingly lost in his own world of food-induced excitement. Just as he was listing off all the sweet treats he wanted to devour, the waiter arrived with Luffy's multiple burgers.

Luffy's eyes widened, all thoughts of desserts forgotten. His focus instantly shifted to the towering stack of burgers set before him. He practically drooled as he took it all in, his stomach giving a loud grumble in anticipation.

Aria glanced down at her own burger and fries, her appetite suddenly diminished by her emotional state. But Luffy, on the other hand, was in an absolute state of bliss, his eyes sparkling at the sight of all that food.

Without wasting any time, Luffy immediately grabbed a burger and took a giant bite, his eyes rolling back in pure ecstasy. He let out a satisfied moan, the flavors clearly overpowering everything else in his mind.

For the next few minutes, the restaurant was filled with only the sound of Luffy smacking his lips and making exaggerated expressions of enjoyment. The only thing on his mind was the delicious burgers he was enjoying. The rest of the world, including Aria's conflicted feelings, seemed miles away.

Aria's eyes drifted but stopped when she noticed a group of men at one of the tables whispering and looking over at Luffy. Their gestures and facial expressions seemed almost threatening. Suddenly, all of the emotions she had been feeling were immediately zapped from her mind as her attention was now fixed on the men at the table.

Luffy was completely engrossed in his burger eating, blissfully unaware of the attention he was getting from the men across the room. Noticing Aria's distraction, he slowed his chewing and glanced up. "What's wrong?"

Unbeknownst to both Luffy and Aria, the men in the corner were no ordinary patrons. They were experienced bounty hunters, and they had instantly recognized Luffy as the infamous pirate known as "Straw Hat Luffy". Their whispers and gestures had been all about planning to capture him for the substantial reward.

Aria leaned across the table and whispered. "Don't look but... those men at that table over there keep whispering and looking at you. Something doesn't feel right."

Luffy, his curiosity piqued, immediately turned to look at the men in question, but before Aria could warn him, he had already craned his head around. "You mean those guys?" He said loudly, drawing the attention of the men in question as well as the other patrons in the restaurant.

Aria facepalmed.

The men at the table immediately knew they had been spotted. They shared a look amongst themselves, their eyes narrowing as they recognized Luffy. One of the men, a burly, scarred individual, stood up from the table, a sly grin forming on his face.

Bounty Hunter: "Well, well, look what we have here. It's Monkey D. Luffy, Straw Hat himself."

The men at the table exchanged smirks and chuckles, their hands discreetly moving to their weapons. The atmosphere in the restaurant grew tense. Other patrons started to murmur, clearly unnerved by the ominous presence of the bounty hunters.

Luffy, ever-oblivious, grinned widely at the men as if they were old friends. He swallowed his mouthful of burger, completely unphased by their menacing aura.

The burly man stepped closer, flanked by his companions, and stopped a few feet away from Luffy's table, towering over him with a malicious sneer. "We've been looking for you, Straw Hat Luffy. You're worth a pretty penny."

Luffy's grin didn't waver. He leaned back in his chair, still munching on his burger as if they were discussing the weather. "Bounty, huh? I guess I'm a pretty hot commodity these days, huh?" He chuckled, not seeming the least bit threatened.

The men at the table exchanged looks, clearly annoyed by Luffy's lack of concern. The burly man's sneer deepened as he clenched his fists, clearly not used to his victims being so unafraid. "You've got guts, kid. But you're outnumbered and outgunned. We're taking you in, whether you come quietly or not. The choice is yours."

Luffy finished off his burger, wiped his hands on his shorts, and stood up facing the men. He stretched his arms overhead, still not displaying a hint of fear or caution. "I don't think I'm in the mood to go with you guys today. I kinda have plans."

He flashed a cheeky grin, his carefree attitude infuriating the bounty hunters even more.

The men's patience began to wear thin. They were used to their targets cowering in fear, easy prey. But Luffy was not only fearless, he was downright cocky. The men could feel their blood boiling at Luffy's unperturbed demeanor.

Bounty Hunter: "Looks like we'll have to do this the hard way then."

The men pulled out their weapons: swords, knives, guns, even a pair of brass knuckles. They were serious about capturing Luffy. The restaurant patrons were now watching the confrontation anxiously, whispers and murmurs filling the air.

Luffy casually stretched his neck side to side, rolling his shoulders as if preparing for a fight. His carefree attitude was starting to tick off the bounty hunters more and more. The tension in the restaurant was palpable.

