When the sun rose, brightness was shining throughout the city of Brisbane. Kids were waking up, adults were getting for work and loads others.

Among the whole city, there laid a house standing tall and proud. It was rather vibrant house. There inside, was home to a 16-year-old blue heeler.

That teenage dog, is Bluey. Bluey is a smart and creative young girl living with her 14-year-old red heeler sister, Bingo, her mom, Chilli and father, Bandit.

Today, Bluey woke up, exhilarated. She was beginning her first day of year 11.

Bluey: *yawns* Oh my... I can't wait for today!

Bingo: What happened sis?

Bluey: I'm starting year 11! Isn't that exciting?

Bingo: Uhh... I ain't sure about that... Are you sure its legit?

Bluey: Yeah... even if it means to do some boring subjects.

Bingo: Alright then, you do you sis.

After Bluey talked with Bingo on why she is ready for year 11, the heeler sisters went downstairs to eat breakfast.

Bingo: Mum? What are we eating for brekkie?

Chilli: We're having omelette!

Bluey: Mmm! Yumsies!

Bluey enjoyed her breakfast for ten minutes before taking a quick shower.

She was also given a uniform, pants and a jacket for this school two weeks before her first day.

Another reason about her being excited was that the school that Bluey will be going to is the same one where she went a decade ago, Glasshouse Primary School.

And that made sense as she had some wonderful friends there like Mackenzie, Chloe, Indy etc.

She changed school at the age of nine and went to a different school in the Sunshine Coast. In that school, she also had good friends like Judo, Winnie and Lucky, but they left that same school when Bluey was in year 10.

After a while, Bluey finished changing herself.

Bandit: Ready lil' kid?

Bluey: I ain't a lil kid anymore! I'm a grown-up teenager now dad!

Bandit: Still, you're my lil' baby.

Bluey: *sighs* Whatevs...

Bandit: Anyways, I gotta get the car ready-- Agh! Crazy mozzies..

Bandit got the car ready and went off to school with Bluey.

Bandit: Ya stoked?

Bluey: Yeah! For sure I am!

Bandit: That's great. Man, back again in the Glass House Mountains?

Bluey: Yup...

After 50 minutes, the school was now visible to the heeler's blue eyes.

Bandit: Ah, there it is...

Bluey: Oh my goodness, I'm really back huh?

Bandit: Yes Bluey. Ya nervous?

Bluey: A bit... I haven't saw my old friends for a while.

Bandit: Nah, you'll be right.

Bluey: Thanks dad...

Bandit: Alright! *hits breaks* We're here.

Bluey: See ya dad! Love ya.

Bandit: Hope you have a good day! Love ya too.

After saying "byes" to each other, Bluey's dad drove off to work. The first thing she saw was someone very near and dear to her,

Her teacher, Calypso.

Bluey: *gasps* Hi Calypso!

Calypso: Oh! Welcome back Bluey! Oh you look grown up now.

Bluey: Thanks miss... still have my old friends?

Calypso: *nods* Yes. All of them.

Bluey: Alright then... are you still my teacher?

Calypso: Well, I'm teaching year 11C. Are you in that class?

Bluey: Oh wait... I am!

Calypso: Wonderful! Its really great to have you back. All your friends truly missed you.

Bluey: I know... I do too.

Calypso: Well, do you want to come in the school?

Bluey: Oh sure! I would love to!

After some small talk, the two dogs entered the school.

Bluey: Has teaching been hard for you miss?

Calypso: Well Bluey, it is a bit hard for myself but I try to maintain on helping others, including your friends.

Bluey: Oh... that's something.

Calypso: Either way, I still enjoy my job on being their teacher.

Bluey: Good to hear miss! Anyways, where are my friends?

Calypso: Everytime before class, they'd hangout outside, at the library or even in the hallways.

Bluey: Okay. Sounds good!

Bluey and Calypso kept walking the corridors when Bluey saw a familiar black and white dog.

