Several minutes later, Lloyd, Jay and Nya were in the armoury, watching Geoff as he attached a chest plate with a scorpion on the front, followed by a big shoulder pad for his right shoulder while two Munce guards were by the door. "Geoff, you can't do this." Lloyd said as he looked at the variety of weapons to choose from.
"Yeah, Geoff, there's gotta be a better way." Jay said as Geoff grabbed a spear before putting it down.
"We can negotiate with her, Geoff." Nya said as Geoff picked up a dao.
"Well, if you figure it out, let me know." He sarcastically replied, dropping the sword before grabbing a round shield with a dragon engraving on it while turning to them before blowing some dust off of it, unintentionally getting on Jay, who sneezes from the dust. Geoff then picked up a yari to look at it. "Guys, has it occurred to you if I didn't fight?" They try to think of an answer. "I'd have to stay here... forever!" He throws the yari aside in anger. "She wants me to be her King. Me! I would have to eat that disgusting Munce crap, listen to Murtessa flirting with me, and sooner or later, continue insulting my wife!"
"Then you have to win this, Geoff!" Jay said, swiftly recovering from his sneeze. "This is serious!"
"Oh, I intend to." He comes up to a nearby Munce guard and swipes his poleaxe while leaving the armoury, surprising both guards.
Within minutes, Geoff walked out into what appeared to be an arena as many Munce were in the stands, banging their poleaxes or spears in the crowd as Lloyd, Jay and Nya were above the entrance he came out of. Pretty soon, a mass amount of smoke emits from the other side, and Murtessa, wearing battle appropriate attire and holding two clubs, emerged from the smoke before the Munce start to cheer for their queen. Geoff tightened the grip on his poleaxe and poises while glaring at Murtessa stopped and stood where she was. "Ninja-Geoff, I challenge you to combat for you!" She said, making Geoff angered and tighten his grip even more. "I wish you to be my King, for even though you have tiny arms and an ugly human face, you have a stout heart, and are a mighty warrior!" Geoff felt offended at being called ugly by the same person again. "We should be together!"
"Bring it on!" Geoff spins his poleaxe a little before slamming it into the ground, puts his new hood on, picks up his poleaxe again and poises.
"Let the combat begin!" Murtessa growls and slams the ground with her clubs before she started to move right as Geoff does so himself.
"Your move."
"Bring it!" She charged at Geoff, who slams his poleaxe on the ground and swung on the handle to charge at her, only for Murtessa to jump aside and struck him, sending him flying forward before landing, losing his shield in the process. He looks up to see Murtessa in the air, about to strike him with her clubs before he rolled away and spun to get back up while Murtessa missed and hit the ground where he was. Murtessa faces Geoff, who glares at her before she charges at him and swung her clubs, but he somersaults over her as she moved forward before stopping as Geoff lands and faces her. Murtessa turned around, made a war cry and charges at him. But, halfway to reaching him, Murtessa suddenly stops and drops her clubs, confusing Geoff.
Murtessa then started to flap her arms, move her head forward with her tongue out, brings her hands together, bounces on one foot and then another and waves her arms to the left. "What the...?" Murtessa soon held her arms out wide before falling forward, but bends her knees to wrap her arms around them, and rolls towards Geoff. "Oh, shit!" He tries to move, only for Murtessa to hit him, sending him spinning in the air before landing on his rear end and turns to her, angered. "Hey!" He then noticed Murtessa rolling towards him again striking him into landing on his chest.
In the stands, Lloyd, Jay and Nya look on in shock as the crowd cheers. "Geoff!" They yelled.
In the arena, Geoff slowly started to get up to face Murtessa as she prepared to roll towards him again. "Quit that! That's not how you fight!" She rolls at him, knocking him into the air to somersault before he lands on his back, and Murtessa does another roll, sending him flying over her, landing on the ground. He tries to get up, only for Murtessa to roll over and hit his back, sending him flying over her and landing on his back, Murtessa then does another roll, sending him flying over her.
In the stands, Lloyd, Jay and Nya were all flinching from the constant roll attacks Geoff has been taking. "Oh, that's gonna leave a mark!" Nya said.
"Guys, I'm scared." Jay replied.
"Relax." Lloyd said. "Geoff's got this." They soon heard the sound of metal hitting something. "I hope."
In the arena, Geoff, suffering a few bruises from the rolls, glares at Murtessa as she looks down at him. "Okay, lady." He said, wiping some sweat off his forehead before getting up. "Let's see how you like it when I spin!" He immediately poises as energy started to surround him. "Ninjago!" He immediately does Spinjitzu and charges at Murtessa, who immediately rolls again. Both combatants charge at each other before they clash, only for when their attacks dispersed, Geoff kicks Murtessa back into a wall and she falls down, landing on her chest. Geoff started to breathe heavily as Murtessa gets up, only to spin round in confusion before facing Geoff, about to come at him, but she collapses forward.
In the stands, the Munce gasp in surprise and start to murmur, shocked that their queen had lost the fight. "See?"
"The queen..." One of the Munce guards said. "She, she..."
"She has lost." Another Munce guard replied.
The Munce start to talk amongst themselves. "The queen has lost." One Munce said before raising his axe. "Long live the King!"
"King Meff!" One Munce called out.
"King Meff!" Another Munce called out.
Geoff gets up and takes off his hood as the Munce start to chant for his victory and newly claimed title. "King Meff!" They chant. "King Meff! King Meff!"
"Oh, boy." Lloyd said, scratching the back of his head.
"I did not see that coming." Jay replied.
"Neither did I." Nya said.
Geoff just looked around as the crowd of Munce kept chanting his new title. "King Meff!" They chant. "King Meff! King Meff! King Meff! King Meff! King Meff! King Meff!"
"What have I just gotten myself into?" He asked himself.
"King Meff! King Meff! King Meff! King Meff! King Meff! King Meff! King Meff! King Meff!"