Bounty Hunter: "You're surrounded, kid. There's nowhere to run. Surrender now, and we might go easy on you."

The burly man stared at Luffy with cold, menacing eyes, his companions sneering and licking their lips, ready to pounce. They slowly began to encircle Luffy, their weapons drawn and eyes trained on him like predators cornering their prey.

Aria looked at Luffy, a worried expression clearly visible on her face. Luffy glanced at her and winked reassuringly, his carefree grin still there, masking any hint of worry or fear. He didn't seem fazed at all.

Bounty Hunter: "Last chance, Straw Hat. Just come willingly, and maybe we won't rough you up too badly."

"Nah, I think I'll pass." Luffy cracked his knuckles and took a step forward, his stance suddenly more serious and alert. The bounty hunters exchanged shocked glances. They hadn't expected Luffy to fight back. They had counted on his surrender.

Bounty Hunter: "Cocky little punk. You're gonna regret this."

The bounty hunters lunged at Luffy, their weapons raised. The restaurant patrons gasped and ducked down, seeking cover. The sound of metal clanking and wood scraping filled the air as Luffy effortlessly sidestepped the attacks, his movements fluid and quick, his carefree demeanor replaced by a deadly seriousness.

The patrons and the bounty hunters were shocked at how fast Luffy was moving, effortlessly dodging and countering the blows. The space became a whirlwind of activity as chairs and tables were overturned in the chaos. Luffy, on the other hand, moved with a grace and precision that seemed to defy the laws of physics.

Luffy used his rubber abilities to his advantage, stretching his arms to grab a chair and swat away a couple of bounty hunters, then using his elasticity to dodge a sword swing before bouncing it back at the attacker.

Aria sat in her chair, stunned but watching Luffy in awe.

Luffy continued to toy with the bounty hunters, using his rubber body and quick reflexes to dodge and counter their attacks. His movements were precise and well-timed, as if he had fought a thousand fights before. The bounty hunters, on the other hand, were growing more and more frustrated and desperate.

As Luffy was engaged in dodging and counterattacking the bounty hunters, one of them had a sly idea. He spotted Aria sitting on the side, watching the fight unfold. Seeing an opportunity, he quickly moved towards her. He pulled her out of her chair and grabbed her with both arms, holding a knife to her throat. Aria's eyes widened in fear and shock as she was grabbed so unexpectedly.

Luffy's carefree expression vanished instantly when he saw what was happening. He turned to see his friend Aria being held captive, the cold steel of a knife against her throat. A deep anger welled up inside him, his fists clenching tightly, his eyes narrowing.

The rest of the bounty hunters smirked, seeing that they now had a bargaining chip. They looked smug and satisfied, like they had the upper hand.

Bounty Hunter: "Now, Straw Hat, you're gonna surrender quietly, or your little girlfriend here is gonna have a bad day."

Anger coursed through Luffy's veins. He gritted his teeth, his eyes fixated on the bounty hunter holding Aria captive. He hated seeing her in such a vulnerable position, and his protective instincts were in overdrive. "Let her go. Now." His voice was a low growl, a warning of the storm that was brewing inside.

Bounty Hunter: "Not until you surrender. You try anything, and she gets it. Understood?"

Luffy's heart skipped a beat at the sight of Aria's distress. He wanted to lunge at the bounty hunter immediately, but he also knew that he couldn't risk doing something reckless. He had to strategize, to think of a way to get Aria out of this dangerous situation without harming her in the process.

Bounty Hunter: "Not so tough now, are ya? You'll surrender, or she dies right here."

The other bounty hunters snickered in agreement, confident that they had the upper hand.

Luffy's mind was racing, searching for a solution. He wasn't about to hand himself over to the bounty hunters, but he couldn't let anything happen to Aria either. He saw the fear in her eyes, and it only fuelled his anger and determination. "I'll surrender. Just let her go first." He tried to keep his voice steady, though his eyes betrayed the anger he felt.

"You think we're dumb? No. We'll let her go only after you're cuffed and bound." the burly man said.

Luffy gritted his teeth, his frustration and anger bubbling up inside him. He knew that the bounty hunters were calling his bluff, and he had to think of a new plan, quickly.

The man knew Luffy was thinking about it. He didn't want to give Luffy a chance. He dug the knife into Aria's neck slightly, piercing her skin. Aria let out a painful cry. Her eyes looked to Luffy. Despite the situation, she had undying faith in him. She knew he would protect her.