Bluey: Wait... is that... Mackenzie?!

Calypso: Yes. That is Mackenzie.

Bluey: Oh my goodness, he has changed...

Calypso: He's been a good student last year.

Bluey: Wow... that's nice!

Out of nowhere, her other friend Rusty, caught the eye of the australian shepherd and the blue heeler.

Rusty: Bluey?!

Bluey: Who was that...?

Rusty: Me!

Bluey: *gasps* Rusty!

*hugs each other*

Rusty: Its so good to see you again!

Bluey: Same too!

Mackenzie: Wait, Bluey?!

Bluey: Hey Mackenzie!

*hugs each other aswell*

Mackenzie: Man... so good to see ya...

Bluey: Same here bud.

Bluey: How y'all been?

Rusty: Pretty good!

Mackenzie: Yeah, its been good for year 10.

Bluey: Nice. Year 10 was kinda mid for me.

Rusty: Oh?

Bluey: It was barely fun and obviously boring.

Mackenzie: So, what class are you in Bluey?

Bluey: I'm in... year 11C!

Mackenzie: Hang on, that's me and Rusty's class!

Bluey: No way... you two are my classmates?!

Rusty: Nah really?! Of course you are our classmates!!

Bluey: Aw heck yeah!!

Mackenzie: Because you've came back after so long, its time to see all of your old friends!

Bluey: *gasps* Take me to them, now!!

Rusty: Chill... don't be too excited...

Bluey: *breathes in and out* Alright then, you alright with that Calypso?

Calypso: If your heart desires. You do you Bluey.

Bluey: Thanks miss!

Rusty: Well, let's see all of your friends!

Bluey: Aight, let's get going!

Bluey, Mackenzie and Rusty walked themselves outside again to a giant field. When arriving, Bluey was greeted by one of her childhood friends, Coco.

Bluey: Coco!!!

Coco: Bluey!!! Good to see ya!

Bluey: Its been so long right?

Coco: I mean it has been seven years since you last came back to this school.

Bluey: Mm... yeah... it has been seven years. But it doesn't look like the school I remembered.

Mackenzie: Uhh... yeah... we had to change into something more modernized when we all turned 13-years-old.

Rusty: Well, that's because when we all turned thirteen, that's the time where we start high school. This is not the primary school, its the high school.

Bluey: Ohhh... I see. That actually makes sense...

Coco: Sure... but why did you come back here?

Bluey: Well my mom checked out the high school and saw that it can provide some useful education for myself. She even plans to enroll Bingo in year 8!

Rusty: Wow! That's great!

Bluey: So... wanna see some more friends?

Mackenzie: I have a better idea. We can wait for them when we are waiting outside our class! That way, all of our friends can be in the hallway seeing you there!

Bluey: Huh? That's a pretty legit idea! Sure!

Rusty: Hang on... how much time do we have for our first period?

Coco: I think we have around six minutes... its 8:24am.

Rusty: Crikey! Let's get going!

With six minutes to Bluey's first period, the four teens moved themselves outside towards the classroom.

Mackenzie: There it is! Our classroom!

Bluey: Wait... is that Lucky?

Rusty: Uh... yeah...? Why the surprised face mate?

Bluey: He used to be in my previous school, but he left when I was about to start year 10.

Coco: Huh... oh wow.

Rusty: Oy!!! Lucky!!!

Lucky: Ye mate?!

Rusty: Look who's here!

Lucky: Who?! Oh! Hey Bluey!!

Bluey: Hey Lucky!! How've you been mate?

Lucky: Nah, I'm doin' good, just waitin' for this bell to ring...

Coco: Same... although I would hang out with the girls...

Bluey: Oh yeah, how've they been?

Coco: Well, it felt weird that you haven't been hanging out with them for seven straight years.

Bluey: Sheesh... I assume that I was very busy right?

Coco: I mean... you do see us every six months atleast.