Luffy's eyes widened as he saw Aria cry in pain, the sight of blood drawing out an intense sense of anger and desperation within him. He was torn between surrendering or risking everything to save her. Knowing her unwavering faith in him, he knew that he couldn't let her down.

Suddenly, a strange sensation overcame Luffy. It was as if his whole body was trembling, his blood was boiling, and his mind was filled with a burning rage. It was like an instinctual reaction to the overwhelming emotions he was feeling.

The bounty hunters, noticing the change, began to seem slightly uneasy. They began to whisper to themselves, wondering what was happening.

Luffy's eyes darkened, and he clenched his fists. His knuckles turned white as his rage reached a boiling point. Luffy's voice trembled slightly with anger as he spoke. "Fine, I surrender. I'll do whatever you want. I won't try to run. I won't fight back. Just let her go."

The bounty hunters exchanged satisfied smirks. They had the upper hand now. "That's more like it. Now, put your hands behind your back and get on your knees." the burly man said.

Aria's eyes widened, surprised at Luffy's restraint and willingness to surrender. He would normally rush his enemies without a second thought.

"Luffy, no..." Aria said softly, her voice trembling as a single tear rolled down her face.

Luffy's heart ached at the sight of Aria's tearful eyes. He could see the worry etched on her face, and it only increased his determination to protect her. "It's okay, Aria. Trust me."

He locked eyes with her, his expression firm and resolute, trying to reassure her that he had a plan. He slowly put his hands behind his back, then got down on his knees as the bounty hunters had demanded.

Bounty Hunter: "Good, good. You're making a smart choice."

The bounty hunters began to smirk and chuckle, seeing Luffy on his knees and at their mercy.

Luffy knelt there, his mind racing as he tried to figure out a way to get out of this situation. He had no weapons, and he was outnumbered by armed bounty hunters. Yet, his expression remained composed and unwavering. He couldn't let the bounty hunters see his doubts or fears. Just then, the bounty hunters cuffed him, and it became quickly apparent the cuffs were made of sea prism stone.

Luffy's heart sank as he felt the sea prism stone cuffs being placed around his wrists. He knew the cuffs weakened devil fruit users, and he could feel his strength decreasing almost immediately.

Bounty Hunter: "Looks like you ain't so strong now, Straw Hat. You're just a weak little brat without your powers."

The bounty hunters snickered, mocking Luffy as he knelt there with his hands cuffed behind his back and sea prism stone weakening him.

One of the bounty hunters grabbed a fistful of Luffy's hair and yanked his head back roughly. Another man began kicking him. The other men joined in and began beating him while he knelt there, cuffed and helpless.

Luffy gritted his teeth, enduring the beating. The blows rained down on him relentlessly, and the pain was intense. But he refused to cry out, refusing to show any weakness in front of the bounty hunters. His eyes remained fixed on Aria, silently communicating his determination to protect her.

"Stop it! Stop hurting him!" Aria cried out in anguish, her heart breaking.

The bounty hunters paused their attack momentarily, turning to Aria with smirks on their faces. They were enjoying the distress they were causing her, knowing it would only make Luffy feel even more helpless.

Aria could feel her heart race and a tightening in her chest. She was viably distraught over seeing the men treating Luffy so cruelly when he agreed to go willingly without putting up a fight. By this point, tears were flowing down her face.

One bounty hunter stepped towards Aria, grabbing her chin roughly, forcing her to look at Luffy. "Looks like somebody's got a soft spot for this little brat."

Aria's eyes fixated on Luffy. She felt a sense of hopelessness and desperation. Luffy's eyes met Aria's, and he could see the pain and helplessness etched on her face. His heart ached at seeing her so distraught, especially when he had done everything in his power to make sure she was safe. His hands were still bound behind his back, and the sea prism stone was weakening him with each passing moment. But he gritted his teeth and refused to show any sign of defeat. He wasn't going to let these bounty hunters see him give up.

One of the bounty hunters, noticing the intense connection between Aria and Luffy, smirked at her. He spoke to her with a sneer, clearly enjoying the torment he was causing them both. "Looks like you care about him a lot, girl. I bet you'd do anything to save him, wouldn't you?"

She didn't respond, but her eyes maintained contact with Luffy's.

The bounty hunter chuckled cruelly. "Oh, come now. I can see it in your eyes. You care about him more than you're willing to admit, don't you. It's written all over your face."

Aris could feel a lump in her throat. She couldn't deny it, not in front of Luffy. If he weren't there, she could lie, but standing in front of him, seeing him sacrifice and take a beating for her, she just couldn't.

Luffy remained motionless, his eyes locked onto Aria's. He was taking in every word and action, his determination to get her out of this situation only growing stronger. He could tell she was distressed and conflicted, and it was tearing him apart. He ached to do something, anything, to help her, but the sea prism stone cuffs were making him weak, and there was nothing he could do in his current state.

The bounty hunter studying Aria took note of the look on her face and the way her gaze was fixated on Luffy. He smirked, sensing a vulnerability in her. He saw her unwillingness to deny caring about him. He spoke to her with a taunting tone. "Oh, I see it now." he smirked. "You don't just care about the Straw Hat. You love him, don't you?"

The men erupt in laughter.

"Well ain't that sweet." The Bounty Hunter said. His hand was still firmly gripped on her chin, forcing her to look at Luffy, her eyes still locked with his. Another tear rolled down her face while she couldn't make herself deny it. A sudden realization came over her as the pain in her heart ached more.

Luffy's heart ached as he heard the bounty hunter's words. He could see the pain and anguish in her eyes, tears streaming down her face. It was killing him that he couldn't do anything to help her at the moment. But he locked his gaze onto hers, not wanting to look away or show any weakness in front of the bounty hunters. He could see the conflict in her, and he could see that she couldn't deny it.

The men laughed once more, relishing in the misery and pain they were causing.

Aria gently sobbed, but found a moment of strength in the moment to say to Luffy, "No matter what happens, fight your way back to us."

Luffy's determination only heightened when he heard her words. He gritted his teeth, his indomitable will refusing to be shattered. Even though he was weakened, he knew that he would do everything in his power to get back to the crew and to Aria.

He nodded silently, his eyes locked onto hers. He would fight with all his might to return to them, no matter the odds or obstacles that stood in his way. He was not going to give up, and being separated from his crew and from Aria was not an option.

Just like that, the men lifted Luffy up and dragged him out of the restaurant, once again kicking and hitting him along the way. One man spat on him when they got outside. Luffy was dragged out of the restaurant, his body battered and bruised. He grunted in pain with each kick and hit he received, his body aching from the previous beating. When a man spit on him, Luffy's anger flared, and he wanted to retaliate, but the sea prism stone cuffs only made him feel weaker. He knew he couldn't do anything in his current state, but the fire in his eyes remained as he struggled against the men holding him.

As the men continued to drag him through the town, Luffy tried to keep his balance, but his weakened body made it difficult. He was seething with anger, his body trembling with frustration at being so powerless, but he kept his focus on one thing: making a way back to Aria and the rest of the crew.

Luffy is thrown onto the wagon. Aria's crying could be heard from outside. He could hear her begging and pleading for the men not to do this, with no avail. Luffy clenched his fists, his heart aching as he heard Aria's sobs and pleading. He wanted desperately to break free, to stop them from taking him away, but the sea prism stone was weighing him down too much for him to do anything. He couldn't even call out to her or assure her that he would find a way back. All he could do was listen to her cries as they drove him away, a mixture of anger, helplessness, and determination swirling within him.

Luffy's mind raced as he tried to come up with a plan or idea to get out of this situation, but his thoughts were interrupted as the wagon continued its journey. He could still hear the sounds of Aria's sobs in the distance, and his heart ached knowing how much he wanted to comfort her and reassure her, but he could do nothing trapped in his weakened state.

The wagon rumbled on, and Luffy's body bounced in the back, the movement only worsening the pain. He winced as his body hit the side of the wagon, but he didn't cry out. He clenched his fists, his mind still trying to come up with a way out of this. Every bump in the road was a reminder of his helplessness, and the sound of Aria's sobbing in the distance haunted him.

* *

The wagon arrived at a local Marine base. Luffy could see the imposing structure in front of him. He gritted his teeth as the men pulled him off the wagon and marched him towards the entrance.

The Marine base was intimidating and imposing, and Luffy knew he was in a dire situation. The men pushed him forward as they brought him inside, and he could see the Marines bustling around, going about their duties.

Luffy's mind was spinning as he was brought deeper inside the base, his heart racing with both fear and determination. He couldn't show any weakness or vulnerability in front of these Marines, but he was also painfully aware of how weakened and powerless he was in his current state.

Suddenly, a tall figure emerged. Luffy's eyes widened as a tall figure appeared before him. He craned his neck to get a better look, trying to assess who the person was and what they wanted from him. Luffy's heart pounded in his chest as the tall figure approached. He could feel the intensity in the air, and he braced himself for whatever was to come next.