Bluey: Sounds about right. Btw, I went to Sydney during the holidays!

Mackenzie: Nice! Whaddaya think of Sydney?

Bluey: You know where I had to go to when I arrived there.

Rusty: The Harbour Bridge?

Bluey: Not that dude, the Sydney Opera House.

Coco: That's nice.

Bluey: It is!

Lucky: I remember you went to the fish market and you absolutely hated it.

Bluey: Ugh... I dunno why... I guess I haven't smelt loads of fish and shrimp nowadays.

*bell rings*

Bluey: Oh boy... I am not ready for this.

Coco: Don't worry... all of your friends are here now!

Mackenzie: Yeah! Its all good.

Bluey: Alright then.

The bell rang and every student from classes ranging year 7 through 12 have filled the hallways and corridors. And when she saw her friends, Bluey became even more nervous. Will they remember her, do they still like her? That was a question the Bluey thought of in her head.

Coco: Oh look! Indy, Jack and Snickers are here!

Mackenzie: Seems like Chloe, Honey and Pretzel are with them too!

Rusty: The Terriers are on the way with Winton, Judo and Winnie!

Bluey: W-w-what?! Judo and Winnie are here?!

Lucky: Yep! All of us are in the same class.

Bluey: Dang... it really is a surprise that I'm finally being with you guys for so long.

Mackenzie: Same... it wasn't the same without your enthusiasm.

Bluey: Thanks...

Indy: Wait, is that Bluey?!

Jack: Wait what?!

Chloe: *gasps* B-Bluey?!

Bluey: Chloe! Indy! Jack! Aah!!! Its so good to see you all!

Snickers: Hi Bluey!!!

Bluey: Snickers! What's up dude!

Honey: Oh my goodness... you're back?!?!

Bluey: Sure am Honey!!!

Judo: Looks like our bud came back from Gold Coast!

Bluey: Hey Judo! Hi Winnie!

Winnie: Great to see you back mate!

Calypso: Hello everyone.

Whole class: Hi Calypso!

Calypso: *chuckles* I see you've all seen Bluey coming back.

Snickers: I know right? Its pretty unexpected that you came back Bluey!

Bluey: Yeah... I missed this... hanging out with all of you.

Indy: Why couldn't you hang out with us as much?

Bluey: Well, I had some other friends there that I hanged out a lot. Like Selena, Sally and Tara, three of my closest friends in the school I went to before.

Winnie: How are all of them doing?

Bluey: Selena's doing good... she kinda bursted into tears when I told her that I'm leaving the school. Tara and Sally did get upset but not as much as Selena.

Mackenzie: Do they regularly hang out with you?

Bluey: Yep... Sorry everyone.

Indy: No no no... that's fine. If you want to hangout with others, that's up to you.

Honey: Yeah, we're pretty cool about it.

Bluey: If you all say so.

Calypso: Umm... sorry to interrupt but can I start the first period?

Bluey: Oh! Sorry miss... yes, you can start the lesson.

Calypso: Thank you Bluey.

Bluey: No worries miss.

After some talking with each other, Bluey's class now entered the classroom. Bluey was in awe. There was more decorations inside the class like maps, plants and other different additions inside the classroom.

Calypso: Alright class. Welcome to your first year of year 11!

Bluey: Thank you miss!

Calypso: Now, I know that year 10 was a bit stressful I suppose.

Jack: Please don't miss... I had to sleep nearly before 12:00am just because of some homework...

Calypso: Well, I can totally see that. Don't worry, I'll try to make your year 11 a little bit more interesting.

Coco: How so, Calypso?

Calypso: Well, I've prepared some quizzes instead of worksheets for you to answer.

Rusty: Aren't they technically the same thing miss?

Calypso: Not the quizzes where you have to write and answer, the one where you all have to guess the answer in a screen.

Pretzel: Does that explain that now we have projectors?