The figure stood in front of him, looking down at him with a calculated gaze. The Marines in the room stood at attention, waiting for the figure's command. Luffy could feel the tension in the air, and he knew that whatever was about to happen was going to change his situation significantly.

"Vice Admiral," he heard one of the marines say.

Luffy's ears perked up at the title "Vice Admiral" that he heard being spoken. He knew that this figure in front of him was someone of high rank in the Marines. He could feel the intensity and power radiating from the man, and he knew that any wrong move could be dangerous.

Luffy took a deep breath, trying to steady his nerves as he looked up at the Vice Admiral. He could see the cold and calculating look in the man's eyes, and he knew that this was not going to be a friendly interaction.

"Straw Hat Luffy." the Vice Admiral said, his voice cold.

Luffy's eyes widened as the Vice Admiral spoke his name. He could hear the disdain in the man's voice, and he knew that he was not dealing with someone who was happy to see him.

"I am Vice Admiral Cutty. Finally, I get to meat the notorious pirate captain in the flesh. You've certainly caused a great stir for the Marines and World Government." the Vice Admiral said. He becomes quiet for a moment, looking Luffy up and down. "I'm surprised you were captured so easily."

Marine: "Sir, the bounty hunters who brought him here told us he was with a blonde woman."

Luffy bristled at the Vice Admiral's words, but he kept his expression neutral. He could feel the man's gaze boring into him, and he knew that he was being scrutinized. At the mention of Aria, his mind instantly went to her, and he felt a pang of worry.

Luffy clenched his fists, trying to keep his emotions in check as the Marine mentioned Aria. His protective instincts flared up, but he knew he had to be careful in this situation. He had to tread carefully in his weakened state.

Vice Admiral Cutty: "Oh? A crew mate, perhaps?"

Luffy gritted his teeth as the Vice Admiral spoke about Aria. The term "crew mate" struck a nerve, and he felt a sudden surge of anger rise within him. But he forced himself to remain calm and composed on the outside, not wanting to give anything away.

Luffy could feel the Vice Admiral's gaze boring into him, trying to get a read on his reaction. He knew that the Marines were looking for any weakness they could exploit, and he wasn't going to give them anything to use against him or his crew.

Vice Admiral Cutty: "Being aligned with a pirate crew, especially one associated with someone as notorious as Straw Hat Luffy, is a crime against the World Government. The Government has placed a high bounty on you for a reason. Associating yourself with such a dangerous criminal is punishable by law."

Luffy's heart sank at the Vice Admiral's words. He knew that the Marines saw his crew as criminals, but hearing it spelled out like that was a harsh reminder of the reality he lived in.

"Find out who the girl is and if she's still in town, along with the rest of Monkey D. Luffy's crew. I want them all arrested and brought here." Cutty said, coldly.

Luffy's eyes widened at the Vice Admiral's order. The thought of Aria and the rest of his crew being arrested sent a wave of fear through him. He knew that he had to do something to stop this from happening, but he was still stuck in place, weakened and powerless to do anything.

Meanwhile, we return to Aria. She is running through town, hear heart hammering in her chest, running faster and more desperately than she ever had before in her life. She needed to find the others, to tell them their captain had been captured. A million thoughts swirled through her mind. She felt like a failure, unable to save Luffy from capture, and the men using her as leverage against him in order to make him vulnerable and surrender made her feel overwhelmed with guilt. Her eyes looked around, scanning the town for any signs of her crew mates.

As she looked around, she passed by several unfamiliar faces, all of whom were going about their business as if nothing unusual was happening. It made her feel more alone in this situation. Just as she was beginning to despair, she suddenly heard a familiar voice calling out to her.

"Hey Aria!" Nami's voice rang out, and Aria's head whipped around to see Nami hurrying towards her. Relief washed over her as she laid eyes on her crew mate. "Where've you been? Have you seen Luffy?" Nami asked.

Aria felt a wave of emotions rush through her as Nami asked about Luffy. She struggled to speak, her voice catching in her throat as she tried to compose herself.

Nami noticed something was off with Aria's demeanor and moved closer, concern etched on her face.

Aria took a deep breath, trying to steady her voice as she spoke. "Nami, there's something wrong. Luffy...he's been captured. The Marines have him."

Nami's eyes widened as Aria spoke, her face turning pale in shock. "What?! How?"

Aria looked down, guilt washing over her. "It's my fault. A group of bounty hunters used me to capture him. They wanted to get his bounty and used me as leverage..." She trailed off, unable to look Nami in the eye.

Immediately after her admission, Usopp's voice could be heard from behind her. "Oh, there you two are."

Aria turned to see Usopp walking towards them, looking just as bewildered as Nami.

Nami quickly filled him in on the situation, her voice betraying her anxiety and worry.

Usopp's eyes widened as he heard the news. "Luffy's been captured? Dammit!" He clenched his fists, anger and concern etched on his face.

Suddenly, Chopper and Brook appeared, their expressions changing to worry as they overheard the news. "Luffy's been captured?" Chopper asked, his eyes wide.

Aria nodded, feeling a pang of guilt as she saw the shock and concern on her crew mates' faces.

The remaining crew mates appeared. One by one, the rest of the crew members appeared, their expressions growing more and more concerned as they heard the news. Robin, in particular, looked worried and alarmed by the situation.

Sanji and Zoro finally appeared, both looking uncharacteristically troubled. "What's going on?" Zoro asked, his usual casual demeanor replaced by a more serious expression.

Aria swallowed. While she had been in the crew for months now, she had always felt slightly intimidation from Zoro, and she knew out of all the crew, his judgment would likely be the harshest. A feeling of trepidation washed over her as she looked at Zoro, bracing herself for his reaction. Fighting back tears, Aria looked up at him, feeling shame and intimidation. "Luffy... the Marines have him." She could barely speak, her voice shaky.

Zoro's expression hardened at her words, his eyes narrowing. She could see the anger and frustration in his face, but there was also a hint of concern. Zoro was silent for a moment. Finally, he spoke, his voice low and steely. "How did this happen?"

"We went to eat, at a restaurant... there were a group of bounty hunters. They recognized Luffy. They... they used me to make him surrender himself to them. They threatened to hurt me."

Zoro's eyes widened in surprise and irritation, his jaw clenching as he heard the details of how Luffy had been captured.

"They had these handcuffs that he couldn't break out of, that seemed to make him weak..." she said. "He... surrendered himself to save me. I'm sorry. It's my fault." Aria's heart was heavy and she began to gently sob.

Zoro's expression softened as he heard the anguish in Aria's voice. While he was still mad and frustrated with the situation, he saw that she was deeply regretful and felt responsible for what had happened. He let out a sigh and stepped closer to her, placing a hand on her shoulder. "It's not your fault," he said, his voice surprisingly gentle. "Luffy made his decision. There's no point in blaming yourself."

Aria looked up at him, surprised to hear the empathy in his voice. She sniffled and nodded, wiping away her tears.

Zoro turned his gaze to the rest of the crew, who were all looking at him, waiting for his next move. He let out a sigh, his mind racing with thoughts. He was frustrated and angry at the Marines for capturing Luffy, but he knew they had to do something. He clenched his jaw, the anger in his eyes turning into determination. He looked at the crew and spoke firmly. "We need to rescue Luffy. And fast."

The crew nodded in agreement, their expressions becoming determined and serious.

Nami stepped forward, her eyes narrow in anger. "But how do we do that? We don't even know where he is."

Usopp spoke up, his brow furrowed in concentration. "We need to find out where he's being held. We can't just go in blindly."

Brook chimed in. "Perhaps we could ask around and see if anyone has heard anything about where the Marines might be keeping him."

Robin nodded, her eyes intense. "I can use my espionage skills to gather information. I might be able to learn something that could help us find Luffy."

Zoro nodded in agreement. "Good idea. We need all the information we can get."

Chopper jumped in, his eyes filled with determination. "I'll go with Robin."

Zoro nodded, feeling a sense of relief knowing that they had a plan in motion. "Okay, Chopper, Robin, you two go and get any info you can. Report back as soon as you know anything."

Chopper and Robin nodded in agreement and took off, leaving the rest of the crew to wait and hope for news.

Sanji lit up a cigarette, exhaling a cloud of smoke. "Looks like we're in for a long wait, huh?"

"Should the rest of us ask around too?" Aria asked.

Zoro turned his gaze to Aria, considering her suggestion. "You might be right. We should split up and see what we can find out."

He looked around at the rest of the crew, his expression firm. "Nami, Usopp, Brook, you three stay here and see if anyone comes by with any information. Sanji and Aria, you two go out and try to gather some intel."

The crew nodded in agreement, and they all went their separate ways to start gathering information.