Calypso: Indeed it does.

Chloe: But miss, will you still give us homework?

Calypso: I'm still giving all of you homework but not as much as the one in year 10.

Indy: Oh... that's great!

Calypso: So, who's ready to begin the lesson?

*pure silence*

Calypso: *chuckles* Alright then. Because its your first day, I'll give you all free time for this period.

Bluey: Yes!!!

Calypso: But, not much noise, okay?

Indy: Will do Calypso!

The whole class was filled with noise. Mackenzie, Rusty, Lucky and Jack were talking about some random video games while most of the class was either drawing or talking.

Bluey decided to hang out with her close friends, Chloe, Indy, Coco and Honey.

Bluey: Wow, I already miss this...

Chloe: Yeah, me too. Its great to see you back!

Bluey: Heh... thanks...

Coco: So... whaddaya all want to talk about?

Bluey: Hmm... how about the holidays before we came back?

Honey: Sure, I'd like to hear some of that.

Bluey: I guess my holidays were pretty mid I suppose.

Coco: Really? Didn't you say you went to Sydney?

Bluey: Yeah... but I didn't stay there for a while.

Chloe: How long?

Bluey: Two days.

Indy: Sheesh... you wished you could've stayed there a little longer than usual.

Bluey: Mhm...

Honey: I guess my holidays were okay...

Bluey: What did you do?

Honey: Umm... sleep?

Coco: *wheezes* Really?! That's it?

Honey: *sighs* Didn't you do that too?

Coco: Uh... umm... eeh... uh... n-no...???

Honey: Thought so too.

Chloe: I, for one had a good holiday!

Indy: Where did you go?

Chloe: I went to Cairns!

Bluey: Wait, Cairns?! The city near the Great Barrier Reef?

Chloe: Not only Cairns, I also went to the barrier reef!

Indy: No way... I really want to visit the place...!

Coco: Anyways, Indy, what did you do for the holidays?

Indy: Oh! I mostly went around Brisbane.

Honey: Hm? That's it?

Indy: Uh... yep.

Bluey: Well, to summarise, Coco and Honey mostly slept in, Indy went around Brisbane and Chloe went to the barrier reef.

Chloe: Don't forget your 48 hour visit in Sydney.

Bluey: Ah! That too.

Pretzel: Hey Bluey!

Bluey: Pretzel! What brings you here?

Pretzel: We need some players for playing UNO. Mind if all of you are able to play it with us?

Bluey: Oh! I would like that!

Chloe: Yeah... I need a game that can overcome my boredom.

Pretzel: Great! Snickers and Winton are playing too.

Indy: Alright, sounds good!

With this, Bluey and her four besties moved themselves towards the table that UNO will be played at.

After 50 minutes of the first period, the bell rang. With this, Calypso left the class to teach another one. The second teacher that entered the class was Mrs. Retriever. The same golden retriever that used to teach Bluey's younger sibling, Bingo.

The second period was pretty boring according to everyone. Everyone either slept or focused during the lesson due to the subject being history.

With that period done, the third period was taken over by Mr. Shepherd, an German Shepherd, who is currently teaching the class some foreign language like French and Italian. It was as boring as their class with Mrs. Retriever.

Eventually after 2 periods and 110 minutes of pure lesson and boredom in Bluey's class, the bell rang indicating that recess was on its way.

Bluey: Man, that was more boring than I thought.

Mackenzie: True that.

Bluey: Anyways, what now?

Mackenzie: Wanna eat lunch with me?

Bluey: Alright, sure!

Later, the two found a stump as large as bed and sat on it.

Mackenzie: Hey, I have a question.

Bluey: Yeah, what is it mate?

Mackenzie: Can you tell me a story involving your year 10 school?

Bluey: Really? Oh ho ho, I was anticipating for someone to ask that question. Boy, I have a story to tell you.

Mackenzie: Wow. Tell me now!

Bluey: Coming right up.
